Sorry, I wasn’t sure what flair this post is best under. I purchased an Apple Watch yesterday that’s going to be coming today, but usually I see “signature required” when I order a big purchase, but this time it says out for delivery but doesn’t specify if it requires a signature, does that mean it doesn’t require one or is it going to show up suddenly? I just wanna know so I can be available to sign if it’s required. I’ve never had it just say out for delivery without either saying “no signature required” or “signature required”, right now it doesn’t show either of them so I’m just confused. Im a new Verizon customer. I went to my local Verizon store and got a 2-line plan for my sister and I since it’s cheaper than 2 separate plans. Since my sister lives in another state, I had asked if they could ship her phone to her and they agreed. The phone box was stolen from the package during shipping. The issue is that FedEx is denying our claim since the shipper needs to file the claim. Verizon corporate/customer service can’t help since the phone was shipped from a local store not a warehouse. I placed an order 2/3/26. It showed that it was processing until 12:17 am on 2/12/26. I received a text saying it was delivered. I never received an email saying it had shipped or a tracking number. I found tracking under my order but the FedEx tracking site showed a large package weighing 8 pounds at a different house. It said it was delivered on 2/9/26. The items I ordered were tiny and wouldn’t even weigh 1 pound. I have opened a case and requested a refund. This was a local seller. It does seem like the fake shipping issues have slowed down since the holiday season is over, but it is frustrating when it happens.

I just wanted to share this so that people know what this card looks like because I haven’t seen any pictures of it at all online. I received this yesterday and I was startled by a fedex driver who needed to see my ID and sign for a tiny little package and I didn’t keep up with the redemption because I’ve heard stories of it taking like half a year to receive a card you redeemed, so I redeemed it in the middle of December from a Target Black Friday box and just ignored my emails and was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I opened this. I have an older house built in thre 50's. The front door where the mailbox is, is the back door. The other side of the house where the driveway and carport is, is the front of the house. I've tried different notes in the app with directions telling them to drop it off garage/carport/back door but they don't actually follow those requests. I've ordered a lot of heavy and expensive home gym equipment the last few months. And because the door on that side of the house is a bedroom, it's difficult to bring big packages through that side. I've had to physically carry these big packages or use a dolly to roll them around to the other side of the house.

Can anyone that recently purchased with Doris please check their tracking and tell me if it shows originating in China and then the US? When she sent me tracking information, it never showed my package starting its journey in China then to the US. It just showed it as in the US and then to another city. But now it is stuck and hasn’t had movement since 2/2. HELP!!

I got my preorder of the giant Lessy plush from TO Books the other day. I also ordered a few other items separately (stationary, keychains, enamel pins). I know someone asked about how shipping changed now that they no longer use the post office here’s my report. They used FedEx, so I got my Lessy plush very quickly (maybe a week from the day it shipped). My other package that had stationary got stuck in customs for a few days, since I had to send FedEx a TSCA form stating the pens didn’t have anything toxic in them, but once I filled that out I got it quickly. My friend sent me a gift and confirmed my address before she sent it so I know she put the right address. I got notification while at work that the package was delivered, but I didn’t look too closely at the email until I got home and noticed that the package was not at my front door. Then I looked in the email and saw that while the door in the picture was the same color as my front door the handle was on the other side, there was a mat which I do not have, and there were windows on either side of the door, which are not on either side of my door. Anyone else suddenly getting big delivery delays this week? I got packages from UPS and FedEx on time last week and I still see UPS trucks on my block daily, but tracking for one UPS package has been at a standstill in Landover since Friday and they say that it can't be delivered because of a weather emergency. I live on the Hill, on a road that's been clear enough to have two-way traffic since the day after the storm. I suspect that they just lost my package, but is anyone else dealing with anything similar?

Shipped live fish via Priority Overnight on Monday to South Carolina. The package first arrived at the Memphis hub, then departed to Indianapolis, then was sent back to Memphis where it sat for a while before finally moving again. The delivery estimate has now been pushed to Thursday. These are very sensitive fish, which is why I paid for Priority Overnight and packed them with heavy insulation and heat packs. What’s confusing is that I had another package shipped to SC the same day and that one arrived with no issues. This one is a mystery. Has anyone experienced something similar with Memphis routing?
