I didn't receive anything after 30 days, so I sent a non-delivery message and an e-request. I’m beyond frustrated and honestly losing faith in Amazon. I ordered a desk, canceled it before it shipped… and the seller sent it anyway. They told me to refuse delivery, but I wasn’t home. Now I’m stuck with a 100 lb desk and a USPS return label that’s completely useless because USPS won’t even accept something that size. This is the 2nd time, the first time the item made it from the east coast to southern california, then the order was cancelled by Amazon without specific reason beyond the basic 5 possible reasons which none of them fit. Strangely enough on the same day that my prime account ended, and the item was supposed to arrive, and the order was delayed and then cancelled. They eventually refunded the purchase price with no option to have it resent to me at no charge since it was originally ordered when I had my prime account, and I'd either need to start a prime account again or pay shipping for the item. I’m a seller and I shipped a package to an address in Missouri (I record myself packing all my orders, and the correct label was attached to the package) and today I saw it was “out for delivery” in Wisconsin. I checked the label in my video and confirmed the address with the buyer and everything was correct, so I don’t understand how my package ended up delivered in another state. But that was days ago. For some reason since then, it’s been traveling all over the Tampabay area. What a waste of taxpayer money. I wonder if I’ll ever get it? The company that it’s coming from said it should have been here on Wednesday. It was, on the truck, out for delivery at 7:54am. But some ***** took it off the truck. In March 12th I won an auction on a bag I’ve been eying for ages, on eBay. It was shipped the following day. I’ve never purchased anything on eBay and the seller had a 97% rating which I took with caution. the expected delivery was March 17th which is 5 days after, to March 21st, which is today.
