I think Fedex stole my package! This was supposed to arrive tomorrow but upon checking the tracking, I was surprised to see that it was already delivered yesterday! I sent a ticket and asked for proof of delivery and they showed a document that it was signed by a certain “P.Paswal” and no one with that name in our neighborhood! I've been trying to mail a package for a few days, and every time I go in the woman at the counter (who is not one of the folks I usually see there) has said the system is down and should be up in an hour. I swear FedEx is absolute garbage. I don't live far from Memphis so why is this the route the package is taking? Also I have to have the hold onsite or they will just refuse to drive down my road because it's gravel.

I have been waiting impatiently for my 3 packages. 1 arrived in 7 days (usually it takes 4 days). 2nd package arrived a week later. 3rd package (master) is still in Singapore and can’t leave cuz it’s waiting for the babies packages to arrive….. If they had just connected the baby packages to the master packages and send them all at once like they usually do, we wouldn’t be having this problem. Today I was expecting a package from Amazon. It was something I needed for the weekend, so I was vigilant with thier delivery truck arriving. However I was busy with other things in my room. They ended up going right by my house. Now mind you I live in a crowded multiple townhouse area, so it is confusing to get the right place. I ordered an iPhone directly from Apple on Thursday, April 17th. It took about 2 business days to go from Nashville, Tennessee to Mississauga, Ontario. Once it arrived in Mississauga on Tuesday, April 21st, at 8:23am, it told me it is “available for clearance.” It is now Tuesday, April 28th, at 7:40pm, and i’ve not received a single update about the package. I don’t usually order stuff internationally, is this common? Should i be concerned that Canadian Customs hasn’t made a decision on my package for over 5 business days?

Hi All! Have any of you had issues with Killstar before? I finally recently decided to get some things from them, originally placing the order on 4/03 and this didn’t ship out until 4/11. I STILL haven’t received the package, the issue was that my address was entered “incorrectly” when it was entered correctly TWICE. They now authorized a return to sender without contacting me first to fix their issue and FedEx could no longer help me to route the package back to me. Why even offer the option to sign for packages digitally in the tracker if you're just gonna stick up a door tag anyway? Once I would think is a mistake, but it keeps happening. In fact, I don't think it has ever actually worked. So why even have the option?
