This post is going to sound a little all over the place but that’s where my mind is at because of UPS. I run a small business and spend around $50-75k on shipping a year. We switched from FedEx to UPS in late 2025. It started out great until we started submitting claims. Once in a while, we submit a claim due to a lost or damaged package. We’ve yet to receive payment for a single claim even though several were approved. For one claim, they sent the check to the wrong address even though I repeatedly told them the billing address is different from our fulfillment center. I purchased a printer (h2c) from BambuLabs official website last month. I changed my mind before it was delivered so upon contacting BambuLabs they suggested I just refuse delivery. I did as instructed. Now they are claiming that they don’t have the package even though FedEx shows that it was signed. I have been following up with them everyday. And I get the same response. They have my $2600 and keep saying that “until we don’t receive the package we can’t issue the refund” what can I do? I tried a lot but they keep giving the same **** response.

I placed an order, then realized I’d forgotten to add a few items, so I canceled it about 10 min later, got a refund and placed a new order. Despite that, both orders ended up being delivered same day, so now I have 2 packages. I contacted IKEA and they said they opened a case and that FedEx would reach out to schedule a pickup for the canceled order. It’s been 6 days and I haven’t heard anything. What would you do in this situation?

I recently had to refuse an international package that was torn open (did not look intentional) and empty. I reached out to the shipper, who has told me that they are not responsible for anything after it’s been given to the carrier, and that I would need to seek compensation by filing a claim with FedEx myself. It is to my understanding however, that as the recipient, and not the FedEx customer, I’m not actually entitled to anything even if I can get a waiver from the shipper to file said claim, and said claim was successful. so i ordered a U1 on saturday, get up monday morning and have a fedex tracking number, snapmaker website says shipped and fulfilled, yet fedex shows they have not received the package yet and just shows label created. should i be worried that it is wed now and no movement!

Just bought a controller the other day but its been stopped by customs, tried calling but the person on the other lines english/accent just made it impossible to understand. Do I need to do anything? Sounded like she said she couldnt give much information due to it being stopped by customs.

Every time I try to find a sign-up option, it just redirects me to a login page. From what I can see, the only way to complete the declaration is by logging in, but I don’t have an account and can’t find any way to create one. Ordered from Amy and was told my first shipment was inspected by customs. She offered to resend via triangle shipping. When I asked for tracking she provided me with a Fedex number — after not seeing any movement, I reached out for updates and she provided me with a UPS tracking number saying it was the correct one. Both are stuck in “label created.” The dates on the label created seem to coincide with when I ask her for tracking info too. Should I be concerned here, or wait it out?

Hi, received dispatched email from Vfs for my passport. i sent fedex return prepaid label. but its been 2 business days, there is no movement/update on fedex tracking. it says label created, any idea how many days it takes tracking to become active once vfs dispatches the package.

My ring doorbell constantly misses motion that it should catch. For example, yesterday FedEx pulled right into my driveway walked up to my front door and dropped off a package without my Ring notifying me. I only got the screenshot from a live view as the driver was walking back to their truck. I set up a motion zone because the default settings had the Ring notifying me every time a car drove down my street but now it only notifies me maybe half of when it should for motion in my driveway. Is the zone too small? I didn’t want the street included but it seems like I may need to in order to get the proper function out of this camera.

I’ve lost my earphones in the airport and the lost and found office in T1 won’t package it properly, so FedEx refuses to collect it. Has anyone else managed to have something collected from the lost and found office in the airport? Or do you know an alternative way to get my earphones back? Thank you!

Just to start, I’m fairly confident this is not something MPB did. I mailed in a Nikon camera and a Sony 4k camcorder and packaged very well, they were inside the Nikons original carrying case, tons of brown packing paper and foam surrounding the case inside a sturdy cardboard box. They gave me more money for the Nikon than originally quoted because of the low shutter count so that was great. But they said the Sony’s touchscreen was not working. That was the frustrating part because the camcorder had probably been used all of 10 times if not less. My biggest regret is not taking pictures of how I packed it up and also taking a video to prove it was in working condition when I mailed it...

Those of you who have ordered from digitaka recently did you have to sign for package on arrival? I’ve order from Japan a few times and never had to sign. Also digitaka only makes you pay 10% of tarrifs. Has anyone been banged by fedex (or dhl) fees before delivery?

Been waiting weeks for replies. We're an AD located in EU and had one of our shipments stopped in customs on the US border in Canada. TAG needs to fill out a form for the package to continue its travel to the TAG facilities. Both we and FedEx have been trying to reach them, but with no answers.
