I have made many shipments of small miscellaneous items from Japan, and I've never had problems sending items such as pens, pencils, ceramics, art objects, flatware, and sunglasses. The company I use as the proxy for my transactions is ZenMarket. They offer a variety of couriers for sending packages, including FedEx. I currently have a package held up with customs because of documentation required. They want a "drop ball certificate", which is a certification of a test for commercially sold eyewear. Genuinely at a loss for words. I was not home during my delivery which was confirmed by my two cameras at 1:13pm. It sat there until about 1:45 when the driver actually came back to my home and took my package back and it’s now being returned to sender. The company I ordered from has no idea why this would happen and did not request a return back, and FedEx customer service didn’t understand either. The package is one thing. What I’m genuinely upset about here is this driver dropped it off, confirmed with a photo it was delivered. If I was home, I’d have my package no issue. I keep trying to have things delivered and keep getting this message. I live in a building that was an old hotel and is now apartments. It is very accessible except there is a third set of doors that needs a code. There is an intercom button to call the office. They give you a code to enter. Most of the time you don’t even have to do that because when you’re making deliveries people will let you in. I thought this might be the issue but EVERY time I get this notification I come down immediately and there are people coming in and out of the lobby. I've used ECMS Express and AVIA Small Packet methods numerous times in the past with no problems in getting the items through customs. After the draconian imposition of tariffs on these small packages for citizen recipients, not businesses, significant rules have been instituted. ECMS no longer allows sunglasses to be sent. As a result my entire package was rejected for packing and I was forced to use FedEx, which is significantly more expensive. Location: Louisiana I recently found my childhood Pokémon cards and sent them in for grading with a company called CGC. I insured the cards for their ungraded value, about $4,000. They received high grades and based on recent actual sold listing for the same cards with same grades by CGC, were now around $13,000. However, they do not appraise and offer new insurance value when returning the cards, just send them back. The cards never showed up. Filed a police report, and Friday night received a call, police arrested the fedex driver who admitted to the theft and had stolen over 100k in other people's stuff too. I had 2 international shipments from separate senders that were supposed to be delivered today. The tracking numbers updated around the same time and said Delivery exception - Incorrect address. I find it highly unlikely that both senders put the wrong address so I’m wondering what could have happened. I’ve gotten hundreds of FedEx packages delivered to this address before.

I received a package last year and screenshotted the details from delivery manager. It shows the sender name and town it came from. I never looked more closely at the time I received the package, but would it have told me the sender‘s phone number or associated email address? I’m trying to dig up those details however I’m not sure if delivery manager typically shows that type of information.

Hi there, Finding myself in the situation where I got selected for this temporary show (very happy about) but the shipping part from the packaging/crating (first time dealing with this) , cost of the shipping and customs fees (all of me) , makes me wonder if it’s worthwhile pursuing (especially if neither pieces sell). Do you have experience with similar situations? Any recommendations? Shippers vs dealing directly with FedEx or DHL? Thanks

I THINK THE FEDEX JUST STOLE MY IPHONE I have been home all day awaiting my new iPhone delivery from AT&T. I bought it on Friday at the store and they needed to ship it because they didn’t have the right storage space one in stock. I was outside having a cigarette at 11:45 or so saw FedEx PASS my house and drop off packages down the rest of my street. Then just a bit ago I see an email stating it was delivered at 1pm by FedEx and signed for !! It’s not even my signature and they got the name wrong OMG WTF!?! Have you ever had something like this happen to you?

This seems absolutely nuts to me. They're claiming it could still be in transit and they won't refund me for 30 days. It SAYS delivered under the FedEx tracking number and there's a confirmation photo! I have absolutely no ******* idea where this house is or how to get my package. But having to wait 30 days to get $100 back is so out there, yet they're claiming it's the Mercari policy. Is this really how this works?

It's February 16 I still haven't received my package it's been over 2 months!!
