Between the late deliveries, the customer service being useless and my FedEx "rep" never answering the phone or email I'm starting to lose it. They suspended the Money-Back Guarantee December 1st which I understand, it's a busy season. Except I have a Priority Overnight package shipped on November 26th with custom made items for an event on the 28th. The package wasn't delivered until December 1st and I'm out $100 since I have to refund the customer. Since this service failure was before the 1st, I dispute the charge on the invoice and receive an error message that the money-back guarantee is suspended. My package went from Tokyo to Incheon. I used Buyee Air for shipping, they gave me a FedEx tracking number and checking it shows that it’s in Incheon rn. Is this normal?

Tracking status has been stuck on “we’ll add a new delivery date as soon as you package starts moving” This is literally a new phone so I was expecting to get it fast and be able to switch but.. Already contacted shipper and they say fedex said it was a weather disruption but my assumption was that at the very least they would’ve updated the tracking if that was the case. Should I be concerned or is this just a typical “wait and see” situation?

Package Was Not Delivered but shows I've marked it as lost. What should I do now? Please help.

Was expecting an overnight package to come in last week. It is now 5 days late and was finally expecting it to come in today. The package left the depot at 8am today and by 8:01 it tells me that they couldn’t deliver it as no one was home and a notice was left. I was home and awake, no one came to my door and no notice was left. Are delivery drivers just starting their shift, marking all packages as non deliverable and dropping off at the post office? Lazy fucks. Need to get rid of Canada Post and just give the contracts out to fedex, ups, amazon, etc.

I ordered a package and it went from Anchorage, AK back to Japan? I am so confused. Does anybody know about this or have experienced this?

At the end of last year, I visited my grandma after my grandfather passed away. I spent time there doing random things with her, to include dropping a package off at either the FedEx or UPS store, really can’t remember. I had a package that was “Out for Delivery” on 12/2. It had the same status for almost an entire week. When I checked the tracking this morning, it’s now showing as “Delivered” but on 12/2 at 3:10 PM, which doesn’t make sense since it’s had the “Out for Delivery” status everyday since then. I should’ve taken a screenshot of what the tracking looked like the last week, but I’m not sure what my options are now.

Ordered some clothes from a brand name website. The packages are coming in two separate shipments. Both packages were out for delivery yesterday but never came and how today it says “a request was made to hold this package” I did not make any request to hold either packages so does anyone know why this is happening?

So I finally got the 2 watches I’ve been waiting for. I had a rough start with Angela who ordered the rose gold 2 tone and then managed to have her plater plate the entire watch so it went from 2 tone to 1 tone. 😫🤣😫 Was able to have LiLi source these 2, install a deep crystal, and then I was going to send them to Jaws to have him plate them. Good idea…right? And then the unimaginable happens. They get stopped in ******* Honolulu to clear customs. I’ve NEVER had them clear customs in Hawaii. The next time I’m there…I swear to God I hope I don’t catch a CBP or TSA agent wearing one of these watches. 🤣🤣🤣
