So for a little back story, I have had problems with UPS before, they have left brochures for a business out in the pouring rain without notifying anyone after being asked numerous times to come up the dirt driveway pictured below, they have delivered a computer to me that cost $4000 in shambles, the money came out of my pocket to fix it, new ram was needed, new case, & aio cooler, totaling in at around $700. Hello, I was hoping if you guys could help me out. I'm on the process of returning my GPU through warranty and they have accepted my RMA ticket and have sent me a prepaid fedex label and a commercial invoice. When it came time to hand it over to fedex they told me that the TAX ID needs to be filled in on the commercial invoice. This left me confused as I have literally never dealt with this before. They could not accept my package because of it. Has anyone else dealt with this? What was the solution? FedEx tracking doesn’t have any information, as far as I’m aware they haven’t received the package. I ordered at 10am on Friday, and again as far as I’m aware only the shipping label was created. On the Asus website it says “Complete” under the tracking number, there’s links for “Print All Shipments” and “Track this shipment”. So does that mean it’s shipped and FedEx just isn’t displaying any information? The Shop app says it’s arriving Wednesday, and it doesn’t have any other information either.

Hi everyone, I have been waiting on a Revelot Terra 38 Nishikigoi that allegedly shipped out on February 5th. It’s been in shipment **** since then and I’m getting extremely annoyed with the massive 1+ month delay on this $600 watch. I’m seriously worried about it being lost and having to do a chargeback or request a refund. Connecting FedEx hasn’t helped and Revelot have assured me it’s cleared customs but it just seems like it is not moving at all. Has anyone else had issues ordering watches from them? Or with FedEx in general?

My package finally came. Good thing I came outside when the FedEx guy showed up. The box was a little beat, and when I got the box, I almost thought Dragonite wasn't in there to the point I nearly was going to run outside and ask what happened. I will say though that I thought maybe he'd be a bit bigger, but it's not a big deal. Also you can see that my Alolan Exeggutor plush towers over him. Might show off my collection later when I have time. But for now, I'm just relived I got my package.

this was my first time ordering and having fedex be the shipping company. i ordered a new console, a ps5 because i thought I wouldnt have the free time to go pick it up for personal reasons, but i havent gotten an update on the package in almost a week. i tried calling but obviously was talking to a robot who helped me submit a ticket two days ago, and yet i still havent gotten a single update since the 4th. should i try to get through to a representative or just wait a little longer? please help!!

When the package from FedEx was delivered, My wife signed for it and opened it up. There was no phone inside. The only thing in there was a trade in kit for my s23. I've never had this happen. Long story short, this was supposed to be delivered on Friday, didn't show up, got this message at 6:30 when the truck was never even in my neighborhood or outside my house. I was home all day and I worked from home and could see right out the window. The truck was never here. I called in; they said they'd make a case. This was on Friday; they said it would be re-delivered on Monday. Now it's Monday and my app still looks like this. I have a business that I have delivered to multiple times a week for about 6 months. Today they received an especially large and heavy box, and upon attempting the delivery at the usual location they refused, insisted I couldn't walk through their building to deliver it where they wanted. Instead I was firmly told to go back out the front door, walk around the entire building, wait for them, and place it where I was told. After delivery, they wanted to discuss delivery locations going forward.
