My package wasn’t put into a locker within my building’s secured mailroom. Both TJ Maxx and FedEx show it as having been delivered. There is no photo showing proof from FedEx, though. I would have automatically been sent a locker number/code if the driver had put it into a locker. This makes the third package of mine that’s been stolen in the past month or so. 😭 And yes, I’ve filed a report with both TJ Maxx and FedEx. If nothing comes of it I’ll contact Visa.

Hello, as the title says, I am looking for the best chair for a tall person that includes a head rest. I am a man that is 6 foot two and 185 pounds. I am in the process of returning my Anthros chair because it does not have a headrest. A headrest is a non-negotiable feature for me and I do not care if you think a headrest is necessary or not. I shipped a package through Fedex from Georgia to Los Angeles, something I've done several times before without issue. Suddenly on March 2nd, the day its due to arrive at its destination I get a delivery updated message as it gets scanned departing the Chino location. No big deal, I give it a day or two to sort out. I recently made an online purchase ($55) and a few days after delivery was emailed by FedEx saying that I owe import and duties on the package that was delivered. Initially I was worried it was a scam, but looking into it I’m now aware that this is something that happens sometimes. The issue is that the charge is almost $100. Almost double the price of the package itself. The box was maybe 12x8x4 inches and weighed all of 2 pounds. I’m not sure why the fee is so high? How is it that an item I bought came Saturday by Amazon. I got a shipping notification that it was shipping by Fedex. I got updates and such and the delivery date was for today (Tuesday). I get a notification that FedEx delivered but no package. How does this happen? I am not complaining because I received the item but it's strange how it arrived.
