the package is basically gone right? would’ve scanned as exception at some point i assume. My fault for doing standard overnight delivery and expecting it to be at my door the next day.

I don't know where to turn. My 1 lb small package was received in eastern PA at the hub 4 miles from my house Monday a week ago, sent from Illinois. We had some freezing rain Tuesday, and even though FedEx delivered to me, I was not surprised to see "Emergency Situation or Severe Weather has created a delay." I’ve called them 3 times, first two times they told me it would arrive the same week, that was 3 weeks ago now. Just called 2 days ago to cancel my order and I was told I would receive a call back to find out where my package is. Never received that call or even an email. Just give me my ******* money, bro. 😐

This bag went on a journey from Italy to Paris to the US and somehow got away from me right at the end of its journey. I ordered it from Vestiaire Collective and was on high alert because it was supposed to arrive via FedEx today. It required a signature, so I kept an eye out the window as I was working. I have a package that was sent to Saudi Arabia, and it says that the address is not correct. But the address is 100% correct. However, the delivery building does not have a building number (there is just a street name and zip code) and FedEx is supposed to call the number listed on the slip. This works for all other delivery services, but FedEx can't figure this out. So what should I do? Is there a way to tell them to go to the address and call the number so someone can get the package?

Vent: My first time ordering from Saks and planning to finally use the credit after a few years of being a Plat cardholder. I found a dress that I liked. It arrived and when I opened it, there was evidence that someone had worn it. The inside armpit areas and several inches around were coated in deodorant. I requested a return - I was on the phone with customer services for over 45 minutes as well as sent photos (reasonable to send proof). I packed the item with a note that included my name, order number, and reason for return. I was told the item would be refunded, in full, at the time that I dropped the return at FedEx. Has anyone else had a package delayed from the FedEx south chesterfield distribution center? I totally understand holiday package shipping + snowstorm delayed, but I have a new mattress that’s been stuck there for almost a week now. Anyone run into anything similar?

All day, this said it was arriving by the end of day. It’s on a truck and I have a driver name even! But now it says they are working in a new delivery date? I’m so confused.

I recently made a support tickets a few days ago and called back today to see if they had any progress. It appeared as if they lost the package and I was wondering how long does it normally take for them to give a response.

For the last three days, I have been in constant contact with FedEx to explicitly request that the bike be returned to the seller. I stayed home for multiple days due to delivery delays to ensure this was handled correctly and could defuse the package in person. This morning, I finally received confirmation from a FedEx agent that the package was marked "Return to Sender" and would not be delivered. I specifically asked if I could leave for work, and they assured me it was safe to go. They also confirmed they had marked the shipment as not to be delivered to neighbors. Tomorrow will be the fifth day my packages have gone out for delivery. There is no avenue to speak to somebody about this. FedEx service is worst in the industry. I wish I had the ability to choose not to use them, because I would.

Guys, it has almost been 4 weeks since I ordered my pc and 3 other things. Although I did receive my tracking number, it has been stuck on label created since Monday. Will FedEx pick the packages up, or will NZXT ship them to FedEx? Am I being impatient? Do I have to wait longer? I’m so confused, I just want to know if I will ever get my pc and packages. Please someone let me know.
