Does anyone here have issues with selecting Airmail for shipping ? I’m shipping a small package and I want to do cheaper shipping options for it however it wont allow me to select it it just keeps showing UPS Whenever I click it.

Long story short, I filed a lost package clam with FedEx because 1 out of 5 packages was lost. After a long waiting and constant calling them to remind about my case, I finally got an e-mail that said that my claim was approved and processed. It was 16th April and I still don't have my money. They attempted delivery at my apartment lobby with no texts or calls so the shipment got delayed to Tuesday, i will be on vacation starting monday so i wont be accepting this delivery. Seller is unreachable until Tuesday which is too late. I want to refund this and i wanted to ask how easy it is to cancel/get a refund on these type of situations would seller try to fight me or would fedex try forcing delivery or is it going to be smooth. I know others are experiencing delays at CDG of a week or more, but is this normal? I ordered a package on May 12 and need to have it by June 5th, but it has been stuck at CDG for over a week now. When I opened a ticket, it was quickly “resolved” saying that CDG is experiencing delays and just to watch for updates. Does the yellow exclamation mark mean it is stuck and what are the odds I will get it by June 5? (I am in RI).

I don’t know why I thought this was going to be a cut and dry order. I really wanted to give FedEx another shot but it has turned out to be the same garbage it always has been. It’s sad when purchasing something, you kind of want to know what service the seller is going to use. I even saw on the listing on EBay that they were going to use FedEx. The package allegedly left Texarkana at 21:17 after arriving only a few hours prior. It’s not like it had to go far, only to the Tulsa area.

I posted yesterday that my package had said it had departed from Indianapolis on Thursday at 7pm with no updates since. It would have been scanned in at the border to Canada which never happened. Today I wake up to see there is no estimated delivery date and no recent updates. I called them and the customer service person explained that in their system it had actually never left Indianapolis. Therefore one thing tells me it is on a truck out of Indianapolis while another says it’s still there. Hard to stay positive about this when it’s known that FedEx is employees steal pokemon related product.
