I’m looking for some perspective on a situation that’s been frustrating to navigate. I purchased a vintage guitar part (saddles) in the $200 range on eBay. The seller shipped via USPS. Tracking shows it was marked delivered on Dec 21, but it never actually showed up. I live in a complex with a large communal or cluster mailbox, not individual mailboxes. I opened an Item Not Received case. The seller messaged me saying that due to the holidays USPS sometimes marks items delivered early, asked me to wait 3 days, and explicitly said that if it still didn’t arrive he would issue a full refund. I recently was deceived by a seller and sold a bag that was not the quality that i am accustomed to, with that being said, this is not genuine leather. This is a 40cm long and 27cm in height black CC tote with top handle and chain strap so it can be worn as a shoulder bag. There are no inside pockets but there is a pocket on the back where you can put your phone. I think this would make a great work bag or a very nice diaper bag. Not only did I not receive a tracking number, I didn't get a message when it arrived. I CHOSE TO SEND it to my lawyers office, not my place of residency. I got a text this morning saying that I missed a delivery and that I needed to reschedule with a link (it has an invalid IP address), but my Tracking information says that the package is in a completely different province? Could the text be a scam?

My package was supposed to arrive yesterday, after an initial delivery date of Jan 6th passed. It never arrived. If you could add this seller to the list: purchased a hoodie, received a horrible printed version, returned it. They falsified the return label and package to make it appear like I returned the wrong item. SHEIN refuses to refund me even though I showed proof of the fake label.
