I have an interesting predicament on my hands. I have recently picked up a new hobby, and it seems one of my packages of clothing from France were affected by the tariffs. The Supreme Court ruled that a number of Trump’s tariffs were illegal today, but I am due to pay a customs duty from France. Should I just wait before doing anything with the duty? Never been in a situation like this haha, and I believe it falls under one of the tariffs that were struck down today.

Hi everyone! I just want to ask here if anybody had a lost package experience and what was refunded from all the fees. Back on 1/20/26, I had a box of items shipped to me. The package cleared customs but basically disappeared afterwards with no updates afterwards. I opened some support tickets with FedEx with both being closed as being unable to locate the shipment. Are the service fees and shipping refunded as well or will I be with 10,000 yen in service fees and 10,000 yen for shipping? It’s been exactly 30 days and I did contact FJ to start an investigation as well but I don’t have high hope.

When I google the address it’s not the Hector Dougall Way FedEx location, it’s another address, 1115 premier way. This location says permanently closed when I google it and isn’t listed in the FedEx locations on their website. No hours. The location on the door tag was scratched out with this location written down instead. Just wondering if anyone has actually picked something up here?

Hi all! I spent about an hour and a half yesterday trying to reach customer service due to an issue with the shipment of my medication, using old tips and tricks on here, but none of them worked. However, today, I went into my local office to pick up the medication (I had it redirected to be held at the office) and they suggested that I call their store, choose the option on their menu to be directed to an agent at their office (it was something like "speak to an agent to ask about a package"), and ask to me redirected to customer service -- and it worked! Tl;dr-- Call your local FedEx office and ask them to redirect you to the customer service line.
