My driver will not deliver packages to my home. I’ve had 4 deliveries through FedEx with 0% successful deliveries. All shipped FedEx 2 day. The closest they came is 100 ft. All photos of delivery are random places with one picture with my package on a couch but never on my property. My claims are usually approved instantly because of how obvious they were not delivered I assume. This is recent behavior and never had an issue before I have shipped to a FedEx store because one shipper only used FedEx. Waited 1.5 months for my electric unicycle pads for saftey. $250. Normally fed ex at least delivers it inside. Not today. It was delivered outside where 45 feet away is a homeless village of mini houses and drug addicts are everywhere. Why would you do that? How do I get action taken against this driver? Thats unacceptable under any circumstances. If you cant get in then dont deliver it.

Hey, so I ordered a bunch of billet aluminum door hinges for my Defender back on December 12. I live on the West Coast in the US. The order shipped out of their facility in the UK and went to another destination and since then FedEx has not been able to locate the package and tracking all has but ended. Has anyone else ordered from them, what is shipping usually like and is there a better alternative to get the parts? I’ve contacted them three times over the past two weeks and have not had a response.

TLDR: Why do board companies not make base colors consistent and board graphics assymetrical?! So I just got my second Merc in the mail today. Somehow Backcountry managed to f*ck up the packaging even more than the first time they sent out my board. Why has fedex gotten so unprofessional? From cussing folks out to leaving packages at the wrong addresses. Random, poorly maintained delivery vehicles… this past year has been the worst.

Hello Everyone. My package has been stuck in clearance delay for almost 3 weeks now. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. There was an issue with one of the items, since it was a cosmetic item (hand cream) I had to fill out a form. I did that the very same day it got stuck. After that, there hasn’t been a single update or movement. I called daily only to find out recently, (last Friday to be exact) they needed the manufacturer’s physical address. hey all, figured i'd share some tips on what to do with your mail and packages when you're out of town for an extended absence. a piled up mailbox is basically a sign saying "no one's home," which is a huge security risk honestly. for short trips (under 30 days) your best and easiest option is the usps hold mail service. you can go online and request them to hold all your mail at the post office for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 30 days. when you get back, they either redeliver all of it to your house on the first day, or you can go pick it up yourself. you'll need to make a usps account and verify your identity for this. for long trips ...

I ordered another tabby and unfortunately the package is missing. FedEx did provide a delivery photo which is in my building lobby. Package been stuck at sort facility since Jan 6th with no scans. Case manager is telling me it’s still not loaded off the container. Then another case manager told me there was a physical scan in the facility. Not sure which is it or whether to just mark it as lost. Express 2 day shipping

everytime i try to log in and change my active shipment it goes to this page, i dont want signature or anything for my package. anyone know what to do?

You got to love when AE tells you that YOU should have checked the shipping options and made a better choice when UniUni holds your packages hostage and refuses to deliver. So I checked several random items and THIS is how they display their shipping “options.” Clear, well known logos for legit shippers and a tiny *** “etc” for the shady fraudulent ones they use because they’re cheap! And then they refuse to help you get your packages delivered.

Luckily someone is always there when you call them, I called someone that didn't knew English well then he was quickly in a hurry to hanged up on me. What incompetent people. I called again and HOPEFULLY they have my address correct.

I have this package from Singapore to USA via FedEx and successfully delivered many times. But this one shipment from December 2025 is intercepted by CBP customs and is still stuck today with no estimated release. I contacted fedex and they still can’t give me any update release date. it seems that every time that i pay for express shipping it always manages to get here outside outside of the expected time frame. I’ve never had an issue with fedex express shipping. its not like i live in an extremely populated area or isolated area. theres a hub approx 4 miles from my residence. and im not sure what ive done to make them mad, but this is the 3rd package ive ordered with express shipping, all ups, all late. can anyone give some feedback as to why this is happening?
