Since when do we start handling out packaging tape and taping open package for customers for their FedEx package. My new SM told me we can provide them packaging tape and even packaging for them. I told him according to the training we were supposed to direct them to the office supplies asile to buy a pack of tape to seal up their own package, but my SM brush off what I said and walk away.

Hi all, does anyone know who to contact to make complaints against UPS as a whole in a particular area. I live in Oakland, CA in an area that isn't too bad but is adjacent to the worse areas nearby. After first moving here I had a few UPS deliveries that would not get delivered for some reason, while Amazon and Fedex seem to have no problems. I was told by a manager a while back (the last time i dealt with multiple delays), "Drivers are allowed to skip deliveries after around 6pm in my area due to safety concerns". I recently ordered a jersey from South Korea to be shipped to the US which has been shipped but now stuck in customs and idk how to clear it. FedEx said "Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity. Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must provide a more detailed description of goods."... Someone at my store accepted a customer package as a FedEx drop off because it said smart post on it and let the customer leave the store before scanning it. The handheld did not accept the package because its actually usps. How can I request a usps pick up for a day the person doesn’t already come in to pick up the coupon envelope?

I recently posted about a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and was stuck in Memphis. It was domestic 2Day. I called today to get an update on my support ticket and… he told me that the package was located but the barcode was damaged/unreadable. No eta on delivery. And still no response from the shipper.

Anyone else have a package stuck in customs? It’s been two weeks and FedEx keeps telling me to wait. There was a period where they said they couldn’t even locate the package. It was supposed to be delivered on April 3rd or 4th. This is my first order after following this subreddit for a while and I’m feeling super disappointed. Post : FedEx lost my package in transit, and I’m stuck in a really frustrating situation. I sold a Babe Ruth card for $800 on Mercari, and I used their prepaid shipping label, which I later found out only includes $200 of protection. FedEx normally covers up to $1,000 for a lost package, but because the shipment was created through Mercari, I’m not considered the shipper and FedEx won’t let me file the claim myself. Mercari is the only one who can file it, and their policy says they only reimburse sellers up to $200 no matter what FedEx would have paid out. Just a heads-up in case anyone is shipping through FedEx, we shipped a snake on Wednesday and the last scan was Wednesday night in Memphis. Since then we have been ignored and given the runaround by FedEx as they cannot find the package. Live animals apparently receive the same urgency as a pair of socks because multiple phone calls have lead to multiple transfers to multiple supervisors that are increasingly difficult to communicate with, and ALL end without any progress. I uploaded the requested documents and got confirmation that FedEx received them, but the tracking is still showing **“Clearance in progress”** / **“At local FedEx facility”** in South San Francisco.
