FedEx Tracking

I ordered a large and somewhat expensive suitcase via Prime at a major discount last week (based on the 3 camels, it was the lowest it's ever been) . It's been sitting at a Fedex warehouse mid-shipping for several days. The price has now gone back up to normal. Should I just wait it out and hope that it eventually starts moving again? Is there any way I can have someone at Amazon contact Fedex to figure it out? Or is there any way to get Amazon to reship at the price I paid?

How does a package get delivered when an address doesn't exist? Wouldn't it stay at the FedEx location?

I’ve been buying albums and magazines, and a lot have been arriving damaged from poor packaging choices. I cannot figure out the logic of sending a jewel case CD in a large envelope with no bubble wrap or a magazine with no protection flailing about in an oversized fedex box. these are from sellers with hundreds of positive reviews and I’m very non-confrontational so at first I felt bad raising an issue, but when ive initiated the returns for damaged items Mercari refunds me and tells me to keep the item. are the sellers still getting paid and that’s why they don’t care about the condition the item arrives in? if not, any other insight as to why they’re avoiding bubble wrap or any ...

Hi all - Going for a moonshot here! A package was delivered to the wrong building in Sunnyvale (I suspect DT) by Fedex yesterday after 4pm. I'd been waiting for almost a month. It's just a crib mattress for my infant who is rapidly outgrowing his bassinette. The delay was already causing a headache and now Fedex messing up has added to the headache. The picture is terrible but it's all I have - looks like a Luxor or something. Any clue where this is? I suspect someone might know if they live in this complex. I'd appreciate a DM or something if you know :). I will message the building leasing office to arrange a pick-up if the location is found. Thanks all!

I actually have two questions: \- The first line implies (to me at least) that the package arrived in Basel today at 11:26am local time. Since this equates to 03:26am Calgary time this is obviously impossible. So why would they word it like this and not show me where it actually is? \- This leads me to my second question: Does anybody have any idea which route my packet will likely take between Calgary and Basel? Mostly venting here, 2.5 weeks ago I filed a claim to have my device replaced due to a damaged USBC port. I was supposed to receive the replacement 15 days ago, the tracking hasn't been updated in 17 days. 11 days ago I was informed that a "specialized team" was working with FedEx to figure out the package status. I've since chatted with a representative twice and gotten the same response. What a freaking headache, is this normal?

So I am suppose to recive a package from China through FedEx which I had ordeed since Feb 2026 and finally got the tracking for it, but today I checked its stuck I suppose, this is the message mentioned - **Your package is impacted due to events out of our control e.g. dangerous weather or other local restrictions. We'll update the delivery date as soon as the package starts to move again.** But how likely will I receive it considering the current situation, and has anyone recived there packages from abroad? I’m losing my mind here. I’ve contacted FedEx multiple times. The first person mentioned they had the necessary paperwork to move my package along (this was last week). The second person said they needed the “FDA Prior Notice” paperwork sent from the shipper/manufacturer (I've been talking back and forth with the product manager who sent my package; they sent all the required documentation with my shipment.
