I ordered filament as well as a hotend for my printer to get it up and running again after it got old enough that it was worn enough to consistently cause issues. (Normal maintenance not the problem). I get quoted 2-3 day shipping, perfect, I'll get it before the weekend. A little delayed it arrives like 5 days later (again NBD, c'est la vie). Open the package to find it's someone else's order. So within 10 minutes I call Bambu to get my package and to send them back the wrong package (10 or so rolls of random matte pla filament). The nice man on the phone asks for some pictures of the items I got instead and says he can't help me directly but forwards my ticket on...

[Wrong tag probably but rant/complaint wasn't in the list.] They know about the nightmare that Fedex has been the past few years and now it's stuck in one of the worst facilities that quite frankly should just shut down at this point because this has been an ongoing problem for the last decade at minimum. I've been in direct contact with the company I ordered from and they never sent a return request. I never sent a return request. FedEx won't let me make a support ticket, I get redirected. The company I'm in contact with says FedEx is telling them the same story. Why are my packages just being blatantly disregarded and potentially yoinked, should I bring this up to a legal level and sue the **** out of FedEx for scummy behavior?

Ok. I’ve heard a lot about Reddit miracles and I need one now 😩. My fiancé and I are getting married in 10 DAYS in Texas. His outfit was shipped from India to the WRONG address and is now being held in a FedEx on 3950 Development Drive in Sacramento. We are in Texas. This package is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I’m in the Charleston SC area. Tracking number starts with a 9 so I’m assuming that’s being pawned off on the postal service at some point. Why is it bouncing around in concord NC for two days? What’s the chances I will still get this by tomorrow mar 10th ?

Got a notification in my FedEx app of a new pending package (i.e. "label created"). It's coming from a logistics company in Rialto, CA and has a weight of 108lbs. So that has to be my Lymow One Plus pre-order. Coming FedEx Ground. I'm in NY. So it will likely be a week or so (once it's picked up by FedEx Ground) before I see it. Since I'm sure folks will ask, I ordered the 10A version 1½ hours into the start of the first day of pre-orders.

Usually my orders arrive next day. My latest ordered was shipped on Thursday and said it was out for delivery on Friday. Turns out, FedEx never even attempted delivery. They didn't deliver Saturday or Sunday either. It wasnt until Monday afternoon that I received my order - 4 days after shipping. When I opened the package the ice packs were warm/room temperature to the touch. No frost, just condensation inside the insulated Mochi mug. The vial was also warm. Has anyone else had trouble with this company? I never got my package. I emailed them promptly to tell them about it and they… advised me to contact my credit card company to dispute. It was a seedy templated message, but I said Ok—and I did. Then they disputed the dispute. Now a month later, I am fighting them to get my money back. They seem to offer no help in their responses, just blanket statements and ambiguity. I will have updates from them in the coming days. I don’t know who to turn to at this point. But basically I ordered something from the States, I’m in the UK and it was due to arrive today (delivered by FedEx). All day I’ve been checking and checking and it was marked to come today, I checked about 10 minutes ago and it suddenly changed to having being delivered at 3pm (8 hours previously!) and signed for by a name that isn’t a neighbour. Hi I am looking for a printer that can make labels for my small bakery business. The first picture is my current printer I got off Amazon and my current labels. This is more of a rant than anything. I’ve been a rewards member for years and have always been able to get what I order through the app pretty quickly. I ordered some Rapunzel items a month ago during the early access as a birthday gift for my friend, FedEx lost the (expedited shipping) package, and B&BW sent out a replacement. The replacement was sent in two packages (I ordered three small items), one of which was meant to show up today via DHL/USPS. The tracking status still shows it as being in the origin facility. I’m getting sick and tired of this, my friend lives outside of the US and their birthday is in a week so I was hoping to have it sent out by now.

FedEx you have really gone downhill. Your customer service is nil. And I have seen possibly the worst drivers in over 40 years that can’t follow even simplest directions but every experience I’ve had with FedEx in the last year has been one of stress. I’ve been waiting for two days for a package from my employer and I work from home. I received two texts. That delivery attempts were made, and door tags were left. Absolutely no effort was made and now I have to pick up my package from a center nearby. What’s the point of having a premium delivery service with no service?!

FedEx is charging my one rate packages the wrong size! Small boxes are being charged medium boxes, extra small charged small, medium charged large, envelopes charged medium etc. This has been happening for almost 6 months and nobody at FedEx can fix it. Only one person could tell me they got a new system for measuring packages and this is why I’m being overcharged. I’m constantly having to check all my invoices to get refunds for the incorrect charges. Anybody else having this issue?
