I want to buy a monitor at jingdong(like a shopee of china).The monitor is more than Rm500,means I need to give tariff with not have a sure number.By law tariff of more than Rm500 can check with HS code(I dont know how to get it).But I have see somebody buy a bowl with Rm 600 and get 800+ tariff .He send email say want poslaju to check tariff calculate and get hs code ,but he get nothing...... At the chat of the story have somebody say his brother is work at customs and the tariff is write with his mood at the time

Sial betul la diorang ni. It's as if they hired a bunch of budak basikal lajak to work under them or something. I ordered something from Shopee, Remax store. They sent their delivery off using PosLaju (The worse option ever). Here I am, in Selangor, the warehouse they're shipping it off from also Selangor/Klang Valley area. 1st stop, went to Cheras distribution center. At first I thought, well maybe it's a procedure. They probably need to have it sent off to the main hub to get sorted. After nearly a week, I was wondering "Hey hold on... Item is taking way too long to arrive..." So I checked on the app. AND IT WENT TO FREAKIN' SABAH! HELLO?! Oi PosBodo...

Found a listing on Carousell, communicated with the seller, but the seller is in JB. Seller offers to ship the item to me first and let me pay him after I checked everything. Say ok, he'll pack up the thing and send it in an hour. Hour later, he sends a picture of the self service machine at poslaju. A little while later, he sends a huge paragraph about how the staff advised him to get payment via carousell first. Get an email about payment through carousell. Click through the link, fill out details before noticing the site address; carousellonline.shop. Ask seller about this and why the payment request doesn't appear in the main Carousell site. Says it'll appear once I pay. ...

Update 5th April: Picked up the gpu yesterday directly and have been testing it today. Everything is working fine so far so I'll accept that this was really just a case of no proper follow up and lack of communication due to being out of office. Update 3rd April: Tracking number is finally working. Will do a final update once it arrives and tested. Update 2nd April: They **finally** replied me last night, said they were out of the office due to being sick and promised to have the gpu shipped out asap. Willing to give them the benefit of a doubt and holding back final judgement for now, but still think it's irresponsible to just disappear for \~a week without anyone checking in.. ...

I wanted to renew my road tax and got insurance from Poslaju, but at JPJ they said there’s a summons from the previous owner. I’m kinda confused now... How do I fix this? I tried looking for the previous owners' summons but can't find them. Why am I responsible for their summons?

I bought a car 12v battery. It's faulty. Seller ask send to toyota to check. After Toyota check, seller said cannot believe them. I'll send my guy to toyota and check for you. I waited. Next day suddenly he want to come and collect. I don't allow bcos u collect, my money stuck with shopee and i have no proof item was return. Shopee app ask me to return with shopee and he macam threaten me. I am a banana , so I google, it's something like he will return faulty item to me if poslaju spoilt it. I just want to share my experience in case it helps someone else who ships internationally. I’ve shipped to the US many times before using PosLaju (Malaysia national post), UPS direct and Redly Express. Never once had a customs issue. This time was actually my first time using Aramex Express ,I thought using an express courier would make it faster. Big mistake. I had realized at least since beginning of this year pretty much all of the parcels I received are sent through couriers other than PosLaju Shopee through their own SPX, boutiques and online retailers might be either Ninja Van or GDEX, China stuff would usually be Best Express, other international items through DHL, and of course the wildcard J&T for anything else Did Pos Malaysia had a policy shift or something I hadn’t noticed? I saw their website seemed to also had shedded the PosLaju branding as well disclaimer I live in Sarawak, just in case that might be a factor

My motherboard i bought went through and if not mistaken pc components are duty free so im a little confused. Does anyone know whats the best process to resolve this? I guess this post is more like how does tracking.my work? How do they know where the parcel is, but PosLaju doesnt?

I bought something recently, and I'm scared I won't be home to receive the package. It's decently pricey, and I'm trying to avoid my family from receiving it if possible (if they also happen to be out). If PosLaju is unable to deliver it, will they just leave it outside my house gate like couriers usually do, or will I have to visit PosLaju? If it helps, the package is delivered from JP via AVIA

Hi fellas, so I'm an artist for boardgames and I usually receive a complimentary copy of the game upon project completion. I've received many copies of different game in the past since decades ago however this is the first time I received this letter of custom holdup and I'm not familiar with it. 1) is this normal? 2) do I need to pay some sort of fee? I never had to in the past. 3) how do I even declare the invoice if it's a gift / free?
