lets not forget the drivers comp claim! seriously fedex! a 3k package delivered like this? no dolly? back and forth on the concrete? unacceptable not only for the package handling but on the driver's safely.

this says it all.. to the FedEx drivers side packaging *****. top of the box wasn't attached by the time it reached my house.

Hi everyone, my shipment is currently stuck with the status: “Clearance delay – Import – Goods are subject to regulatory review.” FedEx said this is a customs issue, not a carrier issue. Does anyone know how long customs review usually takes in this situation? Also, is there any risk that customs could destroy the shipment, or do they normally request documents first before taking action? For context, the package contains dried food items.

I sent my Apple Watch to get fixed before Easter and it still hasn’t arrived. Also, I live in Montreal. I’m wondering why did the package get sent to New Brunswick if Mirabel is like 30 minutes away. It’s supposed to a priority overnight delivery.

I have a package coming my way that says I need a direct signature required, its shipping to my sisters house since I live in apartments and we always have issues here and most likely she won't be home to sign. My question is if it's not delivered and held at a Fedex for pickup, will I be able to sign for it if my id doesn't have her address? Sent in 10 cards for the blue x-fractor defect submission. When I went to pick up the return package sent via FedEx, I noticed duct tape around the top covering a previous tear into the packaging. I opened it with the cut below that and saw only one of the cards still in the package. Not to call it stolen, but what’s the right course of action for correcting this? Do I try and deal with FedEx or work with Topps customer support? Really ***** cause it’s not like I had any super high value cards, it was just for my personal and the fun of the blue x-fractor fiasco. Thanks for any advice.

Its been years since I've really had anything shipped through USPS but recently I started buying some things off Ebay which have all been shipped through USPS and I cannot even explain how pathetic the experience has been. From packages sitting without update for weeks, to packages being delivered to wrong locations, to packages showing as delivered but nowhere to be found and at best showing up randomly weeks later. Im a FT Package handler at Fedex and trying to go to amazon. It’s because i have to wait in my car for like 2h unpaid between shifts and i really **** it. And amazon at my location which is west covina pay better. Is amazon any easier or harder compare to fedex?

Hey everyone. I’m shipping a camera to MPB and just want to make sure I packed it correctly. I put the camera body (Sony A7IV), battery, and charging cable in the original camera retail box, then put that box inside a larger shipping box with padding so nothing moves. I saw their instructions saying to individually wrap items (seen in the email attached), so now I’m second guessing myself. Do they actually expect each item to be packed separately in the outer box, or is having everything inside the original box first fine? Just want to make sure I don’t mess anything up before shipping and that everything will be accounted for by them as I don’t want them to say things are missin...

I recently purchased a paintball set up that originally had 2 tracking numbers however the 2nd wasn’t approved by usps and sent back, along with its contents. However the main tracking number given was delivered last week( in great shape as well). I am an online buyer, like I **** in-person shopping and been this way for YEARS. Anyways, this is THE worst company I have EVER bought from. I placed an order on March 19th for multiple items, with either one or two pieces being a “pre-order” in which those two items would be shipped mid July. I’m about to lose my mind over this package. I am a group order manager and unfortunately had to use FedEx as my shipper because my Japan warehouse couldn’t used DHL. My tracking number has not been updated in almost a week. I have provided them with my importers registration documents through Docusign and an itemized breakdown of the content in the box. I had a package being delivered, was supposed to arrive Saturday around 4:00. Right at 4:00 I receive a confirmation and a photo saying it had been delivered. But it was shown with multiple other packages. I call and file a case saying it was delivered to the wrong address, they say they’ll investigate it, etc… about an hour later, my neighbor shows up at my front door with my package, and tells me they were all dropped off in a ditch right beside the entrance to my street. I called support back and told them the package was located and closed the case. But what should I do to make sure this doesn’t happen again?

I received an email from them today (13th) @ 10:10 a.m. CST, stating that the supply was gone, and gave me options to cancel or choose another pharmacy. Bummer. I decided to wait. At 2:31 p.m. I received a FedEx shipping notice from PerfectRx. I'm stoked. Don't lose hope, there's still a chance that your order will be fulfilled! EDIT:Package is on the way!
