I’m hoping to get some advice because I honestly have no idea what else to do at this point. Recently I ended up in a really weird situation involving FedEx and a package that I had absolutely nothing to do with. Apparently, an international shipment was sent using my home address as the sender/return address without my knowledge or permission. I never shipped anything, didn’t authorize anyone to use my address, and didn’t even know this package existed until it showed up back at my house after a failed delivery overseas (it was originally going to someone in Poland). Post-purchase notification that part of bundle was pre-order. Requested cancellation due to relocation. Received partial shipment only: • Slim handles • Power handles • 1/4 lb rope • 1/2 lb rope Missing: • 1 lb rope • 2 lb rope • Storage bag Order system shows “not shipped,” preventing return initiation. Refund not processed. Filed bank dispute. After dispute opened, a new FedEx label “ magically appeared”. Tracking shows carrier does not have the package. Summary: Company failed to fulfill the bundle as sold and did not resolve cancellation in a reasonable timeframe. Sharing for awareness.

I'm going straight to the point, I spent 200$ Cad for some cameras from goodwill. Fedex here, kept saying that they tried to deliver my package numerous times ( They did it only once ). I even tried to hold the package 3 days before they sent it back, but they never shipped it to the post office for pick up. It's all the courrier's fault. Now, my package is being returned. But seriously, I paid 200$ Cad on auction for these items and I don't even receive them? Can I request a re shipping???

This is ridiculous! I knew it was coming too, I added 10extra lbs to the postage and added an additional inch to each side of the box. I took videos of both measuring the box and weighing the box at their store. What possible excuse can FedEx have for charging me an additional $300 for delivering my package? Also, I shipped through eBay so I do not have a FedEx account to dispute the claim. Have to wait 14 days for eBay to dispute it. This keeps happening, and I don’t understand how they’re getting away with it.

Traveling north of Knoxville, Tn today on I-40. The air is full of smoke. I'm thinking there's a brush fire, but soon realize there's too much smoke for that. The further I drive the thicker the smoke gets. After about 4 miles, I see smoke billowing from the top of an 18-wheeler that's still heading down the freeway. I had a package sheduled for delivery today that required a signature. It was out for delivery at 5am, I requested a hold at a Walgreens at 8am, and they left a blank doortag at 2pm because I was at school. Just wanted to know if another delivery attempt is going to be made tomorrow or if my package is going straight to the Walgreens instead?

Hello folks, I need help on how to proceed. I had purchased 2 items from an eBay seller, each worth a little over $600. The seller said they would ship the items separately and provide tracking numbers for each. They updated both items with the same tracking number, so I thought they shipped together. I recently bought a laptop on eBay. Very impulsive but I definitely got scammed. The seller stopped responding and deleted their account. My transaction was found as valid and the package did get delivered to the wrong address. FedEx will not help me prove I didn’t receive anything and eBay won’t either. My shipping address is at a UPS Store in Markham, Ontario L3P, where my family has been a customer for a quarter of a century. I have been the recipient of 4 FedEx shipments at this address in the past 3 months, all from online shops, no signature required on any. While they all used different services: 1. I lost my meds do to a luggage mishap in Atlanta Airport. I had a family member send some and paid it to be overnight shipped ($150) early Wednesday afternoon, coming to north GA. The meds need to be refrigerated and the ice packs in the package only last 24 hours or so. I know im screwed. Im wondering if there's any way I can somehow get my money back? I have to now pay for more meds to be shipped overnight through either usps or ups and its becoming really expensive. any knowledge would help. Thanks
