I honestly don’t know what to do anymore with FedEx. I have a FedEx International Priority package that has been stuck for over a month. The tracking shows repeated scans in Louisville, KY, including “clearance in progress,” “at local FedEx facility,” and multiple delivery updates — but it never actually goes out for delivery. I’ve spoken to at least 20 different customer service agents at this point, and almost every person tells me something different. Some say customs is the issue, others say it’s cleared, others say it’s waiting for delivery, and nobody can give me a straight answer. It has cleared customs and the tracking keeps saying it “on the way” but it’s stuck in Memphis, Tennessee. So I just received a $29.7 due for payment from Fedex via email, It's weird that it's after a two weeks delivery but I read that's the norm. Also, it's insane it's on a $135 eyeglasses frame not even sunglasses. If I don't pay I read they send it for collection and hold future packages, just scam business. On Pokemon Center the status says “complete” but I still have not gotten my preorder for chaos rising. When I check fedex it just says “label created we’ll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package”. Should I be worried as I saw a bunch of other people have not gotten their order but their status was still in “processing”. I’m pretty sure pokemon center sends an emails saying your order delivered too but I have gotten that either so maybe I should be fine? I had a package sent to a ups store personal mailbox and it was marked as delivered yesterday at 11:42am. I didn't get a package notification from the ups store and when I went there, there's no record of them receiving a package for me. Tracking says it delivered by FedEx, not USPS. I am freaking out. I have a very expensive product I was expecting to be delivered today. I signed ahead of time so they could leave the package but instead they left a note on my door saying "signature required."
