Ive done a handful of international orders and have not had this issue. The order got marked as delivered when it arrived at the international courier (still in the usa) and now my customer is freaking out, any advice?

On Thursday I had a box of fairly expensive drum hardware not show up. I got a notification saying "delivered to front door/porch", but no USPS driver ever came onto my property. I had two other packages get delivered that day (and I actually received them), but they were delivered to my mailbox. Yesterday at 8am my tracking showed that my package left the North Houston, TX distribution center. It stayed “in transit” all day. Now I just got a new update saying it just left the same North Houston distribution center …. and the 8am update from yesterday is completely gone. Why would it say it left yesterday morning, be in transit all day, and then update hours later saying it left the same facility again? Has anyone else experienced this? I’m super confused. ?!?!

I believe UPS delivery drivers are considered essential. I'm sure DoorDashers are not and I'm not sure about Amazon drivers since they often work for 3rd parties. I'm not sure how these Amazon Flex workers could be all essential. I know that regardless of the essential label, we (USPS) are often times the only ones out there when things are really bad. After the last storm only USPS was out delivering packages, then I think the next day I saw some UPS but it took longer for Amazon to catch up with us. I sold an item in late January, and due to a USPS tracking issue my payout was held (customer complaint). 7+ business days after delivery, I emailed support, who manually paid me and said the complaint should’ve been lifted automatically. Since then, I’ve noticed they started sending me instant payouts on delivery and payout emails (unlike before). The striking gun was today, when they emailed me about a payout for an item still in transit. Is this Depop’s policy after a certain number of sales? I know some marketplaces adjust payout speed based on account standing. I have all 5+ reviews and no complaints outside of what I said support resolved.
