FedEx Tracking

Location: CA USA. I received (USA) a package from a Canadian shipper by FedEx and was billed fees and duties exceeding the package value. I was not intending to receive the package - that is, I did not have an agreement with the shipper that they would send me the package and that I would be responsible for duty, taxes, fees for an unwanted package. I am therefore concerned that FedEx and other shipper could bill for fees on fraudulent packages. Despite SCOTUS ruling tariffs illegal, the fact that FedEx can bill this way is a huge problem for consumers. Is there an existing or pending class action lawsuit against FedEx or the Federal government addressing this problem?

After 5 years my first app finally got approved, submitted last night and woke up to an email saying its been approved **** YEAH. Started it right out of college then full time work happened so it's been a slow cook since.  Basically it's about shipping transparency. Right now if you want to ship something, you grab your stuff, drive to whichever UPS/USPS/FedEx is closest, and just pay whatever they tell you at the counter. Does anyone have experience shipping perishables with UPS of FedEx? Who typically has better pricing? My packages will be going out via 2nd Day Air, gel packs, no dry ice, so no hazmat charge.

I was called by the number 888-772-7620 saying that my FEDEX package was stuck in Canadian customs and that I needed a broker. Apparently they are FEDEX’s trade Net. but when i searched up the number, I got nothing. I called them back and got sent a few files to my email to fill out, but the email had the same name of the guy that was helping me ([email protected]). I am unsure whether this is a scam or if it is something I should legit fill out. The files they sent me will be sent below. The tracking update on the official Fedex website also hasn’t said anything about needing a broker. Should I just wait and see?

I was expecting a package either today or tomorrow through FedEx, sent as "Signature Required". Long story short, it arrived early yesterday while I was at work. The tracking info shows that I signed for it, but I work in a secure facility in another town and can prove I was there at the time it was delivered. I Need Help 🙏🏻 I live in a gated community. We have security gates that require codes for this community. This is nothing new, it’s been this way for years. I'm currently applying to a university in China, and they requested me to send some docs to them. I did it via FedEx. Today, when I checked in the morning, It was scheduled for tomorrow, and the status was "out for delivery", but then, I received an email from FedEx that a request was made to change the delivery time. All I have to show for work experience is FedEx package handler, Walmart stocker, Kroger cashier, and fast food. So, my item was dropped off today but never received an estimated date.... I called usps earlier and the agent told me that they can see it's estimated to be here tomorrow. That's awesome! But now the only update to tracking is a "Preparing for Delivery" above the scan where the package was dropped off. Can anybody help give me some clarity on this? TLDR: Proxy took 3 month to ship. Expensive item damaged due to poor packaging from proxy. Proxy probably didn’t even file the claim like I told them too. Now I’m paying for repairs. Box was already in poor condition before it shipped. Back in January, I had snoomacaroons buy an item from a second hand shop in Singapore.
