A friend in Cienfuegos (I am in Colorado USA) is asking me to send some items such as mosquito repellent, anti-inflammatory tablets and cremes, vitamins. I presume he'll add other items to the list when/if I agree to do this. He also asked for a medication which requires a prescription - I've already told him that one won't be possible. Two stories - same circumstances, different endings. We live in a brand new condo in Seattle as the first owners of the unit. Moved in May. There are 16 units total in the complex. Mail gets delivered to a community set of boxes and packages get delivered to our doors. We placed a sticker on the inside of our mailbox that has our unit info and last name. As the title says. One of the package was marked delivered on 20th Dec 2025 but not actually delivered. I got in touch with the seller but he isnt helping as the tracking says delivered so his part of the deal is done. I tried to file a missing mail but got an email a day later that its delivered. I again applied for package search so waiting now. Please let me know what can be done?

Noob here….I purchased an item in November with an estimated delivery date of 12/4 via USPS. After 3 weeks I went to my post office and they stated that my tracking number wasn’t a real tracking number and they had no idea where my package was. I contacted eBay and the seller and requested a refund which I received. Well the item magically appeared at my door on 12/31. Is it my responsibility to start reaching out to fix this? I’ll mail it back but am I waiting for directions from eBay? Will I ever hear anything?
