i have a huge order (a bulk order of 20 boxes) stuck in customs for nearly a month now. it is essential that this package doesn’t get lost, and i need it as soon as possible for my business. i tried contacting fedex about it, but they were of no help. does anyone know who i should contact? any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

So I ordered a package a few days ago and chose the 2 day delivery option as I always do. Up until today, fedex 2 day has been great, always arriving within 2 business days from shipment, all the way from across the country However today, I ran into my first issue. Last night I checked and saw that my package was in a state sorting facility, the last stop before my local shipping hub. Scheduled delivery was for this morning, the 4th. Last week i have noticed one invoice in my account that isnt mine. Im from germany and the Sender seems to be a shop in US, the buyer/receiver of the package is from japan and somehow the invoice is in my account. I contacted the support via phone, they told me to open a ticket via their contact form for each invoice. Now i got answer from one of the mails and they stubbornly want an account number to where they should move the invoices, i dont have any of that since these invoices arent mine and i dont know either of the parties involved in that delivery. As the title says. My city is SA, I did have a problem with my apt number missing when I placed the order, so to avoid it getting sent back I had it changed to a fedex pick up site. But I’m unsure why they would send it to my city then send it elsewhere? I’m pretty sure I had express shipping too.

Package clearly labeled that it was to be refrigerated after opening--but we are too lazy to walk or drive up the driveway so we leave the box in the sun. Package from DirecTV was left in the rain at the end of the driveway (NOT a long driveway BTW). When I lived in Raleigh they left a package with medication on the floor of the mail room, and they once left a package on the sidewalk outside their own UPS Store because they showed up after it was closed and were too lazy or ****** to come back during business hours. Like am I crazy or didn’t there used to be an HAL button when you would click the three horizontal bars in the top right corner? I see alternate delivery but it just makes you put in the address and I don’t see like a Fedex office or a Walgreens, etc. option? I had a customer leave a note requesting me to leave it at the Walgreens this earlier and it was an ASR negated community in it and they’re only gonna be valuable on Wednesday, which is my busiest day so would’ve been Hella convenient to just HAL at a Walgreens, but it looks like Forge has basically **** block the option off for me entirely. I’m becoming very frustrated with the shipping of my package after paying 200 bucks for shipping…. it’s been in “customs delay” then now moved to “delivery update” but hasn’t moved in 48+ hours. I called both customs and support and apparently the other party has it. Anyone else going through this?

Logged in to my FedEx account. Created a shipment. Could not download or print shipping label. Customer Service unable to help. Now have to drive to a shipping store to send the package. Thanks FedEx.

I called the shipped and they did not request this. This has happened with numerous packages where they have trouble dropping it off at a fed ex third party. I ordered this and requested on the app to be delivered to a local walgreens. They first lost my package because the barcode was messed up and now they send it back. Is there a reason behind it?
