FedEx Tracking

I live in Fort Worth Texas why would you send the package to MN? Please explain why during a logistical nightmare your shipping a package that has already reached its destination across the country just to come right back?

So about a week and a half ago I posted about a package that was supposed to arrive on the 17th but stopped in Charlotte on the 16th and never moved again. Details said “unable to deliver” on the 16th IN CHARLOTTE. Package was coming to Anderson SC so everyone (customer service included) said it must have been a scanning error. And that smartpost packages are like that and sit around on the truck until the truck is full. I kept watching the tracking and to this day it says it’ll update when the package moves again. I contacted them again today and they returned it! Said “we were unable to deliver it so it was retuned.” Completely blew me off when I asked how a failed delivery ha...

It's always something. If it's not the pharmacy messing up my delivery, it's insurance. Or holiday delays, like last month. This time, it's FedEx. I'm not going to be home tomorrow to sign for the package. Which I thought would be fine, as I could just hold it for delivery at a FedEx location. Except I can't do that with the app, because it keeps erroring out. And when I try on the website, the closest location it shows as an option is 20 minutes from me instead of the one 5 minutes away. And so I called FedEx, only for them to tell me that due to the special security restrictions on this package, "hold at location" isn't available and I have...

I tried to block the dogs from the front yard temporarily to let FedEx deliver a package. Lady Bird wasn’t conforming to that nonsense. She jumped over my makeshift block to prove its worthlessness. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi all. I made a post the other day which tldr: phone was shipped through FedEx. It said the package left the shipper facility on the 25th. All day wednesday it said arriving today, but never said "out for delivery". then to be by February 3rd. I'm currently homeless, so not having it come on time is a HUGE deal, and a headache because I'm using a friend's address. I finally got ahold of the tracking number and It switched this morning to arriving tomorrow, and I found out it was 2 day shipping. turns out amazon seller lied, didnt ship on 25th, but 28th. regardless, wont be 2 days. can buyer get a refund on shipping? do i really have to wait to monday when...

My gate code recently changed at my apartment and I have a few packages coming. I was able to to easily update my info with the Post Office and UPS, but the delivery drivers for Fedex keep saying "resident unavailable" even though I updated my gate code on the website under delivery instructions. A Fedex guy texted me because I also have my number listed and I gave him the code too. Today, I see there was another unsuccessful attempted delivery. I called FedEx and they told me they no longer accept gate/door codes. Any recommendations on what to do?

Is this normal and should I expect the package soon? There was some heavy snow in Va but where I live roads are mostly clear?

I know about the whole weather delay ordeal. The package is getting delivered in NJ. My question lies as to why I have gone over 30 hours without an update. It left Phoenix at 10AM yesterday so where is it now? Any update I could personally receive due to the weather. I had contacted a support agent and here's what they said: "I understand your concern regarding the discrepancy. By now due to the weather conditions is not possible for fedex to handle business as usual, is not possible to have all couriers and all flights on service, we want them for all of our workers to be back at home with their families and to avoid any possible accident. Thank you so much to everyone who has sent thoughts and prayers for my family and small town. I just got electricity and heat back to my home after 5 days in the freezing cold with no power. The roads have been completely impassable with down trees and power lines everywhere. It’s complete devastation. There have been deaths from trees falling on homes and the most recent was from a man slipping on ice while filling his generator. The national guard and fema are here trying to help things get back and running. We also have so many people and companies from other states coming in to help clear roads and restore electricity. Our partner pharmacies have told us that FedEx is not picking up tonight, tomorrow, or Saturday in an attempt to avoid a back to back cluster with winter weather coming again this weekend. Memphis is still not operating normally, which is creating significant issues for FedEx. All that is to say please be patient. The tracking updated, says tomorrow delivery, with departed fedex hub after being stuck in Memphis for 3 days, you guys think it actually departed and will be here tomorrow?

I recently contacted FedEx because my order from Agilite has been delayed multiple times. The FedEx agent then states that my apartment number wasn't listed on the shipment. Which is weird because in the FedEx app I can see my full address. And my Agilite account has my full correct address and was entered correctly at the time of purchase. I don't think my address \*possibly\* being incorrect is what is delaying my package from moving. I think FedEx just *****. Anybody else run into something like this? Note: Funny enough I was a runner up in the most recent K-Zero SF plate carrier lol. I'm thankful but it would be a lot cooler if my original order wasn't screwed up...

It’s been stuck in limbo in Memphis since this morning but it says my package will be delivered today before 10pm. Realistically, when do you suppose it’ll actually arrive?

Is my package really somehow back in Memphis? Was it never out for delivery?? I’m so confused.

I splurged on four 1000 Trevell puzzles from Puzzledy and instead of walking it 10 feet to the front door, the FedEx driver dropped my package in front of my garage door, where of course I backed right into it when I pulled out of the garage. Every box is damaged 😭😭

Dont know what happened...but this is a terrible company anymore. You look at complaints, former employees...it far outweighs the good anymore. Too bad. Hope one day my package will arrive...maybe.
