USPS Tracking

A couple of years back, I was selling a lot of single coins, and I used ESE all the time. It was occasionally nerve-wracking, but there was always a receipt scan (showing that USPS had it), and then - sometimes - scans along the way, and usually, say 90%+ or the time, a scan showing delivery completion. I had a couple of delayed deliveries, a couple of times I cursed ESE to the sky, but out of maybe 100-120 shipments, at the and of the day and after all my stressing about the imperfect tracking, NONE was ever lost or mis-directed. Hi friends, I am planning to renew my passport on Taatkaal as I need the new passport asap. I filed the form on Govt site and it was smooth but struggling on the VFS front. Hi, I need some advice as Im a bit confused about what going on with my package. According to Mercari my package has been mis-shipped since 12/20 and as I have read on here that usually means I have to wait a few extra days for USPS to course correct and reship it to me So I waited until after Christmas bc I know there can be delays due to this busy time, but its been more than a week now and in addition there's nothing stated about the package being mis-shipped on USPS's own tracking page. Two packages showed delivered on Dec 23 but never arrived. I opened disputes for both packages and Aliexpress requires proof. The tracking numbers begin with UD and cannot be tracked with any of the US based logistics companies I've tried (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). The tracking information on aliexpress does not have any information either other than "handed to local courier." Tracking number does not even work on 17track.
