FedEx Tracking

Hi, we’re on 30th and 34th and for the past few nights someone has been buzzing our apartment repeatedly at the oddest hours. So far its happened at 11 pm, 1 am, and this morning at 4:50 am. The first time it happened I thought it was a mistake but they buzz at least 3 times and then leave. We aren’t expecting any overnight Amazon packages. The only package I’m expecting is from my job who would use UPS or Fedex to ship which certainly don’t deliver outside of business hours nor would they come back every night to try to deliver something (correct me if I’m wrong). Did anyone else have a customs/clearance issue with the Mainstays flatware utensil set campaign? Mine seems stuck in clearance and hasn’t been delivered yet. I already reached out to Influenster support but haven’t heard back so far. Curious if anyone else had this happen

**UPDATE 2026/05/26**: Fedex updated me by phone this morning that it cleared customs earlier today and it should be updated in the system today or tomorrow. Fingers crossed. New agent this morning was surprised to hear I was told my package may have been lost and that I can ignore the last message on the ticket... I guess we'll see. Will update here when I hear more. Hi everyone, I would love any help that I can get. I ordered a lot of stuff from the cryptozoic official eBay, but my order seems to have gone to olive branch, MS. Which is not at all where I live. I contacted fedex, but they say to contact the shopper. The cryptozoic customer service line doesn’t work, and they’re not answering their eBay messages. I really don’t know what else to do. I haven’t gotten a refund or the packages, it’s been over a month since I ordered them and over a week since it “delivered”.

Left phone at hotel Hey all, so my girlfriend left her phone at our hotel in Tokyo/Akihabara and only realised an hour before checking in for our flight. We're back home now in England, trying to figure out the best way to get it back home. We're in contact with the hotel who has the phone and have wrapped it in some bubble wrap/paper bags/duct tape combo. They were going to ship it but unfortunately couldn't due to their shopping provider not being insured for the lithium battery.
