Yes, it's been awhile since I have had a shipment "destroyed", "Damaged", or "Lost", but it happened just a few hours ago. 3 pack of undies from a company I support a lot on Vine cause of the quality of their clothing, and Amazon tells me the "destroyed" (their word not mine) is being returned to the seller. Trying to force a delivery for a 500+ dollar package that was originally lost by FedEx but then found and loaded on a FedEx truck for delivery everyday for the last 8 days. I see the FedEx guy drive around my neighborhood in the evenings but it seems that he is retaliating against me for giving him a one star review for delivering my package on the other side of the neighborhood. I had an international package get delayed due to missing information. Last update says that it has left the FedEx hub, does this mean it was cleared or is just an automated update from fedex?

I'm glad the drivers don't have to work today on Easter Sunday. But this is the second day in a row where the tracking says my delivery will 'arrive today' despite it being last scanned 150 miles away yesterday and not out for delivery by 11am today. Why is a modern tracking system incapable of just telling me it's delayed without making promises it can't keep? In 2026 Fed Ex doesn't have a system that knows it's a holiday?

First time I have ever had such a large item go through San Francisco Distribution and not somehow end up on the slow boat over. All in just four days too. I have heard Amazon shipping logistics have gotten better now with Fedex back to being their primary carrier. How has everyone else's experience been recently?

I ordered a package of electronics from Xfinity late last week and there was attempted delivery yesterday (Saturday 4/4 @ 11:29 Am) but it requires signature and unfortunately we were not home. I was told it was ineligible to be held at a location because another attempt to deliver has to be made, but nothing on door tag as to when there will be attempt to be delivered. if it waits until after Easter then it is what it is, but I have called FedEx and they said it would be out again today, and another rep said it wouldn’t and it simply says “in transit” on their side. I received an email on Wednesday April 1 that my package (a CD album) is stuck in customs and needs more information. The problem is that when I tried to click the upload information, it required the email that is associated with the order. TLDR I stupidly used Apple relay for the account registration and ordered the cd and then forgot about the cd and closed the account. On Friday April 3, I got a call from FedEx at 9:30 am EST and ended up talking to an agent to provide the information they needed. i ordered a console from japan through ZenMarket, but completely forgot about the current events in the region. the package is in their warehouse (they store items for up to 60 days). i’m worried the situation might get worse if I wait. should i ship it now using DHL or FedEx, or wait? i don’t care about speed, i just want the package to be safe with no damages or issues with customs. which shipping service would be safer for this situation? Every package I've sent recently using Fedex as the option has been "weight adjusted" well beyond how heavy it actually is. They are defaulting every package under 10 lbs. to 13lbs. after its shipped. I shipped 4 packs of card sleeve, that came in under 2 lbs. and they adjusted it to 13lbs. I shipped 2 boardgames, separately, each came in around 8lbs. amd they adjusted both packages to 13 lbs. Ebay doesnt care and won't refund me the money. Had a really good experience buying from DecantBox. ordered 6 samples. It was very well packaged in a lot of bubble wrap and and packs of 3 inside the bubble wrap with a small plastic bag. I have been trying to sample more fragrances from Arab companies and with how cheap these samples are i couldn't pass it up. ended up loving all except dynasty which i ended up just thinking was okay. 2.0, it’s a crazy busy location, (I requested a second sweep is my hope). Friday had 300 packages and ended up taking like an hour 20 minutes carting stuff out and trying to load from the sidewalk.

A two day shipment to my residential address was supposed to get here last Friday. The package is from Los Angeles. I check today, and it says delivery exception and now it’s back in California??? Has anyone ever had this happen and it’s just incorrect tracking—like a glitch? I called and the auto bot informed me it is supposed to be delivered on the updated delayed date of this Monday.

Pink & cream checkered rug High pile, synthetic fabric 10ft x 7ft 10in Well loved and used the past 3 years. We have a dog and cat — rug was vacuumed before rolling but I’m certain it needs more cleaning as our vacuum is on its way out. Definite signs of wear and some darker spots where there was more foot traffic. Could probably be cleaned with a rug cleaner but we haven’t tried. Contactless porch pickup only in Alberta neighborhood.

The package is headed to the USCIS HQ in Camp Springs, MD. First it took 10 days to arrive to DC distribution center and now has been in transit to the next facility for more than 3 days. It contains time sensitive critical document which needed to be sent by certified mail (hence used USPS, otherwise I would have used Fedex). Should I initiate a missing mail search?

When they used UPS or FedEx, you could call UPS or FedEx and find out what happened to your package. The Amazon logistics system, when using delivery service partners (DSP) or Flex, seems to have no programming for package theft by the driver. Which has already happened 3 times this year. I've had to reorder things because if you wait, it will never get replaced. Amazon has built a brick wall between it's own warehouses and the delivery partners. Customer service can't get a hold of them. You as a customer cannot get a hold of them either. So if the package is late, you are given no explanation as to why. In the last few months almost every other package has been arriving late, sometimes later in the day, sometimes 2-3 days later. I have a business account and this is causing orders to arrive late, meaning I am also late for my clients which is causing friction. I am now having to add business days to project completion as a "buffer" in order to not have Amazon make a fool of me, and yes, I get that it's not the fault of the delivery people, especially if there is some massive shortage of help.
