**Hi everyone,** I wanted to ask if anyone here has ordered Viture glasses from China to Italy (or anywhere else in Europe) and has already received the package. If so, did you end up paying any customs duties, VAT, or additional import fees when it arrived? I'm kind of at my wits end here with Steam. TX USA, placed my order at 9:59 PT on Monday with Steam Wallet. Today I finally got a tracking number for a very brief window. The carrier said "label created" but didn't have the package and couldn't give a delivery date. Not long after they told me my tracking number was invalid and it's been that way ever since. My package has been stuck in customs since Tuesday. Both FedEx and the shipper say that all the paperwork is complete and that nothing else is required. The package only contains adhesive skins for a laptop and an iPad. What exactly are they doing with it? Sticking them onto their own laptops for fun?

I’ve now had 5 packages, all back to back, have issues with delivery. 2 eventually made their way to me 2 are still missing 1 is looking like it’s getting the same treatment I’m wondering if anyone else has had the same issue in the past month or two? This feels like too many to be a coincidence. I even eventually drove to the facility and spoke with someone but they haven’t been able to find the missing ones yet even though they should be there.

I packed and shipped this order the same day it was received on a Thursday. We have a Fed Ex box in our town that is picked up daily. I placed the shipment in the Fed Ex box in the evening (Thursday) fully expecting the package to be picked up and transported to the Fed Ex depot the next day. The box said that it was picked up that day, but when I opened the box to peek in I could see the three boxes I had placed in Thursday night! Hi, I just received this mask from Nanoleaf in the mail. It's a gift (thankfully not for mother's day..) so I can't actually open it to see if it works, but I have never received a piece of I'm assuming pretty delicate (I don't own a mask myself) technology packaged like this with nearly zero padding. When I pick up the box I already hear things rattling (again not sure if that's normal, but would certainly not be surprised after presumably getting thrown around in the FedEx truck...) I am expecting a package today, no signature required. Usually they just leave the package at the front door of the house. At 2:22pm received a notification that they "tried to deliver but no recipient available". Why is a recipient necessary for a package that requires no signature? I then looked at the security camera of the front of the house from 2:00 on and no one approached the front door during that time, and no vehicle stopped or drove up either.
