FedEx Tracking

I ordered the Death Stranding 2 Collector edition from Best Buy as it went on sale for Black Friday. It was shipped to me without a box or packaging to keep the collector box safe. The fedex labels were stuck to the front of the box and corners were ripped and dented and all 4 seals were opened and taped back up with long strips of tape across the whole side of the box. Was completely shocked they would ship something in this way. Chatted with customer service and was given a $10 refund. Imo, that's not enough for the condition I received this 'brand new' collector edition in.

Has anyone else received a letter from customs on a seized package?

Spent all day waiting at home and the lazy delivery driver didn’t even attempt a delivery…the last item - a package was shipped thru FedEx it was delivered to the wrong address 2 miles down the road..it’s the only shipping company that I have issues with…and the customer support is pretty useless as well..called to have them send it to a location to pick up and was given the run around about how that can only be done online even after telling the person it won’t even let me choose that option online. I hope they collapse and go out of business.

They refuse to go get the package and refuse to do anything about it. Wtf!!! What can I do!! This is fed ex fault the address was right they just screwed up.

Is my package actually out for delivery or just loaded on a truck? It says out for delivery on the first page, gives me a drivers name, and gave me a delivery window this morning that then disappeared after the end of the window. But in the details it only shows as loaded on a truck. Not sure if the details would say out for delivery separately or not🤷‍♂️

Absolutely garbage. Why cant i talk to a real local human. Tracking says my package is at a facility loaded on a truck and out for delivery. It has said this for over a week past the delivery date. I keep getting ghosted by the support chat. I make a support ticket and they say they will update me when they get information. I call and wait on hold to talk to a human. So I work at FedEx, this was my 3rd day (after Orientation) as a package handler. Long story short, I load up semis to travel to other facilities. It's very physical, 9 hours of loading up heavy boxes stacking them up to the ceiling of a semi trailer. I started during "Peak season" so I have to work 6 days a week 5:30pm-3:50am. I'm looking for what to do with FedEx Ground delivery, because its was marked 2 days ago delivered and signed by someone else and my ticket about missing package marked again and again comleted with msg that its was correctly delivered. No photo or anything provided by FedEx, just msg "Signed for by:****". And that package pretty expensive. ALready contact seller but don't know how its gonna help. Hello all. I am aware it’s the holidays (I’m not expecting quick shipping times). However it is my FIRST time using USPS(I have always used fedex). Can someone let me know the average time it usually takes for USPS to receive item from shipping partner facility. I would like to know for future parcels and also compare what it was pre-holiday season.

But when I stopped in, they couldn't find it and stated it might show up later today. I bought two bags from Cettire on during there extra 10% off on Black Friday. One Furla bag that I have zero complaints, arrived packaged in a box. Clearly brand new, all tags etc. The other one was unbelievable. I ordered a Benedetta Bruzziches Belle De Jour Crossbody Bag, and it arrived in a separate shipment. My partner is moving from Memphis to Berlin and we are looking for a solution for shipping. They have a collection of boardgames which are pretty heavy and bulky, with boxes up to 25lbs. Obviously we want these to be handled appropriately as boardgames like these are pricey (~$200) All in all their belongings would fit into 5 medium sized packages. They were quoted $600 per package earlier ($3000 total). I just checked FedEx and they quote around $2000. I couldn’t get a precise quote for UPS unfortunately.
