What kind of steps can I do? The house is marked, they’re clearly a mail box & the address is clearly 1 house, How can I get them to fix this? & if I have packages that are lost what can I do? Should I get a refund on them or what? & if they neighbor took them. I can’t do anything about it without proof/ I’ve had one bring me the item over 2 weeks(idk why they held onto the box) I got a refund cause it never showed up) Should I continue doing this, or charge back till FedEx fixes there worker? I don't know what else to do, so I'll share my story. Pre-ordered X450 on March 17th from Segway Europe website, with free garage and 1 year extended waranty. Paid €3199 in full. Suppose to start shipping on 31st of March. April 13th contacted support via website chat, then again on 29th and was given a fedex tracking number and assured that it is for mower, garage will be sent later. But tracking info said it is only 12.9kg package, so I was suspicious. Today I received it and it is a garage, no mower of course. I am in the US and had been ordering my matcha domestically from Ippodo’s US store and The Steeping Room to avoid customs and tariffs for the past year. However, I’ve been itching to branch out and try different matcha, and with the tariff exemption for green tea, I finally decided to take my chances by ordering from Sazen. I placed my order on April 19, and I finally received it today on May 8. I chose to ship via FedEx instead of DHL for $1 more, because I heard DHL is holding packages for additional “processing fees” or still applying the tariff in some cases. Last night I got sent to unload at beginning of sort. \*\*backstory....I've worked at this hub before and was in unload(now in load side), I was very solid and a hard worker. Departments requested me all the time to help (smalls, induction, P&D, load, sort etc...). My supervisor at beginning of sort, everyday asks if I want to go to unload. I say yes 85% of the time. On the days I say no...the area manager from unload comes over and just says "you're gona come with me to unload for a little bit"...doesn't ask but I always agree because my "no's" to my supervisor are obviously being ignored and I dont want to come off as rude if I'm a goo...

FedEx accidentally delivered my daily contacts to somewhere in VELARDE, NM yesterday morning and I have very low hopes in getting that package back :/ (I get my contacts through Sam’s and they won’t resend me another pair and won’t refund me until Tuesday because they have to try to locate package first). So I don’t know about yall, but my staff order has been shipped using FedEx smart post and let me tell you, this service is TERRIBLE My package (shirt and pants) has been sitting in Kansas for the last 6 days with zero movement. Zero updates. Honestly ridiculous I get staff is a smaller brand and needs to use cheap shipping but smart post by FedEx is not the way to go 🫩 Anyone else having issues??

So I ordered softmotion in dusty purple and have been waiting for my package but nothing, It was marked as delivered on monday but I never got it, since it was oner active that sent the package I can’t file a claim with fedex because they keep asking a number I do not have, they told me to ask my neighbours, what the **** kind of answer is that, I replied their email letting them know that my package is no where to be found and asked them to file a claim with fedex, do I have to submit another customer service ticket with them again to file the fedex claim or what should I do? I want my package or at least my money back

I recently bought a headset directly from the Audeze website in the US, and they sent me a FedEx tracking number. The problem is that the tracking page shows the package destination as Germany, even though my shipping address is in Brazil. I already contacted support, but I’m wondering if anyone else here has experienced something similar with Audeze. Was it just a tracking error, or was the package actually sent to the wrong country? Any advice would be appreciated.

I got a package to be sent to me to Lisbon from Asia. I’d like it to be delivered to a physical address of a delivery point or (even better), if it’s a DHL/fedex distribution center (this type of a point/centre which is owned and staffed by the parcel service themselves and not a usual delivery point on a street, ie. a grocery store, pappeteria etc). I need a solid delivery address where I can show up a week later or more and the parcel will still be waiting there for me, which the street parcel shop usually dont do - they would instead send back the parcel away. Man, FedEx was an absolute nightmare when the Steam Deck first started shipping. There were tons of stories about drivers and porch pirates stealing packages, and in my experience, FedEx is just the less reliable carrier compared to UPS. I don’t think we even had the option to reroute stuff to a store back then, but these days I always redirect deliveries from both UPS and FedEx to a pickup location whenever something costs more than $20. It’s just not worth the risk anymore. I already rerouted my two controllers to a pickup point and I’m hoping I’ll be able to do the same when the Steam Frame drops. The only downside is that rerouting isn’t always available.

First batch of my recent mega-order has finally got to me (it technically arrived last night, but eh, semantics) First time getting Animatez, never really cared for old ones but I loved how the 2.0s looked. N should be in a future shipment. I decided to order my first rep, VSF Aqua Terra 38mm on March 8. Prior to the order I did my research on TD’s, factories, etc. On April 11 I received the QC email. I was expecting a wait to come from the factory because it needed to be ordered. Around the 17th of April I found out from TD about the fedex issues in China and that there would be a delay in shipping. TD was kind enough to refund me a portion of the shipping I paid initially because things were changing. On 4/24 I received a tracking number which I checked daily for updates.
