FedEx Tracking

This is not the first time that FedEx has delivered our packages to the wrong address. Luckily, we have honest neighbors, and they'll bring the package to us. However, this one rates as the worst experience ever. For starters, the tracking number shows the package being delivered between the hours of 8 - 12:30, but the package actually showed up closer to 7pm. But that's not the worst part. The order consisted of some silver and gold that my wife had purchased. The order required a signature by MY WIFE. got a package delivered today to my terrible neighbors instead of my address, confirmed via the delivery photo I got. by the time we were able to go over, it was not on the porch and the lady who answered said that she dropped it off at the post office without checking the name or address printed on the box. it all seemed very sketch and like an obvious lie but if for WHATEVER REASON she is telling the truth- does anyone know what happens to a package given to the post office that was originally shipped by FedEx? we are going to go by in the morning and talk to the post office but I’m just wondering, would they just keep the package there or actually try and deliver it? Just need to vent. I triggered last night to prepare for my third IUI tomorrow morning and although my vials were supposed to arrive today, the package is delayed and won’t be delivered until Monday. I feel so defeated.

I love spending the whole day trapped hostage in my home waiting for a package that never gets delivered. I really love watching the truck drive around my neighborhood on the tracking map and then see it leave town back to what I presume is the sorting location, but I am most in love with having the customer service number not recognize the tracking number that it first told me I was calling about. How does this company stay in business? Stop. Using. FedEx.

I purchased the $450 deal for a Pixel 10 and the Visible+ Pro annual plan. I wanted to port my number before receiving the phone, so that I could close a family plan without losing the number. They helped me activate on my old phone and port. So far so good. The problem came when I was not home when FedEx came to sign for the phone. No big deal right? I'll just pick it up at the distribution center. However, packages requiring signatures apparently also don't allow in-person pick up. So I been tardy 4 days past this last 30 day period and I received my 4th write up early this morning. Package is supposedly going to a facility close to me. they are 3 hours apart. It’s been 24 hours since it has “departed” the facility in maryland. I also don’t even know when it’s going to be delivered now as it has been delayed 3 times.

I sent the PAssport of my kid for renewal to Seattle office by Fedex. The package got delivered on Nov 25. I dint got update till now. I made a call to customer care rep and waited for 45 mins to talk to Customer care Rep. they gave one complaint id and said it will be rsolved by 36 hours. I ordered a couch online to be delivered to me in Chicago, Illinois. It was shipped from Georgia, USA, then traveled all the way to Los Angeles, CA. It's currently in Kansas. Doesn't this seem like a huge cost for FedEx to be hauling a couch basically all the way across the country, just to bring it right back? The fuel, the hours of the employees, etc. It seems very inefficient. I am very curious as to why it would need to be sent through LA as part of the route.

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here has experience with OrangeConnex or similar international shipping services. My package was shipped from Japan to the US and is tracked through OrangeConnex, not directly by FedEx. According to the tracking history, it arrived in Memphis and hasn’t moved for 9 days, still showing “In Transit.” What worries me is that shipping was prepaid, and the Ebay seller stated that all duties/taxes were included in the price (DDP). So I ordered a new S25 Ultra with the black friday deal and incorrectly input my address. I just moved here so I scrambled 2 digits without realizing. Example, I put 475 and it should have been 745 for the house number. A couple issues here besides the obvious, I'm in a more rural area, and 475 isn't even a house number. There is a 485, 494, 450.
