i got a notice that $40.55 worth of extra postage is due on my package. this is for a $7 t-shirt i paid $5.99 shipping for. the handwriting on the notice is terrible so it MIGHT be $4.55, but still. i ended up asking usps to return to sender. the seller is refusing to refund me but i don’t want to escalate to depop just yet since i’m not sure what’s going on (a while back i got suspended because a buyer couldn’t find their package, even though it was marked delivered… i don’t want this seller to have the same fate) this is caused by a fault on the seller’s part, right? i’ve never had this happen before edit: i’m sleep deprived and my wording made no sense

Hi, I am trying to ship a package to a friend in Canada. On this last Wednesday I had seen through the USPS tracking number that there was an attempted delivery at.. 6:42am (why that early!?) and then the next thing I saw, my package is being sent back to the US where I am!? Anyone have any idea as to why this happened or how I can make sure this doesn't happen again when I try to send it again??? I am thinking of maybe using FedEx this time to ship it, once I get my package back.

Hi all. Just wanted to share a very recent positive TOW delivery experience with Steve for people that may be sweating out deliveries since the FedEx crackdown in China. I originally had an order that was supposed to be shipped through FedEx. Steve changed my delivery method to USPS after the crackdown. From receipt of my new tracking number to delivery at my location in the US, total time was 12 days. No customs issues. Obviously, your TD and experience may vary greatly from this, but just wanted to share something pretty positive. Good luck out there!

It was in my state and now it's not, I'm am so confused , dose anyone think it will still be delivered to my address on time tomorrow or will I have to call usps and how would I go about calling them to get my package.

Amazon truck and driver (not UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) delivered this to my home today. The package had my name and address on it. Whatever this is, it wasn't ordered on my Amazon account. I have no clue, and my only guess is that it's an ear gauge kit. However when I looked up ear gauge kits on Amazon, they all seem to have these rings AND some sort of tapered pins (used to insert them?). My delivery included only what you see in this photo.

Why did it go back to the "moving through network" status an hour after it was "out for delivery" yesterday morning?
