FedEx Tracking

Super sad! Was looking forward to my planner that I personalized and spent a good amount on. I checked tracking and it said it was delivered. I opened my door and wasn’t there. I checked on FedEx website to check for drop off picture and it was dropped off in the main mailroom of my huge gated apartment complex. There are signs down in the mailroom that even say to not drop off packages there. I went down and it was gone! So bummed!!! Is there anything I could do to get a replacement. Don’t want to lose out on more money by purchasing a new one but also am I able to file a claim and get a replacement? Any insight please! So so sad

On December 8, 2025, I ordered a phone from Verizon with 2-day shipping. The package was shipped but never delivered, fedex still shows as out for delivery since December 10th. After the delivery window passed, I contacted FedEx, and an investigation was opened, but they stated there is no resolution timeline. Question for the international girlies here - I used to choose economy shipping and I'd get it in my hands usually in a week or one/two days over a week. U.S. poster. Bought the HS006GZ circular saw from Japan. Packaged was shipped fairly quickly and arrived in NJ… then it just sat. I got a phone call from someone at FedEx asking me what it was. No, I can't *just* have my package get held at a specific pick-up point. Cause whenever I try to press the "Hold At Location" option, it tells me there might be a change in delivery date, then tells me "would I like to add this address to my profile?" (WHAT ADDRESS???), and then a grand ol' nothing happens no matter what I do from that point since it just loops back around to the tracking menu and then back to asking if I want to add the address. Repeat infinitum It's really pissing me off cause this was working perfectly fine before, but now FedEx decides "nah f u" and doesn't wanna work anymore for either this or giving instructions

This package coming from France already started on a bad foot. It took 7 days for it to finally be put on a (commercial) plane to the US after several calls from the shipper to FedEx. Finally arrives in the US and now has been sitting in Memphis for 10 days. My account manager opened a ticket, i don't see the option to open one on my end. I am thinking because I did not purchase the label, my friend in France did. Anyway, acct manager is clueless and so am I at this point. Any tips on what to do? Thank you!

So I ordered an Item from Etsy that apparently is based in Latvia. It took me having to message the seller in order for tracking to even move and now it’s saying this. I’ve messaged the seller but I’m starting to lose hope 😭 I just want to know if it’s a lost cause

I scheduled a pickup on the website. When I scheduled it, I did it as Express, not realizing that the label was for Ground. I put the package out to be picked up. At 1pm, I get an email saying the package wasn't available to be picked up. I was home. We live in a very secluded area that is not accessible to porch pirates or anyone just driving by.
