\~$1000 card stolen today. Delivery driver put 2 of the 4 delivered card packages into my lockbox and 2 on top in the open (plenty of room for all 4 / Could fit close to 20 in the box). I ran down after the deliver notification email and they were already opened. The expensive one (LeBron Rookie BGS 9) fresh from eBay authenticator stolen with pamphlets and everything still inside. I live in an apartment complex. My apartment manager tends to never be in the office. My instructions say to not leave my stuff at the office, to leave at my door, but my instructions have been listened to a single time out of like 1000. I have been with Mercari since 2016. I was very upset with Mercari this time. My package was successfully shipped using Mercari provided shipping label and was successfully delivered via USPS to the buyer. Mercari cancelled the transaction unilaterally without providing a clear explanation and only reimburse me $200 which is significantly less than what I supposed to be paid. This showed up in my informed delivery for USPS with an arrival of today, but I couldn’t figure out what it was. Then I came home to this.

For the first time, I returned something back that it didn’t show a description and that person ended up using a whole different photo of a whole different product that I thought I was purchasing anyways I ended up returning it since I got approved. I printed out the shipping label and now it’s saying this what should I do cause I want my funds to be released back to me since I got the product with dog hair and paint the seller said it was in good condition

I am currently awaiting delivery of my second attempted order from Orbit DVD, and for the second time in a row, it appears the package is not arriving despite my including detailed delivery instructions (i.e., an access code for my building's entryway). They’ve been doing this for years when they don’t want to deliver your package. It would be 1000% better if they didn’t scan the thing as being out for delivery so you don’t wait all day just for them to mark it right before their shift ends.

My general delivery package says it is still at the post office after 30 days, general delivery packages are only held up to 30 days. I also filed a missing mail search that was removed from the history, if it was at the post office then they would've found it by now.

hi all , wondering if anyone can shed light on this as i don’t have much dealing with USPS! i bought an item from a US store , shipping direct to UK was something i was happy to pay in terms of price. i got a “it’s been delivered!!” email and i go check and see this.. delivered to miami? now i check my order confirmation and it defo shows small international package and delivery to the UK.. i’ve tried reaching out to the company to ask them to look into this but no response yet (been over a week..) seen someone say it’s a “freight company” but obviously.. i have no idea who or what that is.. and it’s not moved in a bit..
