First thing it said was your package is being delivered the time was 8 am to 12:40. Then at 12:41 it said "Sometime before 8 o clock. Then it said before end of day. fedex kept arguing with me that it would still be there yesterday. Cancelled plans so i didnt miss delivery. I ordered a bike worth about $2200 and paid extra for Direct Signature Required because I specifically did not want the package left unattended. According to my Ring camera, the package was delivered around 8:00 AM, but the driver left it outside my door and went back to the truck without knocking or getting a signature. When I checked the delivery confirmation it said it was signed by me and there was a signature (the driver signed it). I wanted to share some details about a recent experience I had through the RMA process. I had a 7900 XTX Hellhound for almost 2 years. I started having issues where there were driver timeouts, and also was tracking pretty high temperatures even though they say that their cards can go up to 110°F. I sent my my card in, making sure to take pictures of the process padding it correctly and placing the amount of insurance required to cover at least $900 USD in case anything went wrong. I see so many people astounded by how fast the shipping is so it may be just my luck. I had problems with FedEx at my old apartment in the past so I am biased. Anyways, I ordered prorx on the 4th, it mailed out on the 8th and said 2 day delivery by 5pm at the latest today. i made my first Mercari sale last Saturday. Didn't realize my local FedEx ship station closed at 4pm, and I arrived there at 5:17pm. I was supposed to receive 2 Hollister packages on April 3rd and instead of going out for delivery they just say “A request was made to hold this package.” There’s been absolutely no update a week later. I emailed Hollister and they told me to contact FedEx and I did and they literally were no help.

On today’s version of delivery debauchery, my 1 of 2 package (item came in two boxes, second one was delivered yesterday), I was to receive a long rectangular Home Depot order. On truck out for delivery at 0833 today. Instead, I received a small box from Sam’s Club with an address that isn’t even close to mine, in numbers/street name or distance. My package is still on the truck heading back to the facility. Yay.
