5/2 I was on vacation visiting my friend, and my iPhone 16 Pro was stolen. I filed a police report and then used my friend's iPhone to access Find My. I then used her phone to attempt to file a theft/loss claim. When I clicked the file a claim link, it led me to a white screen. When I clicked back to restart the process, it said 'claim in progress,' and I was no longer able to start a new claim. I then called Apple, which directed me to AIG to file the claim. On the phone with AIG I told him I did not have access to my own email or phone, and I could not click to file a claim again. I have a package headed from Guangzhou to Cape Town and unfortunately it’s been at local FedEx facility in Guangzhou for over 6 days. I’ve never had this happen before and I frequently ship from a company that uses this same line. Could the shipper be missing some documentation or something? Or should I just be patient? Yes I have contacted FedEx support and they weren’t of any help.

Package was delivered, apparently to the wrong address. 6 days after delivery, the receiver returned the package to Fedex stating it was delivered to the wrong address. Apparently the package is damaged and has been at some holding facility for two months, waiting for the sender to verify the Fedex account and instruct Fedex to try re-delivered or return to sender. I have a package that arrived to Memphis from Taiwan. Had a delay due to customs, which appears to be resolved based on my understanding of things so far. But then the next update after being released is this shipment exception, which occurred at 4:26pm yesterday, 5/19. How long should it delay/extend the delivery time? It’s usually an overnight flight to Detroit, but I’m assuming that’s the flight it missed…so could I expect it to be loaded on the flight for tonight? Just curious if I’ve got things understood correctly. Thank you!

I work for a gastroenterology practice in Virginia. We needed to have a colonoscope repaired by Olympus. I call and arrange for repair of our scope, and also for them to send us a "loaner" scope while the repair is done. Olympus creates a label for me to send our scope to them. Packed it up, took to FedEx drop off site, and scope was received by Olympus the next day. (Priority Overnight Express Delivery). I paid extra for two day expedited shipping. 48 hours ago I got shipping information from the company, but since then, the shipping information has not even confirmed they received my package. I called the company yesterday and they assured me they dropped it off to FedEx two days ago and FedEx just hasn’t updated their tracking yet. They said it’s not unusual for it to not update at all until it’s delivered?? I have ordered from this company before and used their expedited shipping and I’ve never had this issue. I am consolidating my package to ship to the US westcoast, and as it is heavy and bulky (20kg, 60 x 35 x 52 cm, total value \~$740) Fedex quoted me $360 and DHL is $300. I am incline to DHL but saw a few threads saying that they got a fuel surcharge ($69-89) afterward and also there is a $17 processing fee, so I am wondering if someone can varify whether they actual charge fuel surcharge afterward, and if it makes sense to go Fedex instead.

I received an expensive package in the mail today. I didn’t order this and don’t have a Best Buy account. How do I debug Frigate crashing when going back to view historical footage? I've had a very stable install for a while but made two recent changes that I believe are overloading my system, I'm not sure exactly what the overload is though. 1. Adding a 16MP 180 Reolink RP-PCT16MD camera 2.
