Hi! My interview is at the US Consulate in Montreal on January 6, 2026, and I only have a scan of my birth certificate because I've moved around a lot and left it behind in the shuffle. I submitted this digital copy as part of my application, so I believe I have to show then original at the interview? My family in India FedEx-d me the original, which was supposed to arrive this past Wednesday, Dec 10, but didn't as it is stuck in customs clearance. I'm worried it won't arrive on time. Ordered 2 $700 chairs in November. Both got to my local fedex on time. Next day comes and only 1 gets delivered. Tracking all of a sudden says it’s still on the way but no delivery date can be given. It sits there with no change for 10 plus days. I’m told to get in touch with fedex. They open an investigation to look for it. Several days later FedEx says all resources have been exhausted the package is lost it’s not coming contact the seller. Hello! I’ve always used EMS or ECMS to ship out packages but since the holidays are around the corner I wanted my latest package to arrive a bit sooner! I remember ups having some issues so I was wondering if anyone around the Chicagoland area has used Buyee air delivery and who ended up delivering your product? (UPS FedEx or DHL) I’m wondering if I should request DHL or just use ECMS again (never had any issues w/ ECMS or uniuni, just a little worried because of the holidays lol)

FedEx has me beyond annoyed at this point. My package (which requires signature) was originally scheduled for **Thursday**, so I took the day off to be home and sign for it. I’m lost for words. I ordered some Christmas gifts off lululemon and was delivered yesterday only to find out the photo proof provided does not match my front door at all. It’s worth 500. How could they just leave it without signature? I had a strange experience with FedEx. My order shipped on Monday Dec 1, supposed to be delivered Wednesday the 3rd. It got delayed. On Friday it was still showing sitting at a warehouse with a new delivery date of Monday the 8th. I reached out to FedEx with no resolution and reached out to the company I used who said they would call me. What’s the point of this feature when it’s never working? From receiving a bad shipment to being unable to track your package in real time, and yet, it’s still there.

Purchased a Bugout from BladeHQ last Sunday as a gift to be given today (Saturday) Shipped via FedEx 2-Day, and scheduled to arrive Thursday. I ordered this package yesterday around 2pm and paid for the Next Day Saturday Priority with delivery before 11am. It's a birth certificate we need for a cruise we leave for the port at 1:30pm. (Ik it's late we ordered ahead Via usps and it got "lost" in the mail, this was a last ditch effort). It's not updated since 8pm yesterday , i called for an update twice and was just told we're working on it but can't say where exactly it is 🥲

This was shipped from Poland on 11/21 and it was estimated to potentially be delivered a week later. But it’s been chilling in Memphis since 12/04. I called FedEx twice, first person said it’s being held up by customs, second person says the same but they added when the US govt shutdown it meant customs was shutdown too so customs is fairly backed up because of it. So FedEx just says to wait cuz it’s customs not them. But I’ve had stuff stuck in Memphis before, not this long though. So curious if it’s more stuck because of holiday shipping increase in general or something…

They’ve been delayed since Wednesday

I did not get a shipping notice at all. The only way I knew anything was coming was because FedEx that I had a package for delivery today. Still, I had no idea what it was because none of the claims that hadn’t shipped yet were actually showing any tracking information, and the ones that had shipped, the weight was completely wrong, so I had to wait until the box got here to find out what it was. After I don’t remember how many times this campaign has been extended, it’s real and it’s here .

I had a package shipped ground shipping from MI to TX (a gift for my friend) at time of shipping it was supposed to be delivered on Friday by EOD. But the tracking showed delivered on Thursday and someone signed for the package (no signature service requested) , no picture just a signature(a Johnson) but my friend never got the package. I have called to open a claim, but CS has been no help. They don’t even know which driver delivered the package. What can I do about my package?! Do I need to send my friend up to the shipping center?

So I didn’t order from Amazon, but another website. It shipped through Amazon logistics and the tracking has not updated in almost 2 weeks. I reached out to the website I ordered from and they said they would look into it and allow 72 hours for an update. Well it’s been 5 days since I heard from them and I sent follow up emails regarding an update. Nothing. I don’t know who to contact bc I suppose it’s not shipping ups, usps, or fedex but rather Amazon correct? But everything I find says to go to Amazon and check your orders. Why do companies use OnTrac when you can read reports of this company losing packages, stealing packages, not arriving on time, taking weeks to arrive, etc.?! Doesn’t this also cause these companies to lose even more money instead of just using an actual trusted service like FedEx or UPS? It’s so idiotic to think corporations thought trusting an unreliable carrier with holiday packages was a great idea to cut costs when there is so much at risk. If I’m spending already 100 dollars on a package, I should at least get some sort of good quality shipment with the amount that I already pay. And yes, I will now avoid and return all packages that use this ****** shipping company.

I got a job a FedEx as package handler and I was told 7:30 to come in only for them to say I have to reschedule the orientation. I’ve been trying to call the number they been giving me and got no luck. What should I do?
