FedEx Tracking

As the title states my package is currently “at local facility” since 6am, the thing is my local facility is Madison, WI and has been for as long as i can remember, as it is only an hour or so away from me. But no, the “local” facility it is at is in Mankato,MN which is over 3 hours from me! And before that it had made an unusual route from Kentucky to Cedar Rapids, IA instead of going the usual Chicago route up to Madison. Does anyone know what might be happening or if you have also experienced this?

Let me start by saying I have absolutely loved Fashion Pass. I have used it for almost a year with no issues and phenomenal customer service.... until now. My package, due last week, was marked as delivered but was not delivered. I happened to be walking home and on my block when I got the email saying my package was delivered - no truck passed me. Hi all, I ordered a Nanoleaf Hexagons Smarter Kit (16 + 1 bonus panel) for just after Christmas and received… a wee envelope of just 3 flex link cables. That’s all. I’ve been talking to Nanoleaf support who conducted an “internal investigation” over the past few weeks and they say their warehouse stock is accurate and therefore it must be the \*carrier’s\* fault. They want me to wait for a FedEx investigation before refunding or replacing my order… \*if\* that investigation is found in my favor, of course. I live at 1234 Town 1 Rd, in Town 1. Marjorie lives at 1234 Town 1 - Town 2 Rd, in Town 2. Completely different zip codes, but we are about 5 miles apart. I have never met Marjorie, and I don't receive any mail that could fit in a mailbox, but I get all of Marjorie's packages. I also get her packages from UPS and FedEx along with the USPS ones. So I ordered the tabby 26 with crystal beading from a store not in my city as it was the only store that had one in stock. The whole pay by link experience was horrible as the employee on the phone insisted I hang up and wait for the link and not to call back. Since I wanted this bag really bad I follow instructions. Since then the tracking number shows label created since Friday the 16th. I have called the store asking whether the FedEx guy has come to get the box or if they have not packed the box yet. Hey guys, been reading about other members having issues with shipments that were sent by Eliauk, Pingfan, and a few other TDs recently around beginning of December. I’m in the same situation now. Label for FedEx created December 15th, FedEx hasn’t received the package yet. I been keeping track of the shipment and it’s been stuck in customs clearance since 12/31. When should I start worrying? Anyone else hear from Eliauk in regards to when the courier company will resolve their issues?

I just bought some "spicy stuff" from the eu, it hasn't been sent out yet but the seller will be using his countries Postal service which will then transfer over to the USPS. Where it will then arrive in nyc to me. Not only is it NSFW stuff, but its a big box, and I would rather I get before it ever even reaches my apartment door since I live with family. Should I ask them to use "Hold for Pickup" or do I need a PO box for this. And if I can't is intercepting it reliable through the website. Or should I ask them if they could use UPS or fedex

Good evening. My worst nightmare came true while I was asleep and after a month of waiting for my package to move through customs they decided to ultimately send it back to FromJapan. The only thing customs needed back in December was a ‘watch work form’ (which I submitted upon the day of request by FedEx, my mistake for thinking I could purchase a cheap plastic watch that was merchandise for a book.) No matter how many times I called nothing came of it. Has anyone else come across this issue shipping to the USA? FBM, 90% of our products are not affected by dimension weight or surcharges. The remaining 10% or so boils down to: Long skinny packages, think 36x6x6 that vary in weight from 3lb to 30lbs. "Panel" style packages, think 24x24x4, 36x36x6 that are typically less than 5lbs. These products are typically slower moving, but larger margin than the 90% of products that aren't affected by dim weight. The problem is, we have never once been able to get the shipping template calculated correctly to charge enough shipping to cover the ship cost on these items. Due to the NPM% on these items we are happy to eat the difference in shipping on these items as we work towards a solution ...

I ordered over $30 worth of things from brandy melville over christmas break and it got delivered to my college apartment on january 5th, and when i returned from break this weekend it was nowhere to be found. i went to all of my campus's mail rooms and nothing got delivered from fedex on the 5th like my delivery said. i contacted brandy melville and they said they can't do anything once it leaves them, and fedex says they can't do anything since it was ground economy shipping. both brandy melville and fedex are saying to go to eachother and that they cant do anything. i just want my new clothes :(((

My MIL was little, weak, and suffering dementia. The front door was tiny and NEVER used. The large covered porch on the side was the "main" door and easily accessed. There was signage on the front door to please deliver to the side porch, but sometimes it was ignored. After a few calls to CS and finally a hub manager, we got it ironed out...at least to the best of the FedEx ability. MIL passed and the house was sold. Should I let the new occupants know there is a standing order for their address for all FedEx packages to be delivered to the covered porch, and if they want packages at the front door they need to call the hub manager?

I typically get a notification in my FedEx account when a package is in route to me from another sender. Someone had me self-address a FedEx airbill that they could later put on an envelope to return documents to me. I’m curious if the FedEx system will scan my address off the airbill and add the shipment to my account? Or if the envelope will arrive without any notification.

Kind of a **** question. But is it possible for Fedex to locate a misdelivered package? Ordered a pair of sneakers online and after receiving notification saying my package was delivered, I couldn't locate it anywhere near my house. I even checked all the houses on my street and still with no luck. The delivery photo was blurry (p2) and was not really helpful. I contacted the merchant and today they got back to me and let me know that after their investigation the package was misdelivered, and they've processed a refund for me because the item is out of stock, which I really appreciate. However, I'm just wondering why can't Fedex pick up the package from where they lef...

Went to pick up my shipment from Walgreens pick-up today since I was working and was unable to sign. Took photos of the tampering at the cash register. Taking the package to a physical FedEx office in the morning. Package is still unopened as we speak. Any tips, as this is the first time I have ever gotten a tampered package?
