TLDR I bought a package, didn't know it was Fedex, they dropped it off an now they're demanding I pay fees. Hello, 29M here. I bought a package (two actually, I think one was from Etsy and another from China or us) and it was shipped by FedEx. Is it legal for them to drop off the package and demand I pay the extra fees? In the past when I talked to them over the phone, they said I could refuse their item and they would return it. However, they just seem to be dropping off the package and asking for fees (sometimes higher than the package's declared worth). I wanted to ask is that legal to do so? Package from Japan stuck since March 9th at Inglewood, CA facility. Called Fedex logistics three times, they said they haven't received any updates from support team. They said to call back Monday since it's a federal holiday tomorrow. No additional paperwork is needed. Any hope of receiving this package?

Hello, I'm trying to ship a package from the USA to Saudi Arabia. However, the Fedex International Connect Plus shipping choice is Not available as an option. Is there a solution to solve this issue?

Package was supposed to arrive last Wednesday. I contacted FedEx and was told first it has not cleared customs, then was told it was marked undeliverable and to contact the seller. Yet there has been absolutely no update since. Is anyone else experiencing this? Why would they tell me the package has not cleared customs when this information says otherwise?

I bought 2 metal racks. They are supposed to be mounted together to get to the desired size. 1 was too small- I needed 2. The price was roughly $250 for one. I paid \~ $500 for both. I bought the last 2, just for info. FedEx showed up while I was gone and they left only 1 box and the other one was not delivered/taken back by the FedEx driver, meaning he had both on the truck but delivered only one. I think this is partly FedEx fault for folding the card in half, but all Redemptions from Topps should come in a one touch. Or at least more sturdy packaging. This is ridiculous.

This is, without exaggeration, the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life. FedEx is a complete failure. My parents live in Germany and send packages twice a year for my kids—sweets, homemade honey, and clothes. They always used DHL and NEVER had a single issue. Everything was always smooth, fast, and professional. But recently, due to increased taxes and costs, DHL became very expensive. I am so frustrated... I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for an International Express package. It was held up in customs for a bit, which is not FedEx's fault (although they made no effort to obtain my tax ID, I did all of that legwork myself thanks to old advice in this subreddit!) How can a company of the sizes of EBAY, FEDX, and Creality not be able to ship a package to the right house. Order a 3d scanner from creality on Ebay last week. Been like a kid waiting for christmas. My first order was shipped to wrong address in a different state. FedEx has proof of delivery. They delivery package to address they were given. But it was the wrong address. Emailed [gimme.care](http://gimme.care) customer service and was told to file a claim with FedEx for missing package and then a police report. Serious? I've only ever given 1 address, it's not my fault you got it wrong. Why are you making this my problem and not taking responsibility for your screw up?

I ordered something in March and it was supposed to be delivered to me by 3/17 but NO UPDATES on FedEx and I had to contact Nordstrom, they said my package is lost. So they refund me and I RE ORDER again, this time using “PICK UP AT STORE” because maybe then it won’t get lost?! And what do you know, it was suppose to be ready be 4/1 pick up and no status update my on my orderz I called again and they said last updated from FedEx was 3/26 so I don’t even know what’s going on?! I always use FedEx to deliver my products here in Brazil. This time, the estimated delivery was for March 30th, but it wasn't delivered. On March 31st, my package went to customs and hasn't been updated since. I call them, and they say my package is under inspection, but it's never taken this long before. I'm afraid of losing my package because it's a high-value luxury watch. Could someone help me? Is this standard procedure, or should I be worried? Tomorrow, March 3rd, is a holiday in Brazil; I don't know if that impacts package inspections in any way

I have spoken to customer service twice now and was told all of the paperwork was in order, but my friend was asked to fill out a FDA prior notice yesterday- Is there anyway to find out if the paperwork is correct and if this has cleared customs? So, I was supposed to expect a package around Wednesday morning, but it wasn't delivered, but rather, delivered at the wrong location I'm not sure what to do, contact FEDEX in my area, file a claim (even though their website and attempting a claim is pretty buggy and lagging.) Is there something, anything I can do to find out where it is?
