Hello! This is my first time posting here even though I've been using Buyee for about 4 years. I've literally never had a single issue with Buyee ever until this week. I ordered about $1000 worth of products and had them shipped out last week. The estimate stated it should be to my address in Texas on Monday. Today is Wednesday and the package is still stuck in Narita and has been for several days. I reached out to buyee support with my package number and tracking number. They responded with a different tracking number and said your package was delivered on 2/20 to a residence in California. I may just be freaking out so I'm just posting to see what the general consensus is here. I'm located in the US. I ordered a package from a Japanese proxy service (Buyee) worth about $1000. Shipping was around $260 for international connect plus which is typically a 2-5 business day shipment. I've used FedEx to ship these packages for about 4 years and I've never had a problem at all. I do not purchase insurance because I've had a record of 4 years without incident. My package shipped on 2/19. So I custom ordered two Titleist clubs from Golf Galaxy (thank you, free fitting and 50% trade-in) - a 23\* GT1 hybrid and a T250 5-iron. Because it's custom and goes through GG's in-house ordering system, I have no way of actually tracking it via Acushnet. The only way I know it was shipped is I got a notification from FedEx yesterday that I'm receiving an order from Acushnet. Well, today I opened my FedEx account and found that there's a second label that was created from Acushnet. So the seller shipped via FedEx Ground. My package hasn't been updating on FedEx, and when I check my status with USPS, this is what shows up. I ain't getting my package, am I? Mercari states I should be able to cancel on March 9th. It's unfortunate that the seller seems to have lost their merchandise and money. Or will the refund not come from the seller?
