I received a INR claim hours after the carrier scan. Little back story. I sell sports cards, I have 1 day promise handling to have cards shipped out. Not 1 day shipping. Lol. I’m not Amazon. I provide free shipping… I shipped this card out on April 30th the same day the order was placed. Buyer selected EBay standard envelope (other options available). Bought a few cards from different sellers and all of them were showing expected delivery today. I was actually out on a walk and saw the mailman enter our neighborhood around 3 PM, so I know mail already came by my house. Now both tracking numbers say “Delivered” (I’m guessing through the eBay Standard Envelope / USPS system since there are two tracking numbers), but there’s nothing in my mailbox at all. The weird part is the tracking says delivered at 3:19 PM, but there’s basically no way the carrier got from the neighborhood entrance to my house within 20 minutes based on the route they normally take. I have an online store, and every other day a customer submits a ticket that they haven't received their package, even though is shows as delivered, and the platform always asks me to provide POD, which I can't find through USPS. Is is something that I need to request? I understand sometimes the package isn't actually delivered, but there are also a lot of people that just lie to get free stuff. I know because I've already appealed and won sometimes after providing geolocation proof. This is what I see on my end. Tracking says delivered and signed for May 1st. Was not delivered to us and we did not sign for it. I got the mailing slip or form requesting signature on May 1st. It also says I can pick it up at the PO starting May 4th. I have read sugargoo packages are often marked as delivered prematurely. Signed it and the post man took it on May 5th. Still no delivery, seems like an unusual amount of time. Complained to sugargoo, they said complain to usps, usps said complain to sugargoo. No help so far. Has anything like this happened to you? Did you get it or what did you do? I'm extremely upset.

It happened again today. I had two mail items marked out for delivery. Only one package made it into my mailbox and was marked as being delivered. The other did not arrive and is still shown as being out for delivery. I have had multiple packages mysteriously go missing once they go out with my delivery driver (I’m talking 5 packages be either misdelivered to the wrong mailbox or never arrive period, one package still missing since January, following another missing, never-located package since December.) Seller said she dropped it off and has even had 2 other shipments delivered that were dropped off at the same time. Is this the universe punishing me for having too many impulse buys lately? The seller is currently out of the country so they can’t even go to the post office where they dropped it off to ask about it.

I submitted my ONLINE application on Sunday (5/3/26) at 1:06pm and it was delivered to me by USPS on Thursday (5/7/26) at 1:00pm (this was not an expedited application, but I did pay the extra $22.05 for Express Delivery mailing option ). Hello everyone! So I am very new to vinted, and recently sold my first ever item to someone from the UK. I am from the US. I shipped out the package with USPS, and a couple days later I got a notification from the “shop” app saying that the package has been delivered… to some place in New York. It says “Delivered to Agent, Front Desk/Reception Mail Room”. On vinted the original estimated delivery was around May 13th. I have not gotten any tracking updates since to see if it’s even in the UK. Is this normal when it comes to shipping internationally? Should I wait?? Should I contact support/the buyer???
