Hello everyone my brother sent me a package that was a gift from him it was handmade and can't be replaced the package had been stolen from avana apartments on 164th street on Saturday April 18th anywhere from 11 am to 5 pm if anyone hears anything could you please tell me it's very sentimental and whoever stole it is truly terrible :(

From the beginning, it didn't show any of the shipping details such and shipping locations. I've never seen this before and I've also never experienced shipping exception before. It is coming from an hour or so from delivery address and it was excepted to be delivered yesterday taking two days to now I don't know if I'll even receive the package

I shipped this camera for a trading to buy a new camera to NYC but on its way there it got lost in Lenexa and they just sent me this email. Now what do I do? Do I claim money from the camera company (MPB) or FedEx and if from FedEx where?

After reading about Samsung canceling orders and lost/stolen packages mine finally arrived via FedEx today. I'm still in shock I was able to get one from the very last batch before Samsung announced they were completely sold out. What an amazing device! Congrats to everyone who managed to get one. On Saturday night, it said my package would be here Sunday before 2 o’clock and then Sunday comes 330. My apartment no longer uses Fetch and is now accepting direct deliveries. Fedex refuses to update the address (which is a 'do not deliver fetch location' in their system) saying the property managers have to fill out paperwork to make the change. Apartment folks say they have reached out to FedEx repeatedly and had fetch reach out to them as well. I have tried calling customer service for multiple packages with only one of them ever getting to the fact that this is a do not deliver location. Is there anything else that can be done?

Ordered a package of fire alarm equipment from a Canadian based company, VERY time sensitive and very expensive. You can see how that’s going… Order was in FedEx custody on 4/2/26. Hasn’t moved since 4/8, just stuck in Memphis. I called FedEx support, trade networks, and CBP multiple times, and nobody had an answer or info at all for days.
