Someone had come to my store trying to mail out test samples for asbestos and I wasn’t sure what the proper protocol or packaging it should be in. From what I looked up the samples needed to be sealed separate and again all in one bag. What i’m struggling with is the kind of package it’s supposed to be and the need for additional labels, if needed. Ive never had someone send them on my watch so this is totally new.

I'll try to make this short. I purchased a moss green chair from the LiberNovo website on 3/9 to obtain the pre-order discount. The shipping labels were created and the footrest/gift bundle were shipped, but the chair did not. Because LiberNovo shipped something, they were able to charge my card. After multiple emails with LiberNovo support, the chair still had not shipped. They even lied saying FedEx lost the package and they had filed a report. Hey yall I recently ordered a new twinpower xd off Digitaka. When I looked online there were plenty of people saying they were legit but not many actually detailing how the ordering and shipping went. I figured I’d share how my order went for others who aren’t sure. I ordered my reel on 4-04-2026, they applied a 10% fee for tariff share/customs fees up front. They shipped my reel on 4/10 and it arrived today 4/14. There were zero additional fees or charges associated with the international shipping. It was very hassle free and impressive. The package came through fedex, and their tracking system was a little buggy but everything on digitaka’s end went flawlessly. All told I saved 160...

I purchased signed delivery as required by PayPal to release funds on a shipment. FedEx failed to perform signed delivery, Buyer says $6K package was not received and PayPal clawed back the funds from my account. I now have a negative $6K balance that has been sent to collections. FedEx maintains that they delivered the item, but refuses to provide any evidence that I can use to appeal the PayPal case. Signed delivery and insurance is clearly purchased on the receipt. Has anyone experienced this before or have advice? I can't be out the money and item, especially with such a blatant breach of contract

Someone please help me as quick as possible !! I’ve been having an issue with not being able to get my package out of clearance in customs. I had called support on the phone and i believe the lady said I needed some kind of documentation, but she had a very thick accent that I could not understand very well, so I had to hang up. I filed a claim in late December and followed up multiple times. Told over and over again that there "delays" in the claim service. I have given up at this point and just accepted the loss. I ordered my ring last week it’s not April 14th it was supposed to be delivered by the 10th and it’s been stuck on out for delivery since Friday the 10th. My mother ordered her ring the day after mine and got her ring before I did. Called FedEx they have no update. I’ve had two drivers Isaiah and Ronald they say they’re trying to contact the driver, not sure how long it takes to contact them.. my moms driver was someone completely different and we live in the same household. Oura ring unfortunately hasn’t helped much either. I’ve never had an issue with packages until now, and this seems to be a common thing with oura.

I ordered three months and received six of the 36mg vials instead of the three 72mg vials. For anyone tracking the shipment contents of their FedEx label, mine said three 72mg vials were in the package but that was not the case.

After a the debacle with delayed/cancelled FedEx shipments, I received a new tracking number from Eliot, still FedEx though, and this was his message on WA: `We are so sorry for the delay of sending tracking number due to the logistics having a high volume to handle the package last week, thanks for your patience. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, and thank you very much for your patience. We are closely following this for you and everything is under control`  `New Tracking Number (Pls disregard previous): XXXXXXXX` Edit: I am not criticizing; I am actually posting this as a token of appreciation for his effort to keep me informed and showing genuine care for his customers.

Both fees from emails are the same and so is the tracking number. For context I did send needed cutsoms documents via email twice, one showing FedEx AWB \[tracking number\] and another one showing just the tracking number since I realized it was supposed to be sent like that instead. I got my package a while ago and just finished paying the import duties. im hoping since its just one tracking number associated with the duties, nothing else needs to be done?

We used USPS priority mail, it cost us 11.5 American dolars. We mailed it on saturday, April 4th. It arrived in Texas on April 9th. It took them only 5 days to send us NOA1. We got our NOA1 on April 13th, around 5 pm. People were saying it was gonna take between 2-4 weeks to get the NOA1. Our package consisted of around 110 pages, I hope it won't take very long for them to review it. I have seen some people insisting on using UPS or FedEx especially on YouTube but this is I think unnecessary, it will cost twice more expensive than USPS priority mail and it will not even be that different unless you are in a rush. My daughter is celiac, and our household is 100% gluten free for her. I got a $30 off the first box promo, so we decided to give it a try. We chose 2 packages of the cheese tortellini, a sourdough loaf, an everything bagel loaf, plain bagels, and the brioche rolls. We got 6 chocolate chunk cookies as a freebie. Our box arrived 3 days later than expected, but I blame FedEx and living in Montana, not Wild Grains. On arrival the dry ice was gone, but everything was still cool to the touch. hey guys I am a new customer and my order was supposedly delivered April 9th and the picture left by Fedex isn't my home, they left it by a garage and I am unable to tell which/where was left but it certainly wasn't my home, I have a ring camera in the front that has view of the driveway and the front steps (generally where all packages get left) and a second camera facing the driveway/side of the home. all security footage has shown no Fedex delivery at the supposed time and with the picture left it isn't even my house. I am begging someone to help please I just want what I paid $2.5k for!

Lesson learned the hard way 😅 I recently got a PO Box to make deliveries safer since I have Airbnbs nearby and never know who might grab a package. I started using the physical address of the post office for shipments and hadn’t had issues before. This time though, my packed via UPS \[ again never had an issue before with UPS or Fedex\] any ways it got misdelivered after the driver couldn’t complete delivery and apparently matched my name to a different address he’s delivered to before.
