Hey all, I placed a pretty big order for Gamersupps as far as the average consumer goes. I talked to everyone on the overnight shift I work on and did a bulk order of over 500 dollars in tubs. The email I got for the sale gave me a Shop app QR code and a single tracking number. The Shop app doesn't have the ability to scan QR codes, and when you go to manually track the package it asks for Package name (I have no idea what that means) and carrier service (which I can assume is Fedex but I'm not entirely sure). I was at home awaiting delivery of an RTX 5080 GPU. When tracking said delivered, I searched everywhere around my house. Opened a missing package case, then on a hunch, drove over to my neighbor's place. Submitted a complaint, and being honest, closed the case. Hopefully you have good neighbors, cuz what the h\*ck?

I was expecting a package yesterday. It was marked as vacant. I live in an apartment complex and nothing like this has ever happened to me, we have our own separate mail boxes. UPS, USPS, FedEx has never once opened my mail box themselves and put anything in it— they set it by the front door of the apartment complex. I've been shipping on eBay as a seller for 28 years now. I've tried them all and I have to say FedEx is the best though they all have problems. The handling seems to be rougher with FedEx but the pick up from my porch is much more reliable than the Postal Service that gives gentler handling. And when a parcel gets damaged it's amazing how USPS just sends it to some dead letter office and the tracking pretends it's still on the way to destination. Never once has a damaged parcel actually made it through with them whereas FedEx throws a bunch of tape on there and it's always made it through usually with the contents intact despite the damaged outside. We live in a townhouse complex and had on and off issues in the past with FedEx, but it's been fine lately. And then this today. Evidently the ground drivers are unable to read and follow simple delivery instructions (they're logged in my account). I have a \*constant\* problem with the driver on my route leaving packages on the driveway, behind the car or dumped on the sidewalk, completely exposed to the weather. I just wanted to share with everyone that Bambu delivered all pieces of my H2C Ultimate set (dual AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT and extra induction hotends) before the expected date (December 02). For those who ordered the same bundle, don't worry if you only see 2 packages instead of the expected 3. Bambu later updated my order and added the missing package and then added a tracking number to it. The printer was delivered by FedEx and the other 2 packages with Yum Express. Happy holidays!

Please don’t body shame this lady. That’s not the point of this post. This is the second time this happens. We live in South Lansing. We did make sure to post delivery instructions for FedEx (saying to please don’t leave packages by the garage), but half the time their delivery drivers don’t follow them. Watch out for this piece of scum if you see her near your house, though.

So I have multiple packages coming from the EU to US and I know France is experience delayed but this is quite insane. No? Almost 10 days with no movement. I have made an inquiry and they said it’s cleared customs, but is awaiting space on a flight to France. Is this normal? I’m getting very concerned

FedEx had perfected the art of lying about missed deliveries. Just about every package I get from FedEx fails to deliver on the original date and they mark the package as though it's my fault. Let's not forget they just toss the package on the porch when they do deliver, so this status is pure BS. I want to see State Attorneys General go after them for their shady business practices.

This is not my business… But I am an hourly employee working their kiosk. It’s really a lot of fun and you’ve probably seen people doing it on TikTok. We have packages price between 10 and $40, and this is real unclaimed mail… Not those pallets of Amazon and Walmart returns. My boss buys them from a broker who in turn gets them in bulk from the unclaimed Mail warehouse in New Jersey. It’s really a lot of fun and a great idea for a white elephant gift for the holidays. I’ll be out here until 8 PM tonight, our kiosk is located inside the Christmas village. This is a locally woman owned business!
