FedEx Tracking

Hi all, I'm curious what I should do here. For background, six months ago I received a FedEx package for two vinyl records (music soundtracks) from Europe by FedEx. I didn't see any bill, so I thought, okay, no tariffs were assessed because artistic goods / media are exempt from tariffs. I have been very careful about ordering only from delivery duty paid stores or items that should be exempt (e.g. music on physical media or art) because I do not want to pay Trump's ego tax. I just woke up this morning to a bill from FedEx for Reciprocal Tariff (15% EU) charges for that imported package. Thanks to reviews and posts on here I took the plunge and ordered my Mint T9D 20D. I ordered through Alibaba and I used the manufacturer that others recommended, Honghui Technology Co Ltd with Kate Yip as the customer service agent in the chat. I paid a total of $507.31 USD that included the bike, tax and shipping, there was no extra cash in delivery required. I ordered on 1/26/26 and it was expected to arrive from 3/9/26 to 3/30/26. I’m pretty upset and trying to understand if this is normal or if there’s anything I can do. I ordered a fairly high-ticket item and paid for overnight shipping to a FedEx OnSite location because I work normal hours Monday–Friday and this was the only way I could pick it up. The location is about 30–40 minutes without traffic from my house, so I planned to drive there this morning (Saturday) and grab it. At 8:57 AM I get a FedEx notification saying “delivery attempt failed.” Confused, I checked the tracking and the driver apparently took a photo of the building and marked it as closed. The problem appears to be the location opens at 9:00 AM. So he showed up three minutes early...

Just got the shipping info today

Bouncing between LA distribution centers, finally at my town at 4 AM, then departed a distribution center again at 5 AM? What was so hard about handing it over to the local post office? And yet it was supposed to be delivered today. I wish the vendor stuck with fedex. I dont know why it got pushed back again. LA centers have been such a **** show as of late. Second package they have done this to.

Does this usually happen? When I bought reps from Eric in the past i was able to get the tracking pretty immediately but it still doesn’t show up when I use the tracking number.

Back in about September or so, someone posted in this thread about an LV auction on Bonhams. I signed up and was able to score one of my favorite bags for a great US price. TL;DR: Sent back my faulty RTX 5090 using NVIDIA’s prepaid FedEx label. Package vanished in transit. Support says “nothing can be done,” but their policy says they bear the risk since I used their label. Escalated to execs—anyone else deal with this? My workplace has an account with fedex and one thing we've been told is that we're able to order shipping supplies for free through our account. One thing we saw are those fedex express 10kg and 25kg boxes. It says it's for international priority shipments only, but are we able to still order those boxes and ship regularly (ie. Not international priority) with those too? I don't think fedex would care about the packaging, once the proper label is on the box right? Or would they charge more when seeing an international priority 10kg box being shipped locally?

Anyone know what the issue is with FedEx imports and shipments to Canada? I was getting a replacement for a defective ram kit, the first package they had no reason why was is delayed for 4 days I have contacted FedEx they sed they didnt have a package and told me to contact corsair, basically FedEx took no responsibility, thankfully corsair is amazing and send another package since at that time the first one was delayed for over 6 days already had showed them proof of FedEx being a trash service. But now this second one is now delayed also for a day, is anyone else having an issue? This process is giving me head pain, taking a whole month just to do a simple task.

Hi everyone, I’m not sure what to do and would really appreciate some advice. I ordered a package from Sephora that was supposed to be delivered to a warehouse address. FedEx shows that it was delivered to the address, but the package was handed to someone else. I contacted Sephora, but they are avoiding responsibility and say that according to their policy they cannot do anything about it. I also filed a claim with FedEx, but so far nothing has happened. Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, could you please share what you did or how you resolved it? Thank you in advance.

Hey everyone, I sent over 95 pounds of audiovisual equipment from Dover to Miami on Monday, the 2nd. I sent seven boxes, but only six of them arrived. I received a strange message stating that they couldn’t scan the barcode and would replace it, shipping the rest in another batch and know its showing what the image says I noticed something about a chemical spill in Memphis, but it’s strange that only one of the seven boxes, which were all on the same truck from Dover, went missing. I have the other six boxes with me right now. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m concerned that this might be more serious than it seems. Please let me know!
