I've been buying things off aliexpress for awhile now and haven't had any trouble so far until this last order. I bought an item for around $150 that usually goes for $200 off a store on April 1st and afterwards the listing said that it would ship in 3 weeks. I thought that was odd, but I figured maybe because it's "wholesale" price the store owner was waiting until he had enough orders to ship. Anyways 3 weeks go by and I get a tracking code for FedEx. I live in a high-rise that has a package room. When we need something sent out we bring it to the concierge and it gets sent out when the people come pick it up. I haded my USPS package on Monday afternoon so I knew on Tuesday it would get picked up and allegedly it did. it’s now Thursday and no updates have happened. I am wondering if they just didn’t scan it in (someone told me sometimes there are scanner issues) or if they accidentally handed it off to the wrong carrier (that’s never happened in the six years I’ve lived here). What would happen if they accidentally handed the USPS package to UPS or FedEx or Amazon? Ugh this is stressing me out. it’s $250 sunglasses

Just a word of caution to sellers, I sent a polymailer via FedEx that weighed 10 lbs. I paid for 10.93 lbs and upped every dimensional measurement by an inch or two just to be safe. Apparently because it was in a soft polymailer FedEx viewed that as "irregular packaging" and charged me an extra $33 and an extra $5ish dollars for shipping. For a package that ultimately weighed less than what I paid for and was smaller in dimensions than what I claimed.

I purchased a watch from Mr Adu and it was shipped via FedEx in Hong Kong and since 4/20 it has not had any movement and it says waiting on a package. Is anyone else having any issues and what’s the best way to go about this?

originally ordered this package on March 2nd. made it to customs 3/12 and has been stuck in limbo since. I made the dire mistake of adding a little needle pouch to my order which didn't come with the proper paperwork and the customs clearance broker handling this case told me that Lindehobby will not complete the paperwork for it. Has this happened to anyone else?? Lindehobby customer service has not been super helpful since my emails go to a different person each time. So frustrating... $100 of yarn cleared fine but one little $2 pouch caused this whole snafu

I live in sloans lake/ highlands area and find it puzzling that there are no FedEx office locations anywhere near me except downtown (terrible parking options). I have to print everything for work at FedEx office and also have to have packages held there sometimes. Anyone else in the area experience this and find it odd? I’ve lived in many cities and have never had an issue finding a nearby FedEx office.

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, then it got an orange exclamation point on the tracking, and updated delivery to expected today. It was out for delivery and is now back at the facility with the same exclamation point. Why would this happen?

First time ever and been shipping for years. I shipped two packages to two different companies/addresses on the same day. Both contained Lithium batteries. The UPS store did not have their normal battery labels so they put on another type of one. I put my phone number on both of those labels as required. Shipped 2nd day air. I know of three instances local to me with FedEx losing packages sent to psa for grading in the last 3 months. Two of the orders were 2k+ and the 3rd was a 10able 151 zard. They were all lost in the same town and FedEx was no help. Is there no way to hold them accountable? It seems obvious to me what’s happening.

Not sure how to resolve this. I have called the fedex number multiple times and they have been no help. I am working at a new business that isn't opening for a few months. The driver keeps writing "Not open until June" on our packages and returning to sender. I tried talking to the driver and we are still not receiving our items. I want to scream. For context, I bought a motorcycle jacket through ebay that ended up being too small. It was elligible for return through the end of May so I decided to go ahead and return it. I don't live near a FedEx so I waited a week or two after the return until I saw a message saying I need to send back by April 14th. I packaged it up and dropped off on that day using the QR code on the back and thought nothing of it because it was scanned in. I checked this week to see the status and it turns out they closed my return on the 18th because there was no proof of me sending back. My packages sent via FedEx from Sendico always seem to get delayed by days or even weeks EVERY TIME, while DHL seems to never have any delays and arrives just as fast as any other domestic shipment. I buy mechanical watches on Sendico, so no battery issues, and even the few quartz watches I have bought shipped via DHL have always just come straight through. FedEx always gets nailed for "customs delay"

Sent my first submission off to PSA. The few cards I've had graded before I have always done during a "submission day" at my LCS. For no particular reason (boredom?) decided I'd send a few low value cards I wanted to slab mostly for me PC. Dropped them off at FedEx yesterday, got this email today. Has anyone else experienced this delay with their Displate order? Quite ridiculous... I am unsure of this is bad prep/labeling by Displate or something they didn't cause. I'm pretty upset by this delay. Didn't know my poster was coming from overseas in the first place.
