I’ve been having issues with a seller who said they shipped the product through both UPS and USPS, but the tracking shows that the post office never received the item and there is no UPS label. It’s been three weeks of waiting with no updates to the shipping. I finally filed an INR with eBay a few days ago and the seller was NOT happy and was actually incredibly rude. She kept sending me answers from Google’s AI overview and blaming the weather, but I just pointed out what the tracking page said. I don’t really shop on eBay, but purchased an item the other week via guest checkout. In hindsight I now know that probably wasn’t very smart on my part. Apparently, after I purchased the item the seller messaged me to let me know that the description time for shipping/processing was inaccurate. The thing is, I never got an email or notification about that message (likely because I did guest check out). Early last week, USPS said they received the package & it had left the facility in TX (I am in NC), however since then it hasn’t been updated or scanned since. It’s been a while. Not a single scan. It’s coming from a company that’s using a 3rd party logistics company. They tell me to keep waiting. I paid $250 for the item and there’s no promise of it moving an inch other than that they claim it did and it will arrive “some time”. What would you do? I’ve been raising **** with the shipper.

I thought shipping from inside the US would save me from angry customers. No China, no 20 day waits, no problem, right? First few weeks looked fine. Then the weird stuff started. Orders going from one state to the next took 9 to 12 days. USPS marked a package as “accepted” and then nothing for a week. A regional carrier skipped pickups for two days in a row. Have anyone ever had this issue before? I always buy items from Ebay but this is the first time I ever had this happen. This package was suppose to be delivered since last week Tuesday but was delayed as a result of weather conditions. Its been a week since delayed, however it was delayed at the OPA Locka distribution center which is fine as its suppose to go to Margate, FL. However, I just check the tracking today and now its in Puerto Rico?? Why would you pass the area where the package is suppose to go to send it to a whole different region? Have any one experience this issue before?

The tracking info says Delivered In/At Mailbox and has my address but nope, no package ☹️ I am in an apartment complex with 10 (clearly marked) buildings, and the mail boxes are all centrally located in a little outdoor structure next to the complex office/clubhouse. I looked at every package inside the clubhouse package area, outside around my building, around the structure where the mailboxes are, etc, and no package. Worst thing is that this is an irreplaceable item and is probably the last of its kind in existence - it’s an identical replacement of my mom’s favorite electric tea kettle, she got it in about 2003 and it’s no longer in production. Never had this happen before, so not sure how to go about tracking down where my item would be, or how to get a refund, etc. any suggestions? What I found weird was it was marked delivered \*In or At Mailbox\* but not only would the package be too large to fit in my mailbox, but it couldn't have been stolen by someone because I was home when it got 'delivered' and got the delivery notification text immediately as it was 'placed in mailbox' and went right outside, as the USPS truck was driving away

Our household has had items shipped via UPS go “Out for Delivery” and fail to be delivered daily since the Thursday after the snow storm. So nearly 2 weeks now. Updates always say “Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery.” But every other delivery service (USPS, FedEx, Amazon, Imperfect foods, Weee) has been getting stuff to our door with no problem in the same time frame. WTF is UPS’ problem here?? They seem to be the only service having an issue!

Ever since the beginning of this year, I’ve been getting a ton of frustrating issues. Three of my most recent deliveries are really pushing it for me. First, one of my packages was sent to Ohio after being stored in my local distribution center (for reference, I live in Pennsylvania, and Ohio is at least 5 hours away). Second, a birthday gift arrived late. I understand that I should have chose 3-day air, but with the estimated delivery time, it would have come 5 days earlier with regular ground advantage. I ordered a wristwatch online, which was delivered by USPS on Saturday. We got the mail less than an hour from the time of delivery, which was during the day. The crushed shipping box was in my mailbox. There are signs of a struggle. The watch box was inside, empty. There were no cardboard crumbs or tape on the ground near the mailbox. I’ve reported it to the company I purchased from and USPS, but don’t have high hopes of a positive outcome. I’ll make a police report tomorrow. It seems likely that the contents were stolen. I don’t understand is why they would put the watch box back into the box inside the mailbox. Seems like it would only increase the odds of getting noticed...
