TLDR: Husband and I have been fighting with FedEx since Wednesday about a package. If he shows up at the warehouse tomorrow morning what’s the likelihood he’s able to actually pick it up? My husband and I have been fighting with FedEx since Wednesday. We had a package due to arrive, a car seat for our baby. At noon that day we saw the truck pull up (he works from home and I’m a sahm), he was parked there for a bit, then leaves without delivering our package. I continue to monitor the delivery map all day because my husband, ever the optimist, said “maybe he’ll swing back”. I need to run to the store, so at 2:40 I check the map again, not wanting to potentially miss the delivery...

So… yep. I guess I’m the next one. I returned the s26 ultra to Samsung using their provided return label and followed every single instruction. I’ve seen all the horror stories online about their return center, so I made sure to document everything. I recorded myself packing the phone, sealing the box, and dropping it off. The box was fully sealed with several layers of reinforced tape and in good condition when I shipped it out. Fast forward • I get an email from Samsung saying the return was denied because the phone was not in the box. Seriously? What makes this worse: • I have video proof of the phone being packed inside the box • Photos of the sealed package before ship...

I ordered yarn and metal needles plus swivel cables from LindeHobby (based in Denmark) and they got stuck in customs because of the new tariffs. The package got sent back because they weren’t happy with the provided information. LindeHobby sent me a replacement package, which is stuck again and I’m being asked for an import license/permit and Mill Test Certificate. These seem ridiculous for my \~$30 of needles and cables which contain very little steel, copper, and aluminum (apparently these are the problem metals). The package was shipped with FedEx if that makes a difference. Has anyone managed to get metal knitting supplies through customs since the tariffs?

I purchased two items back in January and still haven’t received them. I was wondering if anyone had some advice or a similar experience. I purchased two art pieces that were kind of pricey from the same location a few days apart back in mid-January. Has anyone else had to deal with Veho??? Contacting Nespresso to complain because I’ve stopped ordering from them as much because this is the second time I’ve had issues getting my package delivered. The delivery driver texted me, said they couldn’t find the apartment, cancelled the delivery for today stating a “safety concern” and is now lying to me telling me they were never at my apartment complex in the first place and the app “glitched” and “malfunctioned” so he had to reschedule the delivery. If the app malfunctioned, how was he able to text me? We get packages here all the time from Amazon, UPS, FedEx - with zero issue.

I wasn't really sure what to do with this but it feels so ****** I at least had to share my experience before putting it behind me. Hi! I recieved a package from Malaysia 2 weeks ago, and today got a letter in the mail from FedEx saying there were $0.53 charges on that shipment. The letter is confusing bc it says both “not an invoice” and “total this invoice” Called FedEx and they said I don’t need to do anything bc they cover anything less than a dollar. Customer 1: Brings in 5 random pages out of a large packet of state business reporting documents. (pages 72, 73, 75, 82, & 84). Incorrect/out-of-date wording on page 75, signature is somewhere prior, but not on 72 or 73. Paralegal on the phone suggest the signature on page *84* is what's being notarized... on page 75. freaking out right now . i couldnt afford shipping my packages earlier so i waited until very close to the 60 day deadline to get the money , and now my only shipping options , wether i merge the items or ship them seperately , are dhl and fedex which are way out of my budget . is itt because i waited too long to ship them ?? is there anything i can do ?? if i ship everything together its 100 euros . i dont have all of that money .

I have a package that has been consistently stating it will be delivered today between 10:50am-2:50pm but has not been updated to, "Out for Delivery". Just an automated update that it is on its way to the distribution center for my service area (this but of info was never updated on my tracking either). Got hit with “Clearance delay -import” so I filled the form and sent it to the FedEx paperwork email yesterday morning. There has been no updates yet so I called the FedEx international number and go no info from them except they received my form. I heard the package only has 5 business days to clear customs or they’ll dispose of it. Is there anyway I can speed things up ? I just have a bit of anxiety since this is a very expensive package
