Hi, I ordered a limited hoodie (katseye gap collab hoodie) as a surprise for my younger sister to celebrate her finishing her first round of chemo. Unfortunately, the package was delivered yesterday and stolen before I could get to it - the mailer was ripped open and the hoodie was taken. I’ve already contacted the retailer, but since it’s sold out, they aren’t able to replace it. I can't even file a claim on FedEx for the costs, as it has to be done on the business end. Minor OCI – Mail vs Appointment confusion (New York VFS) Hi, I applied OCI for my minor child using Application by Mail and already downloaded the FedEx shipping label. Later, I also scheduled a VFS New York appointment for OCI Application Verification, and now I’m confused. Do I still need to attend the appointment if I’m mailing documents? Or should I cancel the appointment and just send the package? Has anyone done minor OCI recently through New York VFS?

For context: I live in the middle of nowhere with the nearest gas station being about 15 minutes away in one direction, in the other it's almost 25 minutes away. So I understand that whatever packages I or my family order are considered draining and a lot especially on a hot day. I've seen a lot of videos and shorts about snack stations for delivery drivers and I've built up a list of things I could get to make it the best it can be on the worst of days. Love their products, but OMG, they need to work on their packaging! I ordered two bottles of laundry detergent and two bottles of hand soap. One of the bottles of detergent unscrewed in transit (because it was basically free-floating in a box stuffed only with a couple of pieces of crumpled paper), leaked out of the plastic bag, and leaked out of the box, leaving a huge mess on my front porch. Along with the mess, I'm also down an entire bottle of detergent. I wrote to the company to complain, and am waiting for the response. Who in the world ships liquids like this??? FedEx should be ******, too, because it's probably all over their van as well.

Registered my 1301 a couple weeks ago. Was surprised to get a FedEx package from Beretta. I'm not a collectible guy or sticker guy at all but I'll admit the presentation is very nice. Hello, i am fairly new to fedex and have encountered a strange dilemma. I ordered a watch from japan and two days ago i received an email from the shipper telling me that fedex notified them that customs is requesting Form 5106. However, I never received anything about it from fedex themselves. I checked the tracking number and the package says it is in a clearance delay but that there is, “no action required at this time”. I have called Fedex several times but every time it would end with, “I will get in contact with the agent in charge of your case and he will get in contact with you if there is something that needs to be done”. So late yesterday FedEx dropped a nice little box on my doorstep and it contained my Panerai 1408 Luna Rossa. I was worried as I gave the GL to the QC on March 23rd and on the 27th I received a tracking number and the package didn't move for over a week then I received another tracking number that also didn't move for an additional 9 days. I made contact with Steve and he explained the issue with shipping i thanked him for the information I asked about another watch he provided that information and I received a shipping rebate. I received a third tracking number and the package finally started to move and less than a week later it arrived at my home. I pulled it from the package ...

I have this package from Japan that has been stuck in clearance limbo. Essentially it got flagged bc I bought a ww2 gas mask and a IJA leather bag. They needed info regarding the use of them/leather info which I submitted. I asked that they send an email if anything pops up but got nothing. I called and week later after submitting the info and the call center said the information was not enough + denied 2 days before calling. I read the email word for word and was told it was good to resend. Is there any way to get a solid reason onto what got denied? I tried escalating but they said to just wait again. I don’t want this to be some circle of not knowing where anything is. Any advice helps ...

I received a text message that I need to pay duties, taxes, and fees on a package that was already delivered to me three days ago. The link is: https://fit.clearance.fedex.com/

The text I got reads: FedEx: Your duties, taxes, and fees are due. It then lists a linked tracking number, an amount owed, and another fedex site link. I haven't clicked through either link, because I don't trust them. The main thing is, I don't have anything being shipped atm, and the last thing I bought from overseas came almost a month ago. As far as I know, tariffs are due before you receive a package rather than, "Oh hey, remember that thing you got almost a month ago? Yeah, we need you to pay the tariffs now." Hi everyone, I’m flying internationally to New York next weekend to visit, I’m a vinyl record collector and I had someone in a different state buy some stuff for me today that I would like to be shipped to NY so I can pick it up when I’m there. Is there any service that provides a place for my package to be sent to and then I’ll pick it up? I saw one year ago someone recommended Bounce but they stopped this service 3 months ago. I air freight via FedEx from China.. package has been stuck in Memphis for Custom Clearance for 17 days. This is beyond crazy for the rate FedEx charges for these to be expedited 🤦🏼‍♂️ anyone else seeing a longer customs clearance?!

Been a fan and customer of CE from Italy putting out high quality black metal cassette tapes since early 24. When the new tariffs and mail restrictions started last summer the guy who owns it stopped all shipping to the USA. But all recorded media is exempt from tariff, Italia Post is still not shipping packages but other services are, and I have received orders from other Italian labels using FedEx and DHL. Shipping costs are high but possible. Any one else a CE customer? I have traded a lot of emails with the owner, but over the last couple of months he has gone dark.
