USPS Tracking

My parcel arrived in the US and tracking shows: • Processed through ISC Los Angeles (USPS) – 11 Feb 2026 There have been no updates since 11 Feb. Is it normal for parcels to sit at ISC Los Angeles this long? Does this mean it’s stuck in customs? I had another that flew through customs within a day. Also, is there any way to chase USPS for an inbound international parcel, or does the sender have to do it?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice from other sellers. I run a small jewelry shop on Etsy and shipped an order to a buyer in Ohio using UPS. The package was later handed over to USPS for final delivery. According to the tracking information: • USPS shows Delivered, In/At Mailbox on March 3 • The delivery location is marked as Mailbox • I also have the UPS proof of delivery document Today (March 7) the buyer messaged saying the package is not in her mailbox and not with any neighbors, and she requested a replacement. The order was shipped to the exact address provided on Etsy, and I also sent the buyer a photo of the package before shipping. I asked her to contact her local...

Well this obviously won't be here by tomorrow's "arrival date" I get aot of packages from st louis to Alabama where I. At....but this is a first ...Kansas city 🙄... make it make sense... I recieved 47 packages last year and 27 were late, 2 never came and one came 3 weeks late. I truly think they all don't give a💩.No issues with the local post offices.... but those people that work the distribution centers.🤬 Fed ex os so much better, and basically 2 day fed ex is comparable $ to priority...and arrives in half the time .

I filed NY state tax return, return receipt and the green card included. What confused me is that USPS website says that the delivery was received by agent at 12261, while for IRS it says that its at the PO box. AFAIK 12261 is a unique ZIP, but it is still very confusing. The green card with return receipt hasn't been mailed back to me, while I got one from IRS already. Can somebody clarify me what's going on?

I posted on this sub a few weeks back when an item I ordered was marked as "Delivered to customer" by UPS but was actually not delivered to me. I filed a claim with Old Navy but they immediately denied it. I had to contact their third party system, The Retail Equation, who basically said because the package was marked as "Delivered" in some format, they wouldn't accept my claim that it was missing/not actually delivered. I don’t know if this is a Clemmons post office issue, a Forsyth County, State of NC, or a nationwide problem, but has anyone else in here that uses their (free btw) Informed Delivery noticed a huge failure in the service lately? The entire point of signing up for this service is that they’ll send you an email first thing in the morning every day that contains the scanned images of each piece of mail that should get delivered later on in the day. For the past 2-3 weeks I’d say (maybe longer now) I’ve still been getting the emails but each and every one of them only shows the ‘broken image’ icon in place of where the scanned images normally appears. The past few days ive had packages show up in my usps and shop app. We have no packages ordered but they are either coming from other states. Such as Euclid Ohio and being delivered to some random address in flint MI, today I had one show up that had started in Detroit and is now in New York ny. I live in Michigan in flint but no where near where packages are being delivered or sent out. They dont provide much tracking information and no package ever arrives. It just shows up in both apps. I ordered Japanese pokemon cards off EBay in about mid January and the tracker says they've been sitting in customs since the 20th of January. The USPS tracking link says it can't track orders from Japan So is this normal? Or should I assume the custom workers had a fun time opening/losing my cards? I'm a bit reluctant to ask for a refund because there's so many warnings about slow delivery due to the holidays/policy change. Is this within the expected time for a delay? Or should I just give up on waiting?

Well good news is my tax return showed up on informed delivery. Bad news is I think usps lost it. Its only been 3 days they say to give it 7 after it shows up on informed delivery but idk I usually receive the mail that shows up on informed delivery that day. I **** the irs for even mailing it in the first place.lol. What a headache.
