How was this is not scanned anywhere??

I don’t really wanna go up there for them to tell me that they don’t have it. Is it good to pickup or do I have to wait till it gives me a different notification

Anybody else having shipping issues where USPS is not updating your tracking and it says "moving through network". My boots shipped out on 12/3 with a "expected delivery" by 12/8. There goes my X-Mass present if these are stolen.

Location: New York TL;DR at the end because I write too much. I moved into my house May 2025, and as is typical, I got mail from previous residents. There have been \~4 different people's mail that has been delivered to me over the last 7 months. I would set those letters aside until I had a decent pile, wrote "Not at this address" and put them back in my mailbox. The first time I did this, I included mail that had been addressed to a former resident "or Current Resident", and my local carrier circled that on each of the mail pieces and returned them to me. I shipped out 2 packages 3 days ago. One went out fine, but this one doesn't even say it arrived at the post office. Has this happened to anyone? What do I do in this situation?

i’m very confused on why it removed my delivery date. how did it arrive at my local facility and then somehow travel backwards and be processing at another? idk if this would effect my package at all but it does contain a few disposable carts.. but i’ve never had issues with getting those delivered before, so i’m wondering if this is just a scanning issue on usps part.

I mailed a package last week and it hit the Distribution center in my city on Sunday night. It is now Wednesday and theres been no departure scan. 2 other packages I mailed that day departed, but those were bubble mailers while this one was a box. Not sure if that matters Is this normal? I know the In Transit message is automated, but can an item be in transit without a departure scan? How often are departure scans missed?
