Hello everyone, In early February, I sent an express package from Switzerland to Beckett in the U.S. I received confirmation from FedEx on February 16, 2026. However, I have not yet received any confirmation of receipt from Beckett. I then sent an email to Beckett and received a very quick response stating that my package won’t even be looked at for another 6–8 weeks. I paid for the express service with Beckett and I know that this only counts from the time of registration. The question is, is that really normal? Unfortunately, since I’m new to Reddit, I can’t find any posts from others who’ve gone through the same thing. I’ll just keep waiting—the 8 weeks will be up tomor...

First off Joe…know that we’re thinking of you and wishing a speedy recovery for you! I received my FedEx package Monday night from ColdDeck and just got around to unwrapping a couple of hours ago. This OF Tag Heuer Formula One Chrono 43mm Gray model is a simple but truly beautiful piece. OF has figured Tags out pretty well. The watch itself is so similar to my Gens it’s pretty remarkable. The only difference being a better bracelet on the Gen. I had ordered this as a gift for someone but after seeing the pre-ship QC pics/video…I HAD to open it up and share it with the community. Hello folks, I hope I find the right subreddit. I've purchased 535LK from one of an official dealer in USA by online shop, then I realized the fedex tracking updates a correct dimension, which shows (in) 74\*12\*13 . As far as I know series LK has a shorter package box due to the separated 2 shafts, so I think it may have only approx 40\*xx\*xx instead. I emailed to the seller to ask the package size but nothing replied. I am quite sure the wrong model has been shipped... Any information about that dimension? *//sorry about the grammar as I'm not an English speaker*

Hi! Is this repeated event normal? My package was scheduled to arrive April 9-10, but well.. it hasn't. What could be the issue? Or is there even an issue at hand here?

I can't wait for my car's new thermostat to tell me of its adventures! I've never dealt with Fedex before. Every other time I've ordered from Japan, it's flown directly here. I'm not too worried, but rather a bit curious if this is normal.

So the other day there was a mix up on my order when they decided to ship my order into two packages and claimed had been delivered and I only received one. So I reached out to Ulta and filed a claim. They told me to wait it out until the 13th. I was pretty bummed but said okay. I decided to call FedEx and file a claim with them as well. They said they hadn’t received a package for my order and they would file a claim with Ulta. I got this email two days ago and was pretty happy I was going to get my order reshipped. I am sad that I’m not getting the gwp, but at least I get to shop a little more with the $40 gift card 😇

Called 04/01. Ticket and label provided immediately; dropped off at fedex the same day. Delivered to S&W 04/03. Called 04/09 for a status update; informed that it was checked in two days ago (04/07), and that repairs take 2-5 weeks. Received tracking information 04/10, the day after calling. Package received today, 04/14. Start to finish, two weeks. I maintain that it should not have passed QC originally, however the repair went above and beyond. Even repaired the yoke which I did not notice anything wrong with. Seems like a tighter, snappier fit overall now. Moral of the story, INSPECT your S&W before accepting. I’m in the Chicago area waiting on my Glance. Fed ex sure picked an interesting route.

Finally got shipping info from my ProRx order on the 8th. However, instead of overnight shipping it’s two-day. To add fuel to the fire I received shipping info this morning but as of tonight FedEx didn’t actually pick up the package. So know we add even more days to shipping and will probably warm and a waste IF it actually gets here. Horrible experience

I've posted previously that a buyer placed an order and I shipped via FedEx Ground NY to AZ on 4/4. I placed the prepaid label package into the Dropbox as I just missed the 4pm closing time that Saturday - and tracking has not updated at all since. Still only shows "label printed". I'll definitely never skip obtaining a counter scan again. While this is definitely NOT how I wanted my very first order on the platform to play out - what happens next? The customer has been very understanding and patient so far, but I assume this package has vanished and without any updates at all the customer will eventually want a refund. My package has been sitting in Newark awaiting customs clearance for about 11 days is this normal? Its 4 pairs from PV including my RSD mocha 😢 PV said he will look into it for me, but at this point no updates since the 10th I'm starting to get worried.
