FedEx Tracking

I know my situation isn't as severe as some of the people here, but my package has been sitting in a facility 15 minutes away from me for a day, with no sign of delivery today. What do I do?

Is everyone’s package in the east coast delayed more than usual or is it just me? I know this is Grade A normal for FedEx but, is there like an extra layer of delays rn?? My package has been out for delivery in Staunton VA for days cuz of the weather despite countless of their trucks going in and out of my town.

Does anybody think ill actually get my package it was out for delivery that day with a driver and since then no update mind u a whole 7 DAYS later or do u guys think its lost

Okay so i had made a different post, but here’s the picture. It was supposed to be delivered today but no movement yet and it’s 4pm. Should i wait until Monday because the shipping says FedEx 2day that’s why I’m paranoid and upset because i was expecting it today. I know they may be backed up so i was wondering if anyone knew how the Raleigh location was doing or if y’all ever received your package without a “out for delivery” update. Should i just wait until Monday?

My order was supposed to be here days ago and kept being pushed back. On the day it was out for delivery it suddenly stopped due to “damage” and it has not been updated in two business days. Who should I contact or when should I expect an update? The package is just a large rug. I am unable to “manage delivery”

what’s the probability of me getting my package anytime soon? this was supposed to be delivered 1/31 but keeps going through a loop of being sent out for delivery, assigning me a driver, then sending it back to a facility. i currently has a ticket open after an employee placed a hold on my package and 2 FedEx employees lied and said they removed the hold after i told them that i didn’t want to hold it. (i opened the ticket today after calling and an employee said the others lied to me) is there a reason why this loop would happen?

I am hoping someone has dealt with something similar because I am completely stuck and beyond frustrated. For over a year now, FedEx has consistently delivered my packages to the same incorrect address in a neighboring town. This is not random. This is not occasional. It happens almost every time something is shipped to me via FedEx Home or Ground. They are delivered to the SAME WRONG ADDRESS in a different town that shares the same zip code. Ordered a classic bed with headboard, queen size in walnut, about 2 weeks ago. The 2 of the 3 boxes arrived via FedEx Ground within a few days of order. Contacted Thuma about the missing box and they told the carrier lost the package and that a new headboard would be sent via Standard Overnight shipping. Fast forward to yesterday when I find 2 identical headboard boxes at my door. I’ve contacted thuma about shipping one back, but I’ve not heard anything yet. Love the bed, but pretty annoyed with the shipping problems. I’m hoping they will offer some sort of discount or refund for inconvenience, but I’m not holding my breath.

Good Day, I recently bought an item through a website and it was sent through Fed-Ex, however when entering the zip code i put in a different address than what the zip code is. The shipment is saying that it was delivered and signed but when I contact both the persons at the address and the zip code, it says the package was not received, what can I do now?

Hello I got a notification from my USPS informed delivery about 3 Priority Mail tracking id generated today (02/04). Is this the Bilt 2.0 card and the Autograph card being shipped? But then why are there 3 tracking numbers? I also got the Mr Beast packet but that’s being delivered by FedEx today. I don’t understand why there are 3 mails? Could it be some scam? I ordered from Austria and I got a notification that fedex will deliver my glasses the next day. 30 minutes later I got an email from Viture support which was hard to understand first but after a few email back and forth I understood they want me to send the invoice to customs. Fedex missed delivery for 2 consecutive days saying "cutomer not available" despite not even trying to knock or ring my door bell, when I was at home all day waiting for the package. I'm a student living in an apartment building so there's only one door for entry. Is there any way to make sure he will knock the 3rd time they try to deliver? I'm thinking to stick a big piece of paper on the door that says 'please knock, I'm here'. My package requires signature so I can't pick it up myself. If anyone has good recommendation I would appreciate it!

I just received an order from Andiot and the package was empty upon arrival, appearing to have been cut open prior to FedEx packaging in the US. I was supposed to receive 2 VSF Seamasters. Does anyone have experience with Andiot replacing lost/missing items? I have already sent a message on WhatsApp but looking for some reassurance that I didn't get totally screwed out of my money.
