Bought a piece of jewelry that arrived after passing authentication in Glendale, NJ. Buyer had advertised that they accept returns. Needed to return the item. I processed the return, sending back the jewelry intact and within minutes of receiving the package. Used Ebay shipping labels (Fedex) sent when requesting return. Authenticator in Carlsbad, CA emails me 3 weeks later to say the jewelry did not pass inspection and that they are sending it back to me, no refund will be issued. Was told the jewelry condition does not match what was sent. What steps should I take to appeal this decision and get a full refund?

Seen a couple of posts WRT shipments being stuck in Guangzhou with no movement. I have been in the same boat for the last 9 days and received a new scan of "departed fedex hub" at 0552 local time, assuming it is aboard this Fedex flight going to Anchorage. I’d ordered a Sim racing full kit from Logitech, ordered to de delivered to Dublin on the 2/2/26 - the week base arrived via FedEx and the rest has been bouncing about between Tamworth and Castle Donnington - Stanford le Hope France and everywhere but Dublin! Hello all, This is the original post and Everyone was positive that it is safe to ship via Fedex. So heres my update. I received my package from FedEx. It arrived safe and the package was certainly very well sealed and taped. No issues on that front. So very relieved. However, I want to highlight that the Fedex delivery driver did not ask for my ID or even my name to confirm he is handing it over to the right person. Just an FYI to the community on the off chance this coin ever resurfaces. It has been reported stolen to the Australian Federal Police. For those interested in context, I won the coin in a CNG auction recently and it was shipped via FedEx. The package arrived with no noticeable issue, the outer cardboard box appearing to be sealed and with proper customs and delivery documentation. So I have a fedex manager account under my name because Some of my suppliers use fedex so I an have it redirected to Walgreens since UPS and Fedex likes to deliver to the opposite end of town at times. So this new supplier I have ships my orders under my business name instead of my actual name. My fedex acct is under my real name so for some reason it won't show it because even though my business address is the same as my personal address because the name is different it's like I need to make a new account. I live in California my package was supposed to be delivered since the 12th of this month. The same day it changed to ‘shipment exception barcode label unreadable and replaced’. For some reason now it’s heading to NY. I’m just wondering is this normal when the barcodes of packages are unreadable or need to be replaced.
