Just discovered this after trying to figure out why it’s taking so long to get my paint. I know I haven’t waited nearly as long for product as most of you, but I’m wondering if the rest of you experienced this same thing. Hello, I had opted in for informed delivery for my EAD card delivery via USPS. Last year, for my OPT, I got it delivered on time. Today, I was expecting my STEM OPT EAD card. The informed delivery portal says it got delivered at 3:53 PM today but I had not received it in my mailbox as of 9:26PM. Is this delay normal even after the delivery notification or should I go contact USPS at their office? 2 items I claimed a month ago (1 being a $100+ Jessica Simpson bedding) showed tracking numbers in my USPS informed delivery. It said “shipping label created, USPS awaiting item.” Now those statuses are gone on the tracking numbers and it now says this. Wonder what happened 😩

To any Australian brands out there using the Zonos DDP system integration with Australia Post required by the US CBP — since the overturning of the illegal Trump tariffs by US Supreme Court in Feb, and the subsequent implementation of Section 122 tariffs, are you still being invoiced by Zonos for what were formerly de minimis shipments to the US (under $800 USD value)? We have parcels sitting in US customs in LA that Zonos never invoiced us for, which we are now afraid will be returned to us since tariff has not been paid (USPS — the AusPost delivery partner does not collect tariffs from the purchaser/recipient). Hello! I have a package requiring a signature that was delivered to the USPS near me. First they “attempted” to deliver, like always they just left a note and left without knocking, while I was waiting. The note and tracking said that they will attempt the next day. Next day rolls around, and it was delivered to a “Dock” and signed by someone I don’t know. Looked up the address it was delivered to and it was the USPS near me. What happens from here? I had an item I was expecting to receive that required signature. The day it was supposed to be delivered I was out of town, but it said that it was left with an individual . When I requested the receipt I saw a signature was left but not one that I recognize but the name was put that I signed for it (which I did not).
