I keep getting a package addressed to someone else with a different address despite multiple attempts at returning the package to fedex in person explaining that it is being sent to the wrong address. I am not sure why it keeps showing up at my house when my street number is clearly labeled on my mailbox and the house. What do I do if they don't stop sending it to me, idk where this guy's house is to deliver it myself, am I within my right to just throw it away?

I received a package for someone who previously lived at my address. I took it to FedEx, it came back. FedEx was supposed to pick it up again today, and didn't 🤦🏾‍♀️ I'm trying to get this to the correct person, but am at my wits end.

Thanks ahead of time for any insight. I plan on being in Cuernavaca and Puebla Mexico in a month and have a few shops I will be purchasing items at. I'm considering picking them up, dropping them off at FedEx and letting them pack, then using a customs broker and extra insurance for any items over $2500 that aren't original paintings. I have read on here that FedEx is quite reliable / safe for transporting paintings if they package it themselves. If anybody has any experience or advice, I'm all ears! Thank you!!

So I’m in the US, and ordered a couple of items from a company in the EU. The company only has one international option for me to choose, and it is NOT FedEx. A couple of packages arrive, and now FedEx is coming after me for the customs duty, AND THEIR DISBURSEMENT FEE!!! The problem? I NEVER gave them permission to 1) sign for my package on my behalf, 2) deliver my packages without giving me the option to pay while it was in customs, like UPS or DHL. THIS IS FRAUD!!!! So last week I ordered 2 scrub pants, 2 scrub shirts and a scrub jacket from Uniform Advantage and I needed them to get to me by the end of the week so I paid the $28 for 2 day shipping. Uniform Advantage was great, they had my package in the mail the very next day via FedEx and I could see that they were on their way to me from the tracking. Well 2 days after that, the tracking still said they were on their way to Las Vegas but it was delayed and it wouldn't get to me until the next day. Hey all. So not sure what to do here but I’m getting sick of this happening. We moved into a new apartment 3 weeks ago. The last 3 days in a row we have been getting packages from the previous tenant that lived here. Thursday 1 package was delivered by UPS, yesterday 2 packages were delivered by USPS and FedEx and today 1 package was delivered by Amazon. Not sure about package #1 but the other 3 boxes I believe were Amazon boxes. Hi so I have an express package going to a small business, and I want to request it to be held for pickup but the recipient only has a document of the warehouse lease as proof of address (which doesn't show the business name on it unfortunately) Would his warehouse lease document and the doortag be sufficient for him to pickup the package at a fedex facility?

I was wondering if there’s a list of retailers that are likely to ship their products through FedEx? I’ve never had a FedEx delivery that was as much or more convenient than it would have been for me to just drive across the country and transport something myself. I’m currently wasting my Saturday trying to obtain a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I’d like to never deal with FedEx again for the rest of my life after this, and it would be much easier to do so with a list of retailers to avoid. I know it’s a long shot but I’d really appreciate the assistance.

This isn't a specific shipment, so no tracking. I work in a large industrial complex. Fedex regularly delivers our ground packages to a newer but larger volume tenant at the back of our building. We are at the same address, but different suites. The building is large enough that it's 1/4 mile to walk around to the other dock. It's not every package, but it happens frequently enough (at least 1 a week, frequently more) that when a package is marked delivered but isn't at our receiving dept, we contact the other company to find it and it is pretty much always there. A major carrier (let's say Fedex, UPS, or DHL) recently lost an envelope that I mailed overnight delivery. It has now been missing for nearly three months and they have completed an "investigation" which confirmed it as "lost."
