My international package from Japan cleared customs yesterday. When I called FedEx earlier, they said it was under FDA review. I ordered a ceramic mug from Japan, which I think may have triggered the review. However, the Clearance Detail shows “FDA Prior Notice confirmed” and “FDA release.” Does this mean the shipment has now been released? So my preorder was supposed to ship on the 15th, FedEx label was created but that was the end of it. FedEx never got the package so finally Topps CS created a new order and shipped that via ups. So this is from 2 megas, 1value and 1hanger.

Hey all, I ordered a camera from a major online camera retailer. Since it's a pretty pricey item, it was shipped with FedEx as Direct Signature Required. That was fine with me, preferred even. Anyway, today it was out for delivery. Said it'd be delivered between 10a - 2p, then 2p comes around and it updates to 8p. Whatever, pretty normal, happens all the time. Feel free to tell me why you think that helicopter type drones might not be the future of package delivery, but why would a company like Amazon pay for a bunch of vehicles/gas and contracted driving companies who then have to pay workers and benefits and all the other associated trainings and fees? When really they could buy helicopter type drones and cut out all of that? If you agree with me, what companies besides Amazon, UPS, FedEx Uber eats and fast food delivery companies would benefit from this new type of package delivery? Like what manufacturers?

I'm pretty sure this is a standard practice when FedEx decided to be lazy for the day. This is an overnight delivery package and they put "delivery exception" saying the business was closed and they attempted. Well, the address is for a HOUSE and no FedEx truck came by at our home for the whole day (I have camera proof). Whoever the driver was should be exposed so that they learn their lessons.

I live in Middle Earth and one of my incoming FedEx packages requires direct signature. The address is the usual Middle Earth dorm address that always went to the mailroom. How to (intercept the delivery truck? and) claim it?

So I bought shoes off JD Sports in November and when I received them the box was empty, all that was in there was the shoebox, paper, etc but not the shoes. I contacted JD Sports, they took 1.5 weeks to reply to my initial email, we went back and forth for another 2 weeks then they said they will open a claim with FedEx, so they did. Now they said the claim would take 10-15 business days, they didn't even follow up with me anytime during this. I messaged them over 2 times to check the status of the claim once at the 10 day mark, then they replied days later saying it was still being investigated, then did the same. Fed ex hit me with a surprise bill for the holidays. You would think there’d be a policy in place that could protect people from issues like this - like idk a phone call? “Hey we see there’s an outbound package that cost about 5x the amount you initially paid we can delay the package and you can pick it back up or we can send it through the system - failure to respond to this message will result it be item being shipped as expected.” They have called me before about packages with conflicting labels or hazardous materials - can’t call me to maybe stop a 500! Shipping charge on a 450$ item….love the can do attitude though .

I recently sent a package back to a company using a prepaid and preprinted shipping label. I dropped the box off at my apartment front desk (the closest FedEx office is miles away, so my apartment sends off packages through our driver) to be sent. The company says they don’t have a tracking number for the package. As I didn’t go to a FedEx store (again, miles away) and the return label was prepaid, I don’t have a receipt. Let this be your final reason not to use your Saks credit. I ordered a pair of $80 earrings with my $50 credit. I assume it shipped from a separate vendor because it took forever. FedEx tracking finally shows item marked as “delivered”, but in a neighboring city to mine. I called FedEx, they told me the address on the package was not the address on my order confirmation from Saks. For security reasons, they wouldn’t give me the address listed, understandably. Does Seven Cells send tracking info? I had my telehealth appointment on December 20th and haven't received anything yet. I know the holidays have slowed things down, just wondering if I will get tracking info from them or if the package just arrives. I don't see anything in my FedEx or UPS apps but my shipments don't always show in them. I've already messaged the portal and they said it should ship yesterday or the day before. I’ve tried a few basic Apps Script scrapers, but they keep returning "Unknown" results, probably because FedEx is blocking the requests. We got Christmas gifts delivered overnight by FedEx. They were back ordered, so they were overnighted on Friday. This morning we still hadn’t gotten them (we gave extra time due to bad weather) and reached out to FedEx. They said they were delivered Monday and that my boyfriend had signed. The signature was a forgery, but we also found the package outside buried in snow. The package contains 4 iPhones.
