After I put in the tracking number and was redirected to the tracking via fedex all it shows me are different categories and no current history of my package and I’ve refreshed the page multiple times and there’s been no change

Ordered a package on Ebay, and I haven't received an update in nearly 2 weeks. (Last update package departed origin facility 2/13, currently 2/26). I know ground is long, especially for cross-country shipments, but is over 9 business days with no updates normal? Looking around I've seen posts talking about upwards of 1 week, however notably in my (brief) look I didn't see anything as long as this. Is there anything to be done? If so, what? Trying to file a ticket gets the error "We're unable to retrieve delivery options right now. Please try again later."

Really wanted an SRO so I ordered one next day delivery , brownells support took care of me and refunded shipping cost but FedEx is ****** and terrible customer service Ashamed to be a former employee of them

Had X-Rays done yesterday as requested by my C&P examiner, today all DBQ files were uploaded and my claim moved from step 3 to step 5. I’m a bit nervous at how we completely skipped step 4. Has anyone had a similar situation with a good outcome? I claimed 6 conditions. I also got a FedEx notification today that I have a package from OptumServe being delivered tomorrow. That makes no sense to me considering they moved out of the evidence collection phase.

My package cleared customs in Memphis but is held now in South Boston. when I called FedEx they said it was a customs issue and the seller should call them/they would return the bag to the seller. i contacted the seller but any clue why? i thought only memphis dealt with customs/there was only one release needed.

My shipment from Quebec (8x12-ish envelope) arrived in Memphis on 1/25 and hasn't budged since. Of course I'm aware of the severity of the winter storm, but updates stopped on 1/28. I can't find a way to get current status or an ETA window. Anyone have tips on communicating with FedEx? P.S. Could the fish & wildlife declaration affect movement through the system? I've order an LV item once before from 24S with no issue so thought nothing of trying again. My current package is stuck in customs because 24S didn't supply a manufacturing ID code for each of the items. Fedex said i can send it to them myself but I have no idea what to send them. 24S is also completely ignoring me while my $4k order sits in customs because of their error. Has anyone else had this happened and if so, how did you resolve it? Hi I have question about billing to the fed ex account. I brought an old CRT TV to a location about a week ago and they recommend a 24x24x24 box for it. I paid them about $30 for the box/packaging with a debit card and gave them a pre-printed label I had and they said it was good and left. I get a call from them about 20 mins later saying they want to use a second box 20x20x20 on the inside for more protection and I told them that was fine, but I wasn't going to be able to make it back before closing and they said it's fine I can just give them my Fed Ex account number and they'll bill the cost of the box to that. Ordered my first kit. Received it in 2 days. Did my first draw on Tuesday. The blood draw process was pretty simple. You have to be sure to follow the instructions in the video to make sure your sample survives transit to the lab. I will note that the little slice on the arm was larger than I was expecting. Hoping it doesn't leave a small scar bc that would deter me from doing this monthly. I live in a high rise so FedEx picks up packages here every day.
