Received this email earlier today, checking the package details, the package is nearly 5 lb and signature required. Don't see any updates (yet) in the actual order info. I ordered from fifty410 on the 12th, they shipped 13th, and I requested to pickup. It has been 9 days and I’m lost. I call fedex support and they told me it’s ready to pickup….the app or nothing showed it was ready so again I’m at a loss. My local spot is closed until Monday (if they are even open Memorial Day). It has been in transit for 9 days now am I still able to use it??? Fifty410 said it can stay room temp for 150 days. Google and Reddit says the packages usually stay cold 3-4 days. I’m freaking out.

Anyone who’s having the same issue with FedEx? It’s been a month since they shipped my order that was supposed to arrive here on May 14. However, there’s been no update yet since May 1, where it’s still in transit. I believe one month is so unusual plus seeing no movement of the package at all.

I have the tracking info. It says that yesterday at 7pm(has now been 24 hours) that my package had been processed in Indianapolis. There hasn’t been a single update since then and I am in Canada 8 hours away from Indianapolis. There has not been any update that my package has made it to the border to be processed at customs or anything which has me worried. Is it too early to worry?

Just to praise the Nomos repair/service team and overall customer service experience. I carelessly dropped my club campus 36 and the watch stopped working. Crystal was intact but movement was damaged. I am in the UK and contacted Nomos directly. They arranged a FedEx collection and sent it to Germany. Within a few weeks all was repaired and sent back to me. And as a cool surprise they sent a separate package with a brand new steel bracelet to add to my rotation. Somehow it was also perfectly sized for me. Not sure if it was a coincidence (probably) or if they saw the worn out hole on my leather strap and sized the bracelet to match.

So my package was delivered somewhere in my town. Not at my house, not at any of my neighbors houses. From the picture, it can't be one of the few people on my street, the house colors don't match. Without talking to me, or reaching out in any fashion, they simply marked it "resolved" My question is this... If you are just marking things as resolved instead of doing anything about these tickets... Why is it taking 5 days to even do that?
