I’m in NYC and there was a blizzard so obviously my package wasn’t going to be delivered yesterday. However, now on the website there are no recent updates regarding a new delivery date and i’m kind of worried. Will my package be delivered today or should I contact customer service when they’re open?

So I'm out of town and decided to order a 65 inch tv off of Walmart that was supposed to arrive on March 2nd next week but it arrived early on Saturday and FedEx says they left it in the mailroom of my condo building, today the receptionist of the building told me there's no package in the mail room with my name or unit number, so I'm over here panicking cause I don't wanna lose 800$. so my question is, when a package that huge gets delivered, is it wrapped with my info on them or are they just delivered in the manufacture box with no info about the buyer where the receptionist couldn't have noticed?

hello guys how are you? base on your experience I filled the I130 and the I485 for my mom, fedex delivered the package and they received on Thursday, but I haven't seeing the have deducted the money, I filled for different formes G1450 one for $675 and the second one for $1440, does anyone know how long they might take to tale the money out of the debit card? thanks.

I ordered the new Chase The Sun hoodie from the OFFICIAL PPP site. I heard they are shipping from the US so I am confused why it’s coming from India. It came with the box and everything but now I am doubting myself whether it’s the official one. Has anyone else received their PPP hoodie from India before?

Sent a bunch of silver in late January, FedEx tracking says delivered 2/3. My account still shows that they are awaiting delivery. I know everything is slow, but there's a discount between the tracking information and my JM bullion account. Does anyone have experience with this? If the package is lost, isn't time ticking to get the insurance claim started? I can't get ahold of JM bullion. FedEx says they must start the claim. I have sent emails weekly to JM bullion, but I only get an auto reply about a real reply in 3-5 days. Haven't heard from them at all. Phone lines always busy, no call back.

Multiple packages has been stuck on this weird status "Customer not available or business closed" since Saturday 2/21/26. What is weird, is that I've been receiving other packages from FedEx normally. But these are THREE different packages that have the same status. Just to note this is FedEx home delivery as well. I sent our I-129F package via FedEx 2nd Day Air on Friday, February 13, to the Lewisville, TX address. Tracking shows it was delivered and signed for on Monday, February 16. I also included Form G-1145 with my phone number and email for notifications. As of today (February 23), I haven’t received any text or email, and the money order hasn’t been cashed yet. Is this still within normal processing time, or should I be concerned?

Hello all, I had an international package shipped out on 2/4 (I am the recipient), it claimed to have been released from customs in Anchorage on 2/10, and has now been stuck in Memphis since 2/16! I understand the whole 'customs takes time' thing, but it claims to have been released, why is it now available for clearance again?? Fed Ex tracking states that the package was delivered and signed for. My daughter never received it, so she checked with the local Fed Ex depot. The local Fed Ex guy has been very nice and says he can see in the system that it was mis-delivered - the driver took it to the wrong address and now they can't get it back. The sender (StubHub) refuses to file a claim or do anything because the Fed Ex tracking says it was delivered. StubHub has her money (she paid via debit card - oops, learned a lesson there) and won't do anything. The local Fed Ex guy said to open a lost package claim with the main number but the customer service people at the main Fed Ex number claim it was delivered...

Is there anyway to submit a complaint, or figure out why they did not attempt delivery today? Tried phoning and got disconnected after 45 minutes... and chatbot is useless nor does the website offer any direction other than phone number or chatbot lol. Quick summary... I am writing to hopefully get Buyee's attention on this issue but as well as the fact to continue to bring awareness about how their customer support has been atrocious. Long story short, I have a package that has been delayed with customs IN JAPAN. After contacting Fedex and opening a case with them, they have determined multiple times with me that this is an ISSUE on the SENDER, which is Buyee. I've tried contacting Buyee about this but have been met with 2 responses that have told me to just "check the tracking number". Hello! I recently ordered my first Curly Hair Tarantula from Fear Not and was curious if it takes as long as mine says it will? I ordered on Saturday (becuz I didn't know their shipping at the time) and was told it would be delivered to a FedEx center on Wednesday–of next week. I’ve reached out three times to EWK via their website and all I got was an automated response saying that it could take up to 15 days for a reply. Now FedEx is saying that the package will be returned tomorrow if I don’t provide this information.

I made a post a while ago, and it seems I can't do anything to reduce the shipping cost, so I've resigned myself to losing my order. Is there any way to cancel it? Because from what I understand, they'll start charging me once the product has been in the warehouse for 30 days.
