FedEx Tracking

Hi recently had a package delivered to my old apartment. I have contacted the company and FedEx and unfortunately no one can help me out. Which I get this is my mistake. I would like the package, and was thinking about writing a note to the new residents and mailing it to them to ask them to either call me so I can get it or drop it off at FedEx. Is that weird? I don’t want to go to the door uninvited.

I have no clue what’s going on, I couldn’t sign for my package so I requested it to be left at a location, since the first attempt is has been “out for delivery” is it lost? I’ve been expecting a 2 part $1000 package for weeks. They were sent out together traveled together and once at the TX hub Dallas they separated. One was delivered next day like scheduled. For those of you that had your applications for proof of citizenship returned to you for any reason, can you tell me how long it was between your submission and receiving the returned package? Driver drove straight by my house, I even took a picture of the truck at the end of my street after. Was sitting next to the door, there was no attempt to deliver. Couldn’t even be bothered to get out of the truck and leave a door tag. This is not the first time that this fedex depot has given me problems. In the past they’ve forged my signature on signature-required packages and just left them by my door, and they find any and every excuse to not deliver packages. I can’t sit at home all day waiting for a delivery, and i can’t control how these packages are shipped. Beyond frustrated at this point.

I received a faulty laptop from an Amazon seller last year (I know, I’ve learned my lesson). When purchasing, I didn’t realise that the item would be shipped from America. When it got here, it kept shutting down at random intervals, so I wanted to return it. In this day and age of online ordering and delivery, it seems there is never a way to tell what company is doing the shipping until after you make the order and pay for it. Then (failure sound) you realize it is FedEx which means you will never get your shipment. There should be a law/rule or SOMETHING that informs you what service is shipping your product, because we ALL KNOW THAT IF IT IS FEDEX, ODDS ARE, YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE PACKAGE.

I don't know if anyone else has delt with something like this but it's becoming unbearable. I live in a downtown apartment building that has a key box for vendors to access. DHL and FedEx are able to follow the instructions to enter no problem however UPS has consistently just slapped a sticker on the door and either send it to a pick up location or reschedule the delivery. the best I can do in the app is to provide the code for the key box and when I called the UPS customer service line they didn't say much. Does anyone know a way to fix this so UPS does not keep messing up my package deliveries?

Hey guys, So, I’ve had a package stuck in Miami since 03/05/2026, and it hasn't moved since. I’ve called Customer Service (CS), and not a single soul can explain what is going on down there. Could anyone who works for FedEx let me know what’s happening? Is this something usual? I sent 7 boxes; 6 of them arrived at my warehouse, but 1 of them didn't make it to shipping. It’s the most important one because of the value of the items inside. Please, if someone could let me know if they are having maintenance or something, it would be much appreciated. Anyway, I was communicating via email quite regularly; responses within hours, which is impressive for a relatively small company. Then, when I sent through the tracking info and which address I was returning to - I was given two and based on being from the UK was told to send to to Canadian PO Box - communication died.
