FedEx Tracking

Ordered a plush on december 14 for a christmas gift and still hasnt even shipped. Contacted support and they just sent an automated response telling me how to view the tracking. What should i do?

I get a notification saying they picked up my outgoing packages and I literally see the Fedex truck leaving. I only find out after I come back from work to see the \*\*\*\* packages not picked up! Another time, I requested a delivery change and they still deliver 1 of 2 of an expensive package while I'm at \*\*\*\* work. And now getting the second package is impossible. it's been 4 days. This is the 4th time Its been some straight up \*\*\*\*.

I do not usually use FedEx for shipment, but I have heard of their reputatuon. My work place had things delivered to us via FedEx and we have had some unpkeasant experiences with the delivery people. Anyone got their endorsement done at the KY office? I was so happy when my vet called Friday evening that my endorsement was done. Anyway, FedEx tracking had nothing that day. Then Saturday afternoon I got a notification saying FedEx Georgetown picked it up and was scheduled to delivered today by 1:30pm. I keep checking and the status hasn't changed since it was picked up on Saturday. Is this normal for the weekend? Should it get scanned and updated at some point today. It's priority overnight and my flight is Wednesday morning.

I received an email from UPS stating there were customs duties to be paid. There was no option to pay these online, so I called up, waited 40 minutes on hold for someone to take my card number, and give me a confirmation number of payment. Fast forward to today, and there is a failed delivery attempt (package not being delivered to my home address). Call UPS and ask for the tracking to be updated to show that there is no payment due. 1 hour and two representatives later I have a release code to give to the driver. I’ve been trying to get a device refund processed since late November, and it’s been a total nightmare. Not so much an ask for help, more just me being extremely baffled by how my package is circulating between the same countries. I want to ask if this is normal with FedEx? It’s not a carrier I usually get when ordering internationally. I’ve never seen a package circle around like this with any other international carrier. Package was supposed to get delivered to Nashville yet it's being sent to another city 30 minutes away and it's been 2 days with no update. Delivery was supposed to be Monday and got switched to Tuesday.

I ordered some cat food and cat litter from Chewy last week. 44 lb package so not easy to misplace. I was supposed to get it Thursday 1/8 but according to the tracking it has been stuck in Winter Garden, FL (less than an hour away from me) since 1/8. It is now Monday and still no package. I contacted FedEx yesterday and the representative put in a service ticket in for me. No response from them on that yet. The FedEx chat bot indicates you can refuse a package by leaving a sign on your door indicating such refusal. Does this ***EVER*** work? Today's delivery, the driver took the obligatory photograph ***IN FRONT OF THE SIGN***. I do not know what to do if a huge sign with "FEDEX" in 100 point font is not honored. We're dealing with some company that uses FedEx and continues to ship us items we do not want and have asked them to stop sending. I have a tracking number that was issued on Sunday and it says "Currently, we are not able to provide the tracking details. We can’t locate shipments if we haven’t received information from the shipper yet, or if the package information is older than 120 days." and today, Monday, it still says this. Speaking from experience with not only UPS but USPS and FedEx as well, even if a package hasn't shipped yet, the number should still show that the label was created and that it exists no?

Any idea how much time fedex intl economy shipping actually takes ? My MCDU and Joysticks are roaming around in Shanghai and now Guangzhou for some reason, cleared export multiple times. No idea when they'll catch a freighter tho. Anyone have any idea ?

I paid for overnight shipping for no reason then. No one was home no way you walk past 2 cars in the driveway take a picture, you don’t ring the bell, you don’t knock, and walk off?! I am a GOM (US based) and currently hosting a neokyo go. I had a bunch of photocards shipped to me via FedEx. I informed my joiners of the delivery and that it may take some time to receive the bill for customs. A joiner came into my dms upset and telling me that "there's no customs fees on just paper goods from SK" and that neokyo has never landed them a customs fee. I've hosted 2 neokyo gos before and have received a bill from FedEx. Both also came after delivery. One even a month later.
