I deliver for FedEx and today I was dropping packages off at a nursing home in the middle of the DAY. I go in the back of the truck to grab a package and the sliding door suddenly shuts behind me 😭 The wild part is you normally have to press a lever AND pull it for it to close right. Ain’t no way that thing just casually slid shut by itself. My Luba 2 10,000H was sent in for repairs this spring and the support team said it was not repairable and would send me a Luba 2X 10,000H as a replacement. After approving the change, a tracking number was issued through FedEx but the package was never received by FedEx. I live in western NY. That PA town is a 5 hour drive away. Why it wound up on a plane… I have no idea. Only mildly infuriating because I wasn’t in urgent need of the delivery, and it did eventually show up (albeit slightly dinged up, which, understandable bc the box weighed 112lbs) At least my desk got to see the country before settling in my little apartment. It was definitely not 2 day delivery. Sorry to all the extra people that had to move it because it got sent cross country!

For over a year now, I’ve never once received a package from these bastards the day they said I would. I’ve had liquor sit in a hot shipping container outside a distribution center for over a week (not good for a fancy bottle of scotch). My package from Japan has been stuck in customs in Indiana since May 1st, I supplied the information requested in red on May 5th but there has been no update on the website that reflects this nor any movement on my package. Today I called the number for that customs port that I found on the CBP gov website and spoke to someone, he told me that FedEx likes to tell people they have their packages but they don’t. Pretty much what the title says. I live in one of the hottest places in the United States and I’ve always had issues getting refrigerated packages. Still cold down here. I’ve tried some of the telehealth companies and it seems like when their packages arrive warm they gaslight instead of backing up their product. ( Please resist telling me that peptide medication’s are just fine for months if they reach 90+ F temperatures. Science says otherwise and I have yet to see a peer-reviewed study that refutes this.) Hi, I received a package with missing items. Looks like it was repackaged at the shipper's site with multiple layers of security tape. The package weight I recorded is 1.5 pounds and the shipper's weight is 3.5 pounds, matching the missing items weight. Can FedEx provide me a printout of the actual package weight? Thanks

So I sent some cards to PSA to be graded and the package was not accepted. They wrote RTS on the package and said it was “damaged.” Someone clearly ripped open the box and took the contents. I’ve started a claim and want to file a police report. Any idea on next steps and is there any hope of getting my stuff back or getting the crook caught?

Had a package scheduled to arrive yesterday thay needed a s8gnature, waited through the delivery window with no sign of the driver. I can’t tell if this was a scam or someone using my name? Saw this email come in and I didn’t know what was shipped and didn’t think I shipped anything. I don’t know if the email address was legit so I went to the official fedex website and saw there was a package shipped in my name to a location where I do not live. Is something bad about to happen. I will try to get a new card in case someone tries to use it without me knowing but I wanted a head ups from people more knowledgeable than me on this.

I’m honestly beyond frustrated with both PSA and FedEx right now, and I think the trading card community needs to start taking this issue more seriously before more people lose expensive cards.
