Need help. Anyone else has trouble with Pom sending wrong address to a pharmacy? How did you get it resolved? Because I have called and sent messages and nothing has been done yet. I was informed by FedEx around noon Friday about an over night shipment from Halandale. The address was wrong. I called Pom right away and they confirmed that yes, the address they gave was wrong. After 2 hrs I called again so they escalated the issue. An hr went by so I called again. I also called Hallendale twice and FedEx. Sunday: 5/10 did the intake form (new user to this company). Requested 1mg because I’ve previously been on a GLP1 Monday: 5/11 3AM, provider responds to my inquiry and suggests the different options. I asked her a couple questions and she responded within the hour. Ended up doing Semaglutide 1mg for 12 weeks, paid $399. She stated it includes enough to tírate up 1.5mg and 2.0mg if I wanted. 4:15PM- got a tracking number via email. Tracking (FEDEX) states I’ll get it tomorrow. Holy moly that’s so fast. Again, this is just my experience!

Hi! So, I have an issue with a Fedex package...the driver "attempted" to deliver it today, however they didn't bother pressing the bell to my apartment. It's happened to me before like once...whatever... kind of annoyed because I'm not going to be home tomorrow for a bit and today was ideal. Picture of the driver in front of my door yet they weren't able to ring the bell which is right next to the door handle. I went to the website and asked for a redelivery and surprisingly it went through and I got an update it would be reattempted today. This one confuses me. My wife was home all day today waiting for a package that has to be signed for and at 2pm I got an email saying that the delivery couldn’t be completed because of an invalid address. I checked my doorbell camera and saw that at 1:59 the driver pulled up at my neighbors house, sat in the car for a minute, then drove away. I called customer support who confirmed the address on the shipment with me is in fact the address I live at and they said they’d contact the driver to get it redelivered today. So we’ll see if that actually happens. I’m genuinely just bewildered

A month ago I ordered a new iPhone. The phone was attempted to deliver it on the 29th, but no one was home. It never came back to my house. We called FedEx multiple times and they weren’t able to tell us where the package was. My theory is that he waited until there were no cars in my driveway, and when no one showed up, the driver took it and sold it. I may have lost the receipt, I was on the go in a rush :/ I shipped a 1.15 lb package, the size of their bubble mailers that are like 8x11 inches… it costed 50 dollars for it to get there on Thursday (sent Saturday)… Could they have charged me “express” when I explicitly asked for the cheapest option? My manager is extremely micromanaging and the whole station is tired of it. He’s constantly on everybody about “gap time,” but whenever I ask what the actual expectation is, he beats around the bush. He finally admitted that after 7 minutes it gets flagged. I work in a busy major city with traffic, school buses, construction, elevators, heavy packages, impossible parking, and customers stopping us constantly. None of that seems to get taken into consideration. Meanwhile, management acts like every stop should go perfectly with zero delays. Anybody else dealing with this? And does anybody know any tricks for handling “gap time” without running yourself into the ground?

Was patiently waiting all day on 4/25 for the hat cuz i copped on drop day and my fedex driver “updated my address” mid-route and then 5 minutes later marked it “refused by customer” and next thing i know my package was sent to brooklyn. Felling burned i decided to look for another one on depop and thankfully found one sealed only $10 over retail lol
