Yesterday, I was anticipating my order of the 2025 SOM baseball cards through FedEx...and they didn't deliver my package, and now it's in INDIANAPOLIS...I signed into [FedEx.com](http://FedEx.com) with my contact info, and delivery manager, and i just learned my package is not in Canonsburg, Pa (where I live), but INDIANAPOLIS! And they still have my order in INDIANAPOLIS 7 hours later! I think FedEx ripped me off, causing me to waste $105 of my own money! Fed ex delivery driver was trying to get a package that was like 5 feet long and like 8 inches wide. I'm not lying when they looked like a dog trying to pull a big stick through a doggy door. Only after dropping the package that says fragile do they realize the package can slide in the narrow way. I couldnt believe the less than bare minimum problem solving skills this person had. Do better in your hiring.

Hey folks! I've been buying with Buyee for a while now and my current shipment got hit with a delay at customs for the reason in my post title. The problem is that all the items in the package are plushies, paper cards, acrylic standees, buttons, keychains.. things like that. Nothing to do with ink or other liquids. My research shows me this kind of thing hits packages with ink pens and such. Has anyone had this happen before? I get there's a form I need to fill out, I'm just confused why this package got hit with the requirement when nothing in there should be flagged for toxic substances. A package that I ordered recently was delivered to the wrong address, I checked if the address information I put was right and everything on my side is fine but judging by the door this was delivered somewhere not in my general area. I'm thinking the label created for the package as incorrect but I have no clue. My real question is that why does information not belonging to me show up once I try to report my missing package on the fedex website, I even downloaded the app thinking it was the website being weird but this information still shows up. Ordered an S25 Ultra dbrand Tank Case. First the delivery date promised was March 5, then by some delay it was March 9, which is today, yet the tracking has not been updated and is still miles away from the destination. Two delays twice, what are the chances I either got scammed by slow-*** FedEx or just incompetent delivery employees who refuse to get my order to me? Order #23521592, I already sent a support ticket. Anybody here with experience ordering from the Philippines? I have half a mind to cancel this and get refunded and half a mind to demand dbrand to send out a new one. Paid expedited shipping for this too and it's still ******* late.

As US Supreme court has ruled out tarrifs, is Fedex or other courier services still collecting any tariffs for packages coming from India? Has anyone received a package recently and still had to pay tarrif?

Package shipped on Saturday and has been in Memphis all day still. It is supposed to come to Pennsylvania... Any chance this really does arrive Monday? That's what the estimate is.

Seriously now....this has been going on since my order on 2/23. Got a text and email yesterday that my shipment is in Nashville and due for delivery Monday. Anyone else has their package stuck at FedEx hub this long? It’s been well over a month. I reached out to my seller, but they gave me really vague responses at first and stopped responding altogether when I asked for updates again after a week of silence. Have anyone tried to contact FedEx with any success? Should I just consider it a loss at this point and move on? Kind of sad since they’re a popular seller and now I’m out of a seller and a bag.

My package from TMF has been like this for a few days

I am very frustrated with FedEx right now. This package is bouncing around the United States. I don’t understand why in the world it would go from Indianapolis to Arizona, and then back to Indianapolis. This was sent 2 day and was supposed to be here Thursday. I can’t get any information from FedEx. The virtual assistant opened a case and I have heard nothing. Phone calls they tell me the same thing the site says. Please will someone at FedEx look at your system? What percentage of packages are not delivered on time? Is that an acceptable rate?
