FedEx Tracking

This package was delivered by FedEx to the mail room of a 62+ community. It was a fireplace, no doubt weighing 100+ pounds. The recipient lived on the first floor. Pure laziness. Not only does this block residents from accessing their mailbox, but this also puts others' health at risk trying to move it. Do better, FedEx.

I’m so frustrated. I finally pulled the trigger in November. Lead time was 1-2 weeks, that turned out to be a lie and it was several weeks backordered. Frustrating, but I could figure it out. I received notification that a package was out for delivery earlier this morning. At 6:08 pm I received a text that there was a weather delay. Sure, we've had some rain today but it's still 40 degrees here and it's not rained for 2 hours. There is no reason they shouldn't make the delivery as promised.

I initiated the process to switch from AT&T to Verizon 2 weeks ago. Ordered a phone online, came with $300 gift card. My experience since then: \- the gift card redemption is buried in the fine print with a link to a page that doesn’t exist \- the phone could not be picked up at a store, only shipped \- the shipment required a signature. I have a shipment of expensive, important medicine that was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today. Tracking shows it was last scanned in Tennessee at 5pm yesterday and nothing since. I am in Maine. It is nearly 6pm and still no meds. Customer service keeps saying it will still be delivered today but Im having a hard time believing that. They also told me this afternoon that someone would be calling me about my package within an hour or so but its been 6 hours and no call or meds. What are the chances that my package of expensive, temperature sensitive meds will still come today "before 8pm"?

To set the scene and provide context, I work in Los Angeles, CA in what can be described as an office park. This office park consists of 7 buildings with probably somewhere between 150-200 units between all the buildings. and CS told me that when fed ex saw what fed ex told to write on the package they would indeed return the package to the sender.. Well..they didnt and the package was delivered. Now what?

Is this a common scenario? Ordered an iPhone off the website, and chose store pickup option. Stalked online status, finally said SHIPPED 4 days after order (vs. being promised for pickup 4 days). This is my first time returning something to Audeze (Maxwells OG) and they sent me pretty clear instructions but they are requiring direct signature and I was planning on sending the package via USPS the most cheaper option because I have to pay for shipping. I don’t know if USPS has Direct Signature. I dealt alot with USPS on the past but nothing about direct signature. Can someone that knows about this help me or people that has returned headphones to Audeze tell me which shipping carrier is best and affordable to ship the Maxells. Back in November 2025 I ordered a racing wheel shifter from a company located in Spain, and FedEx was used to ship it to me in the US. On December 15th the package was ready to ship and a shipping label was created by the seller, but for reasons unknown to me something went wrong and the seller had to immediately cancel the shipment and create a new, second shipping label with a new tracking number. Last week FedEx delivered a package for my address, but not my name. This package weighs 110lbs (what the box said) and is both too big and too heavy to just bring to a FedEx office to take care of. I’ve tried opening 2 separate tickets with the bot that doesn’t understand this issue (had to open second ticket after 1st one magically closed). What do I do? I’m not just gonna take it, cause it’s not mine. And it’s too big to deal with on my own. Every time I try to call, I get stuck at the bot that says it can’t find the tracking number on the box even though it works to get me the shipment info. Is there a way to actually get them to help me?

I had 3 packages from 3 different vendors arriving in one delivery. None of the packages were delivered to my home and the photo “proof” was not my house. I honestly want to know HOW do they not deliver to correct address? Can’t they read? Three packages from 3 different vendors all with my address and they all get delivered to the wrong address. I have 38 homes on my street. I drove up and down and the photo doesn’t match any of them. Also, they should take better proof photos. You get such a small sampling of where they were dropped.

I'm a daily Fedex shipper both shipping and receiving, I'm the bus. owner. I issued a a call tag monday for a package Fed delivered late last week, was supposed to be p/u yesterday. Today no evidence I ever issued such. 20 mins on the phone with tech with a representative who spoke utter jibberish, English but nonsensical, then a supervisor who was very kind and clear but found nothing. I reissued call tag and printed the RETURN TRANSACTION RECORD. For the last year, FedEx ground has been leaving my packages at the end of my sidewalk (about 12-15ft from my front door). I've put up with it, but a month ago, we had high winds, and two of the 3 packages FedEx delivered one day were lightweight and blew down the sidewalk. I got a text from 47173 number mentioning Halsted Financial a debt collector. Text mentioning "Outstanding balance of $3000 for your Personify (First electronic bank, then mention current creditor)". But NO details of debt other than who's the current creditor is. **I cannot tell if this is phishing scam or real debt collection due to my previous debt collector attempt.
