My aunt dropped a package off at a Walgreen's around 5pm on Sunday December 28. The person who accepted the parcel said it wouldn't scan due to the ink being too faint. So she never got an initial scan. I'm assuming if the scanner at Walgreen's didn't work, then the FedEx scanners also aren't scanning it...if it's moving at all. It's just totally blind as is. Can this result in it never scanning at all? Might it be delivered with no scan? I know it wouldn't have moved on New Year's but there still have been several business days for at least ONE scan. Hello, I have having issues I order some anime figures from Japan (through SpeedPax) as a late Christmas gift and it was out for delivery at a local FedEx about a week ago . But there was a delivery exception for incorrect address, my tracking number was immediately invalided and I have not been able to track my package since then. though it does not appear that my address contains any errors, I have ordered from Ebay with the same address before. I have verified with the seller that the tracking number is correct, but it does not appear in the system and I cannot submit a file . can anyone help ?

I’ve never see this. It has been stuck on out for delivery since Friday and no updates since then. I’ve called customer service but all they really said was to wait. Could it just be lost? Any help or tips would be appreciated

FedEx Ground package marked delivered but not received. The delivery was to an apartment complex and marked “left at front door” with no signature. The shipping label did not include a unit/apartment number, which likely caused a misdelivery. I checked the leasing office and nearby units and nothing was found. I’m trying to recover the package, not just file a claim. Could this be escalated to the local Ground station and the GPS delivery scan location or driver delivery notes reviewed?

For anyone that has had customs delays with Ethan, I'm curious what your experience has been? I paid them $1,100 on 11/17, and approved QC the 18th, and have yet to receive any watches, or a refund that I requested. The package has been stuck in Indianapolis since 12/18 with no updates. I’ve tried to contact the original shipper , they aren’t doing anything. I’ve tried to call fedex, they just hang up after the virtual voice tells me the package is delivered. Is there anything I can do? Should I just file a chargeback for the product? This garbage company sells its model to other companies, via a 5 point scanning system. They pretend to know where your package is, but in reality they are dependent on the computer to tell them... If the computer's info is faulty or if their station atendants don't scan the package properly the truth is they have no idea where your package is or when it will be delivered... I have an order that was broken into four boxes with individual tracking numbers. The master and one other tracking number show an estimated deliver of 1/5 but the other 2 show 1/6. is it likely they will all arrive together if they have been tracking together at the hubs the whole time or will they hold the other two until 1/6 or is there any way to know?
