I tried out Command with C-3PO and Highsinger but I’ve found the most success with Cunning topping out at a 35-45 percent win rate. Hi guys, I had the same issue. I placed my order in the first week of March, but didn’t receive it until March 28th. I ended up going to the DPEX distribution center in Colombo, and they helped me track my order. Luckily, I was able to get my package the same day. They don’t really answer calls or reply to emails, which was frustrating. I also noticed a lot of SHEIN packages there. They mentioned that deliveries are handled through Prompt Couriers, so you might want to check with your local Prompt courier office in your area. Hope this helps! I was worried af too 😅

Should I be concerned that my package already out for delivery and I still didn't received it yet, and they are not answering the customer calls!? And I just saw dpex google reviews 🙂‍↕️

I’m expecting a few urgent packages and the tracking systems say that it’s customs cleared but I’m worried with the fuel issue I won’t get them in time. It’d be okay if I could collect the packages from the CPEX and DPEX offices respectively but I don’t have a way to contact them. Is there anyone who knows any contact that I can check with?
