I am extremely disappointed with Olive Young Global. I placed a high-value order ($341.98) during Black Friday, and FedEx marked it as Delivered, but my package was stolen right from my doorstep. I contacted Olive Young Global, provided FedEx tracking, delivery photos, and video evidence showing a third person took the package, but they refused any refund or replacement, citing “Delivered to correct address.” I also filed a police report, yet the company still refused to help. So I moved to the first floor many many months ago from the third floor. I accidentally forgot to change my address on this app when I made my order so the package got delivered to the third floor. When I called my leasing office they said that the resident gave it back to FedEx. However it still says delivered on the tracking info and it’s the next day. Does anyone know the process of returning a package back to FedEx? How long does it take to get scanned back in the warehouse?

I get Amazon/fedex/ups packages relatively frequently. The driver/delivery person has to walk directly infront of one of my blink cameras to drop off packages but the camera literally never gets activated from them walking by. Everytime I come home from work and walk past the camera it gets activated and I get recorded. What gives? Do delivery drivers have something on their uniforms that block the cameras or am I too deep into the world of conspiracies?

I'm not sure if this question is ****** but, I live in a semi-suburban area close to NYC. My area is not incredibly populated (compared to some parts of the boroughs) but we have density. However, I still have a "regular" UPS or FedEx guy and I see them all the time in my area, so I'm pretty sure this is their route (and they're not going out of their way for me...) So, do I have "regular" Amazon delivery individuals/drivers? I really want to thank them, especially since it's the holidays and they're probably going crazy. And/or is there something I can do (that I can leave outside) to show my appreciation to all the hardworking people doing...

I know new builds come with some address growing pains, but this has been incredibly frustrating. I moved into a brand-new house in a 90+ home development where only three houses are occupied so far, and UPS is the only carrier that won’t deliver here. FedEx finds me. USPS finds me. Amazon finds me. Every other service has updated without issues. UPS is the only one returning my packages as if the address doesn’t exist. What I don’t understand is why their system hasn’t updated when everyone else’s clearly has. I've been waiting literally all day for this package canceled all my plans for the day stayed up waiting by the door tracking the delivery said It was going to arrive at 11:00 a.m. then it changed to three p.m. then to 5:00 then to 6:00 and then it said it was going to be delivered tomorrow, me still not giving up hope waiting by the door watching TV gets a notification that they left a sorry we missed you sticker at the bottom of my porch that meaning they rolled up to my house did not knock not do anything quickly stuck a piece of paper to my porch in the wind and then drove off as fast as they could, which after looking around on the ground for a while I finally found. So this package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but I watched the driver go right past me on the highway and drive all the way to the next town (30 mins) to make deliveries there. Then I got hit with “delivery not attempted” and it said it would deliver today. I proceeded to watch the driver do the exact same thing and then called CS. I had a ball python that was meant to arrive Wednesday but I did not get the package until Saturday. The snake inside had sadly passed. I filed a claim, but FedEx denied it citing I was shipping a “prohibited” item. Meanwhile, there is a whole *** page about how to ship harmless reptiles and fish safely. Most sellers on MorphMarket use FedEx overnight. I am of course disputing this BS of a decision, but does anyone know any tips/tricks to really drive home my claim is valid?

Moved in and within the first week I have already had a FedEx package stolen today. I ordered a ring cam. My question is for those who have a ring cam, does it help or are thieves immune to them now?

This is just a general rant but does anyone have constant issues with FedEx Smartpost? I understand this is a first world problem but it seems like every time I get the standard shipping from Ref it’s shipped through them and the delivery date is *never* accurate. I understand it’s also Black Friday and the holidays but why is it taking 10 days per package. 🙃
