Alright, I’m trying to see if anyone resolve this kind of problem or not. I have tried all I can: \- Talk to leasing office. They got a code to unlock it but no packages under my name and address with Amazon locker. So they can’t help with that. \- Talk to Amazon Locker team. They can see the address but nothing under my name despite FedEx delivery status. Since they can’t see locker logs and know exactly which locker it was putting in, they can’t help. \- Talk to FedEx directly. Made a ticket with them in hopes that they will response back. Which I don’t know. Call them one time they even said “I don’t have resources” which is ridiculous. Can I have a driver follow ...

TLDR: FedEx delivers packages to wrong place (over and over again). Let me start from the beginning … I was born and then a bunch of irrelevant things happened in between. Fast forward to now: I live on a private road. It’s not bougie or rich or anything, it just means that I literally pay for the upkeep along with one other person on the road. I’m beyond confused why fedex could possibly think that there’s a strike at my house? or is this some fedex location?

Received first 3 month order today and so far so good. Just switched from Lily Direct @ 15mg. Was a little worried at first with the shipping issues but looks like my stuff went through Tennessee.. gel pack was still cold!

I used to not care about the facilities littered on my map that aren’t mine, after all, I can just ignore them right? Well today I just experienced how utterly horrible it is. Someone put a gun tower near the depot node (specifically in Originium Science Park), and of course I was just going about my daily fedex duties, I got the goods, and then suddenly I cant get on my Zipline. Because a combat has been triggered by the random gun tower made by a very sensible individual. Now my package is ***not*** 100% because in my anger I pressed the run button. Completely my fault. I know they have an update for this in 1.1, but I just hope we can just ***opt out*** of ***ALL*** shared facilities...

For a shipment to Cleveland, Ohio, this has been going around in circles. Wtf is wrong with them?

As the title states I was an operations manager for FedEx ground. I spent over 2 years in the role, over two years as a senior ops admin and half a year as a package handler. Over 5 years in total. The biggest instigation for my resignation was the way we as managers were treated from any level of management above us and even our peers. You always hear the cliche “man we got treated bad” but in reality it isn’t the lowest or worst it could be. I had a Fedex package (gift bottle of wine) that I could not be home to receive on Wednesday and Thursday. Took the day off to receive it today after two failed FedEx attempts. Sat here all day near my door to receive it. Received notification from Fedex that they had attempted delivery. Photo is of a curb and it's quantifiably not my curb. No delivery was attempted, I was sitting near the door and my video doorbell also shows no activity, but I was literally here all day and facing the door. Is this common or acceptable with Fedex that their drivers can flat out lie and claim they attempted a delivery without even being at the address? This seems outrageous to me. I've c...

Basically, the title. I was set to receive a package today that required a signature, but I knew I was going to be out during the window, so I left a shipment release authorization form. The driver made it to my door and presumably saw the form, but still didn't deliver. They're going to try again tomorrow, but I'll be gone during this time as well. They also didn't leave the door tag pictured. Just a small sticker of some sort. What do I do? Did I do something wrong?

Initially I thought that's ok and i will just wait one day. But now the tracking shows that it is not even shipped. Fedex haven't got the package from them. Now cancelation is not available since it is "processed". This is frustrating and I would have just canceled the order and but from a local retail if knowing this ahead.

Can anyone help, I wasn’t home to receive my package from fedex and they ended up sending it back to sender. Does anyone know how I can get my cards?

It was expected to arrive in NY today. At 3:45 AM it got to NJ, 2 hours from here. And it didn’t move all day. It took 12 hours to go 15 miles to another depot in NJ, and now it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow. It’s not like there’s a weather event going on. I took the day off so I could be here to sign for it, and I’m excited to get it FedEx *****. It weighs 68lbs. I have visions of them tossing the thing around, dropping it. I’ve had that happen before with delayed packages that finally arrived with tape trying to hold it together. I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I ordered an expensive canvas tent a few weeks ago, and now that it's in the courier's hands (TNT, but it's under FedEx's flag and uses many of the same support systems), it's stuck awaiting customs charges that I just haven't received an invoice/ability to pay for - no emails, no text messages, nothing. They've contacted the seller, who's got around to me about this, but customer service is being near useless in actually getting things resolved. Anyone else having trouble with their FedEx home deliveries not showing up? The tracking has told us our package was "out for delivery" from Indianapolis for 4 days in a row now.

Mostly just amuses me -- my package has been "on the way" from (and apparently to?) Memphis now for over days now. So I asked the Virtual Assistant "why does my package show up as on the way from Memphis for multiple days?" Seemingly a straightforward question that any Chat bot should be able to answer...? Nope! Apparently 14 words is too many for FedEx! Such a metaphor for the whole company's failure to perform even basic functions.
