Uhh so I might be a bit ****, but I got the screw retriever bit included with my screwdriver stuck in said screwdriver as I was unboxing it... A customer’s order was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago but, it’s still in the hands of USPS. Whats weird is that shipment and delivery are both in the west coast but for some reason, item left Texas 2 days ago (according to tracking). Customer has contacted me about item not arriving and if I can send another. How should I go about answering? Should I just say to give another day or two for tracking to update?

Am I SOL at this point? This package shows delivered in mailbox, along with a second one yesterday. I got the mail within 10 minutes of delivery. One was there and this one wasn’t. I waited for today’s mail and it still didn’t come. Called USPS and they said geo-location shows the scan was “in the vicinity” of my address, so they couldn’t initiate a missing package search, but reached out to the carrier location directly instead. I’ve asked a few neighbors and no one has anything. Has anyone had this happen and still get the package later? I started losing hope when they said it was scanned “in my vicinity”.

Most of the year, everything I've sent to Miami has arrived fine. Sometimes late, sometimes on time. This month, however, they have been terrible. I had a bunch of packages shipped out around the week of November 24th. They marked them as delivered or "Your item has been delivered to an agent and left with an individual at the address" around the 1st of the month, but they have yet to be delivered. I've experienced this before, but this time I'm actually getting nervous since there were a bunch of gifts I need before the 24th. I can't wait for them to deliver whenever. These are time-sensitive. I'm in Dubuque. If it's not missing or destroyed I'll be shocked. This isn't the first time the post office has done this to me. I ordered a tank cover for a motorcycle a few years back. It made it from Budapest to Indianapolis no problem. At the time I lived in Ohio. Literally the first exit after you leave Indiana on 70. A little over 3 months after getting lost in Indiana it made its way to my door. It was a piece of leather in a bag, in a box. Easy enough to lose, a little tougher to destroy. This little thing on the other hand, doesn't stand a chance. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't feel great about this.

I searched my entire apartment complex from the mail room, front desk, to surrounding perimeter and buildings with no luck (before I was told it was delivered to a different building lmao).
