I recently bought an item on FB market place and the seller ship the item using this **** *** courier. This is my first time ever dealing with this courier. Is it just a one in a time thing or is this courier just **** ***?

Hi. Is it normal for item stuck without update for days? First time buying large item to Malaysia. Before this no problem buying small items so many times from Ali Express and Taobao. Ive reached the seller and last record they have is the parcel already arrived the warehouse on 7th January. They even showed the picture of the item and its delivery form. I tried contacting the customer agent and they suggested for refund. I don't want to request for refund immediately as I want the item.
