2 day shipping. Shipped out the 23rd. It’s been stuck at the Cali center for 5 days.

expected it to be delivered by the 26th but i understand the delays! do we think itll come by the 30th?

I’m looking through the options on what to use to ship my stuff to the US and before tariffs I’d use ups but after I started using FedEx since it was the most recommended but now looking through ups does this mean I won’t have to pay anything once it arrives?

This is my first time using a proxy to make a purchase and was wondering which shipping service was best and easier to use for the US? Ive read a new posts saying that fedex lost their packages and its made me wary of just choosing a random service.

My FedEx shipment from Canada has been stuck in Memphis, TN for almost 30 days. It’s a VR cricket bat replacement part sent free as a warranty replacement, but FedEx charged me $30 in customs duties, which I paid immediately. Tracking still shows “Delivery updated – Memphis, TN” with no movement since Jan 2. Has anyone dealt with this before? What actually works to get FedEx to clear and release an international package like this?

ordered: AUGUST 27, 2025 returned: JANUARY 27, 2026 shoes are being sent back to shipper. honestly i had forgotten about these, i had moved them into my archive, but just got an update saying they were finally being released and sent back to sender lol. the seller sent me a replacement a long time ago and i told him if by some chance these magically made it to me, that id make it right with him, but glad to see he’s getting them back anyways. little victories 🖖🤙

I ordered something Friday and paid for Saturday delivery. Obviously ****** bc of the ice storms… My package was being sent from Paris Texas to Greenville, South Carolina… it left Texarkana Friday night and got to Cypress Texas early Saturday morning…. Since this was a smart post only the shipper is allowed to make a claim and any time I would try and chat or call i could not for the life of me get a real human on the phone until today. I called the hub that my package is stuck at for a week now in MN and it gave me the normal robot lady prompts, i answered the first question and then just kept saying i would like to speak to a human every time it said something else. Finally was able to get someone on the phone and they got a hold of the hub and created a support ticket and flagged to “trace”. What are the chances they actually find this?

I saw that a lot of people were getting their packages and one of mine that was stuck in Memphis arrived a few days ago, but I’m getting a little concerned that the other one might be lost. It is a close to $400 order that has not been scanned since the 21st. I have reached out to customer service and they are reaching out to FedEx. I did also reach out directly to FedEx and they told me I would have to go through oner active customer service. Is anyone else experiencing this?

From my consult, receiving the invoice, saying my prescription was preparing to ship, it was smooth sailing. I have never seen this before where it shows no address or locations on the FedEx tracking app. I was supposed to receive my priority overnight shipment on Monday but it hasn’t moved since Sunday night. Any idea what’s going on here and what to do?

I have a "Hold at location" order on a package I ordered a week ago. Walgreens does not have my package. I've been there thrice and watched three different staff members ruffle through the boxes in the FedEx area. I have called FedEx and they told my the package would be delivered today. That was Saturday. They said the same thing when I called today. It is still not there as of 6:30pm. I've attached the travel history and the current status. Do these screenshots not contract one another? Does "received at FedEx onsite" not mean it was dropped off?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice because I feel completely stuck. I shipped a handbag to Rebag to sell and shipped it using their prepaid FedEx label. I personally packed the bag in the box at home and dropped it off at FedEx (didn’t film packing the box so kicking myself for that mistake). Rebag later told me the package arrived empty. The received the shipping box and the Louis Vuitton box but the dust bag and purse inside was missing. I dropped off a package a couple hours ago and when the tracking info was sent to me I discovered the unit number is wrong. This is a priceless family heirloom and I’m doing everything I can to get it fixed, but the fedex call centre said they couldn’t help me because they haven’t received it yet and they want me to get staples to make the correction. Staples is closed now but I’m going to go there first thing in the morning to hopefully get it fixed. I feel like an absolute ***** for not catching this sooner. What are the chances I can get this resolved? Will they be able to fix the address, return to sender, or send it to a pickup location?

I had a package coming from let's say the northern part of Ontario and it arrived at a depot closer to where I live. It was supposed to go from there to a depot far south (which is closer to me), instead, they noted a delivery exception saying that the barcode was unreadable and they would replace it and deliver.
