So, anyone notice the new updates as a ground courier who is 2.0? Have you noticed more stops, more rules, more expectations but same pay? I asked the sender to ship a package to my friend's address because I'm currently outside of the US and don't have a physical address. The package requires adult signature and is currently being held at a FedEx store. My friend went to fetch it, but the store employee refused to release the package because she said I didn't have any association with the delivery address. I called FedEx, and a representative told me that I could write and sign an authorization letter and email it to my friend, so that he can bring the letter to the store to prove that he is picking up the package on behalf of me. Is that a normal procedure? Has anyone successfully done it before?

Hello! I changed the adress for my package, they said they confirmed it, but then today they tell me that it's going to be delivered at my OTHER adress ! What do I do? Do i make another thing asking for my adress to be changed..?

In January of this year I decided to remove the item and have it shipped to me, which turned out to be a bad idea lol. I ordered a car part from eBay that shipped from Japan. FedEx says it delivered Monday at 6pm, but they didn't send me the picture until today at 4pm when I called to find out what was happening Instead of leaving it at the front door which faces the street address, they left it at a side door where is viewable from a busy street. Whyyyy do they **** so much? I had a mixer delivered to my house. Amazon never has trouble. Neither does UPS, nor DHL, nor USPS. THEY DELIVER TO MY HOUSE. They delivered it at the front of the neighborhood by a random post, and it said KITCHENAID all over it. OF F+CKING COURSE IT ISN'T THERE. FEDEX says they have to research it. However, I just received a text message from FedEx this week stating that I need to pay $24.81 (duties $9.81 + disbursement fee $15). So, I ordered a Kobo with the case and pen. I did pay $20 for expedited shipping to get it by 3/11. The case and pen came by 3/10. Fedex updated delivery day today on the day to 3/12. Amazon still says arriving today. Is holding out hope ****? I only checked the FEDEX tracking because it hadn’t switched to out for delivery by 3pm. ://

I ordered from aid access, received my tracking information, and watched the package as it traveled cross country to me. The package was out for delivery this morning and says delivered by 9am. To my surprise, I go outside and haven't received the package. Reached out to FEDEX and they said Aid Access needs to confirm the shipping label and contents of package. I followed up with Aid access and told them this but haven't received a response. I'm a bit worried. Has this happened to someone? Do you have any advice?

I leave work early to be home from 12:05-2:05 to sign for a package and it never comes until 7pm. Are the route planners that bad, or are the drivers that slow? I’m not sure who to be mad at, other than FedEx as a whole. 🫣 this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Does anyone know what this goes to? I ordered a detent pin from customer support and they sent it to the other side of the US and resent it when I called them 5 months later and it just came in today, the pin was there and I’m guessing they sent me this to make up for the inconvenience but I don’t think it goes to the MC9L. I’m thinking it goes to an mc9 prime or a mete sf but I’m not sure, all I know is it’s an adjustable rear iron on the optics plate

Update. Got a call from GameStop customer service that FedEx “lost” my package. Mods keep this up it’s real not fake. No card over $500 so insurance is cutting a check. But ****. Assholes. Hope that guy enjoys cardboard.
