USPS Tracking

i purchased a small long sleeve from the seller. the package arrived in a priority mail bubbler and it says postage due. i was not home when this got delivered so im not sure if i was supposed to pay for the difference or not. what do i do?

Amazon driver here. I was delivering and a USPS guy parked at an angle directly in front of me, making me back up to get back out. I saw my next stop was directly in front of him, so I did the same to him, and got a dirty look. I don’t really care he parked in front of me, but I wouldn’t normally do that to another delivery driver. Am I out of line since you guys are city workers, and we are third party delivery drivers?

I'm located in the US. I have an item that someone wants to buy from me, but it's going to be sent to Europe. While I know I can use delivery or signature confirmation in the US to prove it got delivered, I'm not sure if the USPS International First Class Parcel tracking would be enough for that. Does anyone know? The item is kinda valuable, and there's the option of selling it through eBay instead, but they charge an absurd amount of money in fees and I'd like to avoid that. So my package arrived at the Chicago ILC hub yesterday. No processing scan. Now it just says “in transit to next facility”. I’m in Canada so the next facility should be customs here. Just want to make sure it’s not an issue that I didn’t get a processing scan? Sorry I’m not used to the USPS jargon and I just want to be sure. I heard a lot of packages just disappear at this international hub.
