I payed for FEDEX Priority Overnight shipping & i’ve now received a notification that UPS is delivering my package with 2-day standard shipping. So now its 4 days out (today is Thursday & package won’t arrive until Monday). This doesn’t seem like much but the fact they just took my $70+ is disgusting. I have a package that should've been delivered 2day air and for some reason it was the same driver as a previously delivered package and this time they marked it Delivery Exception- Incorrect Address does anyone have any guidance it states it will get a reattempt tomorrow and I called customer service but im not sure what caused this error?

I understand the power outages across Tennessee and haven’t been expecting a miracle. However, first shipment I ordered on 01/27/2026 with standard overnight shipping. Seemed to make it to Memphis and has been stuck. No updates since the 28th. Trying to get ahold of anyone, or a real person at that… is a joke. So I contacted my rep and got a new shipment reordered with overnight shipping on 02/04/2026. This one seemed to make it out of Memphis (yay) and arrived in Louisville. So this morning a Fedex Ground package I'm waiting for showed Out For Delivery. Recently, we have discovered the existence of a "Printing and Shipping" store in the same shopping center as us. Signage outside indicates that they offer UPS, FedEx and post office shipping. I heard that they are cheaper than us, so I went to try it out myself by giving them a package and seeing what happens. They are simply buying labels from some website (I assume Pirateship) and selling them at a lower price than us. We are losing customers rapidly as word gets out. Just got my new (used) Martin 0018 from Canada shipped to Manila using Johnny Air. The whole process was hassle-free; of course not the cheapest option but not the most expensive, I'd say. Guitar was 2,600 CAD. Then paid 700 CAD all in with duties. Beats flying to Japan and buying a plane seat like I did for my 000-18 years ago. Of course, I was most concerned about was the safety of the guitar using this carrier service. Johnny Air has insurance for loss but they don't insure anything that happens on the carrier, unlike Fedex, who does have damage insurance. Just got an update on my tracking saying my vinyl is supposed to deliver on Sunday I’m so hype!!

These two screenshots are for the same weight. Left is putting in dimensions, while right is pressing “skip dimensions”. I have skipped dimensions my entire time on Mercari and have never been hit with extra shipping fees after dropping off the package. So if Mercari allows you to skip dimensions after saying the item won’t fit in a shoebox, what causes folks to get charged extra after they ship? Does it have to exceed a certain length? A certain cubic weight?

So I bought a rig from them in November of last year got here in 8 days no problem so I ordered some more stuff on Jan 12th this year get this email from FedEx saying they didn't describe the item correctly so I called them they said they would take care of it but as of today it has not moved I tried emailing them asking for a return since I bought from somewhere else anybody have issues with them

Long story short, I ordered a nice brass snare from a seller with more than reputable reviews. Package went to “delivery updated” and I was like “well okay, there‘s been some snow, I’ll give it a chance.” Couple weeks later and I had the exchange with the seller. I live in Florida, and I just received a package from FedEx with a huge bag of ice melt in it. The bag honestly looks kind of old. The box doesn’t have a return label or anything else. It only has my name, my address and the phone number, which is not mine. I called the number and it took me to staples customer support. Checked the tracking info, and it says that it came from Aurora, CO. I don’t know anybody there, and also can imagine that a 35 lbs shipment would be pretty costly. My package going into Mexico has been stuck in clearance delay since the 29th. I have called FedEx multiple times and they keep saying nothing is wrong or cant give me any more information. I even contracted the Mexico side of FedEx and customs and they are also saying nothing is wrong and to keep waiting but it doesn't feel right. The second screen shot is the translated message my consignee got back after emailing FedEx customs. If anyone has any idea what to do because everything google is saying is to contract them and get it fixed immediately so it doesn't get sent back. But FedEx support says to do nothing.

Hi! Despite multiple calls to FedEx telling them that package was a medication and was stuck sitting in Greensboro North Carolina, it did not arrive at destination until February 5. I’m unclear about what to do next. Pomegranate packaged it well will a refrigerator pack, but I think it’s been at room temperature for at least 9 days now. The directions are usually “ ok at room temperature x 21 days, do not refrigerate after unrefrigerated. “ Clearly I can use it today( and I’m due) but can I really not refrigerate? My topps order… supposed to arrive today via FedEx Been tracking this through most of the day. Truck was maybe three minutes away from my house in the early afternoon 16:58 update…. Package damaged and recipient refused, returning to sender. How bout that???? Like….WTF!!??? 😡 Fedex looking into it, ticket created. I’m waiting for updates. Also, did customer support chat with Topps…. if it was cool and helpful, but of course there’s nothing they can do about it right now, they suggest giving it a few days, but at least I reported the issue to them so that the notes are on my account. Anyone else have a similar experience? I can’t be the only one.

Two day shipping has turned into ten day shipping. I’m unable to open a ticket either for some reason. Wondering if anyone else has packages stuck at this location.
