USPS Tracking

My USPS package was supposed to be delivered today, which it wasn't. It just sat at the South Houston Processing Center all day on Sunday and it didn't depart until 1 a.m. this morning. It didn't arrive at the post office until 11:00 a.m. However, here's the part that doesn't make any sense. Initially, it showed that it was out for delivery at 6 a.m. and then shortly after that, it showed that it arrived at the post office at 11 a.m. 2 hours later, I got a message stating that there was no access to the delivery location. Two days ago I visited my local post office after hours and printed a label at a kiosk and mailed a package USPS Ground Advantage in an ordinary small cardboard box. yall, I do doordash. I get it from a delivery standpoint. I just placed an order through Aldi. They have the cheapest garden soil. I ordered 10 40 lb bags. I didnt realize it was delivered by instacart. I genuinely thought it was UPS or USPS. I finished the order, checked my email for confirmation, and saw that I had clicked through half the pages and selected the default tip amount ($2). I live 30 minutes from my closest aldi. I got a message from Mercari that there was a delivery issue with a order from the buyer and there was no need to do anything but a min later It said return requested. The return also says under review and I dont need to do anything. The buyer hasn't said anything and it doesnt say what exactly happened with delivery. USPS states delivered Monday afternoon. My item was $20 but I still want that money. How can there be a return if Mercari said delivery issue?! The buyer has 5⭐️ from all sellers. so idk if i should be worried or not?

Anyone with recent experience receiving mail from Newfoundland? How long is delivery? Newfoundland Vital Statistics sent me certificates in late January. The staff kindly verified they sent it to the correct address. Nine weeks later I am still waiting. Today I looked through all my USPS Informed Delivery emails since late January to see if I’d missed it, but none of the mail pieces were from Canada. At this point it is neither here nor there as my application has already been approved. But I’d still like to see those certificates.

I ordered a dress from MyLolitaDress a little over a month ago and Ive been tracking it on XINSHU EXPRESS, 51. The website did accurately update things with the correct addresses, however it says it was delivered but there was no package. I cant call XINSHU EXPRESS, ive tried calling my local post office as well as usps- and nothing. I contacted Linda. I dont think its a scam she sent pictures and everything before shipping. I’m supposed to be receiving a very important letter from Austria and I received an informed delivery email showing me a preview of the letter scanned in, but no letter showed up. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday with the rest of my mail, but everything was there except that one. I went down to the post office to ask them about it but didn’t get any real help.
