Is this normal? It’s been 6 days. Think it’s lost or do you think it will get to me ? I filed a support ticket already, they called me and asked me what the box looked like. Idk! I’m the recipient

Are the current shipping issues by the TDs primarily focused to only US bound packages? I've seen several other posts by collectors in AUS and Europe saying they're not having any issues because they have other shipping options. I keep seeing posts of wrist shots and im ****** because wouldn't you know it. I finally pull the trigger right as China or FedEx start to put the squeeze on this new "hobby".

I swear to god why does the Ween Store exclusively use the slowest, shittiest shipping on the planet? If they let me pay a bit more for USPS my order would be here in like 5 days, but their ****** FedEx shipping is designed to be inefficient and horrible to make their more expensive delivery more enticing? If they lose my package, I’m gonna go apeshit.

Location: NYC Hi All, I live in a 24 hour doorman, huge luxury apartment in Queens with multiple 24 hour building staff. Two weeks ago, a package was delivered to my address by FedEx with proof of delivery (gps and photo of the package inside my secured building on top of my mail box in my mailroom at 12 Noon. At 4ish, I went to retrieve it and the package was not there. The context is this: I sell watches on my country Argentina. The thing is , a famous seller on ebay, officialwatchdeals has sent me 3 empty boxes in 3 different purchases. I don't think this is his fault, I think is Fedex fault. The problem is that Ebay has not refund policy when you send a package to a freight forwarding company, which I am 100% sure there is not his fault on this because I send him things like 3 years ago, and expensive things without a problem. I ordered $50 worth of cards from TCGPlayer to complete my Toxtricity collection. Waited around for what felt like forever, so I checked the tracking for the first time. I had a package from Bullion Exchanges with signature delivery. It was supposed to be delivered to my home today, but someone I don't know signed for it at a pick-up location yesterday evening. I was in contact with Fedex and BE, but no one seems motivated to help me and I'm out money and product. This was not a small order either. Has anyone else had this happen and what are some tips to help me through this? I paid ACH not credit card if that matters, and I've been buying from BE for a few years with no issues.

I understand customs can take awhile to get going once its been cleared but I haven't even been able to get the information to them. I emailed them the invoice for my package and they replied back to me and the next day I got the red notification. I have tried calling multiple times they just tell me to email yet nothing has changed I will try calling again today but this is ridiculous.
