I have an extremely needy guest staying for 13 days. He has been there for 3 so far, and every day has been something. Today he messaged me asking why there was no mailbox, as he had mail being delivered. I asked him if he was having packages delivered and he said mail from fedex and usps. Called him to clarify further and he said that he forwarded all his mail to the Airbnb for his stay. I told him I’m not sure how that was going to work as all the mail is forwarded to the owners out of state for security purposes. He asked me “how am I supposed to pay my bills? I heard this from three different mailbox holders today. What did "they" *actually say?* 1. The email said "Out for Delivery". It would be delivered 6 hours later... within the time window they also provided in the email. 2. The email said "Preparing for shipment". It wasn't delivered; it wasn't even in the carrier's possession to transport it, let alone deliver it, yet. 3. It *was* delivered. However, he had already picked it up... 5 minutes prior. I've been selling a bit more lately and want to keep it up but going to USPS is ****. My store has 2 stars bc of how rude everyone is. Not to mention I need a receipt for my packages which makes them irate. Do sellers typically use FedEx or UPS? Or does everyone just have a better USPS store than me.

So, I purchased a slouch coat online in December for their end of year sale. Prior to it arriving I went in store and tried on the size i purchased and realized i need a size down. I purchased the size down in store and made a call to Aritzia Concierge to make a return. Because I purchased the same coat in a smaller size they considered it an exchange and provided me a refund. Tried to get a package out of Japan before the ****** tariffs thing started and the package arrived on 9/19/2025 \~10:04 AM. I find out a few days ago on 2/14/2026 1:33 AM that I owe duties, taxes, and fees (i.e. tariff), almost 5 months after I received my package. The crazy thing is I already had to pay for a package that got shipped out around Christmas but was billed a couple of weeks after and paid that after a month of consulting. They can really do that, huh?

I had a package with my wedding clothes coming to the US from India. The package arrived and is missing about 10 pounds worth of items. The package, a cardboard box, arrived crumpled up with lots of tape. When my mom opened the package it was missing my wedding clothes and a few other items. I checked for responses to this one, but most of the posts were older on this topic. My original order tracking stopped getting updated mid-transit, and went past Ulta’s cutoff for delayed orders after no movement updates for 10 days. Ulta offered to re-ship my order, which I accepted. FedEx then sent a notice that they found my original package (label was damaged and needed to be replaced), and delivered my original order. I now have my original items, and the replacements. I let Ulta know that my original order did show up, and that I wanted to return the replacement order.
