I have a package coming by usps from Chicago, it contains my passport & a visa, they’ve had the package since the May 7th, today’s the 10th. I booked a flight for today thinking it would’ve arrived by Friday because the return envelope I bought was for 1-2 day shipping. Anyways, it’s been stuck like this since, no updates nothing. I’ve been very stressed. Should I just go to the post office and see if it’s already there tomorrow? I really hope it updates by tomorrow 🥲

Why do y’all stay with Fedex and not just work with Amazon’s DSPs or try to work up to driver for UPS? The things I see y’all deliver is crazy. In my area for instance Amazon DSPs pay more than Fedex, both Ground and Express. Without the Chewy packages, mattresses, bed frames, etc. Y’all are basically UPS without the union benefits. Is it just no one else is hiring, or y’all actually like working there?

How to talk to a human at FedEx

After a frustrating experience, here's the way I figured out to talk to a human at FedEx: 1) Call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) 2) When asked for a reason, say "Return a call" 3) It will prompt you for a phone number, and then say it will call you back FedEx will call you back with an actual person. It took like 5 minutes for me. The **** IVR usually just won't let you out of the system to talk to a human. It even told me "all of the info the agents have", which, upon talking to an agent, was definitely untrue (they immediately found my package when the robot said they didn't know). Hope this helps!

I ordered a H2D AMS2 combo with the 10w laser last Tuesday. It shipped Wednesday with an expected delivery Thursday (I am in north TX and it shipped from Houston about 4 hours south). The package made it to my city Wednesday morning and has not moved since then. And now FedEx has been “working on providing a delivery estimate” for the last 4 days. Is this normal with Bambu shipping? I know the H2D box is on the larger side and larger boxes sometimes need to wait for truck space at distribution centers, but it kind of feels like this thing might have gotten lost. The rolls of filament I ordered at the same time have already been delivered. Thanks for any insight.

Received a package I didn’t order, filed a report, and ticket was closed without anyone ever having picked it up

I randomly received a pricey inflatable hot tub that I didn’t order. On closer inspection I saw that it has two address labels on it, one with my address and someone else’s in another state. I made a report with FedEx by phone about the misdelivered package and got a ticket number a week ago. Now I got a text saying my ticket is closed without any further explanation, and no one has come to pick it up. I can’t get a live person on the phone at FedEx to save my life. What is my responsibility at this point? I would rather get this to the person who actually ordered it but Fedex doesn’t seem interested. I also know that there are scams about things like this so that makes me nervous....

Honestly I’m the type I might leave it by the sign anymore. This isn’t my picture but I’d probably do the same. Not even because I don’t have enough time to walk it , it’s the principle. People like this want you to be their personal minion butler or something. TBH , 7/10 id probably be a good boy and walk there 300lb package for them. Not because I care about them , because I’ll take that extra money. Not to mention I kinda take pride in being reliable and I take pride in doing a good job . Package stuck in clearance

Hello. I ordered an international package that has been stuck in Memphis for over a week now. Whenever I try to reach out to FedEx about it, they simply say they are unable to assist me due to security reasons and hang up. The package contains sunglasses and all required forms were sent and fedex says nothing is needed on my end. What is going on and will I ever receive it?

No ID to pick up package

Im under 18 and I don’t have an ID yet and I missed the first delivery attempt to get my package delivered to my house so I redirected it to a walgreens pick up point. But after doing some research I found out they need an ID but looking at FedEx’s pick up policy I can get my stepdad to pick it up for me because he has the same address as the package’s original destination on his drivers license/Id. But also the package is under my name so I’m wondering if this creates a problem. Im hoping any of you guys with similar experiences can reassure me this will work. PS i will be going with him

Has anyone experienced a long FedEx customs clearance delay in Anchorage, AK with “pending customs review”? I have an international shipment coming from Singapore that got stuck in Anchorage with a “Clearance delay” status. FedEx brokerage contacted shipper earlier last week requesting documentation, which was submitted on friday may 1 to fedex submitted on may4 Monday to customs according to fedex cs agent. Since then, I’ve been following up daily with the assigned customs broker and even spoke to a supervisor. I’m just very frustrated olive young global hasn’t resolved this yet. I’ve emailed couple already and they always promptly responded but no concrete help. Why is my package on hold on customs for over 2 weeks? This seems oddly long. Has anyone experienced this? I’ve ordered from olive young many times and this is the first time I’ve waited this long. And no, I didn’t order sunscreen. At this point I just want to get a full refund and forget about it.

Has anyone else dealt with ****** FedEx when buying directly from their website? FEDEX has held my package for like 3 weeks. The first week they did not contact me and was waiting for an item breakdown. Vinny from N&F contacted Fedex and I did as well. I then got an email to supply a stated value. So I supplied the invoice of the order and gave them a dollar amount. Another week later, Fedex STILL has not moved my package and is holding it. Im getting ready to file a claim with FedEx. Is this due to Trumps ****** ******* tarrifs? Ive bought stuff internationally or from Canada quite often and never had Fedex or another logistics company take this long.

I’ve sent a package yesterday 9/5/26 to uscis facility in texas from atlanta. It’s delivery date is 5/12/26. But I’ve just realized, I’ve made a typography error which is a big mistake.
