i got this on a pair of shoes im posting, i didnt select this option, do i have to do this or is there a way to not? im okay with doing it as long as its just like the normal process, buyer pays, i print the lable and then ship it out, but if i have to ship it to be authenticated and then the authenticators send it back to me i dont want that (ik that the shoes are real)

I’m buying a Steam Deck from someone, and they have been fairly cooperative. They tried to get me to pay with a gift card, but after I told them I wouldn’t they agreed to half now, half after it gets here through PayPal. They sent me shipping info and asked me to pay for shipping, and I said to do the cheapest one (see the attached picture). I already sent them half the money over PayPal. Now they are saying FedEx will only ship it with overnight delivery for an extra $68. This is sending up a number of red flags, but I haven’t had a reason to mail packages so maybe this is legit? This is (at least I think) a pretty big check I won from a company. Another winner received theirs Friday through fedex so maybe I have something with fedex coming. If it is this package though, is there still any hope to receive it?

Background: I've shipped a few a packages with Sugargoo and everything was great. I always used the auto-declare option for them. Incident: One of my recent packages went a suspicious amount of time with no updates so I contacted support. They told me the package was with customs here in the US and was likely seized. So next steps, I contact CBP and they tell me I need the original tracking number from China (not the Fedex one with a status of "awaiting package") and/or the courier used to import it here. Hello I wanted to purchase a bag from Elsa. I am located in a U.S. territory and the FedEx here requires a commercial invoice and airway bill before giving us the package. I asked Elsa if I were to order from her can she provide this to me, and she said her logistics company cannot. I don’t understand. What should I do about it? These are basic documents that would generally go with any FedEx package.

I think I’m overly paranoid because it’s my signed vinyl. It was supposed to be here yesterday by 8 pm although it hadn’t moved from Murfreesboro since Friday. So i recently purchase the After Hours album from the xo store 5 days ago and the package hasn't moved since april 22nd. I contacted both FedEx (who directed me to contact the XO store). I did that and when they replied, they told me to wait it out, give it 12 days, and if nothing happens after, to contact them and they will connect me with a representative. I NEVER had this issue before with an order, so I don't know what to do, to just wait it out or what?
