Live in an apartment that delivers packages to a mailroom so FedEx always fails to deliver PSA packages since they require a signature. To get around this, I have been having the packages rerouted to a nearby FedEx store and picking them up in person. However, it seems that this option has been removed by PSA? I no longer see the hold at location option available online or on the FedEx app. Anyone else notice this? Unsure why PSA would remove this to begin with and also unsure how I’m going to get my packages now lol

June 1 our operations will start at the Ground station, with our own belt, etc. A lot of couriers are moving over, and a good few opted for the separation pay, but they haven't received any emails from FedEx confirming it. They have no idea when their last day will be. In fact, we just learned that they will be basically on-call for 15-30 days, but we don't understand what the job will require after the move. Will they be expected to deliver packages even if they don't "have" a position at the new station? Also, the ones who are retiring as well as taking the separation pay, having not been given an actual end date, don't know how they're supposed to submit...

People who ship larger items with Fedex. Do you check the dimensional weight calculation on every Fedex package you ship or does eBay's shipping label calculator do that automatically? I've shipped quite a few of fairly large items with Fedex including some that are fairly light and I've always just input the actual weight into the eBay shipping label calculator. The calculator never changes the actual weight I put in to the dimensional weight (if that number happens to be larger). I've never been hit with a dimensional weight overcharge, but I'm a little worried that could happen on one of the items I'm currently boxing up, because the actual weight is 23 lbs ...

I shipped a package on April 18th. It was an item I was returning and it was in quite a big box. I purchased a new box from staples (where I delivered the package from as well) and I am one million percent positive that there were no labels on it, just the one shipping label that was required for the return. I am receiving a computer part in the mail after returning my faulty part to the manufacturer. I live in an apartment complex with a mailroom and my complex will not sign for things (I called to ask). The complex requires a fob to get in so door delivery probably isn’t in the cards. No idea if they will deliver it to my apt, my mailroom, or my apt office and I can’t be 3 places at once. I tried routing the package to an office, no dice, it says they can’t do that. i bought a guitar for my mother on may 1st as a mother's day gift and it was going to be delivered on may 8th. the package is shipped with fedex ground and needed a signature and i live in an apartment, so i was waiting in my apartment for the delivery driver to arrive so i could go down and sign for my package, but when the delivery driver arrived, he never notified me and he left without me knowing he even arrived so i could never sign for the package. I’ve had a Hollister package stuck in Indiana for about a week now, marked departed with no updates. Called fedex support and they need my merchants information to file a claim, but Hollister support says they don’t file claims with FedEx?? What am I supposed to do here. Can I just demand they file the claim? I’m confused, has anybody had to file a claim with Hollisters shipping before? My posts keep getting removed from the FedEx forum

For the past week or so, UPS and Fedex are apparently the better rate within Canada (when using get a shipping label within ebay platform!). And even when checking Stallion Express, for these same packages are between 500-750g, they are even HIGHER than the UPS offer. It's making everything quoted incorrect. What is happening?

If I had to drive to a FedEx location once a month to pick up my meds (or go to a pharmacy, for that matter), that would be inconvenient but I'd quickly accept it & move on with my life. What's harder to accept is brazenly lying to my face about "delivery attempts" when I was home all day and there was no knock on my door & no call on my phone. Hello, I ordered an engagement ring from Great Britain and I signed the 5106 form on 5/8. I called today and they said they have everything they need but would not give me any more information other than that. Could someone explain the "Departed FedEx hub" and then "Arrived at FedEx hub" 15 minutes later to the same hub?

Any other QA or Coordinators fed up with "Centralized QA" or 3rd Party address corrections? I fix addresses every day just to have them come behind and screw them up. I get that FedEx is and has been for years trying to cut every corner imaginable but Jesus Christ it seems obvious that the people that live locally might need to be the ones that fix address issues. If they routinely screw your packages up there's a link to report it, who knows if it actually does anything though. FedEx lost our overnight priority express package for two days and flew it 1000 miles in the wrong direction for an employment-based immigration case where the poor unlucky H-1B beneficiary is reaching the end of his grace period today (and got hired by the client about nine days before the end of his grace period, so due to the wait time for the certified LCA it was already down to the wire to begin with), so we'll have to e-file it. That’s not my house in the picture and I don’t even live in Madison, I double checked with both the shipper and fedex that I had the correct address and I did in fact enter the right address. I tried to contact the shipper (Walmart) and fedex and all I get is basically “oh we’re sorry nobody was there to receive it” and never once spoke to an actual person. I placed an order with Steve (TheOneWatches) a few weeks ago. Everything went pretty well- QC was good and he mentioned a 2-3 week wait time. Turns out last week the package made it to the US but Fedex was unable to deliver to me in Texas. So they returned the to the shipper in Illinois. Reached out to them on WhatsApp and they said they couldn’t do much since it’s already in the states. Wondering has this happened to anyone else? Fedex can’t do anything since the package is with the shipper. Also my address was correct so seems like I’m just screwed

Is this normal? Never seen this happen before and when I tried googling about Fedex packages being shown at the location 3 times at CDG airport it was all from 5 years ago, anyone else have similar issues? This is supposed to arrive by the 13th to east coast of the states.

I deliver for FedEx and today I was dropping packages off at a nursing home in the middle of the DAY. I go in the back of the truck to grab a package and the sliding door suddenly shuts behind me 😭 The wild part is you normally have to press a lever AND pull it for it to close right. Ain’t no way that thing just casually slid shut by itself. Then the lights in the back turned off on me too 💀 At that point I was convinced a ghost was trying to hitch a ride in the FedEx truck or rob me for somebody’s Fedex package 😂 I know there’s probably a normal explanation, but nursing homes already have that eerie quiet feeling and my heart definitely skipped a beat for a second.
