FedEx Tracking

Item shipped on the 2nd, but the last update was on the 6th. It departed from the facility about 40 minutes away from my house on the 6th and there have been no updates since (today is 1/15). Shipper filed a claim with FedEx a few days ago but there has been no response. Is this package most likely lost?

Our unit is C2. FedEx always gets it right. UPS always gets it right. USPS always gets it right. Amazon drops off at C4, C1, C3, D2, D4, D2, D1, but never, ever at C2 even though you have to go right by it to pick the other doors. It's nice and bright like all the others literally no different big gold numbers on a dark background so it pops, and yet they miss it every time. It's annoying because anyone else gets home and it's like free stuff. Then we have to argue with Amazon and wait for a new shipment. Package people that get it right get a card and a gift card from me at the holidays. The ones that get it wrong every time get nothing.

My U1 arrived on xmas eve, it was originally expected somewhere mid January. Great job, Snapmaker. and the good news continues, I just got notified that my hardened steel hot end bundle, and PEI plate have shipped. I know that this is possible and has been asked and answered here before, but I'm still confused. I would like the same set of detections across all zones, but I would like alerts for those zones to be different. Below is my config for one set of zones. I have been on the fence since the holiday sales. Never pulled the trigger and didn’t want to let FedEx destroy a heavy, fragile package. Almost settled for a H2D a few times too. This morning, I checked to find 12 H2C’s in stock at my local location. I am looking forward to unboxing it tonight. Now, I need to figure out the extras. I am planning to send my friend in Brazil a small package with some of my favorite Ameircan snacks in it that he wanted to try or are difficult to find in Northeast Brazil (to my knowledge anyway). I'm guessing it'll be no more than 5 pounds, but I'll include the list of what I was planning to send him. I read somewhere that he may have to pay to be able to actually receive the package? If so I'll paypal him the money, but I don't know around much it'd cost him and I doubt he'd tell me because he's too nice and doesn't want me spending money, haha. I ordered a bunch of yarn from Denmark. I have ordered from this company many times, though perhaps it typically ships through USPS instead of FedEx. I'm getting emails from FedEx saying the package is being held up by customs, and they need the manufacturer's name and address. I'm just finding this odd and have never had this happen in the many shipments I have received from this retailer. Does anyone know why this may be the case this time? I already talked to customer service and provided the info they requested, but they didn't know why it would happen this time but not previously.

I've been with the company for about 2-ish years now. I've worked in about 5 different showrooms and kiosks combined, and I specialize in StealthTech troubleshooting, fabric information and NOT yelling at FedEx when they won't give me answers about customers packages. Normal employee stuff too, of course.

I ordered an adjustable bed base from Amazon. It says it’s 120 pounds. How does the driver get that out of the truck? How do they get it to my front door? Do they use a hand truck? Cart? Or do they just leave it at the curb? I have to work the days it’s supposed to be delivered. But my friend and I can be at my apartment in 10 minutes to help the FedEx worker. However, the package has been stuck at the FedEx depot of my local major city (Charlotte, NC) for over two weeks according to tracking. Hi, I've ordered from the US on 5/1 using international connect plus, and about a week ago my package arrived at their France Roissy Charles de gaulle hub, and since then I get a shipment update about the package arriving there every day. Its now past the expected delivery date, and fedex's bot doesn't agree to make a case for me. Is there any way I could reach out to fedex?
