FedEx Tracking

How difficult is it to NOT put a package on a truck and send it back to the distribution center it came from? Either the employees are overpaid, incompetent morons, or their system is horribly inefficient. My guess it’s BOTH. It’s no wonder people prefer to ship with other companies. Only FedEx can screw up something on this level. It’s a good thing this package isn’t necessary medication or medical equipment.

Delivery instructions said to deliver to mailroom but I didnt know how to use the parcel locker so I delivered to their door instead. It’s my first time seeing lockers like this.

They ordered some parts off Amazon and today (01/10/26) at 1pm received a sheet of cardboard with tracking label and packing list attached. I want to ask this because I just applied again, but back in July I reapplied for a Package Handler position after not having worked for FedEx since 2023 and it seemed to be going smoothly. I got a conditional offer and my background check came back good but a few weeks after radio silence I got a text saying something along the lines of "We were unable to get into contact with you" and then never heard back. Anyone know what could've happened?

Hey guys, i ordered a flight simulator controller from WINWING. Shipped by FedEx from Chengdu. FedEx international economy. It's been moving to SHANGHAI and now it's in Japan???? I'm confused. There aren't any FedEx flights from Osaka to Cologne or Germany... so i don't get it, and i'm starting to worry my package is not coming or something. *Update* Surprisingly after I filed an online inquiry I got a reply asking for more details. 15 minutes after replying to that email FedEx called me and said they contacted the driver and they left my package at the wrong house but the driver was going to get it and bring it to me. I was very surprised at the fast response. The bad news is I have to return the bag 🙁 The Coach logo on the front is crooked and there are some stitching issues. It is the Bridget shoulder bag. Never had to return a bag due to quality issues before. I have read posts on here this week about people having problems with Fed Ex. Well I bought a bag from the outlet drop and it was supposed to be delivered today....

Last week a package was supposed to be delivered but never came. Tracking has not updated. It still says driver is on the way. We contacted company and they sent a replacement. It was suppose to be delivered today. Fed ex arrives sits in our driveway for a few minutes then drives off, no package. Sold an item, want to make sure the weight and dimensions are correct before I ship it so I don't get hit with fees. Any way to do this? The package is 32" long and FedEx calculator online says it is a dimensional weight of 19lbs, but label says it is 10lbs (which is weight of the item). I'm 50% sure I put in the correct dimensions, but don't want to risk it. I'd prefer not cancel the order and ask the buyer to rebuy it, but seems like that is Mercari's official response? They used to, but customer service is telling me that they do not allow pickups. They have been jerking my chain for 3 days saying a package is out for delivery, then changing the status to still at the Plain City location. I just want to go pick it up.
