I’m so bummed, I was excited for this to finally arrive today

Ordered a package from NC with ground shipping first, then ordered a package with ground shipping from Texas. Both had a delivery date of the 4th. I already received my Texas package, it was constantly moving once USPS got it. This package was picked up early Friday morning and took two days to move from one city to Greensboro and is now sitting at Greensboro for 48 hours. My Texas package never sat anywhere for more than 12 hours. What is wrong with that facility? I normally have zero issues with USPS.

Hello, I just completed my first sale and the buyer bought an $80 perfume from me. It was delivered to their parcel locker 4 days ago and now they've filed with their own bank to get them to cancel the transaction with ebay saying they never got the delivery. This isnt true, very clearly isnt true and I have my receipt from usps with the weight and everything. Was I targeted because I'm a new seller? I can't even figure out how to respond because it says "you're covered under ebay seller protection" but how will this affect me that my 1st sale gets disputed like this? Hey guys, I’m really desperate right now. I sent a package to a friend in the US, but she accidentally gave me the wrong address. USPS just updated the tracking saying it’s being returned to sender. Is there anything I can still do to fix this? I really can’t have it sent back, the cost is just too much for me. Any advice would mean a lot!!

I'm posting this on the off chance someone has had a similar experience. I bought a package from an eBay seller. Seller has been on eBay since 2018, has 100% positive feedback and over 700 sales. Don't believe the seller was the problem. The tracking number was generated on 24 Nov 2025 08:37 and updated to USPS in possession of item on 24 Nov 2025 09:30. The package was out for delivery on 26 Nov 2025, expected between 11:15am and 1:15pm. On 26 Nov 2025 11:54 the status updated to Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available). Xtool folks, please give us an option to pick a shipping carrier other than FedEx. They’re flat out a disaster. My new UV has been bouncing around for several days, has had multiple delivery dates assigned (which is a real pain for an sig required shipment). Had the same issue with the P2S, and a bunch of others both from you and other vendors (along with many other lost/delayed/dropped/damaged/misdelivered shipments. I don’t care if I have to pay a bit more for UPS…just give us the option to use a real carrier. Even OnTrac and USPS are more reliable than FedEx.
