FedEx Tracking

I accepted the "free rental" Starlink Mini. There's an Order for a "Mini $0 Rental" (Travel Add On). There's a subscription for it waiting to be activated. The order has a FedEx tracking number which says "1 package, 6 pounds". The order is delivered. But it appears that Elon has raised hardware "cloning" to a whole nudda level. Look at pic. I have TWO Starlink Mini kits. Arrived together, under the same FedEx #. Absolutely identical in every label, every character, except for a few characters of the Serial Number (duh). What am I supposed to do now? Seriously, if they want me to keep 2 warm for $5/mo each, I can do that!

i have a 2006 4runner and I wanted a throttle controller and decided to go with the one from banks power. So far, my entire experience with the company has been abysmal. First, i search for my specific car on banks’ website, buy the correct throttle controller, and get a confirmation email and all that jazz. Im told i’ll get a shipping email when its been shipped. A few days pass by and i dont get anything. So, called their customer service and sat on hold for an hour to speak with a representative. When someone finally picked up, i asked to cancel the shipment and they said they’ll do so and i’ll get an email confirming so. They hung up right after they said that. Radio silence...

I was suppose to receive a package today from ebay requiring a signature, and during the day I received a message from the app saying they tried to deliver and that it had the incorrect apt number, so then I immediately called support and have them fix it for me, surprisingly they did, cause usually they dont let you change anything and usually the shipper are the only ones allowed to do so. Anyways they changed the apt number and then I looked at my app at 3:55pm saying it’ll be sent out the next day (saturday, 1st picture), then i logged again to the app and it was 4:02pm (2nd picture) and I saw the scheduled delivery changed again to today? Please help! My package was delivered to the wrong address. The address on the box was correct but the home in the picture on the website was not mine. I filed a claim with my credit card company but they rejected it because the shipper said that FedEx says it was delivered. I am now in a loop of terrible ai with FedEx to try to get them to stop saying they delivered it to the wrong address. Is there any way I can talk to an actual human. This is terrible.

I would really appreciate help! I live in KY. The items were enclosed in a FedEx envelope, given directly to a FedEx facility in NC and shipped to KY. The package was reported as delivered as of 5:42 pm on Monday. I reported it as missing on Wednesday, and no sign of the package as of Friday. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Parcel Monkey and would not recommend them. I shipped a package from Texas to the Philippines on **December 17** using Parcel Monkey, who in turn used **FedEx** as the carrier. Every time I order from Wayfair to my Lakewood, NJ address the package gets stuck in Trenton, NJ. This is the third time this has happened. Ordered this package almost two months ago on November 28th from Best Buy. Once I realize a signature was required I selected the option to hold at a location so I can pick up (my work schedule wouldn’t allow me to sign for it once it arrived). They ignored that request even though it showed in the tracking that I changed the delivery option. They tried to deliver it to my house 2-3 times before going back to NY for weeks. I had no tracking information for a month before they randomly attempted to deliver to my house AGAIN and then went back to NY again. I ordered a beanbag chair and it turned out that the filling would arrive separately from the outer shell. I was fine with that. I got two tracking numbers. The first tracking number never pulled up a single result with any carrier. I assumed it was just a computer error. The second tracking number behaved normally. The problem is that FedEx says it was delivered yesterday, and it most certainly was not. Apparently a “RKAGLS” (not me or anyone I know) signed for it.
