Hi everyone, we've recently learned that the shipping status for the pharmacy has not been updating from the pharmacy side to the portal side. This is intermittent and seems to be mainly happening with the new 50 state no additive option. The best most reliable way is from the carrier themselves. We recommend everyone create accounts with UPS/USPS/FedEx online and also download their respective apps to be able to see their deliveries from the moment the label is created to be able to track their entire delivery journey.

My package was “out for delivery” for the correct zip code and then in a matter of hours the status was changed to “forwarded.” What does this mean? To my knowledge, this means that either the address or zip code on the package was incorrect. However, when I checked through the app I purchased from, all of the information was correct. Package scanned out for delivery on April 30th but was never delivered. No new scans since the 30th. I contacted USPS support yesterday and today to submit requests. I went to my local post office and they couldn't help.

Hello I've had this package stuck at the origin facility since Apr 25th. It was supposed to be delivered on Apr 25th, 2026. But it hasn't move to out of Jersey City since the first scan. Item was dropped on Fri, Apr 24th, in New Jersey, was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, Apr 25th. There is just 1 origin arrival scan and no updates since. I've called twice and they said they've started an enquiry but nothing yet. Anyone facing the same issue or know what to do next?
