FedEx Tracking

Hi! I have six packages awaiting pickup at JFK airport. They’ve been there since March 17th. I called FedEx this morning and they say since they aren’t in their possession, they can’t help. I contacted the 3PL and they say they are awaiting customs clearance. My question is, is there anyone to call to get the packages moving? Do I just wait it out? I’ve had packages from this same shipper before that have been picked up the same day they arrive at JFK So this is beyond their normal times.

Hey guys, I have never had this happen before. It seems like my package is going in circles. I called FedEx already to make sure it was not stuck on a belt going in circles, and the lady said that it is getting loaded on a truck today, but I am not sure if I believe that, as I have seen the same scan for the past 3-4 days. Any advice? Thanks! I've got everything packaged up and awaiting someone from FedEx to pick it up and take it to the High Commission in London. I guess from there it'll get batched together and sent onto Canada for processing. I'm a little bit nervous, as when I was packaging everything up I realised that one of my photos had a tiny bit of ink transfer onto the background from the photographer's stamp where they'd put it in the wrong order in the little folder. Never had all my packages nothing moving out of customs. When I call fedex logisitics all they says waiting for customs. From experience many years of shipping thats not the full story.

Anyone come across this customs issue from FedEx!? “Length and/or width are required on the Commercial Invoice. Got home to FedEx on my doorstep and was super excited for my two Coachtopia items. They are always wrapped so nicely. Sent out a package to a buyer a couple days ago using FedEx ground economy. They messaged me today, shortly after delivery, with picture proof that the item was damaged during shipping. There's a large gash in the box (pointed inward), which highly suggests it was damaged during shipping (looks like FedEx drop something heavy on it or otherwise partially ripped and crushed the box). I believe the rip allowed some of my packing peanuts to fall out-- which doesn't help. Thankfully, the total value plus shipping is well under the $100 claim limit (not even half that).
