Hi everyone, I need some help/advice. My USPS package containing my USCIS Green Card has been delayed for many days, and tracking keeps showing “In Transit to Next Facility” with no real updates. It was routed through the **Gainesville, Florida Distribution Center** and has been stuck for a long time. basically as the title says, i bought something and the thing SAYS it shipped but not only is the listing no longer viewable, the seller isnt even on the website anymore and the tracking number i got doesnt work on usps. i am very sure that the item isnt going to even arrive but is there anyway to get ebay to give me a refund or am i going to have to wait til its the day after the delivery window?

I have been living in Nikoo Homes Apartment for some time now and observed that some residents blatantly tell delivery boys to not enter passenger lift and take service lift instead. I don't see any rule by authority that says delivery boys are not allowed to enter passenger lift. Also, if you live in Nikoo Homes you'll realise that the lifts are slow and inadequate to cater the volume of people living there, if they wait for service lift at times it takes more than 10 minutes to just travel in lift.
