Bought a pricey item for 1K that's overseas. Shipped to authentication quickly, authenticated quickly, then shipped to me in US. Problems start here.... I get call and email from FedEx saying my item is stuck in customs and I need to provide information that vestiaire failed to provide like item measurements, manufacturing info etc for the customs form... I don't know any of this info...and am surprised vesitiare didn't properly fill this out before shipping to me? Doesn't their authentication /shipping center deal with this...often?? hello i am looking for package forwarding from Hongkong to France easy job, i would not ship a lot or often i would ship like 1 package every 2-3 months, so not so much but i need someone to ship with fedex and be able to undervalue the content to avoid import tax Tiptrans doesnt offer FEDEX as an option.. someone like a trusted guy in HK or a good company to recommend?

Has anyone won an insurance claim from UPS or Fedex with using pictures alone or do they require you to bring in physical evidence of damage like USPS sometimes does? It seems that in situations where the carrier requires you to bring in the physical item for inspection, you might as well give up on winning the claim since there pretty much zero chance a buyer will do that for you after they have opened an INAD and especially after you have refunded them. I always ship higher value item (over $150) via UPS Ground via PirateShip since they have a more streamlined claims process, but for lower value items where I use a USPS label bought through ebay, it seems your chances of winning a clai...

I mailed my Adjustment of Status package (I-485 with concurrent forms) to the Chicago lockbox using FedEx. FedEx shows it was delivered on November 21. As of now: • No receipt notices • Filing fees have not been taken from my account Is this delay still normal for the Chicago lockbox, or should I email [email protected] at this point? Looking for recent experiences from anyone who filed around late November.

Have an expensive package that was due to arrive on Tuesday, was scanned in my city as arrived and an hour later scanned as “On The Way: A trusted third-party vendor is on the way with your package” Not a single scan since Tuesday morning. Starting to thinking something might be up. Any experience with that scan label and three days of no updates following it?

Still high, but I’d been saving my points for something big, and I’ve wanted one for so long but never been able to afford one. I know, I know. Busy time of year so probably just going to get a bunch of people telling me the same thing, “just wait”, just asking if anyone is having similar issues? In the US, and had packages delivered a week ago that only sat in “leaving customs” for like a couple hours. As for these, they seem to be on their way to the seller warehouse but not yet at the courier. Also concerned that I have not received a tracking number or info for ups fedex or usps as i get informed delivery and have for every other ali package before they even left china, though not many. My package has been bouncing back and forth and going the wrong direction. Our distribution center usually sends to my local post office, but it's been going further and further away and then bouncing back to the distribution center. I read online that this is often caused by something called "looping" because there is either a problem with the address, how they sorted, or it's picking up an old barcode. How do I get this stopped so it comes to the right place? Btw, THANK YOU postal workers for all you do at this time of year and all year. I have two family members that work for UPS and Fedex and it's a lot.

My package from Japan has been received to FedEx Christianburg VA for the past 8 days, with a “Delivery Updated” for those 8 days. Shipper has said they haven’t received any more inquiries about the package for additional paperwork. I’ve actually visited the local facility and the package is indeed there at the ship center per the front desk employees. They have stated there is a “Clearance hold” and I asked if the facility is able clear packages and they said they did not know. FedEx logistics has stated: They see a clearance hold and cannot view or verify required information and that I need to contact Customs for more information. Customs Memphis & General info...

Another package in a used recycled box, with crappy packing and to top it off ... a stain on one of the books. I also payed them extra to avoid fedex and ship with USPS yet they shipped via fedex. These guys have literally screwed up over half of my order in the past 6 months and i'm officially done with them. Will be sticking to PanelBound and CGN. I’ve never had so few updates on a package before. I’ve been checking for updates every day, multiple times afar but have been getting nothing. Finally an update comes through the day before the delivery date and suddenly there is a Shipment Exception for weather delay. Still no clue where the package actually is and the customer service messaging me told me there is no delay and closed our chat. Is this just using “weather” a cover for FedEx being behind or dropping the ball?

If they have a contract through FedEx then they should be able to come up with a monthly subscription someone is willing to sign up for anf pay a certain monthly fee and has to meet a certain weight requirement anything above that would cost extra, Ex. $29.99 monthly for packages weighing 5lbs and less, anything over $1.99 per lb. It doesn't have to be unlimited packages each month it can be a certain amount of items won. $29.99monthly 5-lbs or less up to 20 packages each month, $1.99 per lb extra for anything over 5lbs. I live on a rural road with a gated driveway. FedEx only allows 36 characters in their delivery instructions, just long enough for this: “Place packages in black parcel box”. I don’t have room to add “if too large, deliver to house”. We opened our gate the day of the delivery because I figured it was too large for our box. This is where FedEx left our package. On top of our trash can, right by the road. Even if they’d placed the box a few feet inside the driveway on the ground, it would’ve been better than this.

Recently moved and had to order a dresser last Friday. It was supposed to be delivered by the 11th the latest. It originally should’ve arrived on the 9th and then all these problems started happening. I can only assume it’s not getting delivered because of how heavy it is (135 pounds). What can I do at this point? Just take the L?

I ordered a 50-pound EcoFlow Delta 2 Max on eBay, and the seller shipped it via FedEx with delivery scheduled for December 8. When December 8 arrived, it said it had already been delivered, but it never was. The seller had used FedEx SmartPost, and when I contacted FedEx to ask what was going on, they told me to ask the seller to open an investigation. I did that, and since then I still haven't received my package. What is going on, please, and what should I do? And why is my package so late, please?
