I’m sorry but there’s literally no excuse for this. WALK THE PACKAGE TO MY FRONT DOOR where it can’t be seen by the public. I’m in a townhome and my front door isn’t visible from the street. It’s absolutely asinine a driver can’t walk an extra 15 steps and instead has to place it right in front of my garage door for all to see. If there’s some policy that says they have to leave packages in front of the garage then it’s really the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard

no other packaging or anything lol, just the plush (also the box was dented on one of the corners, so giving them any sliver of a benefit of doubt, that might’ve been from the delivery itself). they really do show more and more of their true colors regarding how much they care about the giveaway winners and fans of this series in general every day lol. it’s honestly so laughable to see all of the BS Inviz and their “thriving company” are saying constantly to try and convince the fanbase that they’re doing well and have anything in control lmao

Hey so I imported a PC from Japan to the states. It was around $5k. The package was delayed in custom clearance and a week ago it said I needed to submit my information. So I called FedEx EVERY DAY because they said they would email me a form to complete for my PC to be free. It's been a week and no form. Help 😭😭

Hi everyone. I have a weird one for you. I purchased a label on ebay and shipped an item via fedex, as I’ve done countless times. An hour after dropping it off, buyer sends me a message saying their package received a text from fedex stating item is ready to picked up in NH. Needless to say I dropped it off at my fedex in NH for delivery to buyers home in AL. Why would they tell my buyer they need pick it up? What can I do about this?

I’ve already let the provider know and have allegedly received a replacement. My order was for 4 bottles of Botox not 12! Why would they inflate the number? Odd thing to lie about.

I have a FedEx Ground package that was shipped today and says it is scheduled to arrive on Friday the 26th. Do FedEx Ground packages move on Christmas (between facilities; just no pickups and deliveries)?

Hello, I had a very bad experience shipping my package with Fedex. Long story short, the Fedex website shows that it was delivered today, but there is no proof of signature. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was delivered to an address with Attn: 790408, which belong to U.S. Bank when I searched on Google, not the Department of State (DOS). I also provided them DOS Attn number but obviously they delivered to the wrong Attn! Is this normal? I am extremely frustrated. At this point, I do not know whether it was misdelivered or possibly lost, and the package contained a cashier’s check. I made an order from the LTTStore on Black Friday for myself and Christmas gifts for my brother. My first order seems to be lost, I haven’t received an update on it since December 3rd. I reached out to support about it and being as great as they are, they reshipped the package and said if the first shipment did arrive, to refuse it and have it shipped back to them. Our pilots are striking but not officially... All flights tomorrow are canceled which means anything coming Express is likely not going to be delivered tomorrow... Only about a couple percent of our freight is trucked in so all the stations will only have access to whatever gets delivered to their station via truck since all of our pilots have called out Actually ley I'm not sure about other stations, but our station will be open on Christmas Day for recipients to come and pick up packages. We will not be sending anyone out to deliver.

Ordered a 2k dollar EGO snowblower from Amazon, sold by Amazon specifically, on Dec 12. Amazon delivery date stated Dec 18th. FedEx attempted to pick up several times apparently, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, although I don't think a small palleted item wouldn't be ready for pickup from a warehouse after several days from the initial order. I’m staying on campus over the winter. I have a package that arrived 3 days ago via fedex and updates with student mail. Don’t see it on the logistics tracking system. It’s now winter break and I heard student mail would hold deliveries but does it mean the tracking system would also not update until the break ends? or is my package lost? I’m kinda worried. Is there somewhere I can go to check on that and pick it up myself if possible? Today’s the last day that student mail operates before Christmas.

I'm a student travelling to US for graduate studies and wanted to parcel some books, utensils, spices and homemade food products. If someone sent a parcel to US in last few months, what was your experience with customs like? If you had a smooth experience, which delivery service did you use? afaik Fedex, DHL and UPS are the three main companies that deliver packages in US and have different customs clearance rates.

So I have a package that shipped from Incheon, South Korea (iykyk) and was supposed to be delivered on the 17th, but has been sitting for almost a week now in the same spot without any movement with the message "delivery updated!" This was an important one so I have been hounding Fedex for days and have gotten nowhere - vendor is asking me to wait patiently until Thursday and they will issue refund or reship product. FEDEX will not provide the recipient any information except that the package is with High Risk Investigation Department. According to the sender, only the same information is being provided and that no further information is being requested. The item has been located with the High Risk Investigation Department for over a month. What are the possible reasons for this confiscation (delay in shipment) and l for the lack of followup information and communication.
