For anyone with packages stuck at Charles De Gallue for past week or so… like my priority package - this is what the trace team has said…

good morning everyone so I had a question. I live in Hollywood Florida. I’m buying something off of an older person that lives in Massachusetts. it’s a 29 x 39” music award . I already created a shipping label. they’re supposed to drop it off this week The item does need to be packaged I just wanna make sure that they’re not gonna charge the lady on the spot. I wanna make sure that when she gives them the QR code of the shipping label and gives them my account number that I will be billed later. with no surprises. of the day of the drop off.

I heard about Olive Young Global closing on May 29, 2026 to US customers so I made a bulk order of 30 bottles of sunscreen to stock up. Unfortunately my order has been in FDA delay in Memphis since April 30th! This has never happened to me before. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so what was the outcome?

Amazon says one of my packages is coming between Friday and next week but the FedEx delivery says it’s coming today , which should I trust more ?

FedEx international package with 4 pieces. All shipped together on April 17, and arrived to the US on April 21st. 3 pieces went through customs at Newark and the last Memphis. On May 5 the master package (in Newark) cleared customs and I was notified all packages were cleared. Now the package in Memphis went back to clearance in progress, with one update showing clearance delay. I’ve called customs and they have no holds on the package, yet FedEx claims its customs fault. But more recently when I’ve called FedEx they just keep forwarding me to either logistics or the go FedEx number back and forth. Since it’s all grey market related, factories only deal with trusted distributors, and require all shipments to go through their own exclusive logistics partners to stay under the radar. Honestly, most of these shipping companies are run by the factories themselves, just another way for them to markup extra profit. I started FedEx because I was desperate, I figured I'd **** it with all the things people were telling me. I'm about a month in now and although it was really hard at first and sometimes still is, I honestly enjoy the job now. I’ve had a parcel that was initially meant to arrive last Thursday miss its delivery window. I then paid £140 customs fees, and the delivery window was updated to Tuesday, which it has now missed again. Is anyone else having issues with FedEx Stansted? I’m hoping this is a wider issue and packages are just slightly delayed at the hub.

It supposedly got there at 7:04 A.M yesterday and said it should’ve went out for delivery but it didn’t. That’s not surprising to me though, since according to the scan it got there kind of late. What’s surprising, is that it left my local facility instead of staying there to be delivered the next day. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m hoping it gets back to my local facility to go out for delivery and not get trapped in limbo or sent to another state. Edit: it got shipped to a different town/local facility that’s a little bit further from me but it went out for delivery at around 6:30.

Hey ladies, I'm kind of lost and need some advice. I placed my first order with Bao for a rep Balenciaga bag. It shipped with FedEx and has been stuck in Anchorage with a "clearance delayed" update because customs needed additional info about the package. Live in an apartment that delivers packages to a mailroom so FedEx always fails to deliver PSA packages since they require a signature. To get around this, I have been having the packages rerouted to a nearby FedEx store and picking them up in person. However, it seems that this option has been removed by PSA? I no longer see the hold at location option available online or on the FedEx app. Anyone else notice this? Unsure why PSA would remove this to begin with and also unsure how I’m going to get my packages now lol

June 1 our operations will start at the Ground station, with our own belt, etc. A lot of couriers are moving over, and a good few opted for the separation pay, but they haven't received any emails from FedEx confirming it. They have no idea when their last day will be. In fact, we just learned that they will be basically on-call for 15-30 days, but we don't understand what the job will require after the move. Will they be expected to deliver packages even if they don't "have" a position at the new station?
