I bought a case and cooler for 250 dollars and FedEx repeatedly attempted to deliver a package that requires a signature to my gated property without a delivery timeframe. After those attempts FedEx shipped it back to NZXT without warning. I contacted NZXT support regarding this because it had at that point been weeks since I should've recieved my order and now it was being completely shipped back. Support said they could reship it for me and I was happy, then after no follow up and my order being at their warehouse for 4 days I asked when it would be shipped back, only to be told they actually can't ship it back and I'll need to get it refunded. American Airlines heavily damaged my hard suitcase in transport. After filling my claim, this is what they said: “We have been contacted by your airline to look into the damage of your bag. To ship your bag to our facility, please follow these steps: 1. Package your bag. Some FedEx locations will not ship without a box, so if you do not want to purchase a box at your own expense, you can wrap and ship with a heavy-duty trash bag. 2. Print out the attached shipping label and attach it to the package. 3. Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location.” My suitcase won’t zip close so I’m not sure exactly what to wrap it in. Hello everyone. I have a horrible experience. I ordered few furnitures and requested for vacation hold through FedEx app. They somehow delivered my packages. It’s so frustrating to deal with their customer service. One guy told me they will have someone pick up the packages because is their mistake. Then they never picked up. So I called again. This time they said they can’t do that once the packages are delivered even though I did requested a vacation hold. All they can do is apologize. My goodness. What a nightmare to deal with. I had a delivery ("delivered" April 29) that consisted of three boxes, all marked for delivery on the same day. I received one box, clearly labelled as "1 of 3 boxes", I saw the truck pull up and went to go meet them at the door for a signature (that was required), by the time I got to the door, the box was on the box and the driver was gone --- yet it was marked as signed and delivered. I've been holding out hope I could swing it, but I just can't. I explain it has to come all ready to go with a current label and we can provide a smaller complimentary box or envelope and she took the box. I placed an order with Meamo last week, and they shipped it last week via another carrier. When they shipped it via FedEx, I believe FedEx took care of everything and the package arrived directly at my house. This time they shipped it via EMS, which probably didn't do that, and it's been held up awaiting documents and declarations (no, the package wasn't held up because of the contents, but because of the paperwork). I've never done this before, and it seems bureaucratic. Has anyone here done this?

I had someone send me a package on Friday for overnight, so it should arrive tomorrow, however when I looked at the tracking it still shows as not found. I asked the sender to comfirm the number and she did, she also told me she couldn't see it updated yet. Apparently the fedex worker picked it up at their office. Had purchased an Alienware 16 Area51, and after two weeks realized it wasn’t what I wanted. Wiped it three times via Windows Reset. To give example: What I had was -> 123 Street Apt 456 (town name) (providence) (zip code equivalent). I’m sending a package to my friend in Canada from the US and before it has even left the country it now says “shipment exception -improper or missing paperwork- contact customer service”. I call customer service and they tell me I need to submit the commercial invoice - first of all this is just a small gift for a friend of mine so no business - and I also recall signing several documents at the FedEx office when they filled out the forms on my behalf. Tired of the BS lies. Every time I have a delivery for the weekend I get this excuse. No you did not try to deliver because I was outside from 9am to 12 pm and nobody came by.

Package 1 arrived to chino CA via SMARTPOST 3/20/26, package 2 arrived 3/26/26 both were labeled “shipment info sent to USPS” No recorded movement since. It has now been 6 weeks with no updates, no help the one successful time I go through to the most awful customer service agent at FedEx. Obtained usps tracking number, no information there either.
