FedEx Tracking

Hello, this is my first time using this service– I don't know what's going on, I've been keeping track of my package on the app that has all my contact info on it, and haven't even been informed of anything concerning my package, until I just received this email from Neokyo. I have no idea what to really even do. If there are people who have experience with this, your help would be very appreciated? Or even just linking me to a post like this that's already been answered before? Thank you!

Got an email today saying "Delivered!" Went to the front porch. Nothing. Went to the mailbox. Nothing. Went back to iPad and found a photo of the box on a doorstep. Not my house. Called FedEx. Worthless. They said call shipper. So called Mattel. They said "let's give it a day in case whoever got the package brings it to you." I'm thinking... "Yeah... right." FedEx admitted to mis-delivering my package and when they sent a driver to the location to retrieve it, they could not find it. They advised me to contact the shipper to file a claim for refund, but the shipper is refusing to file the claim (unknown reason why). I filed a dispute with my bank and they are investigating the situation. I have photos of the mis-delivered package and footage of my mailroom of the date and time when the package was scanned by the delivery driver. What are my options in this situation? I know my bank is investigating, but are there any other options?

I shipped a return package using packing and FedEx Express label provided by the company. According to the label it was for FedEx's two-day shipping but marked for delivery on weekdays only. The package was dropped off at a FedEx dropoff point at a Dollar General store in Louisville KY before 1PM on Friday. I would ordinarily expect such a package to arrive at its destination in Alameda CA on Tuesday, but FedEx didn't bother picking up from this Dollar General on Friday afternoon so it sat there until FedEx picked it up on Monday -- that should still have the package arriving at the destination in Alameda CA two business days later on Wednesday. I am using Tenso for the first time to ship some items bought from Mercari and 2nd Street to the US. When they finally consolidated the packages (took them 10 days), I went to pay for shipping and it says: Currently, we are not able to accept international mail (EMS and international mail). If you would like to ship via FedEx, please contact our customer support. So I did and the Fedex rate is more than DOUBLE of EMS. Over $100 for 1.3 kilos, just not worth it at all for what I bought. I've been offered a part time position from FedEx at their ground base near the airport. Most videos I've seen so far of others who previously had the position either quit the first week or said the only good thing is getting "paid weekly" I've been doing voice over work for over nine years which helped with bills, just looking for some extra change to stay flowing in but just been having mixed feelings lately. . . Mercari’s “hands-off” shipping system is a mess—and when it fails, they leave you hanging. They’re pushing buyer-selected promo shipping now, where sellers don’t control anything. Mercari generates the label and sends it to you. Mine showed BOTH USPS and FedEx with different tracking numbers—completely confusing. USPS accepted it, said they’ve seen it before. I shipped a package via Dubai and now it’s been sitting in Memphis since Saturday. I called and spoke to FedEx and they said it’s a backlog problem and nothing to do with the paperwork but I’m nervous. Has anyone else had their packages sit in US customs for days before being released?

So my Cubic 6 cases were finally delivered after being stuck in FedEx purgatory for several days. And on a whole, I really like them. They arrived very well packaged, and frankly it took longer to unwrap everything than it did putting it together. The tops and bottoms came pre-assembled, so all I had to do was put on the side rails, insert the acrylic sides and back, then attach the top. I was wondering if it’s safe to have a package delivered to a physical address via FedEx. I want to order some items from Korea, but unfortunately they ship through FedEx and can’t deliver to my PO box, so I’m going to have to use my home address.

Hi everyone, I am trying to ship a large painting (60x48) from CA to SC. I packaged the painting myself and took it to UPS only to be told it was too large to be shipped (evidently, they only accept paintings with a maximum lengthxgirth of 165in). Took it to FedEx and was told the same… searches online are fruitful but incredibly expensive (\~>1K). What service do yall use to ship large paintings? Thank you in advance!

I shipped an item from canada to USA for repair with a store. the store provided my the fedex label and commerical invoice. I put the commerical invoice inside my package as I didnt know it was supposed to be placed outside box. So on April 11, my tracking told me there was a clearance delay due to missing commerical invoice.
