A lot of people assume that when a shipment shows “Clearance in Progress” (CIP), it means customs is holding the package. That assumption is now incorrect. Hi, I am looking to send a couple of small gifts that can all fit in a small to medium sized box, worth in total about SGD 150 to China to a small town there. The delivery time is not an issue, it is not urgent delivery. Which service would you recommended to send this, I've only looked at Fedex so far. Yesterday I went to pick up my 200$ monitor from Walgreens fed ex pick up, apparently someone came in was able to scan a QR code and they gave them my package, Walgreens is telling me to file a police report, but that doesn’t sound right to me. I was thinking I need to go back to Walgreens and have them contact FedEx and report a misreleased package on the tracking number. It shows delivered but the persons name who picked it up is completely different from mine. I did contact the shipper and let them know as well.

So, I started to ship and receive next day and 2nd day air packages since November last year. As the package got delayed again today I figured I might want to do the math and see if I can find anything interesting, and here we are. 13 packages since November last year and 4 of them got delayed… That’s like 30% of my packages! Yes you may say it’s only 13 packages, but I’m doing all those stuff as an individual, and that’s my experience. Keep in mind all of them are air, not ground. Not sure if this exists, I can't seem to find any references. I am trying to figure out if there is an API I can use to get all the invoiced packages. basically it would be equivalent to exporting all the billed packages that contains the tracking numbers, the surcharges, discounts etc... I don't see any API documented that would let me retrieve this information. I got the integration working but all their sample APIs are focused on creating and tracking packages, and the samples don't show how they would show surcharge information. Any help is much appreciated

Overall a 3.5-4/5. Preordered something and they were quick to receive and package it as well as fill out customs forms for the US. Only issue I really had was when additional forms were required, they sort of told me “good luck” and left me hanging. For a watch details sheet. That FedEx nor customs will let the receiver fill out. I think zen market ended up filling it out after threading chargebacks (and calling FedEx to give them a nudge because US customs laws are kinda stupid…) Not bad. Would do business again if I had to.

The parcel box says, “everyday pickup”, which is false because it’s been going on 4 days in which it’s been sitting in the box. — Tomorrow is Friday and the last day I have to ship my items of my eBay will get a defect for shipping (which I don’t want). I have already made a case and talked with support (which in itself was a miracle, I had to lie to get a human on the phone). Are there any chances that with bad weather in Michigan it will get picked up! And is it illegal for me to retrieve my own package, and bring it to the facility myself?

I made a huge order from Makestar recently and was missing several items in the order when it arrived due to Makestar’s packaging. Makestar is telling me I should contact FedEx (the carrier) and open a claim with them. Should I open a claim with FedEx, or should I attempt to get my money back through Makestar? Just not really sure who to attempt to get a refund from.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction here because I'm at a loss. When I use DHL they just email me an invoice, I pay, then I get my package. I've now received 2 packages from Japan via Fedex and I'm supposed to get a bill in the mail. I never received a bill for either package. One package I got last summer, the other I got 3 weeks ago. My ram sticks were acting up so i RMA’d them, took less than a week to send the sticks in, its now going on 2 weeks since they confirmed they were sending out the replacement pair. Replacements have been stuck at a fedex facility an hour away, 4 days past the expected delivery date. If you need to return something to lululemon. Best that you return in store. I tried to return online because the nearest lululemon is 1 hour away. However fedex lost my package.
