I recently purchased a BGS-graded Bo Nix card from the PSA Vault on eBay. When I tried to look up the certification number, I realized it wasn’t even in the BGS database. I reached out to BGS customer service, and they told me the card needs to be resubmitted for a relabel to get a new cert number. Since this is clearly an error on their end, I asked for a prepaid shipping label and for the fee to be waived. They just replied and told me NO. Their reasoning? Hi there. I’m looking for some help navigating the customer service system at USPS. I ordered a pair of shoes that were marked as delivered in a parcel locker. When I checked my mailbox I had a key for one of the parcel lockers at my complex’s mail station. The locker specified on the key, however, already had a key in it and was unlocked and empty. Idk what's going on or what to do about tbh. Lately, I have been getting informed delivery show that I should be getting mail but it doesn't show up.
