FedEx Tracking

Been waiting for my packages for 10 days and not update or out for delivery updates??? Is anyone having the same issue?

Hello, I ordered a package of nicotine pouches from SnusMe, a European Company, to be shipped internationally to the United States. I never second thought anything about customs considering I’ve ordered pouches internationally and nothing ever happened to the package. When it was shipped, it moved perfectly fine until it got to Memphis, Tennessee on the 27th of January, a day after it was shipped. I got an automated call from FedEx saying the FDA has stopped your package and we will be working on a shipment update. Hello, I ordered items two different times from a seller and they provided me the same tracking number for both packages. The two orders were about a month apart. I am currently waiting for the second order, but the tracking is not updating, and it is still showing the first order, which has been delievered. When should I expect the tracking to update (it has been a week since the seller says they shipped it.)

Have to do an Amazon Return from a third party seller for a very large and heavy package. The package weighs nearly 130 pounds and dimensions are 42x21x14inches. The box is mildly beat, so I taped it as much as I can then also for extra protection in holding I shrink wrapped it a bit. I didn’t read the rules till just now and realized shrink wrapping the box is prohibited, but I’m seeing mixed answers. One says it’s prohibited if it’s a small parcel under 75lbs, another says it’s allowed but have to pay an additional handling fee, one says not allowed at all. Are they very strict on shrink wrap or am I going to be okay?

tl;dr: UPS won’t deliver my very important medication, causing me to get very sick. They keep “escalating” my case and promising it’ll come ASAP, but it keeps being delayed. Do I call a lawyer? Looks like they are now shipping cards through FedEx along with USPS. I have the old style blink doorbell, it's wired to my doorbell power to ring the indoor chime so the display says External power Good, realize it still needs the battery power but was always told it would warn when battery power was low. I have seen several posts in the last two months about their international packages stuck in Memphis lately and I have been so frustrated lately. I do understand that Memphis was hit by the winter ice storm, but FedEx customer service has given me conflicting information. I’m a bit confused about how Hobby Genki’s FedEx DDP shipping works and was hoping someone could clarify. I recently placed an order and paid $41 for shipping at checkout, which seems a bit low to me, so I want to make sure I’m prepared in case there’s an extra charge. 3 days now packages have been marked “undeliverable” because the driver doesn’t want to get out and walk on the driveway to put them on the porch. I get we got a foot of snow in the last few weeks- so the curbs are covered- but the driveway and porch are snow free. I thought FedEx and Amazon was bad but this is a whole other level of laziness lol.

I ordered something on 1/30/26 and is in my area. It was marked as being on the truck and out for delivery on 2/5-2/8. I still didn't get my package and it's saying it's back at the facility. Will I ever get my package or was it never put on a vehicle for delivery? Should I be worried? I reached out to FedEx support who told me the tracking info i have and nothing more. The item is bought is now sold out so I can't even buy it again if it never arrives.

I sent a package FeDex with requested info and more, which they received this past Fri AM. Got email today to check account for updates and possible more information, but when I login, all 3 of my applications are completely gone, even my application for work permit.
