I know there are multiple SpeedX posts discussing how awful this courier is, but I have never been so frustrated about a package, so I want to say my piece LOL. I purchased stuff from Shein, and this is my first experience with SpeedX. In the past, Shein has delivered my packages to me via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. My package has been held at the SpeedX warehouse since 4/4 due to an "incorrect address"; it is 4/21 today. Granted, my address is a newer build, but I have lived here for almost a year. Tracking just updated on Frontgate , we clicked it and it says “Out For Delivery” lol. I’ll update everyone when it arrives, but they’re just delayed. All other years I’ll get tracking in advance. Keep checking. Looks like it was shipped out on the 16th.

My father-in-law sent a book and a letter as a gift for my 6 yr old from Ireland. He mailed it on Feb 23... I saw it on my Informed delivery sitting in NJ customs for a while, then it disappeared. We figured it was lost. Yesterday, it appeared out of of the blue on my informed delivery, with another package that we suspect is something my wife's aunt mailed around the same time. It’s been a fiasco. I sold an item on April 9 and shortly after, the buyer messaged me saying she accidentally put her old address and no longer lives there. She asked if I could change it. I told her I couldn’t change the address on my end and that she would need to cancel and repurchase with the correct address, then I’d ship it out again. She said it was fine and maybe UPS could just hold the package and they’ve done it before. Back in January I spent several hundred dollars on something and it never arrived, the seller initially responded with some excuse about a snow storm in their area, I checked the news and found no such instance but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Come March and the package still hadn't arrived, at this point eBay's 30 day money back guarantee was no longer valid and I suspect this is what they wanted because the seller kept trying to get me to wait, I called eBay and they had me go through PayPal and after almost a month I finally got my money back! It seems as though they will be issuing a credit from another business loss in 2025? We were waiting on 2 additional 1099-K forms and filed an amended return. Is this true? On USPS informed delivery there is a mail piece awaiting sender from IRS. Which prompted me to check our transcripts to see this. If everything is fine, will they be issuing the refund soon?

I've been using USPS for business selling and purchasing since 1998 and I cannot figure this one out. I don't even know the best place on reddit to ask it. I hope someone can help. I bought two packages of the same food product on Ebay from someone I was pretty sure was dropshipping from Walmart, but the price was really good and past experiences were acceptable as far as customer service. The USPS picked it up in Georgia. Tracking says "Delivered, Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room" on April 16. Update: I had 2 packages from ebay get sent out from the west coast within the last few weeks. My first and unfortunately more expensive one has been lost at my local distribution center for an entire week now, with absolutely zero updates. Ive made calls on calls and nothing. My 2nd one I ordered over the weekend, made it here in 3 days, sat at the same exact distribution center for another 3, and all the sudden is out for delivery today (original delivery was supposed to be Saturday?) I shipped a parcel via royal mail to someone in the USA. 3 days ago I saw that the USPS tracking says "returned to sender" due to "addressee was not known at delivery address" not sure why. The recipient also hasn't responded in days. Issue is that I didn't put a return address on the parcel itself (I did put my address online on royal mail website when purchasing the shipping label online though). So will USPS be able to find my return address or will the parcel be lost? Will they be able to scan the label QR / Barcode And Find my address to return it too?

hello! due to some logistic changes i need to purchase two days of parking. i already have the other two days but since it is so close to the festival i'm worried they will come in the mail late, can i pick them up at the festival and if so, how? when ordering the only delivery option is usps shipping. Admittedly I don't buy from Etsy many times a year, but each time I am floored by how many emails they seem to send giving me the most minute of updates. Or confirmation is fine, but an email for the shipping label, an email for when it's picked up and scanned but USPS, an email when it enters my state, an email when it's out for delivery, and email when it's delivered... IMO all I need is confirmation that the order went through; I'll see the package when it arrives. Are there really people that need this many updates?
