Kinda a long story, please stay with me here. On dec 24th I get the email that my package will be delivered at 29-12. I change the delivery date to 5-1-26 because I know my mother will not be home to accept the package (where I live they can't leave things at the door). I get an email to confirm that I have changed the delivery date to 5-1. So, last sunday at 28-12 I get an email that they'll be there tomorrow! I panic but decide to see what happens as I never get the update that my package is 'out for delivery'. (And no, there is no option to change anything about my delivery.) I ordered some Christmas gifts for my son from Alibaba in November, received the package in December, gave to my son on Xmas, and this morning I got a $47.50 bill from FedEx for tariffs on the package. I called FedEx and if I don’t pay they are going to take me to collections and mess up my credit. I was never informed that there would be tariffs on the order- AIO?

Fedex found the package and delivered it. Immediately started wear testing, and the grip is awful but it still kept my foot warm and dry for around 3hrs. I went TTS and only my left side is hurting or feeling a bit more cramped.

In my last post, my package ended up in a Fed Ex facility for some reasons, but I'm wondering, will I get my order today or not?

Hey there. Has anyone ordered a vinyl from their offices merch store before? I ordered the Clancy vinyl on the 24th and am only now being sent an order confirmation from fedex. Yes I am aware that ordering on Christmas Eve affects delivery time) I’m not Super concerned just wondering how long it usually takes them to ship packages. Never had this happen before. It got to Memphis at its normal time but then I got an email saying it’s been changed to Wednesday but gave no real reason for the delay. Anyone seen this before?

FedEx picked up the package this morning and it was set to be delivered per Tuesday by 8 PM. I just got a notification that says updated to Wednesday. Why? Is this normal?

Had a package coming today from etsy, but I'm being told by the seller than the fedex tracking information is saying "business closed - No delivery attempt made" and to contact my local Fedex and arrange the delivery . Issue is , my home is not a business, and earlier updates said I wasn't available but I've been home all day ; the tracking on fedex doesn't tell me where it is exactly , only that its in Durham at a local facilty , which could be quite a few places?

Let me remind you, it was supposed to be delivered on the 24th. On the 26th, it went to another county for some reason, and called that “local hub”, and then they just stopped updating my package completely on the 26th.

Hello All, I'm having the worst experience with PSA. I sent a bulk order submission(#13602092) of 34 Pokemon cards to be graded with PSA, received on 09/03. Turn around time stated 45 business days. It completed at the end of November(11/26) and I received the package on 12/06. However, the package only had 14 of the 34 graded cards. The FedEx package details showed 2lbs, which equated to the weight of the box of 14 graded cards I received, so obviously this means PSA never sent the remaining 20 cards. Yet PSA is disputing this and showing screenshots of the guy putting the graded cards into a box, but not actually showing me him sealing the package. The screenshots also show ...

Ordered from Best Buy Dec 26th, supposedly was picked up by fedex on the 27th and scanned to be out for delivery, and still don’t have the package, and customer service hasn’t helped at all. Very infuriating. Has been stuck on “your driver is on the way for 48 hours.

Hi, this is my first time posting here and I’m not quite sure what to tag this as first of all. I received a package for Christmas, I’m 16 years old and my parents gave me money to buy a set of vinyls with, which were £325 (I’d been saving for a while for them and eventually was given the last chunk so I could get them). The package was delivered smoothly and then on Thursday I got an email saying I needed to pay £81 on top of that for something to do with import charges?
