I just wanted to get on here and say Meta will never be a company I buy from again. They are not refunding me for my return because the glasses were stolen in transit back to them. As the payer of freight charges, they should have warranty on damage and stolen goods of their refunded glasses. Yet I am not getting my money back. If I had known this is how they behave, I would have shipped my return independently through my own means and paid for protection myself. I ordered a package from the United States, and it arrived in Mexico this morning to be processed by customs. However, in the afternoon it showed up in the tracking history as a “clearance delay,” along with a message related to the customs process. If anyone has been in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate any advice on what to do. In theory, my package was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but it seems that’s no longer the case. In the process of waiting for my items to arrive at the CnFans warehouse and wanted to track where my package is at from sender-cnfans. I went onto 17track and plugged in the tracking number, and this popped up. It does not show this for the other items I purchased. Is my package lost?

I don't know if this is the right community, or if uber and Uber eats and deliveries are different, so sorry if this is in the wrong place! I don't have any sort of delivery apps, but my PetSmart delivery tracking link is a redirect to an uber page. I mean, generally it's not expected to tip FedEx or the like, which is more where I expected it to be delivered by, but Uber is more tip based? I think? Is PetSmart paying drivers additionally, or am I supposed to be tipping? Usually they just leave the package by the door so should I be leaving cash at the doorstep or something?

Hello, my order has been shipping with standard service by Fedex, the package shipped from Jamaica NY to MIRABEL, PQ and Fedex updated as Delivered yesterday. Do you know if Fedex actually dropped the package to Canada post and will re-route it to Toronto or the package got lost? I paid someone $650 through an invoice, which I believed was a trusted way of doing this on PayPal. The seller sent me a fake tracking number and upon calling him out I opened a dispute for not receiving a tracking number. Four days after the purchase, I see that the seller has uploaded a tracking number. This says that it was delivered to a house in the same city and zipcode as me, only one day after I initially placed the order. I escalated the dispute to say that I recieved an item not as described as they had no option to say didn't recieve package. I got 2 day shipping, package was on the truck out for delivery on Tuesday, but was "attempted" to deliver.. I was home all day and they didn't even pull up the driveway a single time. Same thing on Wednesday and Thursday. "attempted" but they didn't even SLIGHTLY attempt delivery. I am never using FedEx every again actually boycotting their service from now on.
