So I sold an item and shipped it out. However, the USPS confirmation receipt (when I dropped it off) had two tracking numbers. I put in the first one not knowing but it seems that it somehow was the wrong one and USPS stopped tracking that one, leading to depop sending an email (automated) that says my item couldn’t be delivered and it would be returned to me. However the correct tracking number has the right info so the item will ultimately deliver to the buyer. I did message my buyer (who seems responsive thankfully) to give them the correct info and they confirmed it’s no issues and the item will get there this weekend I also emailed depop who said to send them the postage + confirm...

Relatively new to Posh. Been selling on the other platforms for a while. It seems like many of my sales are stuck in “In Transit”, when the tracking shows delivered, both on USPS and in the bullet point details underneath “In Transit” on Poshmark. These are sales that were delivered over a week ago. I am aware that if buyers don’t mark an item received, funds are released 72 hours after delivery. My impression is that the 72 hour timer doesn’t start because Poshmark still thinks the item is in transit but correct me if I’m wrong. If I email support, half the time they claim to have changed the status and released funds, but they don’t actually do anything. Is this really...

This is a really fun one for me because I haven’t had a car to get to work for over a week now. This was supposed to be the alternator to fix said car. This is how it showed up after being delayed for over a week. I got a USPS alert saying my package was delivered at my house at 5:39 PM “near my mailbox.” I thought that was odd because I have multiple cameras, including a doorbell camera, and nothing went off. I didn’t check until I got home, but the package wasn’t there. At first I figured maybe it was stolen, but when I checked my cameras, I saw the postal truck pull up in front of my house, sit there for about 30 seconds, and then drive away. The carrier never got out of the truck, never walked to my mailbox/door, and didn’t toss anything out the window. Right after that, the package was marked delivered. The tracking is also confusing. Anyone else recently experiencing a lot of issues when ordering cards online with USPS delivery? I had a Ho Oh say it was delivered to a parcel locker near me and was never found (even with search request and going to USPS myself). Also noticed packages are going between facilities a lot more than usual and can stay in the same state for days. Getting really fed up and not sure if I want to order online anymore because of this.

Has anyone else noticed Etsy shipping labels suddenly switching to a new USPS APIs format? Today my labels changed mid-day, and now apartment/unit numbers are being formatted above the street address instead of the normal way Etsy/USPS labels typically look. Example attached (mockup for privacy). I contacted Etsy support, and they acknowledged it and said they’re reviewing it with their team.
