I submitted my student visa application to the BLS Spain consulate in Houston AS SOON as I got the acceptance letter from the university I will be studying abroad at in Madrid, on October 27th. I printed out my letter and mailed out my application via courier that day. The acceptance letter is required for the visa process so I literally couldn't have started this process any sooner. So like title says, buyer opened an INAD case for 2 of 3 items missing from box. Ebay decided in my favor, they then opened a chargeback case with paypal. Ebay is not offering seller protection for me in this case because the chargeback was filed as INAD and not INR. I was arguing with the ebay rep that it should be covered because this is an INR case. The buyer sent bogus photos of the box all ripped up after it was delivered to their porch intact, photo provided by fedex tracking. They claim the 2 largest and most expensive items from the box were missing, this is a pokemon card sale and there is a lot of fraud with these items. I recently got a Fedex bill for $83 and a person is using my name and parents address to ship packages from California to Prague. It's a legit Fedex invoice, but they used a nickname and my parents address to ship the package. My parents address is in the east coast but the pacakage was picked up in Rancho Cordova, CA where it shipped to a guy named Vaino Salmas in Cerninova Prague. Its 4lbs and it got shipped to a residential address and it says the package is womens christmas shirts. Wondering what to do, do I need to go to the police about this?

Well, I saw posts about stolen packages from other (cheaper) carriers and while I had GWPs not arriving, I never got actual items stolen from me by FedEx, since I have been using them forever without issues. It finally happened to me when I opened the package after coming back from my trip today and my GWP and the perfume bottle are not in it, although the packaging slip has those items listed. Upon inspecting the box, I noticed it has been tampered with, with clear signs of the box has been opened and closed by clear tape, and they slapped the Correct Address on top (with the exact address the original label has, so address was never wrong in the first place). Has anyone missed a delivery from UniUni before? How long did it take for them to redeliver? I got two emails a moment ago saying they missed me when dropping off two packages, which is weird because me or another family member has been home the past 4-5 days. No knock on the door or ringing the door bell either. Usually they just drop it off and take a picture, which I get an email for since it doesnt require a signature. ****, they didnt even leave a sticky note like UPS or Fedex does. If I wasnt sure on using DHL from now on (with their new tariff payment policy), this is definitely a sign to use DHL.
