USPS Tracking

Hi! I made a sale on luxury bag last weekend (>$2k USD) and dropped off the package at usps on Monday to be sent to poshmark HQ for authentication. But USPS tracking still has no update beside the initial QR codey scan on Monday. It has been 4 days since. I am low key panicking, what if USPS lost/misplaced my package? Will I lost both the bag and money from the sale? I have multiple sales before this, but never anything above $1k in value. Not sure how poshmark handle high value luxury items

Placed order on Nov. 24th, email said “shipped” on Nov. 26th. Hasn’t moved. Contacted company on Dec. 1st, they said it was normal. Not a super important package. Maybe $30 of stuff. I know Black Friday slows things way down, but how long would you give it before contacting the company again? Thanks! P.S. please let me know right away if this breaks any rules and I’ll remove it.

My package left Atlanta and arrived in Juliette in a little over 2 hours. This seems reasonable since I've driven to Atlanta in about that same time. Because, I live in Juliette!! And for reasons only the devil himself knows the package has left the state of Georgia and has headed to North Carolina. And because it apparently is on tour, it's now in Florida. That's OK..I was clearly selfish and naive to expect my delivery in a reasonable time. And I'm sure Amazon will make up for this by increasing the cost of Prime soon. And the USPS is long overdue for a postage price increase. Gotta pay for all that fuel it takes to carry packages far away from their intended point ...

It was supposed to arrive on the first but it keeps saying it will arrive each day, it never does, and the package hasnt moved. Why is this? I dont order packages often so idk

As of this post, I have had a package out for delivery for 32 hours without a new scan. Where do you think my package is? Could it have fallen off a vehicle into a ditch or been stolen? I am hoping to ask them to mark it as stolen so the company I ordered from can get me a refund. I will be going to the USPS office in person tomorrow (since they have gotten rid of the phones in the office where I live), but I just wanted to see if there are any other logical reasons for this before I ask them to mark it as lost.

I sold a DVD and shipped it to the buyer in LA via Media Mail and the buyer is claiming that they never received even though USPS is showing it as delivered. I'm learning there is no insurance via Media Mail gah. But since it was delivered, seller is usually off the hook no? I sold a Nina Turtle last year that had same scenario, and I remember having to tell the customer sorry can't refund because it's showing as delivered on my end. I shouldn't be liable for someone taking a package off a porch. This time around ebay isn't giving me an option to prove delivery. Hmm thoughts? Thanks in advance this is pretty frustrating.

I think for any PSA vault customer this would be important information. Last time I used the PSA Vault shipping addres (900 W. Basin Road in Delaware) on June 11th of this year and it worked fine. I just bought a card now on ebay and used the address I always have - Basin Road. The card was a very good price and I am extremely nervous to lose this card. I am affraid the seller will try to claw back the card if he can find a way. So now i get a message in tracking saying the address is "vacant" and the package is being returned to sender... I am a little confused about the update. It says out for delivery then back at the post office. Mind, it is the same post office.

Explain like im 5 why did my package arrive at a distribution center last night and then not get picked up to go to the local post office the next morning? Do they have to abide by the delivery date? Or is it just sitting in their facility for no reason.

This effing package was supposed to deliver back on the 1st since it made it to the birmingham distribution center pretty fast. But then it went to Hayden (an hour away), and then it went to Bessemer (also an hour away), and now it's in transit to the next destination. What is the reason for this?

Package used to say that it would be delivered Dec 3rd (yesterday) but it didnt come. I checked today and now it doesnt even have a delivery date and says “processing at usps facility”??
