Every time it’s CP something happens and I start to worry that the return is lost because it’s takes forever. I stoped ordering from Simons because they use CP. Just returned something to Holt Renfrew and its fedex. Getting a bunch of scans as expected and the package is set to be delivered tomorrow despite being dropped off after hours on Thursday. Such a relief.

This is really frustrating because I have my important documents in it and they should have got delivered because it was an overnight delivery from Dallas to Houston. Hi all, I was supposed to get my Xywav delivery Saturday but obviously it didn’t come. This is the second delivery in a row where it has gotten stuck in transit. Last time it took four days extra. I’m worried that it’s impacting the efficacy of the medication as they’re not supposed to be kept outside of room temperature region. I’m also dreading having to go through abrupt withdrawals again. And it’s the weekend so ESSDS isn’t even available to call. Is anyone else having this issue?

I placed a overnight priority order from Canon (camera) on Wednesday, this camera hasn’t been in stock in months and it finally was so that’s why I placed it within a week of my trip. My package got to my city the next morning and never delivered. I’m in Kentucky so I was expecting it to be delayed because of the weather. I called customer service Friday, told them the situation and how I need my package by Sunday night because I’m leaving for a trip and the rep told me I can pick up my package at the current facility it’s at and told me the hours and to bring my ID. The last update was that my package departed Bloomington, CA on 1/29, but nothing since. I live just outside Charlotte, NC so I’d expect another update that it arrived at a hub in Charlotte but nothing yet. Is it normal for updates to stop after it left a main “origin” hub? This was a 2 day ship so I assume it would have flown to the east coast.

The quality of service with FedEx just keeps getting worse. Rather than carrying my package up to the front door, it was left on the sidewalk next to the trash can. Driver never attempted to notify us or anything, we were both home.

So my friend ordered me a open box laptop. He paid for 2 day fedex shipping on sunday last week. It shipped out on the 27th. It made it to a fedex hub on the 28th and hasn't moved since. We submitted a ticket for fedex to investigate it. We haven't heard anything yet. I am pretty nervous since it was so expensive. What should we do here? Should we attempt a refund or try to have them ship another? It being open box makes it tough too. We ordered an excellent open box condition laptop. I messaged the pharmacy with this question and instead of giving me a straight answer, they just sent out a replacement package that is now also stuck for days in a fedex facility that I’m told is not temperature controlled. Anyone else concerned or am I being overly anxious? The packages have moved through states with up to -15 degrees, pretty extreme cold weather.

FedEx is such trash. I priority overnighted a package last Monday. Paid 45$. It was stuck in Memphis for 3 days and woke up this morning to a “out for delivery” some guys name is on the way. I was so happy. Waited and waited and at 8 o clock it said they rescheduled it for Monday. So that is 7 days for a 45$ overnight package. The shipper won’t refund me the 45$ either. They mailed it out the day of so it’s a FedEx problem. I always use UPS and never have issues. Why even put out for delivery just say “we make come today or we may come in 3 weeks” smh

I ordered some Manga/Doujins through Buyee and noticed this on the latest shipping update. Does anyone have any experience regarding this particular alert? Does Buyee get alerted themselves when this happens? For reference, I selected Buyee Air Delivery (it was the only option available at checkout).

One night priority was delivered on the 27th. Hasn’t even moved. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same spot?

That might not be a good idea. At least have Amazon train them to deliver.

So i brought a camera lens through amazon, and its getting delivered thru fedex, it has been out for delivery the past couple of days, and yes before u bash me ik its been bad weather a past couple of days, but as of rn the streets are clear in most parts, it got so bad to wear i just put the delivery address at a fedex pick up location, just wish amazon would just delivery it instead of fedex since i brought it thru them

FedEx doesn’t seem to know where my package is at.
