Fedex, 3 out 4 deliveries i get from are late. I have one at this moment they say is out for delivery and there isn't a chance, and they re assessing the delivery date. The fedex truck went by 4 hours ago. They miss delivered 4 of my packages to other place in our small town. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to communicate with USPS. A friend sent a package and I've tracked it to attempted delivery attempts at my house, even though we were home. The USPS website is a mess, and I get technical errors whenever I try to submit an email inquiry. Have tried calling their customer service but it also times out. All Im trying to do is give the courier authority to leave the package. Any thoughts?
