The details got sent to FedEx on march 17th. It’s been in Memphis since March 20th and has stayed there since. I called customer service and they sent me through 3 different people and the last guy gave me an email and told me to message them about my package to get it removed out of customs, but that did nothing. This is ridiculous and makes me wanna just cancel my order

I ordered an item and the driver came to drop it off and told me he couldn’t find the package on his truck. Called FedEx no help. Company sends me out a new package, due to it never coming in. FedEx never delivers the package again. I got the company to send me out another item and it didn’t arrive. I ordered the item three weeks ago and still haven’t seen any of the packages deliver. Has this ever happened to someone?

Title. They delivered a package to my neighbor's house instead of mine. I was able to go over and pick it up. This time. I get it, the street is weird, but who do I contact to try to make sure it doesn't happen again?

Where am I supposed to get the package? Are they going to try again? So confused

For context, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address (coordinates show a location about 30 minutes away from me) and I know this because my mailroom does not look like the photo the driver took (see #2). I filed a missing package claim with FedEx, but I got conflicting information. One FedEx representative said a driver was NOT dispatched to get the package and another FedEx representative said a driver could not find the package (indicating a driver WAS dispatched). Nevertheless, FedEx encouraged me to file a claim with GOAT implying that the package was actually mis-delivered. Communicating with GOAT has been the most frustrating experience ever. Two packages with real problems. FedEx is getting worse and more difficult every day. One package has been in customs without updates since March 31st. The other package hasn't even arrived in the destination country; it had no updates since April 4th and now it's updated saying it's going back to sender without explanation.

I’m honestly really sad and stressed about this, and was wondering if anyone has gone through something similar. I purchased The Row Margaux (psp picture below) from a seller recommended here (Kendall factory), but FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. FedEx hasn’t been helpful at all in trying to retrieve the package, and I’m worried I might just be out $400, which really *****. Has anyone dealt with this before? Is it worth reaching out to the seller? Do they usually insure packages or help in situations like this?

The same day I notified about 3 hours after dropping it off that it needed to be relabeled as the label was not readable. I made the labels myself and was extra sure there was nothing wrong with my submission or packaging. My order is marked as “awaiting shipping,” but if you check your FedEx account, you’ll see that a package has been shipped from LG today, with a delivery as early as tomorrow. Additionally, the shipping details include the monitor model display, suggesting that they may have started shipping them early. My package is scheduled to arrive on Saturday.  Edit: Now I have received the email from LG with tracking number.

I usually use it to have people ship me good deals. 2 years ago, I hired someone to pickup an clearance open box soundbar marked down from $1,800 to $100 at Best Buy, and have FedEx package it and ship it to me. Hi, I shipped a Pokémon Zapdos Supreme Victors 150/147 card to PSA for grading via FedEx. I purchased the shipping through PSA’s website. Someone opened the package and stole the card in transit. I am attempting to file a claim with FedEx but their claims department told me over the phone that PSA must file the claim. I explained to them that I am the owner of the card and paid for the shipping but they assert that because I paid for the shipping through them, they must file it. They explained to me that if I filed it they would deny the claim. Hi, I sent a package to the US and following the tracking number correos gave me it says it was delivered, but my recipient never recieved anything, I was never notified, etc. I doubt the package was stolen but does anyone know if packages usually get moved to a diff company like DHL, UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc and then they issue you a separate tracking number?
