hi! i'm Canadian buying a friend a gift and having it shipped to the USA i've tried using the shipping calculator and looking at posts related to FedEx/DHL and the tarriffs, brokerage fees, but i'm still lost the package value is about $18USD and probably weighs, at most, 2lbs.the only options were FedEx International Connect Plus and both options for DHL. i'm used to paying really ****** brokerage fees and duty with express shipping in canada. i have paid upwards of $48USD for brokerage fee (i wish i disputed this but its too late now) and usually pay around ~$18CAD regardless of size what should i expect with the USA for a package of this size? thank you in advance...

I bought a card from him, and Fedex delivered it to my neighbor instead of me. Somehow the neighbor got a hold of him and he messaged me on here to say that they had it and gave me their number. I called my neighbor, and it was the first time meeting her ( sweet older lady), but i told her that the package was a baseball card and she told me her husband used to play in the "Industrial League", which if you google is a very interesting steel mill league from what i can tell. https://www.alabamalegacy.org/industrial-baseball-leagues/

I bought from them back in early September and remembered a lot of people, including me, having trouble with receiving their package. Mine was stuck in Louisville, KY UPS hub for almost two months and then they sent an email out to a lot of customers asking if they’d prefer a refund or to wait for their products. I chose refund, and I know they switched to FedEx now and I have 20 points to use so I was wondering if things are fine now? (reposting before I make my purchase 😭)

So I'm in a pickle of my own making, sort of. Having shipped tons of packages through FedEx I've never had any issues, until I did. Long story short, I sent my XDM Elite 10mm slide in for cerakote. I've used the shop before and had no issues with the service or shipping. Well, this time FedEx lost my package. Me being ****** and assuming FedEx knows how to do their one fuggin job, did not buy insurance. So now I'm being sent $100 for a $350-$400 slide. My question for anyone that reads this is, does anybody know a site that sells XDM slides? I've already contacted Springfield and Ebay only has 9mm and 40 slides.

Hi so early december I bought a bag from japan (on ebay) and got it delivered to the UK. Got shipped really quick, item arrived perfectly packaged and no issues. That was 2weeks ago. Why did fedex ask me to pay duties/tax now? I have checked the email and the website its legit. I rarely get shipping from fedex and generally you don’t get your package until you’ve paid so what should I do here? I can pay but it just seems really weird. Thanks

For those who have worked in every position, what is the worst job in the warehouse? I’ve been a package handler for two months and switch between unloading and the tower. The tower is definitely better, especially with music, but I’m curious about which job is actually the hardest.

So my wife ordered the LTT backpack (not the Commuter, the big one that’s $350CAD) on Dec. 9, and it shipped out from LTT relatively quickly (not my usual experience so thumbs up so far). They shipped with Wizmo (never heard of them but it seems just like a logistics planner who farms out to another provider - in this case Uniuni) and tracking is provided. December 12 it shows as going to the local Uniuni warehouse for delivery. And that’s where it ends. There has been no update in 2 weeks.
