hey so im getting a bike and was wondering now how long it takes for the barcode to update. it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow but now it says there is an issue and im wondering how long it takes now.

Hey everyone, I got a conditional job offer from FedEx for a Package Handler role. I filled out and submitted the acceptance form last Friday right after receiving it, but I haven’t gotten any confirmation email or update since then. It’s now Wednesday, so I’m just wondering if this is normal or if I should be concerned. Has anyone here gone through FedEx hiring? How long did it take for them to get back to you after the conditional offer stage? Any advice or experience would really help. Thanks!

Amazon now offers end-to-end logistics. Ocean freight, customs, warehousing, last mile, LTL — all under one roof. They delivered 6.1 billion packages in 2024. FedEx and UPS already lost market share. Now they're coming for the 3PL industry too. Genuine question, do you think Amazon can kill traditional 3PLs or is there still room for them?

I recently got a package that was supposed to come a week ago but had no update in the fedex app. It said it was in transit and no other updates. I waited it out for a week before submitting a support ticket which came back as my package was damaged in transit and to file a claim and to contact the shipper. I called and asked if I could pick it up since they do not sell what I ordered anymore and it said that it was discarded at the facility and that it was not able to be picked up. Has anyone else been in a similar situation or has anyone gotten a refund from this? Does anyone know why it was never updated to me about the damaged package? I also paid for express shipping. For those who DIY what do you use for mailing? Delivery is critical, especially when you send the package close to the end of the month (which unfortunately I may have to do). I think Chen uses Fedex 2-day delivery.

Another solid pair from PandaVault has arrived. I’m moving at the end of the summer down south. And want to be an ups driver. My family has a friend who works at ups currently as a driver. I have delivery driving experience. I run a small e-commerce business and rely on the post office to both order inventory and shipping and the last year has been terrible, lost package after lost package but the ones that did arrive were always late. I would order packages from Oregon which is the state right below me and they would take 3-4 days to get to me.
