FedEx Tracking

Whenever a package is shipped with FedEx my heart sinks because I know it’s going to arrive a week or more after FedEx says it’s going to arrive. It happens every time. I’ve watched as a package sent with two day shipping sat for days each step of the way, finally getting here a week and a half late. If other’s experiences are even half as bad as mine, how is there not a class action lawsuit against FedEx for false advertising?

I don't understand why. Why damage a package so badly. Why open the package to damage it. How did someone look at this and think it could be delivered. The product inside the outer package has a boot mark on it The box inside has been damaged. This is for a breastpump so I cannot check the condition of it inside if I want to exchange it for another. I am in the process of getting an exchange approved but may not get it done in time. I don't trust the product inside to be salvageable since the package was opened and damaged.

So I ordered 9 items from SHEIN like a week ago and I paid for express shipping and my package was gonna be through FedEx Today my package was scheduled for delivery and at 2 pm driver delivered one package I was actually going somewhere so didn’t get to open it til I got back home and when i opened it I only got 2 out of 9 items the delivery driver only delivered one package The thing is all the 9 items I ordered has the same tracking number so it shows delivered for all of them but I did not get all of them I did contact SHEIN but they told me they have to do an investigation on it and it will take 4 to 5 days has anyone had this happen before if so did you receive the rest of the ...

I finally got the job for being a Package Handler in FedEx Ground I think since our HR lady gave us our schedule. I am kind of nervous but excited too.But my schedule says 4pm until finished,what does it mean?

ordered something a few days ago with 2 day shipping and it’s stuck in california. supposed to be here yesterday but i never got an update and now it saying delivery updated. does anyone know if there’s anything i can do now? or how long i should expect to wait?

Just seeing if anyone else has had this issue. I recently moved and changed my address but got an email from FedEx saying a package was being delivered to my old address with my name. I thought it was weird because I hadn’t ordered anything. Anyway, I rerouted the package to a pickup location closer to me. I went in today to go see what it was and the guy at the counter said someone with my ID already came by and signed for it and picked it up. Anyone ever deal with these or have an idea on the next steps to take?

I’ve got a pair of Kobe’s coming from KB Sneakers. Package was received stateside but hasn’t cleared customs. I got a voicemail from FedEx saying package needs a declaration form or something. Has anyone gone through this?

I’m stuck in a weird FedEx/eBay loop and hoping someone here has dealt with this before. I shipped an item using a FedEx label purchased directly through eBay. The package has been stuck in U.S. customs for almost a month and still hasn’t cleared yet. Before delivery, the buyer opened a return request (instead of a INR, don't know why), and to avoid issues I fully refunded the buyer. My package is clearly lost and FedEx won’t help. They will only deal with the seller who will not intervene until 2 weeks. 😩 This is a vinyl record - so I’m pretty sure my flat cardboard package is stuck to the bottom of a truck and no one has noticed it and is just stepping over it repeatedly. Someone just look down and pick it up!!! It was supposed to be delivered Friday. Then Saturday. Now they’re just like 🤷🏻‍♀️. 😡

This was deleted from the files, found in Jmail. It is a conversation between attorneys discussing their findings. Looks like the website "ArtofWomen.com" may have been a front to traffic aspiring models. Fedex records are apparently telling.

FedEx held onto a package of mine because of a supposed address problem that they’ve since admitted was their error. The package has been sitting in a facility 5 miles away from me since January 27. They won’t deliver it and won’t let me pick it up. I’ve called 5 times and spoken with 4 representatives and 2 supervisors. Each one promises some kind of progress, and every single person has failed to follow through. I am completely at a loss. How the actual f\*ck can I get a resolution? Their customer service is horrendous.

Hello, back in August I received a package from Japan containing some blankets and tools. All items were declared of Japanese origin, and the package value was $700. The package was received 8/19/25 and delivered on 8/22/25, a week before the end of the de-minimus exemption on packages valued at $800+. I recently received a mailed invoice from FedEx seeking ~$110 in duties, which appear to be end of de-minimus related (The duties are assessed at 15% of the package's value and paperwork mentions IEEPA). Ordered a jacket with OVERNIGHT SHIPPING January 28, & it shipped out January 29. It’s February 10 and I still have not received my package. Tried having it rerouted, that caused a delay. Not sure what to do to get my package as the facility it’s at doesn’t have a pickup counter.

Hail Mary here… but is anyone here a FedEx driver in Halifax? I’ve been trying to get my package for the last two days and keeps getting returned to the office… and only have one more attempt tomorrow before it’s sent back. Would love to figure out how best to catch the driver before they leave. Thanks!
