Starting in late November, I have ordered various items from Target's website for shipping. More often than not even though I didn't want "delivery", these items were given to "Target Local Delivery" to be delivered to my house. Every single time except once, the package was either misdelivered or not delivered. I know of two that were misdelivered because they had a proof of delivery picture I could recognize as NOT my clearly marked house/front door. As in title I had gotten an invoice regarding my package that was delivered to a different house, my address and everything was correct but I suppose the delivery driver was not paying attention and it was delivered to the wrong house. I made a case for the package and it was closed etcetc and I received my refund thankfully, it was 250$ so I would've lost it if I didn't get my money back. But now I have an invoice from FedEx for $19.50, I am calling them Monday, can I refuse to pay them?

I sent a package, but it’s been stuck in Memphis for a week now. There was a red status bar, but it turned yellow 3–4 days ago after the receiver filled out a form. The package made it from California to Massachusetts in a single day. In fact, it's a couple towns over from me, and has been since Tuesday. The website said the address was successfully corrected that day. The only conclusion I can come to now is they _must_ be lying about where the package is or it's status. Our large apartment complex has a unified delivery room, it gets dozens of FedEx deliveries a day, it can't be the case that they're just happily wasting space at one of their sites by arbitrarily holding my package.

This is the first time I've ever had something sent to me via Parcel Delivery Network. Actually, this is the first time I've ever heard of it. Usually, my scale figures get shipped via FedEx or UPS, but this time, it's Parcel Delivery Network. I guess, from what I've read and what it says, they're supposed to pick up my figure. It moves with them until it reaches USPS, and then USPS will be the ones to deliver it with a label already created in Franklin Park, IL as they wait for the item to reach them (which is 40 mins away from me). So what is anyone's experience and what should I expect with this company while waiting for my package?

Fedex emailed me at 11:03 AM Saturday that they attempted to drive a package to me. my ring footage shows nobody showing up within 10 minutes of this timeframe. Naturally they won’t take large packages and Costco offers to your door delivery. But the FedEx driver let me have it about how they don’t to your door delivery in apartment buildings that have concierge service. And you know what, I don’t get it. That’s just lazy.
