A relative sent letters from Scotland more than a month ago and it still has not arrived. Will the British Royal Mail be transferred to Pos Malaysia once it arrives in Malaysia? And if it doesn't get delivered, where are they stored? Anybody knows? Thank you in advance.

Went to Pos Malaysia today (Subang Jaya branch) to buy stamps; asked for two sets of RM0.30 to mail postcards domestically. The attendant gave two RM0.50 stamp pieces saying "harga dah naik dah" which was odd to me because their website & post boxes still state RM0.30. I just went with it & dropped both postcards with RM0.50 stamps. International postcard mailing is still RM0.90 per piece. Have y'all also encountered this new info from Pos Msia staff? I rarely buy stamps/mail postcards & I'm still quite new to it so I appreciate any info I can get. Thanks in advance! 🙂

Regarding my post here [where](https://www.reddit.com/r/Aliexpress/s/OyIjVah0D2) I asked whether the DM from AliExpress was a scam or not, and it turns out it was actually real. I had asked here a few times about the status of my package, and yesterday I finally gave in and reached out to their support. Last night, the status finally updated after six days and now it’s out for delivery. They also sent me that update by email, even though I never gave them my email address, only my order ID. So I guess they really were the official AliExpress customer service after all.

I placed an order for the Appa Plushie on Sep 18 to be delivered to Canada. When I had ordered the plushie, Canada Post was not on strike. While the order was being delivered to Canada our postal service went on strike. I had received the tracking number within a day of ordering and seen that it was shipped from Malaysia through a postal company called "POS Malaysia" on Sep 22 going to Canada. I'm trying to clear my parcel that is stuck in custom, based on pos malaysia FAQ i'm supposed to be able to pay the required tax via the chatbot. I had realized at least since beginning of this year pretty much all of the parcels I received are sent through couriers other than PosLaju Shopee through their own SPX, boutiques and online retailers might be either Ninja Van or GDEX, China stuff would usually be Best Express, other international items through DHL, and of course the wildcard J&T for anything else Did Pos Malaysia had a policy shift or something I hadn’t noticed? I saw their website seemed to also had shedded the PosLaju branding as well disclaimer I live in Sarawak, just in case that might be a factor

Hello nyets, Pos Malaysia has temporarily stopped sending international mail (packages and letters) to the US effective 25 August. Good news is that you can still receive stuff from the US, but anything you send out won’t go through for now. Looks like all my postcards and letters have to wait. :(

This is the first time I use EMS, and when I arrived at Malaysia it got held by Malaysia import customs - reason being (high value/sst required/import permit required). But I had pay for SST, I don't know whats is the possible reason for it. Now Pos Malaysia was asking Rm50.90 to appoint them as agent, or I had to drive 1 whole hours down to sepang to clear it on my own. Has anyone encountered this before, and how do you guys solve it?
