I knew the second my banking service said they were delivering my new card using FedEx I was going to run into problems. I NEVER have issues with USPS, UPS, Amazon etc. But FedEx… ALWAYS FEDEX. Mind you I have to pay for daily necessities. I owe money that I have to pay back. I can’t afford for my card to keep being delayed again and again. And it’s in the same city as me right now and since Wednesday, so what’s the issue? If I need to come to the factory or the truck or wherever the **** it is to pick it up myself, I will. I measured and weighed and printed a label using eBay shipping for fedex ground. When the package was delivered eBay charged me an additional $37 on top of the $15 I already paid for the label which made the total cost of shipping an 11lb package from SF TO AZ over $52. Plus a $20 handling fee. The package was dropped off at a FedEx location and I was given a receipt for the drop off. If it need ed more postage they should have told me that when I dropped it off and have it to a FedEx rep.

If you need another reason to **** FedEx please know their claim services is total trash. I shipped a package in early November and it had not arrived by December. I filed a claim in late December and followed up multiple times. Told over and over again that there "delays" in the claim service. I have given up at this point and just accepted the loss. I have used FJ for years to get from Tokyo to California. I have never had a fedex package stuck for five days. Am I right to assume the war is causing the delay due to sparsity of flights? What are the chances it’s lost delivery date already past

You can call 901-480-4000 and hit the "0" option to ask if your package is cleared or not by customs and while FedEx still isn't moving my package it's been cleared by customs since March 30th and there's still no movement out of Memphis. There is something wrong with the Memphis location and they are just blaming US customs. EDIT. I'm just posting this here so that FedEx customers know they can contact customs directly to figure out whether or not FedEx Is blatantly lying to them. Like they did to me.

seriously starting to feel like shipping is stuck in 2008 while everything else moved on for context, i order a lot online. mix of clothes, supplements, random tech stuff, even some subscriptions. nothing crazy but enough to notice patterns and every time it goes through the big carriers it’s the same experience: vague delivery windows like by end of day (cool… that’s a 12 hour window?) tracking that hasn’t updated in 24+ hours packages randomly marked “out for delivery” and then just… not delivered the classic we attempted delivery when i’ve literally been home all day and when something actually goes wrong? good luck you’re stuck in customer support loops, bot...

I finally took the plunge in ordered T. After lots of research I ordered through gimmie. The process itself was very easy. FedEx was supposed to deliver my package on Saturday, 2 day shipping - perfect! However, They claim they have an incorrect address. I checked my profile and the address is correct. Now my order is just sitting in limbo. I do not know if FedEx is going to try to re-deliver it today or return the. If they do, try to redeliver today the medication is useless it sat out in 90° weather now for an extra two days.

So my shipment left TN but came back 10 minutes later. Also the tracking number states all the items in my package so I know it went through customs. I called FedEx who couldn’t give me an answer at all. Told me to call back an hour later and keep calling to see if anyone knows why my package is stuck for no reason in Memphis. This is ridiculous!

Just whinging ... On Saturday I was supposed to get two packages, one from Illinois and the other from Pennsylvania. Both travel without issue (very quickly) from their origins but once they got to Atlanta they went sideways. First package was just about to get to my post office but then decided to pop up in Washington, DC. No were in its route before it got to ATL was it in DC, it came from Illinois with routing through Chicago. It says it is now in "Transit" but I feel it hasn't moved from DC for 2 days. The second package made it out for delivery but ended up with "No Access to Delivery Location" Alert. WTF, I guess that means \~250 units didn't ge...
