FedEx Tracking

Hello all. I’ve been patiently waiting for my watch to ship and checked in with Travis. It is still showing “label created” through FedEx a week later. I asked when FedEx would get the package and when it would start moving and I received a response “it is because of the holiday. It will update Monday”. Is there a Chinese holiday going on now or am I just getting scammed? I know shipping takes some time but I paid for expedited shipping and I’ve just been watching the status stay the same for days. This is my first so not sure if this is normal. Thanks.

Hello, yesterday, my H2C was supposed to be delivered, but nothing showed up. In the FedEx app I see that the delivery date will be updated as soon as the package will move. I tried to call them yesterday, but only spoke with ****** AI bot. Does anyone have experience with this and in that case knows what to do? Thanks (image for illustration)

One of the things I liked the best about this job was being able to work alone—completely free of the inane bs of having to pretend be friendly with people just cause I work with them. Now, not only has that been stripped away, but they doubled the workload to the point that even being scheduled for a stepvan involves having to dig through a pile of unnecessary bullshit to find a medium package someone in the warehouse labeled as an unknown. I'm *supposed* to only have a helper route on Thursdays, but here I am doing it back-to-back. If I wanted to deliver a gross number of packages in a stepvan every day, I'd apply to FedEx or UPS, so I'd be paid an extra $10 hourly. Stop...

After GL, he told me I’d receive tracking in 3 days. It’s now been well over a week and I’ve yet to receive any tracking so I messaged him to ask if my order had shipped. He’s telling me the package has shipped but there’s “year end” tracking malfunctions and his shipper can’t enter waybills so he can’t provide me tracking. My package I ordered has had nothing but problems through FedEx. I ordered a hoodie from the UK, and it arrived at Memphis TN, then it got stuck in Customs due to a Clearance Delay as it was asking for the specific gender of the garment, it finally seemed to clear that after I asked the shipper to send details to FedEx now for the past \*\*three\*\* days since it’s cleared, it alternates from “On the Way” to “Shipment Exception: Held, cleared regulatory agency(s) after aircraft/truck departed.” What is going on? Is there anything I can do to get this to move besides calling repeatedly?

Stuck in a real dilemma- was expecting an extremely important and sentimental shipment through FedEx to Evershine Print & Parcel. The package arrived at 4:20 today, I showed up at 4:40 (location was supposed to close at 5p), and it was already closed. I will not be able to pick up after this weekend as I’m moving. Hi everyone, I bought a motherboard, ram, cpu from them last Wednesday and FedEx tried to deliver this Friday but couldn’t because of wrong zip code and missing building number. I called FedEx if I can pick it up in their closest place but they said the package is restricted and couldn’t be modified, telling me to message MemoryExpress instead. I called MemoryExpress and told me to make a form regarding address change. Now I’m questioning whether how long will they take to reply since I’m also trying to make FedEx not return the shipment back to memoryexpress to avoid unnecessary trips and making the package experience multiple throws by the carriers.

In December, my teenage daughter bought a ticket from StubHub for a concert in April and they said it was in paper form and would be delivered by FedEx with an indirect signature required a few days before the concert. We went out of town for three days around Christmas and returned to discovered that FedEx tracking reported they had delivered the ticket while we were gone, and they claim it was signed for by someone with our family name but an incorrect first initial. My apartment building isn’t the safest; packages are routinely stolen. And the UPS/USPS/Fedex on my route seem routinely lazy and just leave packages in the lobby. I’m not sure what delivery service native uses. But would I be able to send it to a PO box or any delivery services that have stations in NYC.

I have a package on Zenmarket. I need to know this because I have a package that costs $2400 and the shipping costs $100. Will FedEx consider the package's value to be $2500 or $2400? The shipment is to the USA, but I haven't paid for it yet. I also don't want them to make a formal declaration of my package and require me to provide my Social Security number.

We have a small business that receives a lot of packages. We have constant issues with FedEx. Mostly ground, but Express is bad too. I know it’s not us or the building, because we have never had a single issue with UPS or USPS. They’re like clockwork and they’re really nice guys and gals. They won’t even attempt delivery sometimes. They’ve literally taken pictures of the building from the truck. They leave signature required packages without signature. Fedex, 3 out 4 deliveries i get from are late. I have one at this moment they say is out for delivery and there isn't a chance, and they re assessing the delivery date. The fedex truck went by 4 hours ago. They miss delivered 4 of my packages to other place in our small town. Update: I received the denial notice today, and USCIS says they denied my case because they didn’t receive my RFE response package (even though we submitted it on Dec 19 and deadline was DEC31st Fragomen is telling me they have FedEx proof of delivery / signed confirmation from USCIS showing it was received.They’re sending me the POD details. Has anyone faced this exact situation USCIS claiming “not received” even though you had FedEx signed delivery? If yes, how did you resolve it and what actually worked?
