I ordered furniture the other day and it came with FedEx. Live in an apartment building but conveniently have security/concierge. Naturally they won’t take large packages and Costco offers to your door delivery. But the FedEx driver let me have it about how they don’t to your door delivery in apartment buildings that have concierge service. And you know what, I don’t get it. That’s just lazy. I have spent several hours entering multiple packages and the customs information for multiple items for an international shipment I am processing, ready to print the labels! The UPS Website keeps asking me for Recipient Tax Identification Number. Originally there was a drop down menu to choose EIN or SSN. Now it only says EIN. I only have an SSN and it rejects it when I type that in like this 555555555 or 55-5555555. I tried refreshing the page several times. No luck. Any suggestions? UPS is of course closed. I’m trying to sign for a package digitally but whenever I press sign it keeps asking me if I would like to add the address to my profile (which I’ve done 100 times now almost) but it keeps redirecting me to this page and won’t let me sign does anyone know how to fix this I’ve tried on both the app and on desktop.

My package was marked as delivered on Thursday the 12th with a photo of my package on someone else’s porch. I instantly filed a claim and called customer support and put a ticket in for support. The customer service representative assured me they would retrieve my package and deliver it to me. Is this all performative assurances or I could possibly still receive my package?

So I have a vacation hold in place that was totally ignored by FedEx and they delivered a package anyway. When I called to complain, the rep said that there was a “do not redirect to another address” flag on it and that’s why they ignored the vacation hold. It sounded like BS to me, since I’m telling them to hold the package, not send it to another address. Is this actually true?

I was supposed to receive an important package and the driver delivered it to another apartment 1 mile away but to the same apartment unit number as mine. I was worried all day and luckily the guy who received it called me as I had the name and phone number on the package. I'm really ****** at how it is possible for a delivery driver to not understand the address? He is the same driver who always delivers FedEx packages at my home so he knows the address very well. I've always shipped doujin with FedEx or FedEx Low cost, but the package for the parcel I just made with doujin, a prize figure, and some trading cards ECMS is ¥3000 cheaper than FedEx Low Cost. I'm concerned after reports of ECMS or Uniuni as the final carrier opening and repacking items like figures over the past few months. I've had several ECMS packages with figures recently that all arrived fine, but I'm worried because they're doujins. Should I pay more for FedEx?
