USPS Tracking

I’m trying to get a label delivered to me so I can put it on my package and schedule a package pickup. It’s been 5 days since I’ve placed the order and it still says they are waiting to receive my item without any other updates. It says on their website that I don’t have to take anything to the post office they will ship my label and pick up my package so for it to say “A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package” is concerning. Has anyone else been through a similar situation with shipping label delivery through USPS?

Location: Oklahoma On October 7th a buyer requested I hold a rabbit for them and I explained over the phone the process for arranging a transporter to pick up from me and transport to them after they asked if I could ship her in the mail via USPS and I told him that was illegal. I ordered these signed kpop photocards from a seller I've ordered from before a bit later last year, around September. I ordered again in December. I paid $180. They shipped it out on december 18th from Spain. The tracking number and package confirmed its currently in USPS hands, but I have not received any tracking number update on USPS. I literally CANNOT contact usps without a tracking number. I've tried calling them, they make me read the tracking number outloud (that I dont have, i only have the spain postal one!!!), it starts with an RF, and because you have to read it outloud, the robot never understands my letter F. Even if I phonetically say it. They'll hang up on me...

This is the first time I’ve experienced this in 10+ years of using Prime. The package was coming from China and took weeks to get here. At 6am today it was marked “out for delivery,” but by 8pm Amazon tracking updated to “returning to seller.” I’m on the East Coast. Yes, it snowed, but my driveway is fully shoveled and there’s a clear walkway. Amazon has been delivering my other packages without any issues. I’m just trying to understand what could’ve happened. Did the driver decide not to deliver? Was it handed off to USPS and they couldn’t complete it? Ordered a package that had been stuck on this step for about a week now, it used to have the estimated delivery date as feb 9 but that disappeared when that date passed. Is there anything I can do to see why the package isn't moving or if it is moving and just hasn't been updated for some reason? Thanks in advance for any help/advice :-)

Hi, I shipped an order out a few weeks ago, and on 1/31 the tracking info said "no access to delivery location." I've had this happen once before due to snow, and after several delivery attempts, was able to get in contact with the buyer to have the item held at the post office. This particular package has not had any further updates since the initial "no access" status on the 31st. I'm beginning to wonder if it was actually delivered and never got scanned? I've tried reaching out to the buyer through etsy messages and email with no response. What should I do in this instance? Thanks!

I ordered a Talbots item from an eBay seller. I got a message from the seller that they were sending me a free gift in a separate package, which I received today. The second package which is to arrive in a few days warns me that there will be customs duties on this delivery on the eBay shipping page, but there is no similar warning on the USPS tracking page. This item is coming from a mainland U.S. state and is going to a U.S. mainland destination. Also the return address on the free gift was “Talbots Returns.” I’m suspicious about the free gift in a second package that came first, and concerned about Customs duties. What’s up?
