Warning to others, if you have restriction getting mail (ie. office hours, PO box, locked gate) do not use amazon! I ordered tretinoin, first time using amazon pharmacy, they are very quick to send prescription in and cheaper than most place, but they work differently than prime, ( I have regular prime that you can set delivery instructions and they usually out to delivery during the day), Amz pharmacy promised to deliver within 2 days, but i nver got it for weeks now because the carrier always out to delivery at night like 7pm and attempt to deliver in the middle of the night 3- 4 am, one at 11pm and 12 pm, when everything is closed and locked? On 2/27 it arrived at my local post office. It’s updated as “in transit to next facility” every night at midnight since. I know there may be a tariff due, but I’m unsure of how to pay it to get my item. Has anyone else had this experience? It was transferred to USPS by Royal Mail. TYIA!

LITERALLY ghosted by support and Im SO frustrated. Package was marked as delivered by USPS on 2/14. No delivery photo, didn’t get any ring doorbell footage, no package at my house. I’ve researched and read many threads and it’s hard to get a clear read. I’m receiving 4 packages from England. Each box is 40 lbs. When I placed the order, they used UPS. The company has now switched to FedEx Smart Post. I live in a resort area in Kissimmee FL and we only receive UPS and FedEx. Smart Post, to my understanding, can be delivered via USPS which I cannot receive here. From my research, USPS delivery is being phased out but some areas still use the postal service. So, the last few times I've bought stuff, it always says estimated delivery not available, or won't say the tracking number. But I can still click there and it shows everything I need from USPS. Is this just my app glitching or is anyone else seeing this?

I sent everything via USPS Certified Mail, and tracking shows that both the IRS and my State Department of Revenue received the envelopes. It has been 2 days since the tracking has shown as delivered to agent and I’ve asked my apartment mailroom staff to check for it both yesterday and today and it’s not here. I called USPS Bryan they told me to check with the apartment staff since it was handed off to a third party and now they are not answering calls. I might go in person tomorrow to the Bryan post office and ask them for any info such as GPS. Has this happened to anyone? Do I start filing a lost mail order?

I shipped out a UPS ground package on February 15th and got confirmation that the package will be delivered to the buyer on the 23rd. Everything went fine like it always does until the day it was supposed to arrive, I checked to see if the package was delivered and I saw that USPS had never received the package according to it's website. The only update via USPS was that the package had departed from a shipping partner facility on the 19th and they didn't have possession of the package.
