I redirected my package to a Walgreens nearby my house. They accepted it, but now it says it needed a direct signature even though it’s on the way to a HAL nearby my house. Is this common?

I’ve called FedEx 3-4 times now, they told me it would get to me by 27th, which is cutting it close as I have to leave out of town and need this package badly. Why won’t they deliver it on Saturday when it’s their fault? I didn’t pay for weekend delivery because it’s supposed to delivered 3 business days ago.

Long story short. Bought jewelry thru seller on EBay, it went to authentication and then onto delivery. FedEx tracking says package was delivered but we were here the whole time and it also said it was signed for by someone who wasn’t either of us. Either the delivery guy delivered it to someone else or stole it. They are “investigating”. Told the situation to the EBay seller and they said because it says delivered to go to EBay to complain. Sellers insist we can’t file a claim with them because it’s up to FedEx to find it. Other forums say the shipper seller files the claim on our behalf for us with FedEx. Which is it?

Why does UPS deliver FedEx packages? This is something I didn’t get a chance to ask anyone on the job because I didn’t spend very much time with the people in the office or the warehouse or other drivers or anyone really 😆 And who is at fault if the package is damaged if it’s in a FedEx bag and delivered by UPS? Does FedEx deliver UPS packages as well?

Got notices for a necklace delivery…stayed at home yet never got a knock, then got a notice it was delivered and signed for. Within 15 min spoke with Customer service said they were starting investigation. Name on signature was not us the addressee. Came from EBay authentication services. Details said it was delivered though in our neighborhood. After 5 days no news yet and several calls made by us to check our investigation and case number for updates on. Got a package been stuck on clearance in progress since the 16 FedEx customer service says there is no information available I have tried everything from a missing mail search to countless conversations with support who all say the same thing customs isn't asking for for anything I guess they just hanging out with it. Any advice on what I could do it was time sensitive but that day has passed just hopefull I still get it.

I was supposed to be getting this package Christmas eve(I know, I told the shipper to use FedEx or UPS but they didn’t listen) and so far it’s straight up passed me 3 different times going to different distribution centers. It has been a difficult day for shipping! Location: Georgia, United States So, as the title says, I received my FedEx package just like any other ordinary package. Nevertheless, since this package was from Bulgaria, I was billed a customs fee. However, the package was delivered before I was billed the customs fee, so now I just have an email from FedEx asking me to pay it. For context, I ordered this package through Etsy and used a prepaid gift card for the purchase. I also do not have a FedEx account, so the only thing tying me to this fee is my address and potentially my email. So, am I legally obliged to pay the FedEx customs fee?

Recently did FedEx and was a 7:30- maybe 4:30/5/late 3 on a good day (until the truck is empty) kind of shift. Are the hours about the same or? Unfortunately due to an injury I can’t lift those “team lift” boxes by myself anymore but still trying to explore my options and seen an opening at a location near me.

Welp, this is how my experience went today. I ordered on Amazon and it was supposed to come today…to my house! There’s no businesses near me, I’m in a residential area.

package is a phone. website says no signature required. scheduled originally for friday, but it never went out for delivery and eventually updated to say it'd be delivered monday. today(saturday) got an email they "attempted delivery" - they did not. i have a ring doorbell, no one from fedex even came to my street. i understand drivers get hung up esp after christmas and dont blame them, but is a signature now required? (shipper restrictions prevent me from just picking it up) i know its kind of a guessing game since no one can see whats going on w my package specifically but i wont be home monday at ALL until midnight and am worried i'll miss it / it'll get returned...
