Beast and accessories shipped last Saturday (7Feb) and made it to Anchorage, Alaska on the following Monday (9Feb) and has since been stuck in customs. Has anyone else had any shipping issues? If so, how long did it take to resolve? Calling FedEx didn’t really help as they told me Viture forgot to include paperwork with the package and that was pretty much all they could say, aside from the potential for import duties/fees. Reached out to Viture the other day too and haven’t heard anything back from them.

Yesterday, my package was supposed to arrive on the 14th, now it's saying the 17th; any bets on how high that number is going to get? For added fun, at one point it said my package, which started in California, had gone to New Mexico... but that's no longer listed in the tracking history.

I sold a laptop and shipped it to the buyer, it was recieved but I get a message that the buyer was out of town and a family member mentioned that a ****** pump was received. I did send it via fedex and signature requested and it was signed. The fedex receipt even shows the measurements of the shipping package and weight (over 10 pounds). The buyer showed me a photo of the the shipping label that looks like it was cut out and the '****** pump' package that it was swapped with. I asked the buyer who is the person who signed for it exactly but they said it was their cousin. Will be moving back soon and need to find an option to send 15-30kg packages to the USA because all I can find are crazy prices from FedEx and DHL ($140-200+) Poczta Polska use to take packages last year for around $70 but trump stopped that and now they don’t ship them at all to the USA. Is it a wise idea to have an iPad from The Apple Store Delivered or should I have it for pick up at the Apple Store? Reason being I don’t have a bus pass if I select store pickup. I wanted to know how secure is it to have it delivered? Can I tell FedEx or UPS where to deliver my package to avoid it being stolen?

I have a shipment of aluminum parts from China worth about $1000. The package was send DDP (duties pre-paid by shipper). When the package hit United States customs on Feb 7th, it was delayed and FedEx told me that I needed to submit the aluminum worksheet. I submitted this paperwork about an hour after the initial clearance delay. The package hasn't moved or been updated since then. I have called customer support several times over the last day and have been told the same thing each time: the FedEx agent (Randal) in charge of submitting the paperwork to customs has not done so. I got my delivery just outside the expected delivery window. I was told I would need to sign for it ahead of time as it was an expensive laptop. But the driver just left it and walked away. The "signed for by:" field says "not required" and the best of all, the image for proof f delivery, shows a porch steps and door that are NOT mine. I have cement front steps and black front door, this is a white one on wooden porch slats. The package is slightly smaller than mine as well. I was unsatisfied with my DT770 headphones and wanted to return them. It was one of the most confusing and stressful experiences I've had to deal with when it comes to trusted companies. Their website is a mess, if you go to the "form" they request you to fill out, it just takes you to a unavailable website. I contacted customer service and they told me to just ship the box to the location. They don't cover or give a shipping label like most of their competitors.
