I chose to upgrade my phone almost three weeks ago and made the down payment of $195 for taxes and fees on 4/6 or 4/7 and all keep receiving is a text that they still haven't figured out my "shipping issue still isn't resolved"..... Ok, so I tried to file a claim with FedEx but since i am not the shipper it was automatically denied. Why is it so hard to raise a claim with FedEx??? You do realize the longer you hold out the less the chance that you will get your shipment back, right? Small rant. Just got my items packed for my latest box from Neokyo. The DDP calculated was 19443 yen on a package valued 72299 yen, which is a 26.9% rate. This is a worse rate than my last box which was 31200 yen on a 131,018 yen package (23.8%). I find it frustrating as I have been shipping the same kinds of items since tariffs started, none of them subject to any extra rates, and most of my boxes consist of 3-4 line items. Every invoice I've gotten from Fedex with DDU shipping has charged me the basic 15% + flat brokerage. On their Discord server the staff says that Neokyo will not break down the fees for the user and links to a "typical fee breakdown," which is as follows...

Anyone else’s package get lost or stuck recently? And if it got stuck in Memphis did it ever end up being delivered or was your package gone for good? Getting so bummed about the lack of care for issues like this.

Hello and thanks in advance for any assistance! I received a FedEx package recently that arrived to me at 8 ounces. Unfortunately it was empty, but there was no sign of external tampering at all. However, on the tracking page the product weight shows at 3.6 lbs. I've never shipped anything via FedEx using a pre-printed label, however I have done so for USPS and obviously you are expected to input the correct weight to get accurate postage... I assume the same is generally true for FedEx packages. My concern is that the sender claims the package was not empty, and the only weight I can find is 3.6 lbs on the tracking page which supports their claim. Does the tracking page just show ...

Hi! So I recently had a package stolen, it delivered and I got home only 20 minutes after I got the fedex message and it was gone. My apartment doesn’t have a camera but I noticed the neighbors across the street seem to have a ring camera / doorbell thing. Is it worth a shot to write a letter and tape it to their door just to see if they have captured anything? Just wanted footage to see how it happened (since I’ve have one package stolen in the past lol) as well as to see if I can get a refund from the company :(

Hi, I ordered an item from eBay. It's coming from Japan and I live in Canada. For whatever reason my package is now in the USA. So I'm not only getting charged taxes and duties from japan, which I was expecting, but also the USA. Why did this happen? I called fedex-- their AI is annoying and surprise surprise... could not help me. I've contacted the seller.

I decided to try out the regional US service offered by Stallion last week, and over the weekend I got 2 separate messages from the 2 buyers claiming their items arrived damaged. I requested photos and sure enough, the packages look like they were dragged on the road. Luckily, I was able to replace them, but sent them via FedEx this time. Anyone out there have similar experiences with the GoFo service, or did I just have beginners bad luck? They are super economical, but after this experience, I'm afraid to use them again.

I know yall are gonna tell me to run the other way, trust me I just need this job for 3 months before I move. I am a current Amazon Delivery driver and average about 190 stops a day (****) and it takes me about 9 hours. But I heard that at FedEx yall get paid per package delivered, how does that work? So if I do 160 deliveries, that would be like $1 per package that I deliver?? I just applied here because the pay is more (what I’ve been told), but I am undoubtedly not going to be here long. I am sick of delivery jobs, been in them for 10 years now but I’ve moved on to different DSPs because some pay more than others and I wanna move upwards not downwards.

Does anyone have a Booster bundle package from the Pokemon Center stuck at the Hutchins TX FedEx hub?
