My 5090 FE, ordered on Monday, was scheduled for delivery yesterday. My wife was home to sign for the package all day. No delivery driver all day. I confirmed it via my Ring Camera, no doorbell ring events at all for Thursday, and not even a movement even around the time that FedEx claimed that they delivered it, at approx 2:21PM. The Tracking details say that it was "signed for" by a "D Ellis". I don't know anybody named D Ellis, there are no neighbors in my immediate vicinity whose last name is "Ellis". I ordered a live Christmas tree from Lowe’s because I currently don’t have a car. I assumed they would deliver it from my local store in a Lowe’s truck. It’s being shipped via FedEx from across the country. How does the tree come packaged? In a box? Just a wrapped tree in twine? What should I expect? It’s a 5-6 ft tree.

So I did send a package with fedex yesterday to a diferent european country. Today I recieved 3 calls from a same number and they told me i needed to provide my ID number for the package, they knew where was the package going, what was inside and the description. I gave the ID number to them, did I got scammed?

Hello, recently I shipped a package from a Japanese proxy service via fedex international economy. Yesterday I noticed my item had a customs delay and after checking the tracking today I saw that they are requiring me to give them an MID code for each item. The problem is I am shipping all used items. About 4 of my items in the package are used clothing items, most are vintage or at least close to it. The rest of the items are CD’s, Cassette tapes, and a book; all vintage (aside from the book). I bought a perfume from Italy and am having it shipped to California, USA w/ FedEx International Economy. I know it's a busy holiday season, so delays are expected, but my package has been scanned on a vehicle and out for delivery every morning for the last 3 days. The app tells me it's with the same driver every day. Why are they loading the package on the truck, but not delivering it? I had a second package delivered yesterday, so what the ****?

Got the all so famous delivery updated "Your package is impacted due to events out of our control e.g. dangerous weather or other local restrictions. We'll update the delivery date as soon as the package starts to move again" Domestic shipment from CA to HI. FedEx agents keep making up things. local issue, high volume, delay at airport. I’m expecting a FedEx delivery today that requires my direct signature. I’m on the second floor and it’s possible I wouldn’t hear the truck/door knock so I’ve been glued to the app all morning. Using the tracker I saw that the truck was on my street and making stops along my street. But then they started moving in the opposite direction. They’re now all the way across the city about an hour after this happened. Is it normal for drivers to save direct signature deliveries for last? Or is there any other reason they wouldn’t deliver the package even when they’re a few doors down making another delivery? I’ve also just considered the tracker is just bad but I’m not sure,...

Hello, This morning I left a package in a drop-off box with a 4:00pm pick up time. However, my boss just told me that was the wrong airbill. I need to change it to a Saturday delivery one (which I already printed). All I have to do is switch the labels, but I need access to the drop off box. I tried contacting customer support. The representative told me to talk to the local FedEx, who has no idea of what to do. Should I just wait for the driver at 4:00pm to get here?

How do I get these packages in the system. If we take them to a location, they turn us away. We used to be able to go to the main location and drop on the belt, but the stopped that. It is hard to believe that it is so hard to do business with someone in the shipping business... sad times. Guess we will go with UPS next time.

A vendor from Shenzhen delivered my Fedex package to an incorrect address. Package is addressed to Nathan M., shipped from Lena Z. at a company called Pastall. Says it arrived on November 19th. I can't confirm the exact address with Fedex but I have reason to believe they incorrectly wrote the building number for a Greenpoint Ave address. Fedex says was delived in an entry hallway. Shot in the dark but anything helps. Thanks.

My personal favorite TD, Ethan Watches, lost his WhatsApp account last week and has since had to pivot to restore service.
