I received an expensive package in the mail today. I didn’t order this and don’t have a Best Buy account. I know there is a scam going around called brushing, but I received this order directly from Best Buy. I called and they said they had the order from a business account and the only info they could give was a generic “Ken Smith” name. I did receive an email from FedEx about the shipment but haven’t contacted them yet. I wasn’t charged for it and Experian report is clean. Not sure what risk there is here. How do I debug Frigate crashing when going back to view historical footage? I've had a very stable install for a while but made two recent changes that I believe are overloading my system, I'm not sure exactly what the overload is though. 1. Adding a 16MP 180 Reolink RP-PCT16MD camera 2. Configuring my 2 Nest doorbells and Nest IQ cameras which have flakey streams I'm fine with losing frames/data from the Nest cameras but it seems like the large 16MP camera and flakey Nest cameras result in Frigate crashing when I try to go view recordings. Long shot here but long story short, I am in the process of a cc chargeback because a supplier purposefully sent my package via FedEx to Bridgewater, MA, not my address in South Dakota. Scheduled to arrive Thursday 5/21/26. If the person that gets this package (doubtful) happens to see this, please reply here. I can verify (whats suppose to be) the contents of the box along with a tracking number. I deliver for FedEx and today I was dropping packages off at a nursing home in the middle of the DAY. I go in the back of the truck to grab a package and the sliding door suddenly shuts behind me 😭 The wild part is you normally have to press a lever AND pull it for it to close right. I missed a delivery today because I wasn’t home. They will try again tomorrow but I will likely not be home again due to work. It’s a signature required package so they will likely leave another door tag. If I sign the door tag and update my delivery instructions, will the driver put the package inside my garage or are there any company policies that would prevent that?

My package appears to be stuck in Southie. When I called FedEx, they told me it had been seized, took down my contact information, and then closed the case. However, the sender says the tracking only shows that it arrived at the delivery center but couldn’t be delivered. Has anyone experienced something similar? Was there any resolution, or is there still hope that I’ll receive the package?

I've had this happen to me before but it's not your exact situation. I made the buyer wait because I had proof of shipping and eBay will cover you because you have proof of shipping if it's I believe 15 days a package is considered to be lost in transit typically with FedEx so you may want to just check their policies on international shipping lost in transit possibilities or holds. However I do know that they are able to they're not going to be liable to reimburse you for the transaction value if there is time of war so that will cover them so that's best for you to just wait it out until everything calms down and just tell the buyer there's not much you can do...

Any one ever had a package supposedly stuck in Chinese customs. Had a pair of shoes shipped over a month ago that the agent is telling me it’s stuck in customs and will take up to 28 days to be released or possibly not. Shipped with hk FedEx but tracking says FedEx still waiting for package.

I’m soooo close to being able to ship my documents. I’m waiting for 1 more that will hopefully arrive any day now. 🤞🤞🤞🤞 I’m probably overthinking this but after all that work I want everything to arrive without issue. I’ve put together all the documents in a 14in x 11.5in document mailer that is a little less than 1 lb. Is that the best way to package everything? I was pricing out options and FedEx is about $250 and arrives a week later. UPS is $150, DHL is $210 and Pirate ship (UPS label) is $85-$100 and they all arrive in about 3 days. i am incredulous at what i’ve just experienced with FedEx for a delivery. i’d ordered a large workbench from a retailer, and they shipped it to me via FedEx Ground. i was home at the time FedEx delivered the package, and i was able to speak with the driver at the time of delivery. the package as it was right off the truck was clearly ripped open on one side, and the workbench was very obviously, seriously dented. i told the driver i was refusing delivery and to return it to the shipper. the driver said ok, but insisted that i sign his electronic signature pad. i point blank asked him if this meant i was accepting the delivery instead of refusing it. he said it was still being marked as...

Got delivery notice of my package today. Looked outside, nothing there. Checked the email photo record, not my address. Not even close, numerically. I was able to figure out where the house was, though. Drove over there -no package. In the photo it looked way too big to be mine anyway. So I ordered on may 9th, two pairs of black scrubs. One rafaella/isabelle and one formx. I got an email from figs on the 14th it’s shipped. Figs app now says “order placed”, FedEx tracking number provided says the label was created (on the 14th), and will update with a delivery date when they receive the package. My main question is will I need to pay additional tariffs once the package arrives in the U.S. like when I use DHL or FedEx ? It supposed to be a 2 days international express shipment. It contains important documents that could cause not only a lot of monetary damage also non-replaceable cost if not arrive on time :( I called all the number I could, Logistic said they submitted for custom clearance but then removed because it's document. confirmed with CBP there is no hold and the ticket is closed.
