Replacement Ultra V3 Came In So quick backstory, ordered the ultra v3 via best buy (previously posted about that here - great experience) and after about a month, the cpu fan header on the motherboard (b850) gave out - reached out to customer support and they went above n beyond sorting out an advanced replacement This happened right before christmas - support walked me through how to re-route the cpu fan header to the additional sys fan slot - in order to allow me to continue gaming - they walked me through setting the fan curves and ensured temps were good Once i was unblocked from using the pc - support helped me get a replacement. Can someone who drives for FedEx explain to me why my packages on Wed and Thur were delayed due toa weather delay?????? I can understand today...sort of since UPS managed to deliver packages today but FedEx couldn't seem to deliver out to the country at all the past 3 days? We won't even go into why the FedEx guys can't read to leave packages in a box by the door while the UPS and post carrier can read the sign about where to leave packages. Yes, I'm feeling a little salty about a 3rd day in a row "weather delay" from Grand Forks when the packages have been in Grand Forks AND ON THE TRUCK.

Hello! I have an international package from Japan coming to the US, and I just got the email that it's coming on Monday (MLK day). I live in an apartment and my front office handles packages before I can pick them up. However the office will be closed and won't be taking packages. Is there anyway I can have the package delayed by a day? I'm scared that if a deliver attempt fails they package will be sent back to Japan 😵‍💫

So I’m starting at fedex next week but I’m wondering how many hours can we usually work per week? I’m asking because I have another job and would like this one as my side.

Id like to follow the packages progress and delivery to the shipper so that i have evidence that the package was delivered and accepted by shipper.

Package was sent via overnight first delivery on 1/14. This package only had to travel from Los Angeles to the Bay Area (about 350 miles) Got arrival scan in Oakland same night and then nothing since. Have been told different things each time I reached out to support. I filed a claim and was contacted to get contents description but even that agent didn’t sound optimistic. One agent told me my item was located but the next agent told me it was as good as lost. This is a very important package and I’m at a loss of what to do. Any advice or insights would be much appreciated

I moved into my apartment about a year ago and for the first 7 months or so everything was chill. One day I get back home from work excepting a package. It wasn’t at the main door like it usually would be. So I run around the apartment to find that they had left my package at the side door that has no camera and someone had taken all my items out of the package and left the box. I called management but they couldn’t do anything about it because there were no cameras in that area and I didn’t know who had done it. Hi there, I ordered a Christmas gift from Japan, and it was held in Memphis for a customs delay. Worked with the shipper and FedEx to get that sorted out, and was relieved to see that the package left Memphis. It reached the recipient’s state (Massachusetts) on Monday, 1/12, was scanned in to the local FedEx facility on Wednesday, 1/14, so I thought it would be out for delivery by today (Friday, 1/16). But now there’s a notation “clearance in progress”. What kind of clearance would this be? Any idea why it would be held up again? This is my first customs rodeo, so I appreciate any help you more experienced people can offer!

I am waiting for a package, and I already paid the customs clearance costs. Yet somehow my card just got charged €5,71 with no given reason? Ik have never used FedEx before, so I don't know if this is normal, but I've never had this with other shipping companies. I don't remember giving permission either, is it even legal to do this? All I've done is change the delivery date from today to monday (package was originally supposed to arrive yesterday but it just didn't, for whatever reason). And of course they do this **** on a Friday night so I can't even call costumer service until monday.

I urgently need an item for a research project and have ordered it through our supplier- they said they will ship it on Friday for saturday overnight delivery. However, our university normally does not have a security guard to accept Saturday deliveries. Would my best bet be to 1. Call fedex and have it hold at the local fedex office instead of attempting delivery when I get the tracking information? What's the best way to approach this? 2. Attempt to recieve the package myself somehow? I have access to the building but I'm not sure how I would know when to accept the package or if fedex would even attempt it. I had an order from Sam’s Club that was supposed to be delivered last Saturday but got delayed. The tracking stated the customer was unavailable or business closed. Odd since there was not signature required and they’ve left Sam’s packages on my porch several times. On Monday they delayed it again saying that they were unable to find my address. This one really had me scratching my head as they’re literally out here at least once every two weeks or so and there is a reflective green sign at the bottom is my driveway with the street number on it. Had a scheduled delivery for yesterday of a package requiring signature. Left work early because of this and the package never came. Called FedEx last night at 8:00 pm and they said it would still be there.. WRONG. Called them 6 times since 7:30 am today and not one person can verify it’s even on the truck. I’ve NEVER had this issue with UPS. How difficult is it to tell the driver, STOP and verify you have the package in your truck. The escalation team said they may have to wait until the driver comes back at 3:00 pm to verify if it’s on his vehicle? I’m sorry.. WTF!

Hi! Just wanted to ask about shipping Honey to Philippines from USA. The total value of the honey is less than $100 and it comes in 4 storage, 100ml per storage. Question is, will it be allowed and what should I expect as the receiver of the package? Should it be expressed shipping by air or by sea. Sorry I really dont have any idea its my firs time ordering internationally and would really appreciate any insight.

I received my package on time . ...along with 3 other packages from other people around my community that I HAD to go and deliver because they were nowhere near me and it is unfair for people to think their packages are lost and go arounf like crazy asking. So are you gonna pay me for doing your driver's job? If someone does not like working on deliveries, why do it? We shouldn't pay the price of their lack of professionalism.

I’m trying to grab a package before it goes on a truck. usually the sorting facility has a ship center attached to allow this scenario. where is the Vegas facility i can address it there and pick it up right when they open? 7000 W Post Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89113 Is what I think it is, but anyone know better?

I'm shipping a Fed Ex tube and large-sized box to the same international address. I want to do this a single shipment, but when I add packages, it's only allowing me to select one package type from the drop down menu, then change the weight for each package. I don't see the option to select 'packages are not identical' anywhere. What am I missing here? I also want to create a single commercial invoice and include it in both packages, listing the contents of both packages, but I'm not sure if that's allowed... Thanks!

Ok I ordered FREEing 1/4 Akeno bunny, and 25th anniversary Miku,, and I’m obsessing over UniUni even having the chance to touch them. I’ve read countless horror stories about UniUni and considering both of my packages are in the biggest box category and priced at 400$ both I’m thinking FedEx will deliver.
