FedEx will not allow me to register my address so I can digitally sign for a package. The address is a house. A single family house. It is not an apartment complex it is not a duplex or an office. It is a house. But the red text tells me I can't register this address because it is missing the non-existent the apartment number.

I had a 4 piece shipment of car parts coming from the UK to the USA. These car parts are for a passenger vehicle. FedEx logistics decided to arbitrarily add an exception HTS code 9903.74.08 (MED/HVY PTS, NT38(I), ALL CT) which is for heavy duty and medium duty vehicles NOT passenger and light duty vehicles. This equates to an additional 25% duty on top of other duties, bring the total duties to 52.5% or an extra 500 dollars.
