Hiya folks. I am shipping a gift – hand painted acrylic painting – from the UK to Australia via FedEx International Priority Express. Currently showing as above in between the magenta lines as International Shipment Release - Import. Is anyone able to confirm if this indicates it has cleared the customs process and is ready to be sent on to the final delivery point elsewhere is Australia?

First time order from Rare Carat, I got the package exactly on time that they estimated. Take 5 weeks due to Thanksgiving. I changed my mind in diamond and setting a lot. I shopped at Brilliance but it was bad, no offer price match diamond. I got price match with Rare Carat and they did hold diamond for me and sent me video of diamond which took 24-72 hrs depending on wholesale manufactures. Today they put me out in a snowstorm and locked the back of my truck- forcing me to work front to back in a way that is completely impossible to do… filled to the brim in the middle of nowhere. Hi all, I ordered some goods in November and then had to travel to an offsite remote site for a few weeks. I return to find this package still stuck in Bloomington CA since 11/17! How do I report this missing or stuck? Online says go to "Manage your Delivery" but when I select that i get the error "We're unable to retrieve delivery options right now. Please try again later". How else do I report this? Is there any chance I can get this package found and shipped again? I ordered directly from Strandberg and the order was shipped and supposed to be delivered today 12/13/25 but has been stuck as arrived at Bloomington ca for 3 days now. I’ve called and opened an investigation with fedex already but I have no faith in them based on research I’ve read in this specific location. Has anyone had issues with this location? Has anyone has a multiple day delay between PSA creating the label to send their cards back and FedEx receiving the package? They created the label early on Friday for two separate submissions I have but only one currently shows that FedEx is in possession of the package. The one that isn’t showing up has multiple cards that I pulled myself which I got 10’s on so it has sentimental value that can’t be replaced just from a payout if it did get lost… has anyone had a multi day delay for FedEx getting their package and it still came?

I receive a lot of packages and built a little grass wall especifically for packages to be hidden behind, it's always fedex, how do i make them care? Isn't that part of the basic training?

So Thursday both packages are shipped out and get this apparently their coming from Kentucky which is so weird because 5 months ago they said they were dealing with an international issue which is why they couldn’t ship it in August But this morning the tracking info said it’d arrive today and now fedex JUST got the package apparently I’m hoping it arrive by 2027 or am I being too trusting lol

How do I go about returning an online item? I bought an item not too long ago and decided to exchange it from another color of the same item. I decided to do the QR code version for the return and it said to go to a local store that took back FedEx returns. I went to my local Walgreens and when I showed them the QR code they told me that they couldn’t accept it as they only took back FedEx and the label was USPS so all they could do was print a label. They printed the label and it did say USPS but the QR code says return at FedEx. Does anyone know if Uniqlo uses both services for returns?
