I don’t know if I’m impatient, but just got me worrying

Was being shipped from Illinois to my city in Wisconsin but as you see it's taken a detour going from Illinois to Iowa to Minnesota and now all the way to Philadelphia I'm so ******, it was supposed to be delivered on Friday last week. Searching for opinions— USPS sent a letter stating that they won’t be delivering mail because of the area in front of the mailbox. In my area, they drive mailbox to mailbox, instead of walking the neighborhood. As you can see, the mail lady has been driving in our yard all the way down to the next mailbox, her vehicle is what created this issue that caused a refusal to deliver. Has anyone experienced this? My dad said they’ll argue that the mailbox is too far away from the road, but it’s in line with the neighbor’s. Has anyone here argued with USPS. I had sent a package around $1000 USD (trading cards), buyer paid via PayPal G+S. It went to an apartment complex in NYC, shows it was signed by “P PP” and left in the mailroom. Buyer reached out and said they don’t have a mailroom so I looked at the proof of delivery and it shows the signature that the buyer says isn’t his. Package is insured for $1000 but seems like we can’t use this route anymore as it shows delivered. He’s going to call USPS to investigate but my question is, what happens if the package can’t be located?
