Just wanted to share my recent experience with Ethan Watches, since I know a lot of people here use him and rely on honest reviews. I’ve bought multiple watches from Ethan in the past and everything has always gone smoothly fast QC, good communication, and quick shipping. Because of that history, I didn’t think twice about ordering a Ghost Daytona from him recently. This time, though, things have went sideways. I'm in the Bay Area, CA, and I still haven't heard anything. The LTT store says that its "On Its Way," but it's shipping with FEDEX, and their tracking says they still only have the information, but they haven't actually received the package yet. Expected delivery was on the 6th, and everything says it's in Georgia for some reason. This is my first time ordering from the LTT Store. Is this normal, or should I get in contact with them? Packages have been out for delivery multiple times and never gotten delivered. Iv even watched the driver pass by my apartment complex and not even attempt to deliver. Iv called support every day multiple times a day and only get met with "we will deliver tomorrow or on the next buisness day." This is getting ridiculous and I dont know what to even do anymore. Im 21, iv been waiting excitedly for this desk and dresser for nearly 2 weeks.

I'm posting this so no one has to go through the nightmare I did / am going through. I ordered from the global amore mall in mid November due to some large sales they were having in anticipation for Black Friday and Thanksgiving. FedEx claimed my package was delivered but couldn't provide me any proof it actually was. Then they told me the address was "changed" by the shipper (Hibbett) and but couldn't tell me how it was changed or what address it was changed to only that "it was a address in the same city and state". But the date just so happened to be changed the same day as the fist exception for "no one being home" during the delivery although there was never an attempted delivery

Driver delivered my package abd a neighbors its likely a 200-500 item (bed) should I wait to tell them when they drop my other package off I don't want ro take it directly to neighbor and have them tell fedex they never got it and screw over driver. I also dont know if I should call them and tell them or will driver get in trouble?

I have a question for anyone who has recently bought a new iPhone. Do you know if Apple has used UPS or FedEx to ship? Were you ever provided a tracking number in an email? Or in the app? I would like to know when the package is coming so that I can be there to get it.

My neighborhood is relatively new, only about 3-4 years old since the first houses began popping up. For god only knows what reason the three streets all have the wrong street types with USPS. The street type on my street sign is Ave, but the post office address is Dr. Its the opposite for the other two streets. So anytime I type my correct address in with a merchant it gets autocorrected most of the time with Dr. instead of Ave. This doesn't cause a problem with USPS of UPS, but for some reason every time I have a package from FedEx it doesn't get delivered for 2-3 days and on the day before it gets delivered the tracking will say something like "We fixed a problem with your ...

Does anyone know where and when I need to submit a FedEx Video Declaration form for my package? I messaged a few days ago, letting Zenmarket know I filled out the required form and sent them the link. There is no fedex store near our store. A lot of customers are asking for fedex drop off. Is it ok if we as TUPSS accept fedex packages for a price? Or is it conflict of interest and would get us in trouble?

I wanted to share what happened with my International Priority shipment because people always say “It’s customs, not FedEx.” Which ended up not being true in my case. **TLDR:** My delay wasn’t Customs. Big thank you to USPS, UPS, and FedEx for grinding through peak season, long days, bad weather & impossible schedules. Hey guys, I really appreciate any help or advice, I’m freaking out. I ordered around $5k on different items (camera equipment, a GPU for my son, and other stuff) from B&H during Black Friday. I was sending everything to my freight forwarder in Miami, but I f**ed up typing the address in the app. I put 8600 NW 82nd Ave instead of 6800 NW 82nd Ave. Zip-code 33166 I didn’t notice anything until FedEx marked EVERYTHING as delivered.
