Not sure what happened to this expensive package (250$) but everything came thrown around and glued together. I couldn’t get the glue off without destroying the tassels on the key and it was almost impossible to remove. I’m disappointed that i opened my box like this. I called to have them replace it but the lady on the phone said i would have to drive to my local store to drop off the damaged package (my closest store is out of state 4 hours away). Hello, I’m a semi frequent buyer with buyee (this is my 4th shipment) and I usually consolidate items. I’ve had packages shipped using international ePacket light when they’re small enough, but I’ve also used international parcel (AIR). With both services, I accrued small customs fees (receiving in Canada) I have a larger package that has significantly higher shipping rates, I think this is because it is many larger items like 12” records and CDs. The shipping options I have are EMS for 9,850 yen, buyee air delivery for 9,276 yen and international parcel (Air) for 10,000 yen. I’m wondering what would be the best option to choose? May 8 Is there any way to verify my ship-to address on either BEWL platform? Somehow last week New Life/PGR got my address minus my apartment number. FedEx had to contact me to verify my address so that they could re-label the original package for delivery. My apartment number does show up under the Track Order button on the new web site, but it was definitely not printed on the individual labels of the vials I received.

Since 5:45 this morning I've been waiting for a package which said it was out for delivery. I was even given the name of the driver/delivery person. Then at approximately 3:33pm I checked the tracking number again, and it now says "delivery exception" that the package was returned for "inspection". I ordered shoes, from Texas. I am in Colorado. Was expecting new WiFi equipment to come in today, but like always, the FedEx driver refuses to even try to do their job. I’ve been waiting all day, then all of a sudden, I get this notification that they couldn’t reach me. The package didn’t require a signature, and not once did I hear a knock or anything . The only thing is I had another pack delivered the other day to my back door, but I guess the driver couldn’t bother to do that day, even though it was the same driver. FedEx needs some type of live tracking or something. This is getting annoying.

I’m extremely frustrated with UPS’s terrible system. I live in South Korea, and I had my package shipped to my relative’s house in New Jersey. For absolutely no reason, UPS redirected my package to a pickup point that was 30 minutes away from the original delivery address. What’s even more ridiculous is that both FedEx and USPS successfully delivered packages to the same address on that exact day without any issue. From my perspective, it seems like UPS simply didn’t want to complete the delivery.
