I need to give some context on this situation. This guy contacted us, then paid us around $1,600 via Goods and Services. The amount was too large and we were worried about a chargeback, so we declined the payment and refunded him. Then he lied to my rep Eric, claiming he had repaid via Friends and Family, but he never did. We got scammed out of $1,600 worth of product, shipping included. I have accepted that. It happened, it is what it is, we move forward. When something like that goes down you just let it go and keep it moving, can not let it mess with your head. But this guy comes back every single day harassing us. When Eric is on shift he harasses Eric. When I am on shift he comes at me....

I am looking for a package tracking app that can track services in Canada (Canadapost, UPS, Fedex, Purolator etc) but also the Chinese courier services from AliExpress/Temu. Amazon package tracker would also be a nice perk. I don't mind paying a one time fee for a good app to get rid of ads/support devs, but not a subscription. Bonus points for well designed apps. For those of you who in the US and have recently received their packages, were you still charged tariffs after the update from a few weeks ago? I was also wondering which shipping company is best for the DMV area? I keep seeing bad stuff about DHL, so would FedEx or UPS be a better option?

My mattress from Puffy has been “out for delivery” since 3/20, with no updated info. Prior to that I got an alert that the label arrived unreadable so they had to replace it, which had moved the estimated delivery from 3/19 to 3/20. What are the odds I get my mattress? 🥲

My wife ordered a pretty expensive purse in store, they did not have in stock and said they would have to ship it. Problem is that they said it would be 3-5 business days through FedEx. The store associate has been hard to get in contact with. it has been roughly 8 business days and she finally got back in contact and states it will be delivered tomorrow. Problem is we are leaving tomorrow on vacation. I don’t anticipate being at home to sign for the package tomorrow. This store has a no return policy. If we arent home, will it be returned to the sender?

P.s- the address in the photo is the address to a local FedEx Ship Center. Used their address for delivery then got nervous they'd reject it so I put a hold for pick up through the website after the package was picked up. This is probably what caused it to delay so ****** me.

Hi i got my first sell and eBay it’s an office desk chair but I don’t know how much I messed up with the packaging detail. On eBay just to make it quick I put the dimension as: 27x19x 18 in. Weight: 50lb But the real dimension are: 26 1/8 wide 26 length 29 height Weight: 40-45lb I figure a 30x30x30 box size will be the best. Can I just package it myself and use the shipping label that ebay issues and just give it to a fedex office or would I get in trouble. Hello, This is about a package from Turkey to Canada. I've been waiting for about a month to receive a package. The seller confirmed on the website that it was to be sent out with FedEx, so I waited after with the tracking number checking FedEx's website for either changes in the delivery/extra fees to pay. Turns out they used DHL, and after trying to reach out to the seller in 3 different ways, I finally got an answer today. Now that I know that the package is sent with DHL, the tracking has been saying "An authorized request has been received to dispose of the shipment" since the 12th of March, about 10 days ago. Is there any indication that it can still be saved? I...

My post office doesn't deliver to my new street address, however UPS, Fedex, and Amazon (their personal drivers) all deliver to my address. HOWEVER Amazon and Walmart won't tell you what carrier they are going to use for certain packages until the order is already placed. Is there a way to write the address to put our Street Address as the primary for when we order packages, but put the PO box as a backup in case a package gets sent USPS?

I bought a laptop, it was purchased on Thursday 3/19 and it was sent out on the 20th of march and it says it’s a 2 day delivery service I won’t be home when it comes since I have school so I sent to a place in hold at a fedex office not far from me I wonder if that affected the packages time to come? Currently it’s says it’s on its way to NY from Texas not just that the packages original location is California and it got to Texas in a day and now it takes more then a day to get from Texas to NY? Also an important note is that it also got to mesquite Texas and went 2 towns back to Fort Worth What’s happening ??

HI! I ordered clothes online and fedex has its delivery to my home scheduled on the 29th. I was hoping to get it at least a day before the 29th since I have a trip and wanted to wear the clothes I ordered there. Is it possible that I could still receive my package before the delivery date?

What if it somehow delivers because I plan to reorder but I don’t want to reorder just in case it somehow appears because I don’t want to get double charged! I don’t have the time to be going to the stores to return due to me working and I get off work late. Has anyone order stopped updating and somehow delivered?
