FedEx Tracking

We had a company trip scheduled to China on Jan 27th and returning Feb 8th. One of our employees needed a VISA which was processed and completed at the Chinese consulate on 1/22. On 1/23 we shipped his passport overnight from San Fran to Spokane, WA. We had to leave without this employee (no refund on flights or his hotels). It is now Feb 2nd and the package still hasn't arrived. First it was stuck in Indianapolis. Then it was stuck in Memphis. None of this needed to happen. My express package arrived to Memphis Hub early Saturday 24th and it hasn’t moved since. I’ve called FedEx multiple times, opened up a ticket and even asked for a shipper trace escalation. It’s been there for 9 days I genuinely don’t know what I’m supposed to do at this point besides wait and my concern is the package was lost or something. They keep telling me weather this weather that and I understand there’s weather but this is more than a week at this point and the other carrier services I’ve used this week were fine. Any help would be appreciated.

FedEx has had my package marked “out for delivery” for two days in a row and it never arrived either day. Yesterday was a snow delay (understandable), but today it was again marked out for delivery, I got multiple confirmation texts/emails, and still nothing by 8pm. Customer service is closed on Sundays, tracking keeps glitching between dates, and I’ve gotten conflicting automated messages. I’m getting frustrated. Is my best move to call first thing tomorrow and request Hold at Location for pickup, or is there anything else I should do to avoid another failed delivery attempt?

Been stuck since the 23rd and appears I’m just not getting it. Anyone else in a similar boat?

This package was being shipped from IL to AR and it has been stuck in Olive Branch for 3 days. Is anyone else having this issue and if so how long will it take for it to leave Olive Branch?

Just wanted to share my package update for those waiting on Memphis packages. Order placed 1/27 shipping from California going to Mississippi. Arrived to Memphis 1/28 10PM. Was supposed to deliver 1/29. No movement other than “on the way” notification 1/30. Amazon updated and showed an estimate delivery of 2/4 at this time. Just received notification package has departed the black hole that is Memphis and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow 2/2 by 8pm. Hoping you all are seeing movement soon!

Wondering if “on the way” means it has cleared customs or not ? Is this just a generic placeholder statement or is it actually getting on a plane out to Canada tonight? Memphis to Calgary would be the standard distribution HUB so I’m crossing my fingers it’s in progress.

For further context, I have had issues with this USPS holding my packages several times now for no given reason, and I've had to go get them in person. FedEx phone number is completely useless. App says "label created." I dropped off well before the location closed. What's the deal?

Location: North Alabama TL;DR Fedex has two addresses on all my packages and misdeliever my packages. Merchants and amex deny my evidence without reasonable justification. No one is taking accountability for the missing packages. Is this a case to further to the state attorney general consumer complaints dept, the CFPB, or is there another regularity body I could try to leverage? Hoping the legal advice community could point me in the right direction of which office to complain to next about this issue I have with package delivery and companies refusing to take accountability.
