Had a delivery scheduled for today and checked the status online and was told "Delivery Exception -- future delivery requested." I hadn't made ANY contact regarding this package. I called FedEx and spoke to an agent and was able to get delivery later today but still... Wtf???

Company got me an Apple Watch of my choosing to be delivered for this coming Thursday, it arrived early cause why not have it shipped from somewhere closer when you can. It was supposed to be signed for Saturday which I was home and waiting to hear the knock or doorbell. Nothing. Next I get an email saying they tried but no one was there for delivery. It's for $450 headphones. I live in an apartment building in NYC that has had multiple porch pirate incidents and do not want to risk these getting stolen as typically with packages they will just leave it downstairs in a general "collection" area or in front of the apartment door. (neither very secure, obviously). Ideally they would arrive while I'm at home and I do work remotely from my bedroom but there's no guarantee I won't be on a call or something and not able to collect it immediately upon delivery.

I had a package from Fedex scheduled for Saturday. It never even goes out for delivery. then at about 3pm it updates to "Customer Not Available or Business Closed" I have a 24/7 Security camera. they did not even enter my street. Then I get emails saying they attempted but I wasn't there. I was home all day. My only guess is this was a weather delay but why mark it as "Customer Not Available or Business Closed" Is that normal for them to mark weather delays that way? The package is in my city. and we did have snow the other day but the roads are clear now and plowed and salted. So I wouldn't think a weather delay would be needed today

had my PC AH ETB package stolen cuz it was delivered while i was on campus and it was caught on video and I was thinking about going thru the whole reporting stolen to fedex thing but cant file a claim cuz its shipper sided so is it better to just chargeback? or do I wait a bit for fedex to make a move cuz ive heard many horror stories of both companies being horrible it kinda ****** watching it happen sadly and i fear being banned cuz i have pre orders on the AH bundles im waiting on on that note incase it matters I have only 1 other ever chargeback on my card's & bank's lifetime and it was for when i lost my card and there was a mystery charge non PC related on it ...

Had a package shipped showed out for delivery on the 8th then just never updated. I contacted them and suddenly it updated to having delivered on the 8th. So I went back and checked my camera and it showed the driver pull up. Look in back of truck sit down again and leave without getting out or going to my porch. I contacted them and sent screenshots of the video. Suddenly I popped up with a second shipping notification saying they had my package and it was back out for delivery. My package was shipped ground and stopped at Mount Juliet facility less than 24 hrs being dropped off from Nashville. It has sat there for over a month. I have called only to be told there is nothing they can do and that I took to long to finally call. My claim has been denied despite me providing all of the required documents. I just don’t get how no one at Fed Ex cares. Any other suggestion before I give up?

Hey guys, I imported items from Australia for personal use and was charged a tariff after receiving the package. Since SCOTUS just ruled that the 10% tariff applied to countries like Australia under IEEPA was illegal, am I still responsible for the bill? Can I dispute this bill with FedEx? The total tariff was $15.

It's been 8 days since it has arrived in Portugal, and It's hasn't moved since. No updates or anything. I received their email to pay the fees and I've done it already. But, it's still in Lisbon. What the heck is it going on? I mean, from Portugal to here, it normally just takes 1 or 2 days to arrive and release the package. Should I be worried? Out walking my dog just now. Noticed FedEx truck double-parked on my street, nothing unusual. They never meet them. I think I actually got packages faster around Christmas time than I have since the beginning of the year. Every time I look in informed delivery it says delivery by whatever day by 9pm. That day always comes and goes and it's several more days until I get my packages. And don't even get me started on priority. That upgrade is NOT worth the money. The 4 times I've upgraded to priority this year, it has taken 6-7 BUSINESS days to get to me. Twice from Arizona to Michigan, once from Missouri to Michigan and once from New Jersey to Michigan. So we're not taking like I had it shipped from Hawaii or Alaska. About a year ago I purchased a house. The house sits on a corner. During construction the door was relocated to the other street, which resulted in the house getting a new address (new street and number). This change was filed with the city and USPS. Since then I have spent hours updating whatever I can so that the new address can be delivered to. All the other shippers (USPS, fedex, amazon, etc) are able to deliver to the new address without any issues - except for UPS. When the package gets to local dispatch (skokie, IL) the dispatch marks the address as invalid and updates it to the **old** address.
