My package is currently at a sort facility about 40mins from me, I need the items in my package tomorrow but my delivery isn’t going to be delivered until Wednesday, what are the odds that I can go pick this up at the FedEx facility😭

What is the deal with SLO FedEx?? Packages seem to disappear at their warehouse (3 for me in the course of 2 months where the tracking information shows an item made it to SLO and it just sits there for weeks without being delivered). Secondarily, deliveries from FedEx seem like they've been thoroughly beaten if they do manage to make it. Some clearly opened and re-taped, smashed, etc. UPS and USPS don't have these issues. I cringe when I see something is coming via FedEx because it's a huge gamble and I feel bad reaching out to merchants for a refund because the warehouse acts like Package PacMan.

Hello everyone. I recently bought an item from mapcamera on ebay (highly trusted camera seller from japan). I live in Canada. I received this email from mapcamera a few days ago, asking for me to reply to the email with my name, giving fedex authorization to clear my package through customs. I did so a few days ago and didnt receive a response. I have now gotten a message from mapcamera on ebay asking me if i recieced an email from fedex about customs for my package, so clearly my response was not received. How do i contact fedex in order to authorize them to clear my package through customs? I cannot find any email address to forward authorization to. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello, I purchased the Eufy E28 through Fragile on January 6th because they were offering a discount with monthly payments, along with free services, free products, and replacements. I thought it was a good deal and wanted to try it out. The package was marked as delivered, but I never actually received it. Hello fellow fedexers! Long story short, I ordered something on eBay. Originally it is/was going to be shipped through SPEEDPAK, a week goes by, I check eBay tracking and now it says FedEx has it and has been officially delivered The delivery photo is definitely not my location however when I called FedEx they said the address and name I provided (me the receiver) doesn't match the order/package and that it was likely an error. I ordered a new phone through my mobile carrier which was set to be delivered on the 13th, however it was unable to be delivered due to the address not being complete (I live in a duplex so there’s a “123 A Street Street” and “123 B Street Street” but the shipper autocorrected my address to just “123 Street Street”, which is my fault for not entering the info in the unit number section, usually services can detect that). Starting in late November, I have ordered various items from Target's website for shipping. More often than not even though I didn't want "delivery", these items were given to "Target Local Delivery" to be delivered to my house. Every single time except once, the package was either misdelivered or not delivered. I know of two that were misdelivered because they had a proof of delivery picture I could recognize as NOT my clearly marked house/front door. As in title I had gotten an invoice regarding my package that was delivered to a different house, my address and everything was correct but I suppose the delivery driver was not paying attention and it was delivered to the wrong house. I made a case for the package and it was closed etcetc and I received my refund thankfully, it was 250$ so I would've lost it if I didn't get my money back. But now I have an invoice from FedEx for $19.50, I am calling them Monday, can I refuse to pay them?

I sent a package, but it’s been stuck in Memphis for a week now. There was a red status bar, but it turned yellow 3–4 days ago after the receiver filled out a form. I guess this is happening to a lot of people these days, but I’m starting to worry about it. There’s an option to “Return to Sender.” If I use it, how likely am I to get the package back?
