I placed an order for Batman Tom King omnibus vol 1 from CGN on Amazon, the tracking says it was delivered but it was on my porch. Anyway, I contacted CGN about this and they responded with the above. I told them I checked with my neighbors to see if they had got (they hadn’t) and I don’t believe someone just took it from my porch. I say this because I had four other packages stacked up in my porch; and I don’t believe for a minute a porch pirate would leave 4 heavy boxes behind. Anyway, I told them all of this. And I just got a notice that they closed the inquiry without even responding. Has anyone else had this type of response to a question from CGN and Max?

Graduation robes that are needed within a weeks time so re ordering is not an option and I'm seeing this in the tracking. Am I screwed ? It was out for delivery and then went back between distribution centers not even back to the local post office. I was thinking of calling USPS tomorrow or showing up to the local post office. Any advice ?

Again. Why is there the option for 2 day shipping if it's not guaranteed and more of a suggestion? I would have just used ground advantage which would have been free. I feel like this one might get stuck in limbo even though I paid for priority 2 day. Am I confused on shipping? Priority 2 day would be shipped Monday and should have arrived today, right? Or would it be shipped Monday with 2 days in transit being Tuesday and Wednesday with arrival Thursday?

Will this eventually update with USPS or will my money from the order be delayed due to USPS not scanning the package? This is only my 3rd order so I wasn’t sure how this works. This situation has happened to me MULTIPLE TIMES now where a package I ordered was sent back because "addressee was not known at this address". The latest being a package that was supposed to be delivered today. Yes, I have updated my address in the USPS system since the last time I moved. Yes, my name is on my lease and matches with the name and address currently in the USPS system. Yes, I spelled my name and address (including apartment number) correctly on everything. This one is going to be a little long sorry. I listed an item and it was purchased by a buyer in Puerto Rico. When I tried to print a label eBay kicked it back stating the address line had 45 characters but was only allowed 40. Sent several messages to the buyer and got no response. Hi all, I've finally started having issues with my AirPods Max 2. The battery is dropping while they're in the "smart" case. They also keep forgetting some of my settings, like the digital crown keeps reverting to the default backwards way Apple thinks makes sense for some reason, even though with any other knob I've ever seen in my life clockwise is up and counter clockwise is down.
