I ordered a purse over two weeks ago supposedly the seller shipped it out a couple days after I ordered it however, my tracking hasn’t updated since January 11 so I contacted the post office and they said yeah this looks fishy cause the seller created the shipping label in Georgia and then dropped it off in Brooklyn ny, but it never left the Brooklyn post office to come to you. I’ve contacted Depop and the seller multiple times asking for a refund because I know I’m never gonna receive this $120 purse but they refuse to give one to me. I’ve ordered three different pieces from three different sellers. All packages never delivered. USPS stopped updating December 8 and I ordered them early November. Vinted marked them as delivered because I didn’t check missing package in time. I’ve been back-and-forth and they refuse to refund me and they’ve resorted to just replying to my emails and messages with robotic responses. I’ve heard this happened to a lot of people. Has anyone actually had luck recently with delivery and is there any way to escalate it without being ignored?

I just ordered my samples from US fulfillment, and they are all great and came in 5 days. Production took 1 day and shipping and delivery took 4 days, so in total it took 5 days to fulfill. I ordered Friday morning and it was delivered at noon the following Tuesday. Very happy with the turn around. And the actual products are great. BUT every product came with a big sticker attached to the products, which have this qr code. When you scan the QR code with any phone, it goes directly to the tapstitch product page that lists the product price and of course the tapstitch service. More of a rant but WHYYY are they using Amazon ground shipping/third party delivery drivers now? I placed an order that was quite expensive ( I’ve been working tons of overtime so I can get clothes that fit my body now that I’ve lost over a hundred pounds ) just to keep having failed deliveries the last week because they are using some random Amazon flex driver that doesn’t have access to the military base I live on. I NEVER have issues when they use usps/ups/fedex/DHL for shipping.
