FedEx Tracking

So I purchased a semi-expensive gift (drone) for my son. Tracked it for days and boom “delivered” to my house. Picture one is the FedEx picture of where they left it and picture 2 is my actual house. There is no house on my street that looks like the picture. If you come home and there is a package outside that isn’t you and has the correct address why wouldn’t you just take it to the right person? The FedEx truck came out of the right local depo and the address was. Correct

i'm a new worker to our fedex overlords, been working around for a month now. I like the work especially as a college student. Good workout, good cardio. Gives me that functional "training" compared to regular gym training so that's good. Of course I noticed elbow pain since working at this job, can't do dips anymore without irritating it. I’m pretty sure it’s ground but might be express. Jacket from north face I spoiled myself with 😫 I paid for express shipping and was so sad to see it was FedEx instead of ups as they usually use UPS. I’m in Hawaii so this should be its last stop but it’s not updating. Last time this happened here it didn’t move and no scans after 24 hours that turned into a month and the package was just lost. Really hoping that’s not happening again but I’m getting worried.

I have a package from the Netherlands that I just received the tariff bill from. The tariff was $32, but FedEx added a $15 disbursement fee, which I understand is an administrative fee to pay the tariff and then bill me. Is there a way to avoid the $15 fee? I had to send the item back for repair and I don't want to have to pay a tariff twice. If I calculate the tariff ahead of time and prepay, can that be avoided?

The company I work for was told FedEx has combined their Express and Ground services, which is an odd combination to me. I happen to be getting a FedEx delivery - it was supposed to be here yesterday - and it was just delivered at 10:44pm. We are NOT upset it’s so late in the evening, but it is absurd that these drivers are having to be out so late. And this one still has at least an hour drive back to Lufkin. Was this decision to combine the 2 services a regional thing or is it systemwide? This doesn’t seem to be working for anyone.
