I shipped a package through UPS in February, but it was never delivered. I went to the UPS Store at: 16238 Ranch Rd 620 N Ste E, Austin, TX 78717 They told me to contact UPS customer service. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they kept asking me to contact the store location instead. The store again redirected me back to customer service. If I choose EMS and getting it reshipped I still have to pay $250 to replace the Botox that spoiled in transit. Also please don’t lecture me, I learned my lesson and will never purchase from sellers that don’t have a free reship policy ever again. I made a huge mistake and am paying the price for it 😢

My package has been “On FedEx vehicle for delivery” since 4:38 am Tuesday morning (5/12) with no updates since then. I’ve contacted the seller and they won’t do anything because “it’s out for delivery”. FedEx customer service tells me I have to contact the shipper. But at this point, is it safe to assume I’m never getting this package?

They told me last week that they’ll send my package on Friday May 15th but then never did. Today they emailed me back saying they shipped my package on the 22nd. But today is May 17th so now they’re just making up numbers and pretending like they shipped out my package. What the **** is wrong with this proxy service

Fedex delivered a massive package to our front porch \~ 2.5 weeks ago. It has claimed about half of our usable space. We filed a claim with fed ex and then nothing. A few days ago our ticket was closed by them with no notice. And no further instructions. At what point can we claim the package for ourselves. It is a large outdoor porch swing. So im relatively new to ebay selling and have been doing it full time for about 5 months now and just ran into one of my first major international shipping problems and wanted opinions on whether I handled this badly or not. A buyer from Israel bought a pretty large item from me around 3 months ago and I shipped it out immediately through USPS Priority Mail Express International using shippo. About a week after I shipped it, USPS suspended shipments to Israel because of the conflict over there, but I didnt know that at the time. Noticed this yesterday. If I had shipped the item then, I would have paid $8.18 after a 42% discount from the $14.10 USPS retail price. If I ship Monday, I paid $8.61 after 39% discount of the same $14.10. I know etsy isn't great about tracking USPS shipping increases but this looks like a percentage decrease...which would just make everything more expensive to ship. Pirateship for a Monday shipment has the exact same $8.61 price fwiw.
