Each day at 6pm cst it changes to say it'll be delivered the following day by 9pm. Nothing has been delivered yet. We did have ice Friday-Sunday of last week, but the roads have been completely drivable since Thursday, even saw both UPS and FedEx trucks in my neighborhood delivering on Wednesday. Think my package is lost or just stuck in some backlog? This is not something I can ger replaced so I do really want it to show up.

I have a package incoming that requires signature, which was expected. That package is confirmed out for delivery, so I plan to wait around at home on a Saturday until it comes so I’m able to sign. Half the day goes by, driver stops in front of house and sorts through the truck, doesn’t get out and drives away. Clearly missorted and not on their truck. I’m a little irked given half of my Saturday has gone by, so I call just to see if it’s coming at all on another truck or if I should just give up and wait until Monday. I’m assured it will arrive today on another truck before 8pm, so I hang around. 7pm rolls around, no longer out for delivery and it’s back at the distribution cent...

I buy computer punch cards. Last half of last year I was trying to buy from Europe and folks seemed to be afraid of the changing customs scene. So I had them send them to a friend near Monza, Italy, As it turns out his oldest son was visiting from SF over Christmas. My friend volunteered his son to bring them all back and then FedEx them to me. Got the box yesterday. Must have had 15-20 envelopes/packages to open. Some of the packing material was interesting. One person put the cards into an Italian language Perry Mason paperback. Another put them into a Life magazine sized sheet music booklet of famous opera arias. Published in 1961. Hello everyone, I’m hoping someone here has experience with this. I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered on 1/26, but it was delayed and now there’s no updated delivery date. I opened a support ticket with FedEx, but this is the response I received: “After researching, we have been unable to locate this shipment and will be closing this support ticket. At this time, we recommend you contact your shipper for alternative options.” The package is extremely important (it contains a passport), and I’m unsure what my next steps should be. I bought a package overnight Monday. It got delayed until Friday and made it out this morning (Saturday) but it is 6PM now and I am hopeless I am receiving it at this point.

I was supposed receive a valuable package requiring signature today. I have a roughly 400 ft long driveway. I saw the driver turnaround and park. I got my coat on and made it half way down in about 30 seconds and they pull away, no delivery no note on the door or mailbox. It was dark out. Im keeping it together but pretty upset. Does FedEx have a policy to not drive up driveways at night? How long do they wait? Do i have to camp out at the end of my driveway all day in the cold to get my stuff? Just needed to vent, what a bummer

Figured I’d put this out there because I wish someone had warned me. I bought a hardtop from Turn Off Road LLC for my Bronco. Installed it, everything seemed fine for a few days… then the nightmare started. The hardtop was treated with some kind of undisclosed chemical coating. Not listed anywhere on the product page. Not mentioned in documentation. The coating started running down onto my paint and glass, leaving oily streaks and residue that won’t come off, even after multiple professional detailing attempts. my package still says delivering by 8pm, are drivers still out? i know its not serious snow, but it is to some people. if not still out, does fedex run on sundays here?

Hi all, I had an issue having a guitar delivered to a store through FedEx. FedEx returned the package to sender (strandberg) and I sent an email to them hoping they can re-send it but I haven’t had any luck with a response. I’m hoping there’s a phone number I can call to maybe get a faster response. TIA.

Is this common? What is going on here? I had to return the package since the item didn’t fit. UPS actually let me use the FedEx box to return.

All roads have cleared in the dfw area, so I’m confused why it hasn’t moved. I live in the dfw area so the next stop should be the regional hub then out for delivery. I have contacted customer service for a trace and haven’t heard anything.

PSA‼️ For anyone reading this: please don’t use FedEx for important medication, legal documents, or anything time-sensitive. Learn from my experience. My medication was picked up by FedEx directly from the pharmacy, which is legally required to overnight this type of medication. It was picked up on 1/23 and was supposed to be delivered on 1/24 (I even paid an extra $50 for Saturday delivery). Instead, my package sat in the same location for almost an entire WEEK. (Mind you before the storm). I called multiple times and was told it had been scanned and sent to the Memphis hub. Then customer service told me something completely different. that they “can’t locate it.” Now FedEx...

Fedex just delivered my package. This is a 2782-12 Constellation dated to 1955. This isn’t the watch I was initially seeking out, but when I saw this one I decided that the 168.005/167.005 can wait.

I am greatly appreciating the packaging detail, planning to read this long essay on the packaging before bed. I was honestly upset at first that I had to pay an additional $54 in VAT and Import Duties but **** when this thing arrived, all those feelings just melted away (no priority FedEx shipping option for South Africa, a robot said this would have included all the custom and import duties). Love the overall feel of the grip case, extremely happy with the skin (I have unsteady hands so the wife watched the “how to” video and applied the skin). P.S I was forced to post this cause they know where I live.
