FedEx Tracking

Read yesterday they will be introducing an unload bot that would replace package handlers unloading trailers. I’m curious how others are feeling about our jobs being eliminated (I’m sure slowly because the bots are probably expensive and rollout will be chaotic)? I don’t know what else I would do for work right now. Do we think this will significantly impact us at all? It seems like FedEx doesn’t spend money. Our belts are so old, are they really going to upgrade more than like 3 factories nationwide? I’m in the US.

This is a normal Monday for us. We routinely have over 100 packages that the driver gets super frustrated with and will sometimes just give up in the middle and leave the packages for next day. Its about 2 U-boats worth each time. We've been told we will get written up if we refuse a package, but im about to start doing it cause I cant take it anymore. I feel like this cant be normal for other stores and that we do a ****** amount even with a fedex store less than 10 miles away.

First thank you for any advice ! i had a package delivered to my apartments and i realized i didn’t put my apartment number and supposedly they (my apartments) returned my package (not sure to who) … i’ve put in a ticket w both fedex and shopgoodwill and heard nothing back . it’s been three days now. i’m not sure what else to do … very sad

My package with urgent documents is in Limbo, last scan in Henderson, CO. I live in Colorado Springs, some 2 hours away. I have created ticket, talked to customer service, everything is of no use. While the agent I spoke with was sympathetic and helpful, the internal process is broken. My ticket has had no movement from the backend team for over three business days, missing the initial promise that I would receive an answer 'no later than two business days.' How long have other peoples packages been taking to clear customs recently? Package hasn’t updated since Sunday. I called and was asked to send an invoice to [email protected].

I don’t know for you ladies but I noticed that when I get a package from Europe I get billed for import duties. Last month I got a package from Belgium and FedEx billed me approx $30. This month I ordered some inserts for my Kirigami set from the UK and yesterday I received a text from DHL about paying $48 import fees otherwise the package would be returned 🥴 Funny enough, when I get my FedEx packages from CN I don’t get billed. Now I’m confused cause it’s never happened before. I’ve never had to pay import fees for international packages. Does this have anything to do with tariffs and has anyone had this happen to them ?🤔🤔

Where is my package? 2 day FedEx since last Friday. Made it all of the way to Addison, out for delivery ,then sent back to Fort Worth.

I got a package today that the driver delivered to me without getting my signature. Is there anything I need to do? It was a quite expensive item and if anything goes wrong with it I would have liked to have that proof of delivery and the tracking number still says it's out for delivery. He dropped it off and ran back to his truck and I assumed he forgot his pda but he drove off

I had a box delivered today while I was at work, and by the time I got home, the squirrels had chewed through the cardboard box and made an absolute mess of my ingredients. I called customer care, and was easily connected to a real human. I wasn’t sure what they would be able to do for me since they don’t control the wildlife, but they are giving me a significant credit for my damaged meals and updated the delivery instructions on my account to put the box instead the storm door (which is already taped to the front door but FedEx never does it).
