Hello! I ordered a package to the USA and chose Fedex international connect plus for the shipping. I know that this service specifically does online invoices, and I was wondering when the tariff bill might arrive? It's scheduled for delivery on Monday, will it likely come before that time?

Hello. I requested for a package to be held at a Fedex office for pickup, however the package has my preferred name on it. My ID has my legal name and a different address as well (I live in an apartment for university), would I still be able to pick it up? I can bring my apartment contract to clear up the different address, but that also has my legal name on it so I'm not sure what to do about the name.

Update on my situation.. Package has been missing since earlier this week. The tracking says out for delivery and still has not arrived. A ticket has been made with the escalation team and I’ve contacted the dispatch area 7x and still no resolution. Finally today, I’m told that my package was scanned onto the truck but they have no record after that which is highly unusual. I was also told that “ several “ other customers on the very same delivery van never received their packages. The kind person I spoke with was calling over to the manager of the contracted delivery truck my package was on. Haven’t heard back yet. It’s opening a mailbox and seeing a fedex package, but you can’t prove it because there’s a usps barcode on it.

Is it just me, or does your package not get delivered on Saturday either? Every time that there is an expected delivery that falls on a Saturday, my FedEx package never gets to me. I always have to wait until Monday (or the following business day) for those packages. I might be able to get it on Sunday if I didn't live in an apartment building where the lobby is locked on Sundays because our management office is closed.

Tried dropping off a shipment today and FedEx wouldn’t accept my item in a (sturdy cardboard, well taped,) shoe box. Thought I might save someone else the hassle of reboxing. Since I moved into my new house about two years ago, anything that gets delivered by FedEx, whether it's ground, express, or home delivery, goes to the wrong address, a house on a different street near me. Every package has the correct address on the main label, but they also have a second, smaller label that has the address of the house to which they end up getting delivered. I had a package delivered to my place by FedEx and walked outside immediately after to no package and no motion alerts on my ring camera. I would think if someone stole it, at least one of the events would show up on my ring. Looking at the delivery photo, the box looks almost like it’s pasted on top of a picture of the outside of my place. It is also perfectly lined up in the corner and looks to be touching the door despite there being an indent between the door frame and door itself. Is this AI?

for those of you guys that bought the $179 kit. did the shipment come in two different deliveries? I was able to order one yesterday, got the tracking and delivery date for today. It was delivered this morning in a small box and only the 2 xc3.0 batteries were in it. should I be expecting another delivery? I tried the chat and when the person told me I'll have to return the item and that's the end of it I told her I'm not good with that and she sent me back to the assistant bot...I then called and the guy told me he'll open a ticket and see if FedEx can find a missing package that they don't even know if there is another package. what's the play here?
