I have a package shipped from the US via USPS, which I’m tracking in the Swiss Post app. I added the consignment manually, so I only see limited information, but I can see that customs clearance is completed and the status is now “sorting – forwarding”. What I don’t understand is why it doesn’t appear in my Swiss Post profile as a consignment addressed to me, like my other parcels usually do. It has already been given a Swiss 99.xx barcode, but it still isn’t linked to my verified address. $1k item, shipping to Florida. Delivery was attempted yesterday. Buyer is sending me links telling me to remove the signature requirement because its being delivered to a freind of his and hes in Peru. Obviously Im not going to click these links or do that. He sent photos of the form USPS left. I let him know he could have his freind fill out the back and put it in the mailbox for re-delivery.
