The rugs are tightly rolled, well protected, and within standard weight limits, but not packed in a carton. Any real-world experience or advice would be very helpful. Thanks in advance! Problems with Invoice and FedEx2h agoMy package was supposed to arrive on the 31st, but it's still being held at customs due to inconsistencies in the product information. Initially, they asked me to send an invoice, which Maestro Media didn't include with the order email. I contacted support, and they sent it to me, after which I sent it via FedEx. A short time later, FedEx called me and said the invoice was incorrect. I checked it and discovered it didn't include the shipping cost, making the total $65 instead of $113. I asked if I could manually edit it and add the shipping cost, and while I was doing so, FedEx sent the package for verification and told me the total order should be around $213, which is comple... My package has been stuck at the FedEx Memphis hub for over a week due to an import clearance delay. FedEx says the manufacturer details are missing and need to be supplied by the shipper. Its been 10 plus days stuck like this, and World Affairs hasn't answered my email, anyone else experiencing this? FedEx just knocks and left2h agoI wasn’t expecting my parcel today it was supposed to show up on Monday morning not only that they sent word of the delivery of the delivery an hour before they came but I was asleep, luckily I got to the door within a minute or 2 but they immediately left no waiting by the door, they rang the bell then immediately walked off I tried walking up the street to find them but they were long gone, I mean come on what’s their deal, the package shows up like 3 days early I get no notice the day before so I’m prepared and they don’t even wait till the minimum time they send when knocking on, why say you’ll be here at 8:20 am then show at 8:05 and immediately leave within a minute Package departed Chino, CA a week ago. The USPS CBUs and the parking are all accessible to the public. We have occasional package theft and some stress about public access to private stoops. I'm interested in mounting either horizontally on top of a 3-foot CBU wall (delivered from the street curb and retrieved from the enclosed courtyard) or in a free-standing structure. Another Reddit post suggested Mailbox Emporium, but they only reference USPS parcel lockers. ME has a maximum of 4 lockers per product and they cost thousands, outside my budget. I would like to assign each unit a marked parcel box with a key or a stable ... Tips for Shipping Tracks13h agoSo my dad has some Tracks and a tracksaw he's not using and is giving to me. My issue is how to ship it since he's in Florida and I'm in Oregon. It's a 4ft and 8ft. Looks like UPS and FedEx both consider this oversized packages. Half a desk delivered a month ago, other half missing14h agoHi, I’m posting to the Reddit to share my experience and see if any of you have experienced this or maybe someone here from secret labs can help. I order my XL standing desk at the end of November. The bottom half of the desk arrived 12/3 and the top half was shipped 12/4 and never arrived. It took two weeks from expected delivery for secret labs to respond to my support tickets and a couple additional days to agree the package was lost. At this point around three weeks had passed since I placed my order. I was about to leave town for Christmas and wanted to work with support to find a delivery date that could work. Instead I’m told that’s not possible, and they ship the replacement ... [Long text ahead, I'm sorry] Yes, I know this has been sent during Christmas time ~ around New year's Eve. But does this explain this? I'm in Canada and I've been wanting to send a Christmas present to my friend in the US. It's not the first time I send a package to this address, never had any problems before until my Staples used FedEx. Towards the beginning, FedEx said there was missing informations about the package, when there was even an invoice paper on the package, mentioning each objects and their values. I've called FedEx about 4 times, which only one person could help me, as he mentioned the other people on... FedEx lost my p2s, Bambu handling it well.16h agoSo FedEx lost my P2S. It hasn’t moved in six days. There is no delivery date and I haven’t been able to get a hold of a real person in 2 days so I reached out to bambu labs and I asked them if they would call FedEx because they are the shipper on record and if they could either find the package, get it moving or get me a replacement? They responded with yes to everything. They said they would call FedEx and and see if they can locate the package and get it expedited to me and they said if it doesn’t arrive or start moving towards me within five days that they’ll start a replacement. So obviously, there’s no printer in hand yet, but I do have at least on record that they are goin... Shipment delay or something else?16h agoHello, The shipment was sent on December 25th. For several days, I was receiving tracking updates regularly. The last update was provided on the 27th, and since then there have been no further updates. Initially, the estimated delivery date was December 30. However, after December 27, there have been no new tracking events, and the current status states that the shipment is still on the way and that they are actively working to provide a new delivery date. Could you please clarify whether this situation is normal and what this status means? Is this a FedEx issue or an Amazon seller issue?17h agoI ordered a Christmas present on Amazon on Dec 20. It shipped from a third party seller, not Amazon. I paid a few dollars extra for expedited shipping to get it before Christmas, and Amazon said delivery date was Dec 23. I still don’t have it. I contacted the seller and they sent me a long message blaming FedEx. But it looks to me like the seller created the label but didn’t drop it off to FedEx until Dec 30. Is it possible to tell what happened from this screenshot of the tracking? If it’s a seller issue I want to cancel the order because of their poor customer service.
