I just got hit with a customs payment for FedEx however I’ve already received the package? I was wondering what would happen if I do not pay?

hi, I'm from the Philippines and i bought a sylvanian families dollhouse set from doorzo. I didn't expect that my item would end in 5000g in weight. What are the second best option for shipping? DHL & FedEx is too expensive for me. I will appreciate your help!

I saw the notification for a Clearance Delay shortly after it arrived last Thursday, but then saw the notification less than 2 hours later listing it as "On the way," so I decided to give it an extra day or so. I saw another notification for Saturday, so I decided to again wait a few more days. I'm mostly just confused if an Itemized Breakdown is still needed or if this is the current norm with FedEX as the notifications that it's still "On the way" continue to show up.

Long rant, short version at the bottom: My box with a Laurel and 2 wallets was stolen - my apartment has a LuxerOne locker system for packages, which also connects the package with the unit number on the address - however the FedEx delivery guy instead of following the protocol of entering the delivery in the system and then put it in a locker, he literally just left the package on the floor took a picture and marked as delivered. 30 seconds later a guy walks by and steals the package (I got the security footage from the apartment management). today I got an email and text from fedex stating that I need to pay them duties for a package that was delivered last september, am I obligated to pay this?

We get deliveries from all carriers, USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHS, etc. The only time there is a problem is when it is UPS. Not exaggerating! The last two times they delivered my items to the same wrong address, despite the fact that my house numbers are large, right next to the front door. And large numbers on my mailbox across the street in a rural area. So I got an update this morning that a package would be delivered today. It was dispatched from a UPS warehouse 1 hour away from me early this morning. Just got an update that it will be delivered tomorrow. The package is now 4 hours away across the state. How can a company this bad stay in business? Just venting, thanks for reading.

I've noticed that since DYK enrolled in the GDE program, USPS scans have gotten slower over time. When they first implemented GDE, packages went over the next day, and were scanned through USPS by 11pm. Recently, I've noticed that it now takes up to 2 full days to be accepted at the USPS facility. I recently dropped packages on Sunday, and they only went though USPS today at around 6pm. I don't doubt that DYK is bringing them over when they say they are, as FedEx and UPS packages show as "Arrived at Buffalo" the next day by the evening. I ordered a some parts and they were shipped with Fedex. Unfortunately there is a road work on my street, and Fedex "tried" to deliver package 3 times already, with recipient not available message, without even trying to get to the house. There is no option to select pick up due to "shipper restrictions". I called them and agent told me to call rockauto so they can update shipping allowing pick up. Is there any way to contact Rockauto to do so? I don't see an option on the site :(

i ordered an item off etsy and i finally got the tracking info and an email saying it will be delivered tomorrow. on etsy it shows my delivery address which is correct, but when i click on the fedex tracking it says the delivery will be in quebec. i am in alberta. im confused and worried i won’t be getting my package. ive only ordered off etsy a handful of times so im not sure what to do. the sellers page also says they’re taking short break so i dont know if they’ll be any help

NYC Film Lab finished developing the film, and said they sent the photos back “yesterday via FedEx 2-Day shipping”. That was on March 26th. FedEx tracking confirms they had the package as of March 25th. FedEx shows the package hasn’t moved from its “we have your package location” and it’s now saying “we’ll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving”. It is now April 1st. I genuinely don't not know what else to do. I have called FedEx twice, per day, for 4 days straight for an answer. I've been lied to, saying it was moving to my location, then to be disappointed by checking the next morning. Fedex is useless and has absolutely not helped. The shipper themselves, and myself, have emailed customs over what is inside the box. it was a gift for myself. no monevement, no new news...am I cooked? I was so looking forward to this.

I just want to know how can I find what these Door Tags are for. I received multiple tags for a package and I have no idea what it’s for. I haven’t ordered anything so I don’t have a tracking number for these. I tried to look up the numbers on fedex.com/doortag and they all come back with “The tracking number you’ve entered can’t be found right now. Please check with shipper or try again later.” When I called customer service they’ve told me the numbers are too long or that they just can’t find the numbers. I've been really excited about getting my first guitar which i ordered on fender's website over the weekend. Three days later now FedEx tracking says 'Awaiting Package' and nobody is answering the phones at fender customer service. Now i am also dreading the build quality of this 'player plus' guitar i may get. Is fender having problems? should i try and cancel my order?
