When are people going to figure out that they’re one little package even if it is an FO package and they put liquid water up that some FedEx person who’s handled about 3000 packages is going to make sure to see that??

Was expecting new WiFi equipment to come in today, but like always, the FedEx driver refuses to even try to do their job. I’ve been waiting all day, then all of a sudden, I get this notification that they couldn’t reach me. The package didn’t require a signature, and not once did I hear a knock or anything . The only thing is I had another pack delivered the other day to my back door, but I guess the driver couldn’t bother to do that day, even though it was the same driver. FedEx needs some type of live tracking or something. This is getting annoying.

Always had luck before. Package updates to distribution center 30 minutes away then just said we’ve updated to Monday. Desperately need this Package. Is there anything I can do?

I’m extremely frustrated with UPS’s terrible system. I live in South Korea, and I had my package shipped to my relative’s house in New Jersey. For absolutely no reason, UPS redirected my package to a pickup point that was 30 minutes away from the original delivery address. What’s even more ridiculous is that both FedEx and USPS successfully delivered packages to the same address on that exact day without any issue. From my perspective, it seems like UPS simply didn’t want to complete the delivery. I’m completely stuck in an automated customer service loop and hoping someone here has a contact or a way to escalate this. I placed a single order for 6 items: 1 chandelier, 4 pendants, and 1 floor lamp. * The chandelier arrived safely on Wednesday (April 29). No issues there. * The remaining 5 items (4 pendants + 1 floor lamp) were supposed to be delivered together on Thursday (April 30). On Thursday, only **4** packages arrived. Recently sent in my daily driver 2020 Pelagos 42 for service - it was running 10 seconds slow per day, manual date wasn't working and it had begun stopping at night while resting on my nightstand. Called New York and the very helpful young lady emailed the form and instructions right away. Sent watch to NY for full overhaul on 3/23, registered USPS. Shipping took 2 1/2 weeks 💀. Unfortunately Fedex's billing department is closed on the weekends and regular CS has really been no help. Tracking says the package was signed by someone with my correct last name, but N as their first initial, which my brother's name does start with a N, but he's currently living overseas. Don't know if that just a simple mistake that could've happened when the package was signed for. I do find it weird that they would be asking for tariffs now, way after the package having been delivered. I ordered two barstools, the seller shipped them separately and I received one of them. The other has not moved once and is clearly lost in transit. eBay told me that to move the case forward I need to file an incident report with my local police.. I’m not comfortable doing that because it feels like a huge waste of resources. I literally can’t describe anything about the box, I just have a tracking number. I'm kind of at my wits end here with Steam. TX USA, placed my order at 9:59 PT on Monday with Steam Wallet. Today I finally got a tracking number for a very brief window. The carrier said "label created" but didn't have the package and couldn't give a delivery date. Not long after they told me my tracking number was invalid and it's been that way ever since. My package has been stuck in customs since Tuesday. Both FedEx and the shipper say that all the paperwork is complete and that nothing else is required. The package only contains adhesive skins for a laptop and an iPad. What exactly are they doing with it? Sticking them onto their own laptops for fun?
