FedEx Tracking

Had purchased an Alienware 16 Area51, and after two weeks realized it wasn’t what I wanted. Wiped it three times via Windows Reset. Got a shipping label to return it, and FedEx promptly lost my package. About a week later I started getting Authenticator requests for my Microsoft Windows account. And it’s happening regularly now for the last few weeks. Dells denied my refund and told me without a product they can’t. FedEx is telling me I need authorization from an admin to open a request on it still being lost a month later. Aside from the money problem; how concerned should I be with these Windows Login attempts, iirc I used a local login to Reset the laptop so it wouldn’t link...

Hi, I am trying to ship a package to a friend in Canada. On this last Wednesday I had seen through the USPS tracking number that there was an attempted delivery at.. 6:42am (why that early!?) and then the next thing I saw, my package is being sent back to the US where I am!? Anyone have any idea as to why this happened or how I can make sure this doesn't happen again when I try to send it again??? I am thinking of maybe using FedEx this time to ship it, once I get my package back.

So I ordered my fiancé’s suit and his groomsmen suit on Azazie about a month ago and it was supposedly delivered. I got an email says it was delivered and I ran out to try to retrieve my package. But nothing. I check FedEx’s tracking portal and it says no signature required, and it was delivered to the front door. Other than it was not my front door, nor my neighbours. I’m sending a package to my friend in Canada from the US and before it has even left the country it now says “shipment exception -improper or missing paperwork- contact customer service”. I call customer service and they tell me I need to submit the commercial invoice - first of all this is just a small gift for a friend of mine so no business - and I also recall signing several documents at the FedEx office when they filled out the forms on my behalf. So I explained that to the lady and she then said “oh, it’s not a commercial invoice they need, we don’t know what it is but we’ll look into it and get back to you.” I don’t understand what the problem is, I guess just won...

Tired of the BS lies. Every time I have a delivery for the weekend I get this excuse. No you did not try to deliver because I was outside from 9am to 12 pm and nobody came by.

Package 1 arrived to chino CA via SMARTPOST 3/20/26, package 2 arrived 3/26/26 both were labeled “shipment info sent to USPS” No recorded movement since. It has now been 6 weeks with no updates, no help the one successful time I go through to the most awful customer service agent at FedEx. Obtained usps tracking number, no information there either. Not received by usps in any capacity. Final destination is outer island Hawaii. Time to give up? I understand I can be refunded by seller a seller must file an inquiry. I am the receiver not sender

Hey guys. I wanna share some insight on my 3 year journey as a fedex driver. I finally quit yesturday and am going into a paid IT internship soon and im so happy for it. I have other jobs lined up outside it if that doesnt help me. Ground driving was so much to deal with. Getting back at 7 or 8pm every Monday and Friday, having no floor space. Managers bailing if it was too hot or cold out they'd stay home and wouldn't wanna come help us (my contractor himself was more helpful however). Ordered 4 Walthers cars (3 data only single sheath boxcars, 1 data only covered hopper) from Trainz, and FedEx (predictably) destroyed the packages. Thankfully the cars are alright but now I need new boxes. Accurail sells empty boxes that would work, but they're currently out of stock on their website. Is there any other options for me to get boxes like that to safely house my cars in? I'd prefer something dedicated for model trains over making my own out of cardboard, but if push comes to shove I'll do that too. I just got a fedex notification that I have a package out for delivery today. Its 28lbs and shipped from LIO-115 in Chino, CA. I had nothing I purchase that I was expecting. Some searching indicates this is likely coming from CMON. Further searching is showing Dune as a shipping CMON title, but I didnt back Dune. And I already received Witching Hour. Of the items I still had outstanding anyone have any idea what might be 28lbs and on its way: DC United The Dead Keep \* The Adventurers Massive Darkness: Shadowreach My only guess would be Adventurers, none of the others seems far enough along on the project tracker. But 28lbs seems heavy for Adventurers.

Im trying to ship a package to someone I know, however most of the options are more than the item I am trying to ship (Fedex and UPS are several hundred dollars, no thanks). I've tried looking for other companies, but I cant find anything reliable and cheap, any recommendations?

Hello so I’ve had my packages stolen I’m thinking by the delivery guy they used laser ship I think and well they “delivered” my stuff at 10pm lol nothing there and also the cameras outside caught nothing at all so yep got stolen anyone have a loop hole to avoid this shipping company and just use usps or ups heck I’ll take fedex at this point
