USPS Tracking

So i had an item scheduled for pickup yesterday morning and i was wondering if its supposed to appear in tracking details because i can’t see anything so far other than “label created”. I got an email saying my package was picked up though. Does it only update once it gets dropped off at a usps?

Backstory as it may be relevant - I had an identity theft scare last month, had to change all passwords, new credit card, etc. the scammers (as is quite common) would send packages to my address to see if it was a legitimate address. Small nightmare that thankfully seems to be under control. I received a USPS delivery notification last week from a Canadian distribution company (I am in the US) with no information and a very minimal website/internet presence. Someone bought something (with shipping) from me via marketplace. She had the wrong address and it was sent back to me. I’ve already been paid. She paid $25 total including shipping and I was paid $17 otherwise I’d just PayPal her the money but there’s literally no option to refund her. I’ve looked everywhere. She said she can open a claim on her end but we’re both worried it’ll affect me as a seller. I’m not sure if this is the issue for no refund option but the status page on fb still says out for delivery. When clicking the tracking that takes you to USPS page it says delivered but I’m wondering if the out for delivery status on the marketplace page is messing it up?

This is my daughter''s graduation present. USPS originally said it would arrive by May 21. It was shipped in time. Fortunately, graduation is still two weeks away. Unfortunately, USPS is no longer providing an estimated delivery date. We're in Oregon; the package isn't even headed in the right direction. I hope it's enjoying its two visits (so far) to Mississippi.

I purchased some camera equipment from a reputable seller on eBay. He’s a well-known photographer that I follow on Instagram, and from everything I know, he’s a genuine guy with good intentions, so I don’t believe there’s any foul play involved here.
