USPS Tracking

I purchased an item on depop, messaged the seller asking if they dropped it off and they said yes, status on depop says shipped but when I checked the usps website it says this? Am I being scammed? Does anyone know what this means?

This package was a FedEx Smartpost (aka, it gets handed to USPS for last mile delivery.) The first "processing exception" happened after it got handed to USPS in Sacramento. I called to ask about it and the agent said they would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Then I got an email saying it got missent to Long Barn and that it would be sent back to Sacramento ro be rerouted. Long Barn sends it back since it was sent the wrong way. I have encountered an issue with a tracking number for a recent order from the Jellycat US site that I wanted to flag for others who may be experiencing the same since Jellycat is not proactively making customers aware. I placed an order through the US Jellycat site on March 20. I received a shopping notification on March 23.
