FedEx Tracking

Anyone else's tracking being weird? 🙃 I've ALWAYS had this issue with FedEx but it makes me nervous. It's been 3 days without an update on the package, it went from Ohio to Indiana then quit tracking. It's supposed to be here tomorrow but its still on the other side of the country

I live in an apartment complex on my campus that has a mailroom with mail lockers. I received my Folklore cat plush and TTPD cardigan ornament when I was back home and went to go pick it up today and the locker was empty. Spoke the mailroom people and they said the Fedex employee likely stole it after they saw the label. I am just incredibly upset that I spent $70 and woke up early for the holiday collection drop and now I won’t receive my items. I emailed support and even if I do get my money back I honestly just wanted the things I ordered.

Package shipped from Europe to the USA, this is a first now! Where do i submit the documents? What should i do?

Fedex charged me $60 import duty on a care package of home-made snacks and spices that my parents sent me. Hi everyone, I purchased a Demellier midi New York tote 4 days ago and there is a label created but FedEx hasn’t gotten the package yet. Is this normal? I thought delivery was 4-5 buisness days but it hasn’t left their place of origin. I messaged on WhatsApp but because of our time difference they are closed right now.

I physically cannot stand bad delivery services. I ordered from a heel company called Hella Heels, and typically they shipped with FedEx which aren’t the worst but I’ll take them over OnTrac. My package hasn’t moved from California in a week and was expected yesterday. They wouldn’t let me file a claim or get ahold of anyone till 24 hours after the expected date. Bought the luma pro on November 28th I got shipping label created on December 1st no update fedex says they haven't received the package yet I paid for fast shipping I was hoping they'd already be here should I have any concerns i purchased on the shop app as well does that make a difference?

I’ve officially worked at the Big 3: FedEx, UPS, and Amazon. If I had to rank them, Amazon is miles ahead of UPS and FedEx. FedEx takes the crown as the worst logistics company. The micromanagement there is insane. You have to ask permission just to use the restroom or go to the break area. Phones are locked in lockers, so if there’s ever an active threat you can’t even contact your family. HR handles all family-related calls, and the pay is terrible. I would never work there again. Purchased a 5090 fe on the nvidia marketplace. The package is delivered by fedex. Today is the scheduled delivery date, but it shows very strange prompt: show return to sender followed by address correct and arriving on time. Fedex customer service said it was already in the process of returning and Nvidia said they could only offer a refund. My first experience with FedEX, the tracking said yesterday that my package was handed over to third party courier. The delivery date was supposed to be tomorrow/friday. Now i got e-mail that my package was delivered, I never got a call, never got a doorbell- no package. When I check the delivery PDF it said “signing of this delivery was not necessary” and delivered address is “residence” there is no address anywhere. Only my city. Had a shipment that was showing as expected delivery today, and there was an update. Rather than being in NJ and out for delivery, it was scanned at Tracy, CA. This package is time sensitive, so I ended up ordering it again with expedited shipping. With FedEx Home, when something like this happens, how much of a delay does it typically have?

I ordered an E7 Pro around Black Friday, and I understand that with so many orders during that time, the desk might take longer to arrive. However, the tracking says it’s “on the way” and then “out for delivery” for multiple days more than three. The FedEx truck has delivered my other packages, but nothing for the desk. I’ve called, and they told me they’re waiting for FedEx to pick it up, but the tracking says otherwise. I order stuff from a warehouse in California for clothing's (vans, North face etc) and I'm wondering why it jumps all over the us vs just to my state (Kansas) ordered stuff last Friday and it's randomly in Pennsylvania for example (even happens during non peak) Not mad just wondering what that process is like to find a better way to get my package here faster lol

Package delivered to wrong address as picture included with delivery is not my front door. I ask their support is there was any way I could be provided with GPS or Geolocation information as it is probably somewhere in my neighborhood and a large package. This is the response i received when I ask to know more information about the "investigation"... chat dropped and sent back to virtual assistant. I am fairly confident no investigation is being done on my behalf.

I just received an email from what I'm assuming is actually FedEx saying my delivery instructions were changed by somebody. As far as I know I don't have anything showing up to me from FedEx. I called their customer support and they were quick to tell me not to worry about it and hung up before I could say anything. Should I worry about this email and look into it or is ignoring it fine?
