FedEx 2x now has missed on delivering packages when im home because their drivers have not been given a building code and I have over the lad 2hrs been explained to by 3 dif customer support people that for legal liability reasons they can't give drivers building codes. Edit: I am still on hold with customer support, but was escalated to someone who said it is up tl each driver if they want to take on the legal liability for taking on the building code. And they will attempt for a package reattempt. But this whole situation is still extremely weird and frustrating. Like how else can packages be delivered to buildings with codes?
