FedEx Tracking

Stopped by FedEx today to drop off a heavy package (60LB's); quite commonly when I have heavy packages I drop off close to 5:00 PM (ground cut-off time) because the ground driver waits there till 5:00 PM and they just have me load onto his vehicle. Today I arrived at 4:58 PM and the ground driver "already clocked out" according to the manager (I followed him inside). When I told her it wasn't 5:00 yet; she said it was past 5:00. We argued for a couple minutes, showed her my phone and their POS didn't say 5:00 yet. I went back out to the parking lot and carried the package inside, and got a drop-off confirmation of 5:01 PM. I shipped a 13lb box and inadvertently put the wrong street number on the label, think 552 and it should have been 255. The street number that I put is invalid, there is nothing at that address. FedEx shows as delivered March 31 and left at the front door. There is no photo that I can find confirming the delivery. I gave a one star on the delivery and described the situation. I attempted to file a claim but it said unable to perform this action. I attempted to call the 800 number but was unable to speak to a representative. I have a 2022 model where my keyboard performance predictably deteriorated to the point where it no longer worked. It cost me $143.66 including tax and shipping to California. I ordered on Sunday 5 April and it arrived 8 April. I used the replacement keyboard to make this post. I bought a Legion Go 2 Z2E for $1281 Open Box hours before they raised the price, but FedEx hasn't updated the tracking. It was supposed to arrive in Washington today. FedEx support says the estimated delivery date is the 9th (tomorrow), but my tracking code says it was supposed to arrive today, and now it says the date will be updated soon. It hasn't updated since Sunday morning, four days ago. I'd like to know if anyone else has had this same problem with FedEx and if I can expect my package tomorrow or later, or if it's just not moving anymore?

I’m not sure if I have ever seen a black & yellow variant of the screwdrivers. I had ordered a mystery screwdriver from the recent sale and after FedEx nearly lost the package, I finally get it and got a this black and yellow handle with silver shaft screwdriver. Just curious if this was ever sold on its own or was part of some collab I may have missed?

My package has been attempted for delivery on another city twice already. For context, I bought an item on ebay and have already spoke with the seller about this and believe it is a fedex issue. As they explained that they provided the correct address on the shipping label. The fedex website says the shipping address is wrong and have attempted to deliever in another city an hour away from me. I've never recieved a package from fedex so I'm unfamiliar with this situation. Is this common? I'm planning on calling and having them hold the package for me in a closer facility for pickup. Any advice?

Currently we have a ground and express pickup at my business. Ground is picked up as normal in a step van while our express pickup is loaded onto a 53’ trailer and taken directly to Louisville. Our areas express building is shutting down and moving to the ground building. How is this going to impact my business? Will express packages be sorted at the ground facility and then to an air hub? Or will ground just run a tractor trailer to the air hub and ground/express will be sorted there together? This whole merger seems messy, with FedEx not keeping customers in the loop.

I also love giving shout-outs to good sellers and that definitely happened with some of them. First up are a couple of Polish 8 hour rations. Background: I used Blackship to buy a set of 4 wheels from Japan. They were shipped as 4 separate packages. Initially I entered the wrong HTS code. FedEx contacted me, I corrected it, and my shipper sent updated invoices for all 4 packages. Hello, I ordered a guitar from a seller based in China on November 28, 2025 for roughly $300. The estimated delivery date was between January 21, 2026 and February 11, 2026. After some back and forth with the seller trying to get tracking info, they claimed it was going to be shipped via sea freight and when it arrives in their US warehouse at the end of March, I would get provided a tracking number. Well, March came and went and I never heard anything. On April 6, 2026 I filed a “item hasn’t arrived” case and requested a refund. Preordered the midnight vinyl and the signed hoodie boxset in late Feb, and made another preorder for the rosary vinyl early March. I received my midnight vinyl (a week late), but have yet to receive the other two. The boxset's sat in Troutdale, OR since March 27th, and the other April 1st. My package was supposed to be delivered today and I'm home to receive it. The tracking says that I was not available to receive and hence delivery date has been updated to tomorrow. It doesn't say anything about where to pick it from alternatively. It's always the same driver that delivers the packages. There was no knocking on the door or Bell ringing. Our building elevator is not working today for some reason. That could be the reason why the driver turned himself away. So what happens next?
