The item was supposed to be delivered today, at 3 Am the item left the facility, then at 8 Pm the item arrived back at the same facility and is now not projected to be delivered until Saturday, even though the facility it like 25 minutes away.

Hi, I had a package shipped domestically on Friday, from WI to NJ and it last moved on Saturday, where it was processed at a distribution center in IL. Its Wednesday now. The package is still marked as en route, and in fact even has an estimated delivery date of Friday. This wouldn't usually make me think twice, I'm used to packages occascionally not moving for a few days- especially around or right after the holidays. The tracking number on USPS also shows no delays, only that they are waiting to recieve the item, if that means anything. I live in the middle of America and recently started and stopped a subscription with print delivery for the reasons others have mentioned, being that you never know when you’ll get a paper and might get Days 3, 4, and 8 on Day 10 and nothing on the next three days. I have heard that this isn’t on the NYT but on the USPS and how they handle their drops of papers. So my question is: how is it that Barnes and Noble and other retailers always have today’s paper? Is the thought that they order ten papers per day and so the USPS takes more care with theirs?

I had a package that made it's way to a facility one town over. Plenty of times the next scan is "departed facility" and then it arrives at my local post office for delivery. This time the last scan was "forwarded." I have reached out to my local PO, filed a missing mail report, and also a help request. USPS confirmed there is no forwarding instructions tied to my address and also the seller did not initiate this process. Location: California. I live in a development built ~25 years ago. There are about 15-20 houses nearby built by the same developer around the same time. But there is no HOA, community organization, or any other official grouping that binds the homeowners together - except - the Post Office built and provided a community locking mailbox, that 12 of the homes use. Hi everyone, Quick question about passport delivery after Indian passport renewal through VFS. I understand that VFS usually sends the renewed passport back via USPS and that it’s often delivered directly to the mailbox without requiring a signature.
