This package was a FedEx Smartpost (aka, it gets handed to USPS for last mile delivery.) The first "processing exception" happened after it got handed to USPS in Sacramento. I called to ask about it and the agent said they would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Then I got an email saying it got missent to Long Barn and that it would be sent back to Sacramento ro be rerouted. Long Barn sends it back since it was sent the wrong way. Then it gets back to Sacramento and suddenly it starts having problems again?? 3 times apparently? I've had many packages with Smartpost with no issues before, so I don't understand what is going on. First, a little background: I ordered a package from Home Depot, shipped via FedEx, coming from Bloomington, CA, to Akron, Ohio. The item is a recliner being shipped in three separate boxes. My first set of shipments got lost; two made it to Ohio but then stopped tracking, and one never left Wyoming. I reordered the item, and all three items shipped out at the same time from Bloomington, CA, but this time it's been about six days with no tracking update. I just need some information on whether this is normal or not. Maybe it's on a freighter or semi? How common is it for items not to be scanned for this long, and should I be concerned? I am sending a few packages to my girlfriend. All but one arrived at the location. But one of the packages arrived at the FedEx local facility and was marked damaged. I called up fedex and they said they will investigate it. Now it says its on the way and has arrived in a FedEx Location. Does this mean that it went from the local facility back to the sorting hub? The status still says that it will be delivered tomorrow. Help me understand what this means and what are the next steps I should take?

Okay, I have a question. I might just be impatient, but I ordered a BAB online and its economy shipping. It's been like 2-3 days since it shipped, and FedEx is still stuck on Label Created... I would also like to note that (im just assuming) the item i ordered most likely wasn't in stock in the Warehouse, so its being shipped from an actual BAB store, and its only 1 state over.. but I just get worried when tracking doesn't update.

Ordered November 14th and received the final update with tracking today exactly 19 weeks later. Should have it on Monday. I made some updates along the way and a last minute change that might’ve caused some delay. I recommend contacting them and asking about all the customizations they offer since they’re not all listed on the website. All that said, I can’t wait to have it on my neck in a few days! Sent today fedex. Got pictures done twice due to info on the sub. Pictures were cut exactly and heads in the right places with correct expressions but there was a sliver of white where our shirts ended on the right side of the adult photos. If I cut it off, it would be 49mm wide. I know I’m just anxious but any solidarity?

I came home from an exhausting day of work looking for my package. The package stated it was delivered by FedEx. I asked whomever was at my house if they seen the package the answer was no. Then, I decided to look up other incoming packages. I came across my order with a porch that wasn’t mine stating delivered. I’ve reached out to the company they couldn’t reissue. FedEx keeps delivering my packages to the wrong house because there’s another address with the same number and street name, only the last part is different. For example, they keep delivering to 123 Name Drive, when my address is 123 Name Court. I’ve contacted FedEx multiple times and followed every step they’ve suggested. I’ve filled out forms describing my house, added detailed delivery instructions, and tried everything they recommended, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I recently purchased a H2C from the BambuLab website after owning the A1 and falling in love with the hobby. It arrived today whilst I was at work. When I got home and got it inside, I noticed the hole in the side but, due to the small size and hearing about how great the packaging is that bambulabs provides, was optimistic the printer would be fine. Was expecting to rip Pokemon and drink some beer tonight but FedEx left the box at my neighbor’s house according to the driver’s photo. Worst part is that I have called the cops on the neighbor twice before, once for his bruised up wife running down street screaming help while he chased her and another time for one of his Pitt bull XLs killing livestock. I shot the dog but the neighbor only paid half the money of the cost of the goats and chickens because another neighbor’s dog helped his dog dig the hole. Definitely some bad blood there. Has anyone ever actually watched the FedEx tracking map in real time? Because let me tell you… I made the mistake of doing that today. I’ve got an important package coming, and I’m a little paranoid about it getting left on my porch and disappearing, so I’m watching this driver like a hawk. And this man, I swear on everything, moves to a different neighborhood and sits in the same spot for 45 minutes to an hour or more. Every. Single. Time. I live in the 333 Penn apartments and I suspect that it got sent to one of the neighboring apartments by me (think 16-Bit bar area). Does anyone recognize the backdrop? Ordered this item and pad for express shipping. Waited for it to be delivered, and saw status update that I refused it. Called UPS, and they claim they will try to deliver again that afternoon. Nothing ever comes, so call again and try to pick up at a shipping hub. Was told it will come by end of day. Tracking gets updated and I see they are sending back to sender. What the ****. Call again next morning and rep was absolutely zero help. Package supposedly gets sent back to sender but no updates for a while. Finally gets updated to show damaged and carton empty? I’ve received a notification from FedEx that one of my shipments from Italy to the US has been held by customs due to missing Anti-dumping duty commodity documentation. The email from FedEx doesn’t provide much detail and the GTM site it redirects to doesn’t mention that kind of documentation. This is the 100th\~ish package I’ve shipped to the US, but this is the first time I receive this kind of request. Does anyone know what can I do? I have sent a package to a friend in Tulum from the UK and it has got stuck seemingly at Delivery Office MXMEX4 which is a complete deadend on Google. my package was supposed to come today. It was in Lenexa Kansas, which is near my location and it rerouted to Columbia, Missouri, which is two hours away from me that doesn’t make sense
