USPS Tracking

I don't usually post stuff like this but it seems almost every time I order something and it comes shipped USPS they like to rush it to the nearest facility to me and then just sit on it longer than it is in transit. I ordered this item last weekend and it was shipped out on Monday from Virginia, said it'd be here by Thursday. The delivery date has been delayed/changed three times now until today when they just say it's on its way. It's not the end of the world and I can understand delays, but what bothers me is it's only 20 minutes away and this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

I just had a buyer try to pull I didn’t receive my item because the usps tracking issue. I’ve been watching for updates on all items I sold, her package showed the day before as out for delivery then delivered. The next day is when she messaged me saying the tracking isn’t working. I kindly said I checked the status yesterday and it was out for delivery and now delivered as the app shows. She waited a few hours then said she received the bag. Why are people so dishonest??

Hi everyone, I’m facing a time-sensitive issue and would greatly appreciate your advice. I recently mailed an important document using USPS Priority Mail, but I’m concerned that it won’t arrive before my deadline, which is this week. I’m curious if there’s a way to cancel the document’s shipment and switch to a different service (print a new document and use another service). I had purchased an xbox 360 controller and selected deliver today on the product page, when I got to the final checkout page it then said deliver tomorrow which I thought "eh it's fine, 1 day ain't a big deal" then today I go to check it and it says 1-3 day shipping and that they haven't even dropped it off to the post office like what??
