Hey guys! I just finished my first week as a package handler and my feet are killing me. It got to a point that I now have blisters and cuts on them. I’m looking for shoe recommendations that offer support and comfort for my shifts. Any recommendations are very appreciated!!

I received a package addressed to my name and exact address in NYC. It came from a woman in Ogilvie, Minnesota. Easy to think I might’ve bought something and just forgot about it but I never and I repeat never thrift clothes online unless it’s soccer jerseys through Depop. Hello, so I worked at FedEx ground as a package handler for around 11 months until November 2026 when I had to quit to deal with some family stuff and I was rehired about 2.5 weeks later when I could come back. After that on December 13 I had another family emergency come up that I had to travel for and I asked my manager for the time off and he said the system would automatically deny it but he would push it through. I got confirmation from my manager, operations, and the scheduling people that my time off was secured and it went off my schedule. I placed an order for two desks and two sets of accessories on Dec 15. The desks were delivered on Dec 17 but the accessories never arrived. I reached out to Secretlab and they said they had opened a support ticket with FedEx. FedEx closed the support ticket on Dec 29 and the website status is still the same - package is on the way but no delivery date can be provided. Mind you, the package is allegedly in my state, literally in the city next door. Secretlab support is effectively non-existent. Would you want to work with customers all day, stock/face all day, check in vendors all day? Personally I would want to only do financial stuff. Count everyone's tills, do bank runs, count the deposit, doing refunds. I also enjoy the process of checking in FedEx packages.

Hello. I had a package that was out for delivery today, the time frame between 11:15am-3:15pm. 2pm came and tracking now states attempted at 1:35pm. Will try again tomorrow. I was home all day working. I have an office window next to the front door and I can see anyone going through the front gate and going down the stairs to the door (I live in a semi basement level apartment with a separate entrance.). I have huge #’s on my door and a sign with my house #, st, apt hanging in front. No real attempt was made or he went to the front of building. I go through a side entrance in a corner building so I understand if he was confused but my address is on the cross street and is not hidden...

I ordered a few Coccinelle goodies for myself before the holidays. My order just was delivered after a lengthy time with customs. I picked up my order from a FedEx location and they let me take the package without paying duties. A few hours later I got an email that I had $107 in duties due. I was confused because I thought that first of all Coccinelle paid all that (duties and tariffs) and second because I actually have the items in my hands and there was no mention of it at pickup. Is that normal?

Can someone please inform me how i can actually get my parcel to me, it’s been in stansted since the 24th of December and there is no possible way to get updates on when i will recieve it, tried calling email etc and am getting nothing and is impossible to speak to a real person, if someone could help me speak to a real person or find a way to find out when my package will actually be cleared and sent to me you’re help would be much appreciated.

So my order has been “out for delivery” for the last 3 days with no updates. I opened a ticket and called them today to escalate. I received an email a few hours later that they completed their investigation and could not locate the package. I had ordered about 30 wallflowers of my favorite scents, a bunch of men soap bars and one of each of the colognes they had on sale (I’m a gay guy obsessed with BBW 😅) and I’m so devastated that they lost the package because many of the items are completely out of stock 😭😭😭😭 I have been having a bunch of issues with FedEx locally and this just so disappointed and sad… Y’all, tell me something to get this out of my head cause ...

I dropped a small box in a local drop box location near me this past sunday. It’s now Tuesday and I’m not seeing any tracking. Is this normal? Will this package ever ship? I’m worried I didn’t bring it to a good drop box. In hindsight I should have brought it into a real FedEx location but I was driving by the box and it felt convenient. Am I screwed???

After placing an order in Sept 8 and over a dozen emails where most were unanswered even though AI, contacting my bank for a chargeback and filing a complaint with my state’s Attorney General’s office my order arrived today but not without more BS. I requested my order be cancelled on November 24 and crickets. Somewhere before Christmas I’m guessing they were contacted by the AGs office which I found out they ignored. On Christmas Eve I sent another infuriating letter to them reiterating all the steps I’ve taken and that I was on to their fraudulent business practices and the next day I got another BS letter that a human was looking into it.
