I want to make sure I haven’t missed any critical steps in locking this down. ​Here is what has happened over the last few weeks: ​Fraudulent Credit App: I got a hard inquiry for a store credit card (Macy's/CITI). Hi everyone, My husband was approved for his green card through marriage in March, and everything went smoothly up until delivery. USCIS mailed the green card via USPS Priority Mail with a 2-day expected delivery. We were actively tracking it, but it kept getting delayed. Eventually, tracking stopped updating entirely. He called USPS multiple times and even went in person to our local post office. The postmaster was very helpful and opened an internal investigation. In the tracking it says my item i shipped to the buyer was not delivered because of an incomplete address, and the person requested a refund. i know depop usually sides with the buyer so im worried they will get a refund when they are in the wrong. please help!

Anyone ever run into issues when ordering from infamous? Ordered a pack, got a delivery notification, reached that it wasn't received an was told to wait until Monday evening and update their customer service. Mondays USPS came an went so I reached back out, got a pretty odd response considering I was told to. Checked on tracking today an now this. I live 3hrs from where they ship from, I get logistics issues but why ask me to reach back out if it was out of their hands? I've sent another email about the latest update but now I'm even more concerned.

Package was delayed by one day- no problem. I get an email that the package has been delivered and I’m very optimistic that my shoes will be there. When I get home, there’s no box there but instead, I have a letter from the USPS saying we’re sorry and that there is an issue with the delivery on the outside of the envelope. What’s on the inside of the envelope the tracking information from the package, but no package. Both USPS and VIVO showed the package is delivered and I have no shoes.
