FedEx Tracking

I am on this point tracking in the delivery app and am signed up for delivery manager, but I can’t find an option to sign digitally. How can I do so? Also in the case I can’t sign online will they accept a not on my door?

FedEx ground attempted to deliver like 3 times now and never knocked everytime. I was sitting here waiting and put a note outside to text or knock loud and nothing. Whatever ok I’ll just pick it up so i call them to request this and they all tell me they can’t because of some change already on it. Several calls later and another failed delivery a guy gives me a case number and tells me it can be picked up at a location Monday. I call later to confirm this and they tell me they don’t see that at all and it will be attempted to deliver again Monday. What do I do if they require a signature for this and won’t let me pick it up and just keep trying delivery’s where they don’t knock. ...

I paid for ECMS Air Parcel. It took 2 weeks after paying for any updates. On April 26 the label was printed and on May 7, it arrived at the export hub and has been sitting there since. I only got a generic response from doorzo customer support that it was showing as in transit and nothing else. Fedex told me that only doorzo can send help request for any updates. It is now the 16th and no updates. It is my first time using doorzo, so I don't know if this is common. what should I do?

Had a package out for delivery between 9 and 1, at 1 the truck pulls up parks across from my house for 3 minutes and then leaves. The package wasn't marked as delivered or anything he just left, he turned around down the street and sped past my house. I changed it to hold at pickup location. Last week I had a signature required package and the truck flew past my house at a high rate of speed and then got marked as incorrect address. I don't know what's going on with this company but you really can't rely on things being delivered properly.

I got delivery of this item on Wednesday but FedEx says it hasn't even received the package from the seller. I opened a support case and texted the FedEx supervisor who said he would take care of these issues for me but so far nothing. It's the most frustrating part of RR and it seems we are all getting impacted by delivery issues. This isn't a Walmart problem perse but it's so odd that using these 3rd party shippers is causing so many problems. I've never had a delivery problen with a regular Walmart item, only RR stuff

The name isn’t mine, address isn’t mine and on top of that… their address is in CALIFORNIA. I live in TEXAS. I’m not sure why the driver would drop this off at my home, not even the house number is similar. Anyway, what can I do? It’s kind of a heavy package too. His employer’s immigration attorney filed the H-1B extension using regular processing around April 16, and FedEx tracking shows USCIS received the package on April 17, before the H-1B expiration date. Based on that, everyone assumed the extension was timely filed and pending, so my dad continued working under the 240-day rule. However, today the attorney checked and found that USCIS never cashed the filing fee/check and no receipt notice was issued. I have "confirmation" from a support representative, and a support ticket created. Unfortunately the tracking still shows as delivered to the same city as it originated from. Support was able to confirm that the package is still moving through the system. Is there a way for them to update tracking? Both myself(the person receiving the package and the shipper have tried to no avail. Any ideas?

Luckily my Thor is completely fine. Got it running yesterday (Purple Gang!). Should I report this? Like I said, no damage, but come on. The fedex guy who brought my .001 oz sd card the same day gently placed it on the ground. I saw a few other posts about gofo and they really lived up to the hype. All that said. They got my Thor to my house pretty quick. Probably cause they throw packages for speed.

If my FedEx package has made it to Anchorage Alaska and left Anchorage Alaska, has it made it through customs and is now safe?
