I ordered a prescription lens insert for my Rokid Glasses on May 12, and as of today (June 3), I still do not have a valid tracking number or a clear shipping timeline. This takes a lot of context, so stick with me as this is beyond unacceptable by PayPal: So i bought a Graphics card for my computer off of ebay. I used the wrong card on accident through PayPal, so it bounced. PayPal then automatically defaulted to my bank's checking account (without notification by the way) which also bounced since I never keep a lot of cash in there. PayPal STILL approved the purchase through eBay. Within two minutes of the order, I had already put in a cancelation request. My package was unfortunately delivered late at night and later got stolen around 4 am in California. It was so obvious by checking the full 24/7 history, but there is surprisingly no event was detected at all. I was so surprised the captured useless things like it is FedEx or UPS made the delivery but failed detecting obvious package theft. The total value is around 877USD and with fedex dpp, I would be paying around $333 total. My package consists of photocards, keychains, japanese album (cds), 1 pair of slippers and miscellaneous plush keychains, and few plushes. 59 items total DHL shipping fee is significantly more expensive as you can see and because they do customs differently than FedEx and neokyo does dpp now with the shipping, idk how much it would be for dhl. i used to use neokyo a year ago religiously and the shipping was amazing JP shipping so cheap and so fast now its suspended what happened? is it ever going back to normal? if not m literally moving there the shipping prices are absurd.. for 2kg package i used to order over 5kg and the shipping was so cheap now i cant even order anymore from how expensive the shipping is double the amount im paying

I just got accepted as a package handler and I am trying to figure out my schedule. This would be a second job for, just part time. But I don't think I would be able to work during Monday-Friday due to my other job. I selected early hours thinking it meant around 5 or 6am. But it says 1am. I can't do that. At first the tracking said I requested the package be held; which I did not. Spoke to FedEx 4 times since then and they keep telling me the issue is resolved and I will receive the next day. Had to escalate it further and request a ticket.

I wrapped all the pieces with plastic sealed them in their wooden box padded it with paper and put it in a cardboard box. One pawn was broken at its base. Buyer messages me that now five pieces are broken. Instantly suspicious, knowing that they’re fine repairing one of the pieces. I’ve heard multiple things so want to get your opinion. I know today is the cutoff for value. Does that mean they will honor the time frames for all orders that were placed prior to the cutoff? Hello everyone, I'm opening an eBay store and am not sure how to approach shipping. USPS, ups, FedEx ? Bubble mailers vs boxes ? And where do I find them. Should I always use the smallest package possible or is there a size range for each price bracket.
