New gal here. Had my prescription (Wegovy pill) placed on 4/21. The care person said the meds would arrive in 2-5 days. It’s been in transit for over a week. Tracking shows it literally hasn’t moved locally. It started w/UPS and transferred to USPS “by sender.” Weird. I messaged them concerned since I have travel coming up. Ro support told me to wait until 5/5 before they’ll even consider helping. Except that’s not supportive. I get that I’m a new patient, but this feels like a preview of a monthly problem which can impact continuity and efficacy. I wanted to provide my shipping history for my silver Time 2 that arrived today for anyone looking for an example of what their shipping history could look like. When I was watching my progress I wasn't sure what all the steps were and I could only find people's general timeline without anything specific. I'm in a state around Chicago for reference as I don't know how much your location effects the total ship time. Like my title says. I was approved my GC and the card was sent. Never got a tracking number from USCIS but found tracking information using informed delivery from usps. I’ve been checking the mail every single day but usps says it got delivered April 15, so either that’s a lie or someone stole it. Either way, that’s a personal meltdown I’m having right now. But I need to travel at the end of may, would an EAD from DACA and passport be enough to travel out of EWR? Edit: Traveling domestically.

Hello! Today I got a message from a customer saying their delivery person told them their package was shipped incorrectly and they must pay $6.16 at the post office to pick up the item. One of my main concerns was the price for shipping. I sent out 4" x 6" drawings in a similar-sized rigid envelope, and the First-Class International Mail stamps cost $1.70 each. (By comparison, Forever Stamps used for domestic shipping are currently $0.78 each.) I am super glad that it's a fairly reasonable price. I’m so confused how every single tracking is giving me something different but I have no package. USPS says it’s been out for delivery at 8am but delivered at 3:30pm. It then moved to the Kansas City, MO distribution center, but I haven’t received any real updates since April 21st. The tracking status has been stuck on “In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late,” which I’ve read might not even be an actual scan. Has anyone experienced something similar? I've read the Kansas City location is known for bottlenecks. Did your package eventually show up, or did you have to take action?
