FedEx Tracking

So, my item was dropped off today but never received an estimated date.... I called usps earlier and the agent told me that they can see it's estimated to be here tomorrow. That's awesome! But now the only update to tracking is a "Preparing for Delivery" above the scan where the package was dropped off. Can anybody help give me some clarity on this? I hardly ever use usps and this is the first time I've used their PME... 50 bucks for it, yikes! I really hope they're right about it being here tomorrow. Hi, I ordered a binder from fluxion in the beginning of April. I have never heard of the shipping company they use but it is called uni uni and they still have not delivered my package. Hello, so I am a seller, and I am listing an item that weights 4 pounds and box dimensions are 12x12x16. I understand that it is bigger than the cubic feet, so the carrier (UPS) will use the dimensional weight and the price will be bigger. So I entered the units and information, I am shipping it through UPS Ground, $25.99. My question is I did the math and the dimensional weight comes out as 16.5lb, I usually use 139 as my divisor. if I used 166 divisor it is 13.8lb. The label provided says it is UP TO 12lb (dimensional weight) so I am a little confuse on the math Mercari is doing to give me this label, or am I inputting something wrong? My package number is B2603130000315. My shipping of choice is FedEx. I have previously posted on this subreddit before and the comments have said that there was an issue with my package, so I will “have to contact live support for upgraded handling.” I contacted live support to upgrade handling, and their response is that my package was undergoing customs so I’ll have to wait it out. Later, I reached out to FedEx and they said that the shipment information has been sent to them, but they have not received the package. This confusion is honestly making me lose hope in that package ever coming to my house. I spent over 100, and this has been my first time using Sugargoo services. RIP

Package stuck in Memphis with NO updates since April 29 My international package has been sitting in Memphis for over a week with no movement or scans. I already contacted FedEx customer service multiple times and submitted the requested customs/TSCA paperwork. Has anyone experienced something similar recently with Memphis delays? So I have been eagerly waiting the package that I ordered from Mercari all day today. On a typical day, my mail arrives from 11 AM to 2 PM give or take. Today I’ve just been sitting waiting at home all day until 20 minutes ago. I see this notification pop-up. Genuinely what the heck is this supposed to mean? I am at a house in a residential neighborhood not a business… And the Mail has never been this late and I did not see any mail truck either. Has this happened to anybody else? Is this just because they were out late and couldn’t get it on time? Will my package probably arrive normally tomorrow? God I have usps I should just pay more for UPS or fedex next time.

FedEx tried to deliver a package requiring a signature but we weren’t home. So they leave a slip that says we can sign the slip for package release. We do and leave it on the door. The next two days they try to deliver the package again and leave more slips…right next to the original slip.

I still consider myself fairly new. Ive used 3 different companies, MedVi, then Gimme and now Rift. Out of the 3, Rift had given me not only the easiest intake but fastest service. I live in an area where packages are not overly safe left out, and UPS/Fedex just leave packages and don't ring the doorbell. I also have a AI Key running. I have a alarm with an AI detection of box within a certain area that used to work, but after a protect software update that alarm stopped picking up "box". Not mad at Visible but having the signature requirement makes FedEx horrible. Somehow it took them 3 days to get my package TO my area. Then instead of getting out of the truck and knocking on my door or ringing the door bell, the FedEx person takes a picture from the truck in my driveway of the door tag and DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE THE DOOR TAG!!!
