All, I applied for reissuance of passport, the application was rejected as I paid 60 page booklet instead 36 page (thanks for misguided dropdowns on VFS site), ideally they were suppose to dispatch the original doc package back with original passport in 48 hours, its been a week but did not get the package, I had put return label from Fedex in the package (overnight), tracking does not show any movement and shows that package is with shipper, meanwhile VFS customer service told me that package was dispatched a week ago on 12th, so frustrating how document like passport is handled, any similiar experiences, help appreciated...

FedEx delivered a Chewy order and for some reason there was an additional package WITH NO LABELS ON It delivered at the same time. Chewy was called and they said to donate the unwanted items and they'd re-ship to the other customer when they called. The next morning THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT shows up, claiming she has a STOLEN PACKAGE. BECAUSE FEDEX GAVE THE OTHER CUSTOMER HER NAME AND ADDRESS AND TOLD THE CUSTOMER TO RETRIEVE HER OWN PACKAGE! Declared the value as $1500 on the submission and sent Express tier. The card was graded a 9.5 and was sent back to me via FedEx with signature confirmation. Field LSR here, Anyone else being required to bring in two new forms of id for a new tsa level background check and "intake"? Manager couldn't provide me with any actual documentation. They're just going around asking employees in linehaul to make copies of personal documents that fedex already has on file. Any credibility to this? Ground already handles packages that go to Alaska and Hawaii, on airplanes, why do I now need tsa level clearance?

Based on what I'm seeing over at r/FedEx (specifically for the Whitsett and Kernersville locations), I know I'm not alone in asking what the **** is going on with FedEx rn. I've had at least 3 recent packages get delayed by as much as 2 weeks, just sitting at the Whitsett hub with no movement, no updates. And yes, I know we had huge ice and snow storms, but that doesn't seem to have affected UPS or USPS in the slightest... Anyone else dealing with this? Long story short: I bought some remanufactured injectors off of ebay for my 2014 Corolla after one of mine misfired... I know now that buying off ebay is a bad idea.. I am not a car person and rarely purchase stuff off of ebay, the shop actually recommended me to buy these although I was skeptical... After this experience, i just purchased new injectors from Toyota. The ebay seller is claiming the injectors I bought from them were swapped and is refusing a refund. My cargo has been stuck at a FedEx facility in Spokane for over a month with the status message: “Paperwork available for non-FedEx broker.” We have since requested FedEx to handle the customs clearance on our behalf, and all required documentation has been submitted. However, there have been no updates on the shipment. I have contacted the local center and sent them the requested documents, but the status has not changed.
