I ordered a handbag and a wallet and it was shipped via Fed Ex on Jan 19 from Jacksonville. I am in suburban Chicago. I've used Neokyo a few times now but receieved this "urgent" email regarding my lastest package. So I upgraded my phone and it requires an indirect signature. Can I sign a note saying it’s okay to leave the package? I will not be home and will not have anyone around to sign for it.
