I sell my stuff through mercari and beginning of February i used fedex before switching to usps. I shipped out this ground package 1 day after they bought the item. I brought it to a drop off location and all was well. This was supposed to be delivered to them on February 17th but has been stuck In their state at a fedex location. It hasnt moved since then, I called fedex and spoke to 2 representatives, the first one said I needed to maybe file a claim but when I tried i couldn’t because it was ground shipping. Ordered through a store Friday, shipping label printed Friday and it hasn’t moved since. Just shows label created. Should I be worried? It was for the pink Erin

Hey guys, I just made two separate PSA reholder subs (one Expedited $129, one Standard $74). I used the "Package Together" option at the end, but the system had already generated two separate FedEx shipping labels. I'm going to use the $129 label for the box since it's the faster service. My question is: what happens to the $74 label I already "paid" for? Does PSA automatically refund/not charge for the unused label since it won't be scanned, or do I need to reach out to support to get it removed from my bill? I have the Multi-Sub barcode on the outside and paperwork separated inside. Just don't want to get double-charged for shipping. Thanks!

apologies if this is a subject that's been talked to death before, but I wasn't sure how to Google for this question my FedEx app is showing a random package tracking to a person in a different part of the city I live in. not the same address, not under my name, doesn't look like a package I ordered, yet it's showing tracking and delivery on my app. does anyone know why this happened? should I be worried my information is being used somewhere? I genuinely don't know how this could happen

I tried to return a gaming pc from Costco and was told due to the price and commodity of the item ($2700 gaming pc) that UPS will have to pick up the item. Fast forward after a couple of missed attempts I finally hand over the pc to an ups driver that was delivering another package to me. He told me he would get this squared away and scanned it for pickup which is what the website also showed, meaning it is in UPS possession now. Fast forward up to 3 weeks after, the package showed no movement other than the initial pickup scan. I raised this complaint to Costco since I still haven’t got my refund yet and after some back and forth I finally got my refund after about 3.5 weeks. The other da...

I purchased an item, and the seller shipped it FedEx SmartPost (at least the FedEx tracking says SmartPost even though I didn't think that was a thing any more). Along the way, the label was apparently damaged and replaced. When I received the delivery notification, the tracking shows it was left in a town 30 miles away. If I file an INR claim, will the automated system be able to determine that shipping address/ZIP does not match what the tracking shows? Are there additional precautions I need to take before trying to file the claim? In all my years using the platform, this is the first time such a thing has happened.

Does anyone know (mos likely current students) when do u usually get a notification that a package is coming to ur house? I know you can check the moment the label is created, like before the package is even shipped. Also, does anyone know if Andover still uses FedEx or USPS like other schools? Thx!

Why is it that EVERY time i get a fedex package it's never eligible for a hold for pickup?! They keep leaving my packages outside my apartment gate even tho i call CS and ask to put in notes to call/enter gate code. I have an expensive package coming and it's frustrating that I can't hold it

This was shipped on the 23rd and was 2 Day as you can see. Then the chemical spill delayed it and now it was out for delivery and they took it back to the destination facility instead of delivering it. Make it make sense. Please…. FedEx is the absolute worst. I can’t believe USPS is better than they are. Never again. I’ll pay extra to not have anything shipped through FedEx. Sidebar, they won’t refund the $60 for 2 Day shipping guarantee due to it being “out of their control”
