Okay so a couple of months ago, in location: Massachusetts I received a package from the artificial intelligence company FRIEND. I did not order this item, and the only time I have engaged in anything was people targeting the advertisements in New York I just like a tweet about it. I ended up dming the company and said I was super freaked out and the guy said “you’re welcome” and never responded. I have since received multiple tariffs from fedex since the product came from canada. How can the company send me something internationally that I never ordered and then stick me with a bill for it????

Hello! I recently had an issue with a package from Yesstyle and I want to know if this has happened to anyone else so I can have a point of reference. I ordered from Yesstyle and the package was set to arrive four days ago via Fedex but it got stuck for a while as “package” available for clearance. I reached out to Fedex and customer service told me the package was damaged so I would need to reach out to Yesstyle to resend or refund the money. Are they generally good about this? I’m a little nervous because I’ve never used their customer service.

(this is for a cat) I get the supplements and food for my pup off of it(he has to have specific food to avoid vomiting and diarrhea. He's on kibble until he's a year old but does get raw toppers). So recently I sold something to this guy and once it arrived to his house, he stated that someone stole his package. I shipped with fedex and it provided a proof of delivery picture of my package I sent to them on their front door. Can they still file a refund to mercari and I lose my payout? Is it my responsibility because their package got stolen? This is the first time happening to me and I really dont know what to do.

I've been home all day and I get a notification that they couldn't deliver my package. Luckily that's what I expected because fedex never actually delivers packages. But this is truly amazing. A photo of a tag from inside the truck! I called customer service because I can't even have this package held at a fedex location. They also lied to me and said it wasn't delivered today because they were actually closed today. So why was it out for delivery and why a picture from inside a truck. Is fedex super cheap? Is that why so many businesses use them?

Minor OCI – Mail vs Appointment confusion (New York VFS) Hi, I applied OCI for my minor child using Application by Mail and already downloaded the FedEx shipping label. Later, I also scheduled a VFS New York appointment for OCI Application Verification, and now I’m confused. Do I still need to attend the appointment if I’m mailing documents?
