Sent out a package to a buyer a couple days ago using FedEx ground economy. They messaged me today, shortly after delivery, with picture proof that the item was damaged during shipping. There's a large gash in the box (pointed inward), which highly suggests it was damaged during shipping (looks like FedEx drop something heavy on it or otherwise partially ripped and crushed the box). I believe the rip allowed some of my packing peanuts to fall out-- which doesn't help. Thankfully, the total value plus shipping is well under the $100 claim limit (not even half that). I told the buyer that I would file a FedEx claim and get back to them about a refund in 48 hours. I intend to issue ...

I am sick of these delivery drivers parking in my cul-de-sac and walking across my lawn to deliver packages! No respect. I spend a lot of money maintaining my lawn. I plan to turn on the sprinklers every time I catch them! It would be so easy to just walk down my concrete driveway. Anyone else have that experience?

So fedex doesn’t ring my apartment bell instead lies and say I wasn’t home sent a message saying they could not get into the building but they never rang the bell. They wanted to creep in throw the package and run like little thieves. So they never came back to deliver my Walmart package. It’s always a problem with FedEx because of them i will stop ordering from Walmart they need to get like Amazon.

Just wanted to see if anyone has had this issue happen and had advice, sorry if it’s not allowed. I have a snake being delivered to my local FedEx hub tomorrow morning. The seller accidentally put my preferred name instead of my legal name (what’s on my ID) on the shipping label. Has anyone else had this happen and have it be ok? It’s giving me so much anxiety :( I saw somewhere that through the FedEx delivery manager you can send a QR code to someone to have them pick up a package for you and I’m thinking maybe I could just do that for myself? I couldn’t find too much information on it besides that it exists.

Can anybody explain why they would do this? This package was ordered to rush ship from Ohio to Michigan. Why did they take it to Memphis? It could have been here by now but they went the opposite direction!

I requested the 2-weeks trial box to start from 3/18. When I checked the invoice, they shipped the box out by Fedex on 3/16. They didn't give me any shipping notification or tracking number. Ordered a 399 ps5 digital from gamestop online March 20th, free delivery 1-3 days. Wonderful, my birthday is on the 31st of March and my fiance helped me treat myself. Go to check order/shipping, it says expected to arrive tomorrow, March 25th. Click track package from fedex... it says they dont even have the ps5 yet. Hey guys… first world problems i know lmao but i ordered a package from germany and its coming through by fedex. It left 3/5/26 and until now it keeps going back and forth between germany and france???? I called fedex and obviously they said it because of whats going which i know but then other people r receiving their packages… so anyone experiencing something similar? and isn’t it more of a task for it to go between germany and france, back and forth???! why lol

Carver Street between Duke St and Roxboro has been blocked by fiber (digging up for Google Fiber or Frontier?) and Duke Power (installing larger poles) all last week and continuing this week. Although the company providing the roadblocks claims they will let delivery trucks and post office in, I had a FedEx overnight delivery delivered 2 days late--they walked the driver to my doorstep--and I haven't had mail delivery since last Friday. I know some of you have been through this...can I contact the local postmaster and arrange to pick up my mail somewhere? Whom should I contact? Thanks.
