hi! newer buyee user here, im about to ship one of my packages out but i live in a gated community and i’m not sure if i’m supposed to add the gate code somewhere in my address, or where i’m supposed to do that. i’m choosing buyee air delivery for my items and since they hand the package off to fedex ups or dhl i wanna be sure the gate thing isn’t gonna cause any problems with my package

My route is in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in VA and very close to DC. I delivered to a store yesterday and there’s a man infront of me counting pocket change. He ends up leaving. I assume his coins don’t add up to anything. I glimpse his wrist and see a watch I recognize but think “No that can’t be.” A couple deliveries later, a man comes to the door in said watch and I straight up ask him about it. “Is that a Rolex Pepsi”. Ordered two pairs at the same time the first one already delivered about a week ago but the second one is still stuck on Shipment information sent to FedEx with no updates at all and it is taking way longer than the first even though they were ordered together. Main thing stressing me out though is the seller. They are supposed to be super reliable but have not responded in days. Has anyone had this happen before? Did it eventually update or should I be worried?

ill probably sound ****** here but can anyone who is knowledgeable about shipping explain why, if my package was in Indianapolis and I'm in Ohio, fedex sent my **** to Tennessee. like legitimately how does it work/why would they send my package farther away?

2 packages have been there forever. One was red then went yellow. Now the other one is red. The yellow one shows released import. I call for international FedEx tracking and they tell me the system put that out. That both are still on the floor. That customs pulled multiple shipments all at once. Can’t get any updates. No action required. The yellow delayed one was suppose to be delivered lat Monday.

Chewy uses fedex as their carrier but I ran into an issue on my second order where FedEx made no attempt contact me and didn’t follow written instructions to enter my apartment complex. They left my TIDY cats litter packages on the street to for grabs , drenched in the rain. FedEx was no help with automated responses and closed my tickets when I demanded answers and to speak with a manager. A chewy agent informed me there are no alternative carriers because they use top trusted carriers to ensure quick and proper delivery for their customers. Anyone else got a delivery issue with FedEx? (TLDR below) This was my second and final purchase with Chewy (sadly). My first purchase had no carrier issues. I ordered 3 jugs of TIDY cats litter, a harness and some treats only to be left OUTSIDE my gated apartment complex in the pouring RAIN. I left strict instructions for my call box, I took 2 days off work to stalk them out from my window (it had been 2 days past on the estimated delivery window) I come to get a delivered notification next day at work. I got some EXPENSIVE jewelry sent to my house via fedex. Said it was sent to my home yesterday and i have ring camera. When i say there was not 1 fedex truck even in my area, there was no one…. Looks at picture proof and they took a close up of the box…. THATS NOT PROOF OF DELIVERY. That’s proof my package exists…. Why pay for special shipping if someone’s going to lose / ship it to the wrong house ??????? I already made a claim but now i gotta wait up to 2 WEEKS for them just to decide??? I’m over it.

Of all the things eBay could change for the better, I surely don't understand how they haven't come up with some "Pick the services you can use, we'll show buyer the cheapest one to their location" for calculated shipping. I need to add additional insurance to a package I'm sending FedEx ground. Everything I'm reading says it can be done under the "additional options" tab when I print the label. There's no frigging tab any where! If I try to switch to usps it will give me an option to add shipcover but nothing for FedEx ground. I'm using the advanced shipping page but have also tried the basic page. What am I missing?

Been waiting on this package for so long. Finally a update but the recieved the same package at the same facility that its been stuck at since the 12th? Lol its a mess. Originally was scheduled to be delivered on the 16th. They removed any delivery date which has made filing a claim not a option at this time. The sender and I are both watching it closely. Anyone see something like this? What should I expect?
