USPS Tracking

Today, USPS showed 3 packages as undeliverable due to “no one available to sign.” I was at home and saw the USPS truck nearby, so I went to ask the carrier. He told me that because the front desk had refused to sign for packages in the past, he did not bring my packages to the building at all, but still marked them as “no signature available.” However, apartment management has confirmed they do accept and sign for packages, and I have personally seen the front desk sign for deliveries before. I told him I would file a complaint if this keeps happening. He said he would deliver properly in the future. Should I file a complaint now, or wait to see if future deliveries improve?

It was supposed to come 2 days ago then got delayed and now theres no delivery date. Will it ever get here or should i just accept its gone

BLUF: Silver was snagged after delivery and I want to know if anything can be done or if my money is just gone for good. As title states I believe some silver I purchased was potentially stolen and wanted to know whay my options look like. Also had another question where the date used to be for the delivery (January 26th), there is now “ - - “ stating no date. But is this normal? Has anyone received their pin before their card? I’m worried someone may have taken my ebt card out of the mail. For context, my caseworker confirmed my card was mailed out on 1/9/26. On 1/16/26 on informed delivery I got image scan of what I’d imagine to be my ebt card (sent from FIS EBT CardPro Return Mail). First off, this is *absolutely* not a critique of USPS drivers. Those workers are busting their asses in this weather and I respect the **** out of them. I'm in the North Hills and noticed I haven't received my mail yesterday or today (I have USPS Informed Delivery so it at least lets me know what mail I'm expecting). I’ve had this account for years with zero issues…until I moved in September. This area uses flex drivers. They don’t even bother to read the labels. I receive my neighbors Amazon packages all the time as well! We don’t have these issues with USPS or anyone else. I’ve had three missing packages since moving here. None of them had delivery photos, so even the customer service people were like “wtf”.
