FedEx Tracking

This is an eBay return, currently out $600 waiting for it to get back to the seller that they paid for the shipping label on. The box is for a giant 32" monitor so idk how it could've just gotten lost. I have no idea what's going on.

Had something going from Vegas to Miami - Friday it arrived in Kansas, then went to another hub there Saturday. No movement since then, yet it still showed today (Monday) for delivery. End of day it updated w/ no delivery date and now says: Your package is still on the way and we’re actively working to get you a new delivery date. Think its lost? Think it will update tomorrow? Thanks!

Also, if you pre ordered it you should be able to ship It within a week after waiting for the shipping email.

I had just got hired on with FedEx express (package handler) 1. What all do I need to bring with me to orientation document wise? 2. My ID is expired but have a renewal appointment June 1st, guy on the phone said as long as I have proof that I have a renewal appointment I should be fine (has anyone else experienced this)? 3. What do i wear to orientation until you get the proper uniform? Any advice is appreciated I just want to be prepared, any snarky comments will be removed.

What can I do to get the package back to the seller?? FedEx support is useless and Anchorage customs isn’t responsive

Had a FedEx package get delivered here instead of to my address. I can file a claim but contents are time sensitive so hoping to track it down. Going off possibility they screwed up blocks it could be in the 500s of any street? Based on # of mailboxes and the tile wall, it’s a bigger and newer or renovated building.

How can I get customer service to call me?! It has been 4 days since I requested a call, and I have been blowing up their messages chatting with the AI chatbot who continues telling me that someone will call. My roam package was stolen from the FedEx employee, I have an active case number with FedEx. I need STARLINK to file the claim with FedEx, since they are the shipper! I ordered on May 5th, it was stolen on May 11th. I have never dealt with worse customer service, I would rather be on hold for a few hours and at least have resolution vs nothing at all. Any advice?

As of today (\~30 days later), filing fee check still uncashed, no receipt notice issued, USCIS Emma shows nothing on file. Attorney called the lockbox directly — they confirmed they have no record of the package. So I've gotten a few things shipped from Fedex: meds, things from school, etc. and they somehow all go to my mom's email? My name and her name are very similar and we have the same address, but our email addresses are completely different and most of the time I do not receive the "package on its way" email, but she will. Is there any way to fix this? I don't want to order something for her and her be able to see what it is and also isn't this just a breach in privacy in general? I'm just confused how I can order things and have things sent through my specific emails and somehow she gets the update emails. Any advice is appreciated!

Running into this problem currently. I moved homes since I made a submission in January, I blew off making the change of address with them because I didn’t want an unnecessary delay and I knew I could just redirect the package live I’ve done numerous times in the past. I spoke with support today and they said last week they started restricting the ability to do this. Super annoying.

I have contacted fedex support 4 times, have emailed the commercial invoice to 3 people, what can be done, I need this package released it’s been several days so far, and it needs to be here in a few days! Any advice?

I bought something through Amazon, was really excited when I saw that Fed Ex had an earlier than anticipated delivery date. The package is supposed to get delivered to Florida but it has been sitting here for almost 2 weeks with no delivery date or scans since arriving at the sorting facility. I contacted customer service and they said that they cannot find my package. At the time of this post, it's May 18th... Package was supposed to arrive on May 7th with Fed Ex 2 day Express. They didn't tell me explicitly that my package is lost, just that they couldn't find it. What to do? The customer service that I've been getting from fed ex has been absolutely atrocious.

Genuinely insane that FedEx tells me that it is out for delivery on a truck 10 minutes away and it’s been 3 days. And before that it was in Ohio for over a week when it was supposed to be here last Monday. Worst company ever.

I just noticed a package on my front porch, to my surprise, as I'm not expecting anything. It's from FedEx, and it's for my neighbor across the street. Both of us have our house numbers very clearly affixed to our mailboxes, which themselves very clearly belong to the associated houses. Our properties are across and down the road about 200yds from each other. It's not like we're right beside each other.
