FedEx Tracking

I understand that FedEx is backed up due to the weather, but at what point should I consider my package from delayed to lost?

Package required signature and apparently was "delivered" and signed by someone with a name that is obviously not mine. I've gone as far as pulling the parcel map to try and see if one of my neighbors has that name but no dice. Anyone ever have this happen and have some advice? I have reported the package as missing and created a ticket. I'm assuming the only recourse is waiting around until maybe whoever received it notices and decides to do FedEx's job and deliver it to the correct address. Why even accept a signature from someone that doesn't match my name? What's the purpose of signatures then? Edit: also strange though is that even though it was mark...

Is there an 800 number for customer service? I ordered some jeans and I received an email order shipment confirmation with a fedex tracking number. The Fedex tracking shows that the package is in Carson CA FOR THE PAST 4 Days and hasn’t moved. I emailed them and they said it should arrive today (based on what information IDK) but again the tracking number show’s it’s still in Carson CA. They don’t seem to have a “chat” option on their website either.

For those of you which ship items over 110 lbs, or greater than 17,280 cubic inches there's a new surcharge. They call it a large package surcharge which is in addition to the normal rates. Price ranges from $219.50 up to $331 depending on zone and if it's commercial or residential. I know this won't effect a lot of people but for those which ship heavy items or oversized boxes beware as it can cost you a lot of money.

So, still missing my reorder of 6mo tirz delivery that was scheduled to be delivered OCONUS a week ago. POM customer service said I needed to file a claim with FedEx. FedEx claims POM as the shipper and created or the label is responsible for filing a claim. POM then says that if they reship the package and the old package shows up, they’re going to double charge me . Reached out directly to the lab/BPI and they also claim that because the temperature and locations of the missing package cannot be confirmed that their efficacy wouldn’t matter and they stated to have POM resend the order and package. This is the first time this has happened and I tried being patient but now I’m worried. I paid for FedEx 2 day service. It was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of January and I’m not sure how long the weather is supposed to impact my package. It just seems too long without any updates. What should I do?

I'm trying to create a new package. Last time I chose FEDEX\_FICP and the shipping was fast and cheap. I just noticed that the calculated 26.5% customs duty seems a bit high. Normally, it's 7% tax for Comic Books (instead of the usual 19%) plus about 7% customs duty. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Did FedEx rip me off?

Long story short, I initially applied to FedEx freight about 2 months ago and never heard back from them. About 2 weeks ago I applied to FedEx ground as a package handler for 17bucks and hour and they got back to me and I just did my 1st day of orientation. Well I checked again at the FedEx website and there was a FedEx freight package handler position that opened up again. Only problem is these two shift conflict with each other. My question is should I go ahead and apply to freight considering that it pays more at 21 bucks an hour and forgot about my job at ground or should I try to move up at Ground and transfer to freight? Why does my package keep getting scanned as “On the way” but never get sent out for delivery? I get a notification of a delivery window, but it never gets scanned as “Out for Delivery”. I get the weather issues, but that has resolved itself. I got another package delivered yesterday from the same hub. I’m wondering if the thing is lost at this point.

I was expecting a small package last week and then somehow because of the ice storms in the East, Midwest and Southern United Stats, despite it being Priority Shopping, it was to be delivered last Thursday, one week ago. However, I never got the package, all I got was the delivery delivery ship notice, and I don’t know where to get it. I tried FedEx.com on their website and I also tried on the FedEx app, but it said I had no shipments out. I tried to scan the ‘door tag, but it wouldn’t read it. Previous package got stuck in a state that wasnt even part of the route for over 2 weeks now, so I had my items reshipped and they seem to be moving okay for now! Fingers crossed! Hope this gives some hope to everyone who has been dragged through the mud with FedEx as well!🤞🏼

beyond frustrated with how this package has been out for delivery twice and just keeps going back to the hub. anybody in a similar situation end up getting the package the third time it went out for delivery or should I give up hope that it will come in this week?

Shipment is from Katy, TX and going to St. Louis, MO. Why is it in Utah now?

Is anyone else experiencing serious issues with FedEx SmartPost lately? I work for a small business answering emails and we've seen dozens of packages going to a completely wrong state the past couple days! I've looked at the physical labels, and the address states the correct shipping locations and the labels tracking number matches our system. When I check the tracking on the FedEx website, it's going to a completely different state/gets DELIVERED to somewhere completely different. I know it's the right number because I have a copy of the physical label. I've called FedEx and they added me to a callback queue, but two of the times I called their number it went...
