Was she checking me out? I live in a pretty small town. I went to CVS at about 1:39pm to pick up an Rx. The shutters were down. As I was walking toward the pharmacy, a woman (Not an employee) that I would guess was a few years younger than me, informed me that the pharmacy was closed for lunch from 1:30-2pm. She then told me that she had waited for a FedEx package that never arrived and ended up in the same situation that I was in. I thanked her for the information and went to my car to listen to a podcast while she seemed content to spend 20 minutes in the store. I was out of town then got VERY sick and had my package delivered to a FedEx location. It’s been over 5 days and didn’t realize they only held it that long. Do they notify me if they return or dispose of it? I can pick it up tomorrow but I’m worried. I tried to do vacation hold after I found out but both app and online kept glitching or crashing. My email as well did NOT say it was only held for 5 days. Some places online say they hold for 7 days. I’m not sure. I’m going to give a call tomorrow morning but I’m worried.

Returning an expensive phone to the cell phone carrier. Scanned the QR code at Fedex today and they generated label. Shipping was Priority Overnight. I'm in Florida and the package is going to Texas. The item is stuck in Fort Lauderdale (guessing its there because of the airport) with the message "Your package may be late- local delivery restrictions" What kind of local restrictions could cause this? Is it just Fedex justification to deliver it late? I am definitely worried because I have a big refund hedging on this return.

You know, the big boxy ones that resemble a cardboard package now that I think of it. I understand instant brand recognition is powerful, but they look super dated and just feels like it needs some upgrades. Take FedEx and Amazon vans- they're super aerodynamic and certainly must handle much better than a shipping container on wheels, so why hasn't UPS invested there? I also have noticed that they use the SAME SIZE vans for no matter where it is. Is it really that cost effective to just keep the current ones instead?

Help! I shipped a document from Manila to Taiwan. The agent said that it will be picked up yesterday and will arrive in Taiwan today. But when I checked the tracker, only the information had been sent. Last Saturday (which is when i shipped it.) Is there anything I can do to tell the recipient when the envelope will arrive?

I guess im at the end of a route because i frequently get my FedEx packages at 9pm or later. I had a package on the truck for delivery yesterday that wasn’t delivered and today it didn’t move at all — tracking just says they’re working to reschedule. Any ideas what’s likely happening?

Hey r/FedEx, So I'll be going to a convention and have a package held at a FedEx location nearby so I can pick it up when I arrive. HOWEVER, upon later finding out they'll only be able to hold the package for 5 days which I won't be arriving in that town until 3 days after the holding period ends. My friend thankfully lives nearby and is willing to grab the package for me and hold it for me, however upon calling this FedEx location they told me directly that they can ONLY give the package to ME if I am there physically. Hey folks, I have a shipment coming from California to Long Island, NY. It was initiated on 30th December, and the package was shipped from Tracy, CA on 31st. Since then there has been no update on the tracking. It was estimated to be delivered by today but it hasn’t delivered yet. I understand that last few days were holidays and there could be delay due to it but when I am trying to reach out to support there is just AI bots on the other end and there are no answers on how long will it take for the shipment to be delivered. ordered a package from japan to the US and as you can see it arrived in memphis on november 30. i then proceeded to get updates basically every day saying it was “on the way” while not moving from memphis. finally i got a new update on december 19th which you can see in the second photo. i haven’t gotten any updates since then. called customer service and they say its in customs and they don’t know anything. i’m very confused why they say its in customs when the tracker says it was cleared and departed. the longer it goes without updates the more concerned i become that it’s just gotten lost in the mail. if anybody knows anything that can help me or give me more information pleas...

My friend from Japan (I'm in canada) has sent me a small gift worth about 12-13$ CAD, but she accidentally declared the value of the package as 2000 USD instead of Japanese yens. The package has arrived in my town but they want me to pay 200$ of taxes. I called Fedex and explained my issue. I was told my friend needed to call fedex in japan because she needed to change the declared value that way. Today she texted me that fedex can't do anything (she called them on 2 separate days!) and they told her I'm the one who is supposed to change the declared value, but that makes no sense? Has anyone else ever experienced having their package delivered to the wrong State after initiating the Missing Mail Search service? So this is my first time having such a huge issue with the USPS.
