You have no idea how amazing they are unless you've used them. They recently partnered with UPS in the US to use the combined power of their delivery networks to get shipments to Ukraine quickly and efficiently. I’ve ordered from snusme many times and never had issues. Now all the sudden i receive a package with my tracking number on it and it’s filled with oil filters? Is this a common shipping scam of some kind? The box has my tracking number on it but not my name as I had it sent to my local fedex pickup location.

I saw they offered click and collect and the location to be dropped off at was a Fedex store. But they are shipping it via Veho. How does this work? Veho can deliver a package to a fedex store?

I got a notification saying that it was shipped (2 weeks ago). Since then the only update I received from FedEx is label created. I reached out to FedEx and they confirmed the merchant has not handed over the package to them. & when I reached out to Songmont they said the bag is shipped and that the delay is due to clearing customs. I just wanna know if anyone else is in the same boat? Maybe we can start a thread here? I’m in the U.S. The label was created in CA.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. When I tried to submit a support ticket through FedEx's website, the form conveniently failed to process my request every single time. I called their customer service line, navigated through an unhelpful AI assistant, and was eventually transferred to a live agent — who I could barely hear even on speakerphone. My package has been at the same FedEx location since Thursday. My last order wasn’t like this and came very quickly so I’m not sure if this is normal. I’m in the US

First time success with the invitation and it was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it seems like the product was never handed to Fedex or Fedex never processed the item. Had a bunch of ETBs and blooming waters shipped last year without issues. Fingers crossed it works out 🤞🏽

You folks will probably like this....USPS messed up a residential delivery for me. Per usual, absolutely zero help or customer service from USPS at the cooperate level or my local post office. At this point the package is 3wks late and Ive already had FedEx next day air me a replacement. I put the FedEx shipment on my companies cooperate account which got attention of the owner. I am importer of used computers and i import it by countainer, air cargo, or courier. Two of my containers are stuck in Oman from 2nd march which has stock of really heavy amount plus when i asked my another supplier to send me small shipment via FedEx this is what he told me: picture attached.
