So, I am getting into an apprenticeship this month at a GA shop in Texas. It will just be the owner of the shop, me and a buddy. The owner is real flexible on schedule, so no weird stuff. Also I will probably only be working 2-3 days a week, getting off before 5:00pm. So here’s the dilemma, I applied for a part time position at FedEx warehouse working evening shift (6:00-10:30 PM) package handler. Great pay for what I’m doing and a free gym membership;) so can I do both, or is it a bad idea? I don’t necessarily “need” the money, just want to build a savings. I got a notice that I have an import charge due, but the package was already delivered a few weeks ago. Do I have to pay this? What happens if I don't? (Package was from Poland, I'm in the US.)

I am so nervous right now. Still working and won’t be back till tonight. But earlier at noon I suddenly got message from FedEx that my Psa package was delivered. On the Fedex app, there is even somebody “signed” on the package to get it released. The thing is, I already put “Vacation hold” from April 24th until 27th since I know my package from Psa will need signature and I won’t have day off till Tuesday 28th. So I created the shipping label for an insured €6000 (yes, six thousand euro) 2-piece shipment and emailed the PDF to the person where it was picked up (on Madeira island, part of Portugal). There's a scan 77 (according to customer service) around 11 am in the morning. The person where the package was picked up told me that the 'pickup guy' delivered a package to him around that time. He couldnt take the 2 pieces yet as he had no space in his van. Hey, I’ll be traveling to New York City for 5 days and I’m thinking about buying a phone on eBay. The problem is that the place where I’ll be staying does not accept packages. The seller ships with FedEx, so I looked for something similar to Amazon Lockers and found the FedEx Hold at Location option. Found the existence of **FedEx Delivery Manager**, but I wasn’t accepted. I also saw that after the package is shipped, it may be possible to request a redirect and have it held at a FedEx location for pickup. I recently won an international competition and CERN Switzerland sent me a package consisting of T shirts, a particle detector, and a particle accelerator kit. however, the customs didn't clear it, and sent me a letter that's really confusing. Just wanted to say that the online support robots are extremely annoying to deal with. By far the least helpful customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took me 2 hours of scouring the website and talking to a robot at least 10 different times to find out that real people are only available Monday-Friday. All I wanted was to find my package that was delivered to the wrong address 💔

Last Friday I bought some Apple products from Best Buy. When I checked out, the estimated delivery date was the 21st, but as you can see in the screenshot it only shipped out the day before. Early in the morning of the 21st, it left the FedEx location in Ashland and I haven’t received any updates since then. I live about two and a half hours from Ashland and thirty to sixty minutes away from a number of major cities, so I think it’s unlikely that it‘s en route to a facility four days away. Is this cause for concern, and if so is there anything I should do? Thanks in advance.

Anyone else have problems with Amazon's delivery service? When they use USPS, UPS, or FedEx everything is always fine. I might have had a couple orders run a day late in the last decade using those carriers. But their in-house delivery service? Ive only had 2, or maybe it was 3, orders that they have actually been delivered on time. Its the total opposite of when they use other delivery services. I've had them tell me my package was "arriving today" every single day for a week straight until I finally canceled the order. I have two orders from Razer, shipping from China. Both are stuck in customs. I was told to email my phone number and email address to a paperwork email to clear them, which I did. But now that seems weird. FedEx has my email, phone number, and other information. So why would I need to email contact info that they already have to their paperwork email? Anyone receiving a package need to clear it from customs? How did you do it?
