I had a package that was to be delivered today but required a signature. I knew that I had errands to run so I asked them to hold it at a FedEx Corporate drop off center thinking that it would be brought there first thing in the morning and I could grab it while running errands. He center opens at 10 AM and closes at 4:00 PM on Saturdays. I finished my running around and get home, no updates. 3:00 PM rolls around, still no update. Ordered my kit on apr 16 and then got a ship date of April 21. I then got a tracking number and delivery date of May 1st. Still haven’t gotten anything and when I try to track the package it says that the tracking number I entered can’t be found or does not exist and to check with shipper. Starlink customer support just keeps blaming FedEx and saying that FedEx can take days to activate or update a tracking number and to check back on May 3rd if I still haven’t received anything. They also activated my service and charged me for it about 3 days after it shipped so I’m basically paying for nothing. The top of this “50” pack wasn’t sealed, just 2 staples. I find it hard to believe 46 pins made its way out the top of it. I tried getting these 4 pins out that way and it was a struggle. To have that many missing doesn’t sit right with me. No other pins were found in the packaging it came in. It shipped in one of those bubble wrap seal packs. FedEx of course… through Memphis… I don’t know who would steal roll pins though. I’m assuming it was a manufacturing error. Has anyone else had a similar situation? I ordered a new watch from Xfinity Thursday, it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I knew that the package had to have a signature. So I told my wife to wait for it. Driver claims they attempted to deliver the package, and left a ticket. I made sure there was someone home all day. I would be willing to bet the driver didn't see a car, and didn't even bring the package to the door, just slapped the tag on it and called it done. And now, even though FedEx delivers on Saturdays, my package isn't scheduled to be here until Monday. I received my first batch from Hallendale yesterday! Just a heads up I didn’t get any sort of email or updates in the portal or emailed to me. I did sign up for fedex account that informed me I was receiving package so I was able to be home and get it in the fridge.

It's pretty simple. The mail area for my Apartment is in the lobby, and it used to have an unlocked front door. Due to package theft, the front door to the lobby was locked. Not a problem, of course; UPS, USPS, Fedex, Amazon, etc., all have keys to get into apartment buildings.
