Dang package been stuck since the 19th out of all the USPS centers it had to be Chicago distribution center... I know there's a storm happening, but I **** when they have an expected delivery date. I don't even have an expected delivery time anymore. Now I have lost hope...

This site uses USPS for deliveries but only has the entering an address part, though I want a "hold for pickup" service at a this specific store, so can I just enter that location's address onto the site without specifying and it should work, or is it different?

As the title says. I was supposed to get my package Friday. I figured it was not delivered due to the snowstorm we had in my area, no big deal. Saturday comes, still no mail. Weird. Monday, nothing. I sent a ticket in Saturday just inquiring about lack of delivery due to the snowstorm. I get a call Monday night saying I got nothing because I "didn't shovel". I'm part of a paper mail swap group, and have now had two swaps on their way to me get intercepted, marked as undeliverable, and returned to their original senders. The person before me in the ring who sends things along has been using the same kind of printed labels since November, and none of my information has changed. Coming from Vegas to Florida. Merchant said they dropped the item off Jan 22 Thursday but it hasn’t updated since. It was supposed to be here Monday/Tuesday. Has anyone had a similar problem with these messages in the past? Is this thing coming anytime soon?

They are literally the only ones on that block that haven’t shoveled their sidewalk or driveway but their parking lot is fully cleared of course. Then they say that’s why they can’t deliver! I live a block away, they just have to walk ten feet to the cleared off sidewalk and then they’re good to go!

Hey, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else before and if so should I cancel my order? I kinda want to give a grace period of at least another week due to the snow storm and everything but I have never had this happen before. It won't let me track this package with either numbers and seller hasn't responded yet which I'm trying to give them at least another day before I go to customer service. But just wondering what anyone else did in this situation and if it's worth the wait? It's a $400+ order.

Hey guys … we are all aware of the conditions pretty much everywhere. I sold & shipped a package on January/18th. It made it to the buyer right as the storm was rolling in, and USPS shows a couple of “No Access to Delivery Location” attempts. I think in this case they would leave a note for the buyer to go pick up their package, assuming there is somewhere to leave one, but most likely the buyer would have the same problem USPS did and is snowed in. I checked the address on Google Maps and looks like a remote area, with their house on a hill, so it makes sense. The information I found online is a bit contradictory, some say they hold it for a week, others say it’s 15 days...
