Hi everyone, I’m a TikTok Shop seller and I’m dealing with a really concerning shipping issue and need advice. TikTok Shop generated shipping labels for my orders, but the labels appear to be reused. When I scanned/dropped the packages off this morning, the tracking immediately updated to “Delivered” even though the buyers obviously haven’t received anything yet. A decade ago UPS seemed like a timely and reliable delivery. I have notice recently they have become the least reliable of any service, USPS and Amazon are superior now. what happened?

I sell on eBay / TCGplayer. On Aug 16, 2025, I shipped \~5 packages via USPS Ground Advantage / eBay $20 mail. All of them had no tracking updates, no scans, nothing. I filed a lost mail search and USPS said they weren’t lost or stolen. I filed claims on Sept 11 2025, and they were denied due to no tracking updates. I randomly checked my eBay orders on Nov 24,2025 and found 4 were eventually delivered… 2–3 months later, with tracking finally showing around October & November for others.. A few strange things occurred: first, I ordered two bottles of the same fragrance (one for me and one for my dad), but they were shipped separately. Okay so in my saga of redelivery I finally contacted someone on the phone about it. Scheduled it to be redelivered today. Got a phone call yesterday confirming it. Got another voicemail yesterday after that telling me about it. And now that the day is here I’m not seeing an update for it being out for delivery. Is it possible it’ll just show up unannounced?
