FedEx Tracking

Shipping from MS. Goes to OH and now has to be routed back to GA for delivery. This is the third time this has happened to me this year… out of three shipments.

I ordered a package from Japan (Miss Matatabi fabrics), which arrived at a FedEx facility in Oakland, CA, on 4/2/26. FedEx kept saying there was missing paperwork. So I called them (yes, I called 1-800-GoFedEx TWICE for the mods), and they sent me a couple of forms to fill out. What I don't get is that the information requested on the form was ALREADY PROVIDED on the invoice, like fabric content (cotton), weight in grams per square meter, tariff numbers, etc., for each product. Also at the bottom of the form is printed: "This form is NOT REQUIRED BY US CUSTOMS \[my emphasis\], however, a detail description of the merchandise is required." I'm starting to think this is a...

I made this purchase last Thursday, it was shipped Friday. “Expected by Monday night“ was what I got my hopes up for. Monday rolls around and it’s still in NC, Needing to get to MA. Now “expected by Thursday evening“ It is Thursday morning. STILL STUCK IN NC. I have never seen slower shipping in my life. This package is expensive, and has been to 5 difference facilities in North Carolina alone. why is it taking so long? starting to worry if there will be damage to the expensive stuff in the package from all the stops it’s taking. So I finally received a tracking number from [Dealerclocks.io](http://Dealerclocks.io) on the 11th and was wondering how long does it usually take for Fedex to receive the package because its current status is "We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package" or "Shipment information sent to Fedex" when you click on more details. This is my first time buying and just wanted to know how long it usually takes for fedex to actually show tracking. Thanks and any info would be much appreciated! Also this order was made on March 21st and got GL on the 29th.

I paid for two day shipping. It says it’s supposed to be delivered today but it’s apparently still in Memphis and hasn’t moved since yesterday morning. I had high hopes for FedEx. :(

I am astounded at the incompetency. I hired someone in the UK to ship me a package internationally to the US. The online calculator gave us a "price confirmed" quote of £227. There were a few hiccups in customs and I owe an import duty of $64.39 USD but after delivery the shipper received a charge of £3,994.80??? We have tried calling every department and speaking to anyone we could to fix this but we keep getting bounced around between Foreign call centers, US billing, to UK billing, to paperwork and International freight, NOBODY has helped to solve this. For context, I bought a perishable item from japan not too long ago. This package then was sent to a fedex location in Alaska where the proxy service informed me of the hold on my package due to the absence of a PNC number. (Prior confirmation of notice) number, this apparently is needed for anyone buying overseas food. I have tried to get a number from the fda's website but I need to know the exact port my package will arrive at, this information is just about possible to attain. So any chance any of you guys know how to find out the port you package will arrive at without having to call every fedex in some part of Alaska? Any help is appreciated!

I ordered an open box commuter backpack on March 23, the following day a label was created and I got a tracking number and shipping notification. Now on April 16th, over three weeks later it is still waiting to receive package at the Jonesboro GA site. Does anyone know what's going on? i bought a card from psa vault from psa's official ebay store. Unfortunately, it shows that the sender has cancelled the shipment. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Hi all, I just bought a refurbished phone from Ebay and the seller send it through FedEx (ordered on apr 7 sent on apr 8, est delivery apr 9). The pick-up process was really quick, the package got transfer to Quincy MA (local facility) and the tracking stop there and have never been updated since. I contact customer service and I receive this email saying they conducted initial search and couldn't find my package. Is there still a chance that I'm gonna get my package. I'm both so frustated and hopeless right now.

HI all, I have a custom made antenna shipping to the US from Krusevac RS. Fedex has the package noted as picked up in Belgrade yesterday at 0915 local. No further updates yet after that. No complaints or anything - just the first package I've ever had shipping from Serbia to the US and wanted to get a feel for how long they usually take (rough estimate) to clear outbound customs. This is my first time ordering from them. I live in the US so i followed their instructions to contact customer support to switch to FedEx DDP when my package was put on hold. That was a week ago and I haven’t gotten a response or gotten charged for that part yet. Is that normal? I don’t want to overload their ticket queue by sending another one but i’m concerned.
