In Lakeview East, it seems like we are getting mail 3 times this week. This happened a few times before. Once during winter so I thought ok it’s snowing (not much snow that week) so it’s ok. May be a lot of rain this week? Last we got mail was Wednesday.. (signed up for USPS Informed delivery service which let you know what mail you are supposed to receive each day - including tax refund check…hmm) How is mail delivery service in other areas?

Hi everyone, I’m a new Etsy seller and I’m dealing with my first confusing order and could really use advice. I shipped an order on April 11. Tracking showed it was “delivered” on Thursday April 16, but then later the same day it updated to “refused.” It then showed “delivered/refused again” on Friday April 17. I’ve messaged the buyer multiple times through Etsy (after shipment, and twice after the refusal updates), but I haven’t received any response at all. Right now it looks like the package may be returning to me, but I’m not fully sure yet. My questions are: If the package comes back due to refusal, am I required to refund the buyer? I was sent a package and was provided a tracking number for UPS from whose website I was able to get an alternate tracking number in the form of UM\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*US where I was able to see that it arrived in India around a month ago. The same tracking number when entered on India Post shows that no parcel has been booked under that number. Who can I contact in such a scenario? I have made numerous occurrences like this over the past 2-3 years, sometimes the packages arrive and sometimes they don’t. This time it’s a very important one so I would ideally like to find a way to get some information on whom to contact about this.

$60 (base price) “Express” package insured well beyond that for an absurd extra cost. Handed to a clerk around 11am on Tuesday. Friday and it’s still not there but their tracking is still gaslighting me telling me it’ll be delivered in the past on Thursday. Could have airmailed it overnight with UPS for less and I guarantee it would have been there and signed for but I had to use USPS for “reasons” but anyway. Just ridiculous. They’re not even trying and it looks like they sent it on a truck across the country which is no different than the other cheaper ground services but were glad to take my money under the ruse that it was a premium service.

What shipping like has been the fastest for yall? I lowkey need this before may 10th if possible

I recently started selling on eBay a few months ago. I really only sell sports cards and pokemon. On April 7th I sold a pokemon card for ~59 (free shipping, cost me about $5 or so with eBay). I printed out the shipping label the same night, almost immediately after the purchase. The next morning I dropped it off at a USPS blue bin. Now I know I shouldve probably taken it to the post office but 1. Im new to this so I didn't expect any issues with a USPS collection bin and 2. Hi everyone, my STEM OPT EAD card sent as a priority mail from USCIS is stuck in usps “In Transit” status for 8 days at the Kansas, MO distribution center. The current status says “Moving Through Network - In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late.” Has anyone else experienced this delay with their package recently?
