FedEx Tracking

I shipped a package on Monday from Grand Rapids, MI to somewhere near Columbus, OH. About a 5-hour drive. It is now Saturday and it still has not delivered! I could have walked the package there by now and probably walked back home as well. I get that there are delays from time to time... but c'mon! This is far too common with USPS. The worst part, they aren't even remotely held accountable. There is no way you can complain or try to get answers. USPS just flat out *****. Should have paid the extra $1 or $2 and used FedEx instead.

I shipped two packages as the same time internationally to Arizona. One package was delivered on the 12/01. I waited same day thinking the 2nd package would be delivered by another driver as the tracking was showing that the package was at FedEx facility in Phoenix after tracking the package mid day it showed that it was rescheduled to be delivered on 12/08 I called FedEx to know who rescheduled the delivery and why? The rep was assuring me that the package would still be delivered that same day and I should ignore what the tracking was showing. The package never got delivered on that day. I just did my first 2 routes for a new warehouse in western Colorado, it sent me to a town 30 minutes away on both routes (no problem there). On the second route it took me to some crazy mountain homes (roads were horrible on my car) with no directions on where to leave packages, ended up having to call one customer so she could come down her long driveway on a four wheeler because it had just snowed, she told me UPS and FedEx leave pckgs at bottom of hill near mailboxes. My Lululemon package from FedEx said it arrived but when I opened my 2 packages, I got 2 of the exact same boots from my DSW order. I only ordered 1 pair of boots and only got charged once. The shipping label doesn’t even say it’s from Lululemon so how could the store even send me an email that it was delivered?? I can’t make a missing package claim on lulu unless 24 hours have passed. so frustrated.

My package has been at the FedEx hub since Tuesday today is going to be Saturday. I was suppose to receive it Friday at 5pm. I’m nervous because I don’t understand if this means there was a customs issue or what this means. Anyone have any similar experiences and should I be worried I’ll lever get it?

I live in an apartment complex with cluster mailboxes. I check my mail every single day, and all week my mailbox has been completely empty — even though I have multiple packages out for delivery. Today, I noticed something worse: The master mailbox door (the large panel the carrier opens to access all units) has been loose for days, and now it was fully open. Anyone could reach in and take mail from any apartment. I have video showing how unsecured it is. Meanwhile, UPS and FedEx have marked several packages as “delivered to mailbox/front/near mailbox.” My mailbox is empty, and my leasing office has told me before that they don’t accept packages in the office. I kept noticing my delivery being pushed back during the day until after 8:00 pm it said “we will schedule another time for delivery”. I checked it again and now it says it was delivered and someone named TThanks signed for it. that’s a lie because I walked outside and looked all around and no package and nobody by that name lives here. I was also home at 8:00 when they claimed they delivered it and never saw them. customer service is no help either.

I’ve never had this happen w my packages before!! It’s been sitting in Newark for five days and customer service has been no help with it. It’s waiting for custom clearance ,,, it was express shipping and missed the event it was ordered for :’) duties were prepaid and I’ve never had an issue with this shipper before. I have no idea how long this stuff takes to move typically 😢

The door tag didnt have anything marked and I’m not familiar with fed ex, I know with usps when I receive a door tag I can go to the post office the next day and grab my item bc they don’t ever attempt to redeliver it. I downloaded the FedEx app and selected hold at location, will I be able to go pick it up tomorrow or will I have to wait? I really needed the item for tomorrow

We've been given four delivery windows over the the last two days all of which have been missed. The package must be signed for which has meant we've sat at home and waited for the last 48 hours. We tried to call their misnamed customer service department and finally got a human in an off shore location who said they couldn't do a thing for us. Where is the embarassment? This used to be a top line company.

Just got a notification my package was delivered.

So I posted earlier this week about my package from Italy. I understand some users thought it was held in customs but it apparently is not. I see pre customs info was sent and cleared but my case manager said it has not landed in the US. I keep getting mixed messages cause they told me it was here, then it wasn’t. I couldn’t believe it. I went a step further- I did som digging in the clearance link and found the container number. Lo and behold, none of the shipments from that container have moved. I've been waiting on pins and needles for my Flair 58 Plus 2. It's my Christmas present to myself and I'm super excited to get it. Unfortunately, Flair ships via UPS which has been a train wreck in my area, despite being so close to their headquarters. The Flair arrived at the local hub early Monday morning, so I was hopeful it would go out Monday or at least Tuesday. It didn't, but I did get an e-mail on Tuesday that it was arriving between 4-7PM on Wednesday. UPS drivers have way better customer service and make sure your stuff is out of sight. The FedEx driver took a photo of where it was delivered. I had to waste my gas to go home to put it away. I was planning on being away today until Sunday. Left 2 hours prior to the delivery since I had a ticket at a set time with someone else.

I (28M) recently started working as a medication logistics manager at a small pharmacy. I have no prior experience in the medical field. I worked at a UPS store before this. The pharmacy is slit into two parts: the long care facility side and a compounding side. My two main tasks are to batch as well as set deliveries to local patients  and to package, batch, and make labels for medication to do through either USPS or FedEx. My day starts with the first task, from 8am till about noon. I then take my lunch and from there I have until 3:30, which is when the mailman and FedEx usually arrive.
