At my company, we have a FedEx office that we can send and receive packages. This is an actual FedEx company not like a third-party provider or whatever. Monday I had come in to deliver a package to my sister. and I received a receipt and I received the tracking number and and had sent it for overnight shipping. Very odd thing happened: my last 2 packages came as second day air, one was FedEx and the other UPS. They both came opened with tape and additional label OVER the opened bag so it was after it left the warehouse and before it was delivered to me. One bag had an item missing (of course in the leggings now sold out in my size and a miracle it restocked just one). The other package only had one item so no way it could be swiped from that bag without leaving it empty. Is anyone else experiencing this? For a package I purchased in March. It’s like 50% if the cost of the package plus a $15 disbursement fee. 😭 I was not notified there would be tariffs or that fedex would be paying it for me and charging me this fee. Are tariffs even legal still (USA)?

I bought an item from a seller who had great reviews and they generated a shipping label according to fedex two weeks ago and mercari sent an email saying the seller dropped off the item on the 22nd but fedex is still saying they have not yet received the item. Should I ask the seller about the package or should I keep waiting first?

I recently bought an OOTD T10 from Amazon, and that was 12 days ago, it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx today, and it’s 6:37 PM and nothing, I need support if any of you guys know or had happen for this situation.

I ordered shoes from Sky and FedEx is holding my package saying the shipper's payment didn't clear. They weren't seized. It's sitting at the FedEx warehouse. I warehouse is saying they'll refund I'm assuming the shipping costs due to the error but Now Sky is saying I need to pay 50% of my original total and she will reship. Has this happened to anybody?

I've been a HyperX customer for a decade. I've loved the Cloud Alpha series, and I've bought them 3 times, but my most recent pair slightly exploded. No biggie, I'd buy the bundle. I know I'm one of hundreds of people complaining about their driver leaving doortags without even attempting to knock on the door. My package requires an adult signature, the driver has come 8 days in a row, I can't add delivery instructions on the app or website. At what point will they hold it at a facility so I can come pick it up? Any other suggestions I can try?

Was expecting a package to be delivered tomorrow but got the notification while at work that it was out for delivery today. Missed it of course, and saw the pic in the app of the door tag on my door. Sure whatever, I’ll just sign the tag and put it on my door in the morning tomorrow. Get home take the tag inside you know the usual, take a nap cuz im tired as ****. Wake up and check the app just to see if there’s any update yet like a definite will be delivered tomorrow or something, instead there’s a new pic of another door tag on my door. I received a QR code for Fedex return from seller (Walmart) to drop off item for return and it has no other information. The return was dropped off but a receipt wasn't issued (I should have insisted a receipt--I did not realize I would have no tracking # and assumed there was one associated with the QR code). I've been trying to contact the seller since a refund hasn't been issued but the call hangs up minutes in every time they start looking into it (this is my third day and attempt now). Going to the order package, there is no indication that a return was even initiated and their live chat instructs me to call. I'm just trying to at least get tracking info to build up...

Hey y’all, I don’t know if anyone has ever dealt with this before but I got my package delivered on Sunday and I was out of town until about 30 minutes ago (today on Wednesday), but it wasn’t anywhere in the mail room. The FedEx photo clearly shows a vinyl shaped package delivered in my mail room in the correct area but it’s not there. Leasing office wasn’t able to do anything. It was the signed CD and the Porch Light vinyl. I feel at a loss. I can’t stop crying. I know it’s just material stuff but it was expensive and it did mean a lot to me. Has anyone has something like this happen before? How did you handle it? I don’t know what to do :(
