What do you do when FedEx loses your package, marks it delivered and signed for but the signature I don’t know. I contacted FedEx as soon as I got the message that it was delivered, I had to file a claim. Sold a gaming console on eBay and USPS lost my package and the claim was for over $400. The claim on Dec 12th was marked as paid and it is now Dec 29th and I haven’t received a check yet. How long does it typically take for those who have filed a claim to receive their check? Do they actually send it via USPS letter mail or do they send it via FedEx etc when it’s over a certain dollar amount? I feel like I should have received it by now but also it is the holidays.

Ive ordered over 100 reps over the years, and i never had a TD “triangle” ship into NJ US then to my address in NY. “Label created out of NJ” I can only assume this is for the TD to consolidate shipments into US to save money? Ordered a Watch from Japan to Germany. It ended up in the France hub, as expected. But then it took a weird detour to Newark an now Memphis? Wth it has literally been next door already. Will FedEx pay for the additional import tax? This is so frustrating

Very important letter coming in the mail, overnighted from my mom. She dropped it off Saturday morning at 10 AM in Washington State, it was overnight delivery guaranteed Monday morning by 9:30 AM. However, the tracking status hasn’t updated or says anything since it was dropped off in Washington state, is the package moving? Or is it still in Washington right now? Basically is the status correct or do you guys think it’s possible for the letter to move without update to the tracking info. Thank you in advance for your help and opinions.

I have a buyer in Israel that I've been selling to from USA for the past few years. Been using shippo to use their UPS and FedEx services. I saw Veeqo has competitive rates and a cash back system that effectively makes it cheaper than shippo and pirateship, but the level of features it gives is.... overwhelming, and I can't figure out how to just manually create a package, especially for international. Need to correctly declare contents for customs but the packages are often very large with many items in the package. Anyone else have experience with Veeqo?

Located in the US. Earlier this fall (post-tariffs), I shipped a package using Buyee Air, which was fulfilled using Fedex. I didn't receive a bill for any additional fees after receiving it. This weekend, I shipped out another package using Buyee Air and noticed that it's being delivered through DHL instead of Fedex. I know DHL tends to include a lot of customs/miscellaneous processing fees, so I've been trying to avoid using it directly when making international purchases. I'm wondering if Buyee/DHL will make me pay more than I've already prepaid for customs and shipping, or if since the order was processed through Buyee, I won't be expected to pay anything add...

I ordered three different items from China from three different vendors. One was shipped on November 27th, one on December 17th, and one on December 23rd—all different items, all different sellers. Hey has anyone else ran into this issue. So I was supposed 2 target packages from 2 different warehouses but same driver I guess cause they were delivered at the exact same time. Both deliveries have the exact same photo I even layered them and can confirm it’s identical but I’m only missing on package which was the one on top. Of course my ring door bell didn’t capture anything but why only take the top one and not both at that point?
