How long does it usually take to find package?

Hey so this started the day after my birthday, I had a package out for delivery never got scanned after being put out for delivery or delivered obviously so I contacted the post office after a couple days just in case there was a slight mix up on top of it also being the weekend and my work schedule I couldn’t get down there, basically they ended up saying it got lost, so okay whatever The following week I have an order off Amazon being delivered through usps, get home from work to no package after seeing it said delivered and I noticed that it got scanned as delivered at like 11:30 am, where I am the absolute earliest they typically deliver here is like 3pm but more normally around 5pm,...

I’m honestly frustrated and confused, and I want to understand if this is normal. I mailed my tax return to the Internal Revenue Service through the United States Postal Service. At the post office, the clerk **explicitly showed me the delivery address for verification**, and I confirmed it was correct (IRS address under “To,” my address under “From”). Nothing was flagged. Despite that, the envelope was later **delivered back to my own address**. I searched up the shipping partner and they don’t have any website and their are a lot of bad reviews of them on Reddit. Did anybody get their stuff shipped by them and how was it?

I ordered a decorative ram skull from CA on March 30, which bounced around for weeks until I was finally left with the message on the tracking website that I need to contact USPS for 'mailability determination'. Part 1: I sold several hard drives a couple of weeks ago. So far, they are all in good working condition. None of them is reported having any issues. Continue to sell the rest of my hard drives pulled from a Chia Mining Farm. They are sold in fully working condition (No bad sectors, Hard Disk Sentinel Pro Reports show perfect condition) unless otherwise stated. So the sword did arrive! And after exchanging information screenshots etc it does look like he sent it without notice of charge back as the notice came 2days after he sent the sword. so i this is my order I purchase off rednote but I have to find a China warehouse to ship my items there and the china warehouse ships my items to my home in the states they air ship my items to New York but I’m just wondering if my items is physically in New York or is it still traveling in China to the states it’s been no movement for 3 days has anyone have this issue with International orders?

I was sent an at-home diagnostic test kit, and it came with a prepaid shipping label to use once I was done so I could send it back. I shipped it back on April 16. I have no idea A) why they tried delivering at 10:00pm on a Sunday, or B) why they haven’t tried redelivery since Monday. What’s going on here and is there anything I can do?!

Almost every shipment that comes to my po box, shows a message saying the delivery could not be completed, even though it is at the post office. I've picked up many packages with this status. Within two days it will change to Ready for pick up. But even then, occasionally, the usps person tells me they can't find it and it probably still being processed. I'm genuinely curious. What is it they are lacking in their system to be able to track properly??

So I'm about to be out to time to request refund of the expedited delivery method we paid for. I guess I should just give up.
