Just wanted to say we had a guy leave a blank slip on the door with absolutely no info on it including when the follow-up delivery would be. I was inside of the building and no attempt to contact me was made. The same thing happened again today. The package does not require a signature. **I think delivery drivers need a lot more credit, it's a hard job and it's a really important one.** That being said, I already almost never shop, and this has made me genuinely reconsider ever ordering anything from the same supplier. I waited at home all day on a day off for no reason.

Is anyone having issues with their packages being stuck in Pacoima , Florida? FedEx keeps saying it’s a winter storm but there is not snow in that city in California. FedEx keeps calling them but they’re not answering at the station. Idk what to do because my package was supposed to be delivered since yesterday 01/26 and they still haven’t updated any information. It’s making me highly upset because I paid for 2 day delivery and it’s been more than 3 days and they still haven’t updated anything about my package. There is some slight ice at my apartment complex due to excessive trees, and it hasn’t melted. But I deliberately took off work in order to receive said package today and they still canceled due to weather. I’m unable to pickup from select locations due to the shipper requiring a direct signature. I’m more than annoyed and unsure what to do. I’m unable to contact FedEx and the shipper, so I’m not sure what my options are before they end up shipping it back

What exactly am I supposed to do here? I purchased pins and pouches and have no clue what the answer to these questions are. I've expressed this to a Fedex customer service representative and he told me he would reach out to the sender (Neokyo) for the info. One day later he e-mails a follow-up simply saying that I need to fill out the form again. I only have like 3 days before it will supposedly be sent back. Don't know what to do and I spent too much on the package to just take the loss.

This is my second identical order. Last week it was shipped on Wednesday and arrived Saturday..3days. Now shipped Tuesday expected to be delivered 10 days from now. I know there are massive backups down south and that is lagging the flow. But this is Michigan to Chicago…. About 5 hours drive. Is this estimate accurate or is there a blanket extended lead time to squash expectations? The weather hasn’t affected daily operation in the great white north.

I’ve already uploaded all the required paperwork on 1/22 and I spoke to a FedEx logistics rep yesterday, he said everything was good to go but no clearance scan? I’m assuming weather and such have an effect as well.

I paid for overnight shipping on some shrimp because the seller was telling me it was best to overnight them. I'm good friends with this person and frankly, I agreed. When I looked up delays on FedEx and called to make sure this was able to be done, they told me everything was clear. They said, go ahead and ship overnight. For some reason, my opened tabs are de-syncing and while that partially answers [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/zen_browser/comments/1qmq9r6/new_blank_window_doesnt_have_my_pinned_essential/), it seems to be breaking my tabs as well as they're acting like its open somewhere else. Why are you (FedEx) charging tariffs after delivery? Package was delivered to my address then a week later charge arrived to pay tariffs. I should be given an option if I want the package or not considering you are charging me for it.
