What happening on Social Media right now for FedEx Malaysia!...Latest Community Discussions About FedExDelivering on the wrong day, despite doing everything we were told to10h agoThrowaway account as I'm not a redditor, that's why that's my name lol. **Summary of events:** My partner and I ordered 850 bucks worth of items from wayfair. We didn't do it ourselves. We were in a customer service chat asking if we could guarantee a delivery date for the items. We are moving and we wanted these items shipped directly to the apartment once we got the keys (we have no access yet). They explained that they would place a "vacation hold". They acted like this was a service they provided. They said that THEY would place this hold. Now, I know we have to do it through Fedex. I was frustrated that I was misled but understood. So we went to Fedex and... [OTHER] Waited 6 months for the Official KCD II Sword. After a lost shipment, I finally received this... Is this normal?10h agoHi everyone, long-time fan from China here. I’m sharing this because I’m honestly exhausted and heartbroken. I ordered the **Official KCD II Sir Radzig’s Sword** from Wulflund back in September last year. It was meant to be the centerpiece of my new home. However, the journey was a nightmare. The first shipment was lost during transit in the Netherlands. For the past 6 months, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of emails between FedEx and Wulflund. This happened during the most hectic time of my life—I became a father last July. Between changing diapers, warming milk, working, and overseeing the renovation of our new home, I had to find the energy to track down this lost package.... How is the weather in Memphis and Indy affecting shipments already east?11h agoI ordered something from Nevada, to be shipped to NC. Initially it was supposed to be delivered 4/27. It’s in Kernersville NC, going to Durham NC. Kernersville is an hour west of Durham. We’re 700 miles from Memphis. What gives? package I sent was switched with someone from another country during customs or the delivery process.11h agohttps://preview.redd.it/c99jiimu9zxg1.jpg?width=1206&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7135f9adcd0a4f19a7829f7b738ff91bc2a2a6b5 Hello, I am a Korean living in South Korea. I apologize if my English isn't very good. I sent a package from Korea to the United States on April 15 and it arrived at Indianapolis Airport on April 17. Customs requested information about my items and detained them for 10 days, but I sent them the information and had the items cleared customs. The problem starts here. After clearing customs, the item arrived at a FedEx facility near Cincinnati where the recipient lives, but it was not delivered due to an incorrect address. I inform... Shipped this morning. I have high amounts of hopium that it arrives early12h agoWarranty13h agoI filed a solicitude for my camera replacement and the motherboard of my printer, my printer's warranty will end soon and it seems Anycubic is waiting for my warranty to end to charge me, they say they send it to fedex but they're not sending it Inquiry About Shipping Clothing Items as a Gift Internationally14h ago Hi everyone, I want to ask if anyone has experience shipping clothes (Adidas jackets, not original/fake) to Latin America using carriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Did your package arrive without problems, or was it stopped by customs? It’s just 2 lightweight jackets for personal use, not for selling. I will send it as a gift. Any advice or experience would be really helpful 🙏 "White glove" service14h agohttps://preview.redd.it/h5fm7huk8yxg1.jpg?width=1452&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=755c65e7aac0c420f8ba1f2b5a12efa7f4c3784f We order frequently from a company that pays extra for FedEx's White Glove Service. That's the door to our delivery room to the right there, for which they have an entry code. The door with the notice to not dump the packages out in the parking lot like this, with additional contact info in case they need assistance. This soggy pile is not the first or fifth or even tenth time they have just left our delivery outside. I have lodged numerous complaints through FedEx and been told each time to "rest assured this won't happen again.... Package not moving15h agoI ordered on Friday had them do two day delivery and it just missed the delivery window and hasn’t been scanned in two days. Does anyone know what i should do? Wait another day or try and file a claim. Skye customer service said it takes 2 buisness days for fedex so it wouldnt have come on the delivery date or something. Update Escalated by calling fedex let them know its ‘research supplies’ they said theyll contact bloomington location ‘where it was last scanned’ Catch up on what happened this week in Logistics: April 21-2715h agoHey everyone, If it's your first time reading one of my posts, I break down the top logistics news from the past week, so you're always up to date. Typo in Service Disruption Email15h agoGood morning! I wanted to let you know that I saw a typo in a service disruption email that was sent out. I wasn’t sure where would be appropriate to share this, so I thought I’d post it here. Incelment weather lol. To the VIVOSUN Cheerleaders here- I was robbed, no replacement, no discount15h agoI posted a couple days ago asking if VIVOSUN had ever robbed anybody, and I got such an overwhelming positive response about the company that I deleted the post a day later. Well, they screwed me, and you all must be brand affiliates. The bottom line? NO REPLACEMENT OF ITEM THAT NEVER MADE IT TO FEDEX AND ABSOLUTELY NO DISCOUNT. They made labels for everything, and sent all of it to FedEx except one 500w light. 11 days after purchase they agree it is lost, but since I PAID EXTRA for Seel protection, they told me to kick rocks and get a refund. Well that doesn’t help much because now I have to buy the light WITHOUT A DISCOUNT I HAD BEFORE. VIVOSUN has horrible customer service, never resp...
