Anyone else having this issue with a package from hong Kong that’s stuck in “Label created”? It’s been around 12 days & this isn’t the only shipment I have that’s stuck like this.

I placed an online delivery order from BestBuy for a macmini a month ago. The packed was shipped via Fedex with signature required upon delivery. Something came up and I had to leave town so could not collect the package. Fedex tried to deliver it 3 times but failed as I was unavailable. I thought Fedex would return the package to sender that is BestBuy and I will receive a refund. However, few days passed the last delivery attempt, the delivery status changed to Delivered. I know customs can take up to 45 days but in the past my packages would be scanned every 2 days or so while waiting. No scans since March 30th. Should I be worried about the package being lost or is this normal?

When I called customer service several times, the automated response was telling me they can’t do anything about it because the package “has no delivery date but on its way”. I have around 70 slabs i'm ready to ship on home, from what I understand it goes through fedex. Have any of yall shipped that many slabs at once? I'm slightly concerned to ship that many at once for fear the package is "lost" in the mail. Considering breaking it into 2 or 3 smaller shipments. I am looking for a company that can receive a package sent from China via Fedex. I will just pick it up. All the companies I search, they provide redirection from China, but I have someone sent me the package from there. I just need a place to receive it in Paraguai.

Fedex was supposed to deliver a package to me that needed a signature. I tracked the package online and it said delivered and signed for by someone who I don't know and have never heard of. I enquired everywhere in my apartment and nobody had heard that name. Then I checked the picture of the signature from the tracking number page and it was a random scribble. My order from Gavivi has been stuck in red “clearance delay” status in Memphis since Tuesday. I’ve called and so has Gavivi and all FedEx says is it’s going through the customs process and there’s nothing to be done about it. I’m so bummed because it seems most people in the US get their packages within a day or two when using FedEx. Also worried something will happen and it’ll be seized in customs.
