I recently ordered a $2,000 designer bracelet and the delivery required a direct signature, which I assumed I’m the one who would need to sign it. However, earlier today, when I was at work, I got notified that the package was delivered and signed by SPARK, and there was no photo proof of the delivery or the person who signed it. I came home after work, opened the package, saw the bracelet casing, but the actual bracelet was missing. I called FedEx and they told me the shipper will need to file a claim. I’m based in the US and just got a piece I ordered through the BF sale. Base price before shipping came in just over 300 euros…banner of the site says free shipping over 300 euros and I just assumed that was specific to the EU. FedEx dropped off my package today, no emails for customs charges like DHL does and the shipping label mentioned “bill sender” on it…does this all sound legit? If so I’m quite happy. Part of my skepticism originates from a decent tear in the shipping box that would’ve been big enough for a charge slip to fall out of the box. My previous experience was mostly using Amazon LTL and small package shipments. The occasional LTL shipment was between FedEx and UPS. Now I am in a role that relies heavily on 3pls and LTL to ship pallets regularly. I am fairly new in with this company, and need to expand our options of who to call to quote a shipment. Right now out of three brokerages one of them is very responsive and I feel honest about the charges. One of them rarely responds quickly and I have to chase them, and the other drops the ball a lot and is not all together honest. First complaint is there is no chat for help. I'm supposed to call and get through the annoying ****** AI voice. I received a text today and an email saying I need to pay $10.50 to avoid my package being delayed. I didn't think much of it because it was coming from S Korea but I tried to check. If FedEx gaslighting me? This photo was taken at 1230, snow stopped at 7, so even if they dropped if off at 7 and waited for 5 hours to take a photo it still wouldn’t be snow covered. I had to file a claim because my package was marked delivered and when I got home it was gone! I checked the delivery and it was supposed to be signed, I was going to be home the next day. Someone signed it as me! I filed the claim on 11/25. What's next?

I have a package coming that requires adult signature but will not be home tomorrow. The shipper also does not allow me to reroute the package so it will be delivered while I am not home. Will FedEx simply take it back and redeliver the following day? I just wanted to make sure they wouldn’t only make one attempt and then return it to the seller.

I read somewhere they stopped this but has anyone received there package from USPS that was originally sent with FedEx smart post recently?

It says it's supposed to be here tommorow but it glitched and said today I called fedex customer service and I was told it was on the way to the fedex building that sends the packages out in my area is it normal somtimes it doesn't update tracking this is just out of wack im waiting on my sylveon from the pokemon center

My order came and it’s missing syringes. I contacted customer service and they want me to take a photo of my packaging because the pharmacy is asking for it. My package came in a FedEx box with insulated package and ice packs and a box of glutathione. No receipt, invoice and syringe. By the time they asked I already disposed of the packaging. Just so frustrating. With the hassle I may as well just buy my own syringe. I’m asking what size I need. We’ll see if they get back to me.

This is not handbag related but I recently order a Cartier bracelet from Rebag through Bloomingdales. The package was delivered today by FedEx, literally just left at my door even though it required a signature. The box appeared unopened and there was a Cartier jewelry box but no bracelet no certificate whatsoever. I’m literally fuming right now. I called Bloomingdales and they said they would report it back to Rebag but then what??? FedEx told me only Rebag can file a claim since they’re the shipper. Has anyone gotten into situations like this before? Advice needed.

Given it’s almost 9PM, I’m assuming it’s not coming today. I’ve never had a company not deliver a package 4-5 hours after it’s sent out for delivery. I wish they’d just use FedEx or UPS.

has anyone tried to contact fedex to inquire about their package (from ref) but met with “the shipper put restrictions on the service end of the package so we can’t access any info” they said i need to contact ref for help w tracking. which makes no sense to me. not to mention ref prob not gona get back to me for days (at best) and they aren’t going to go track down packages for me ? it’s so weird they were expected yesterday but haven’t been updated since friday i’m not even sure what im asking im just lost and frustrated. i wrote to ref but got an auto email saying they have a huge backlog and they’ll get to me eventually (which is what i figured) hopefully it just scan...
