How long does it take to ship? And how long does it usually take to arrive after shipping? Do they usually take a-lot time shipping?

I’m waiting for one more record from Quebec to complete my application packet. We use USPS Informed Delivery so I knew it was on the way. I checked tonight and on one page it says it’s “moving through network” but when I click for details, it says “package not found” so I’m stressing now!

Is this common in USPS packages? Package going to California and went back to back to Georgia.

So has this happened to anyone? For last few weeks, all my deliveries have been delivered to wrong place. I live in an apartment so I can understand if it went to wrong building since they do look similar. But it keeps going to same place with blue door and a blue bench.
