I have sent a package from Turkey to China. There’s “clearance delay” today, the package is in the Guangzhou hub - FedEx emailed me commanding to contact FedEx. Is there any email I can contact them in english, not chinese? I would also want to have all my contacts recorded - and email is the best option. Thank you so much!

I live very close to Memphis. Why would my package go from Memphis to New Jersey instead of directly to me?? New Jersey is nowhere near where I live.

Long story short kind of. Early December I tried switching to Verizon for the free iPhone 17 pro max. I was bringing over 4 lines so 4 free phones. First order gets cancelled for possible fraud. Second order goes through. FedEx loses my package. Verizon investigates and requests that if phones are found to return to sender. This is within a span of 2 weeks so I’ve grown extremely frustrated and impatient. Verizon states they have received their phones at the warehouse and I get an email that the 4 phones have been returned and got my money back. Ordered a watch movement from hongkong, entry got denied the first time and got sent back. They shipped it out again but has been stuck at “departed fedex hub” for 3 days. Also was weird it got scanned in Japan after it arrived in Memphis.

My package had a scan that says "delivery exception, barcode label unreadable and replaced, and then is out for delivery today on a SUNDAY, which is totally strange for me, is this normal? Should i be worried about anything?

I've seen other questions in this sub with similar but slightly different situations. I live in a city where the chance of my package being porch pirated is high. I had a pair of crocs delivered to my work to help mitigate this, however my work is closed on Sundays. Normally, every other shipping company would simply retry the delivery when a business is closed, like FedEx or USPS. Crocs uses OneTrac, which proceeded to deliver my package to the front door of my closed workplace. I watched cameras, and it was stolen less than an hour later. It's for $450 headphones. I live in an apartment building in NYC that has had multiple porch pirate incidents and do not want to risk these getting stolen as typically with packages they will just leave it downstairs in a general "collection" area or in front of the apartment door. (neither very secure, obviously). Ideally they would arrive while I'm at home and I do work remotely from my bedroom but there's no guarantee I won't be on a call or something and not able to collect it immediately upon delivery.

I had a package from Fedex scheduled for Saturday. It never even goes out for delivery. then at about 3pm it updates to "Customer Not Available or Business Closed" I have a 24/7 Security camera. they did not even enter my street. Then I get emails saying they attempted but I wasn't there. I was home all day. My only guess is this was a weather delay but why mark it as "Customer Not Available or Business Closed" Is that normal for them to mark weather delays that way? The package is in my city. and we did have snow the other day but the roads are clear now and plowed and salted. So I wouldn't think a weather delay would be needed today
