USPS Tracking

I’m not an employee of the USPS but I’m begging you all for your expertise and help. My community has been plagued by mail thefts at our CBUs. The most recent happened on Wednesday. In this case it appears they had an arrow key or copy as they completed the opening, theft, and closing of the CBU in under a minute without breaking the lock. This has been going on for a long time. They’ve also broken the locks on several different occasions. It appears to be multiple different individuals carrying out these crimes. I've been waiting nearly a month for some treasury bonds left to me by an estate. The sender, brother of the deceased, (a person in their 80s) for some reason, sent it through the USPS with registered and insured for the full amount of the bonds. I saw this morning it was being delivered today, so my spouse was at home waiting for delivery. It never came. Did someone grab the note from my door and pick it up at the post office? Or is this a postal employee who did this? Or is this simply in the system wrong and I need to chill out?

My dad in Seattle shipped me a package using a USPS Click-N-Ship label I generated on 3/31 at \~8 PM. The label had the correct return address (Seattle, WA), correct destination (Erie, PA). He printed it and dropped it off at a USPS location in Seattle on 4/1 around noon (PST). When I check tracking, I was presented with what’s shown in the image. This makes zero sense. My dad is not in New York, the item was shown to be received by USPS before my dad dropped it off. The label shown in the tracking was also created about 7 hours earlier (I created mine 7 pm eastern). And it’s moving south to South Carolina, when I’m in northwest Pennsylvania (normally it would go through Pittsburgh)...

I wont be able to make it to rolling loud since I’ll be going to Miami for family instead so I am selling my ticket! They havent shipped out my wrist band yet but they should be shipping it in the upcoming weeks. Latest is two weeks before the date which is shown on the pictures. Package arrived in my state fairly fast which was nice. Then towards the middle of the day it said it left St. Paul to go to the next destination, then it changed to this. Same status but the date keeps just changing only. 🥲 it’s almost over a week late now because of this
