Sooo this has never happened to me before Anyone can explain??

Is it just my experiences or has the customer service gone straight down hill? I’ve been a loyal customer since 2015. Currently have 6 pairs of shoes / boots in play and just tried to order another pair of boots and shoes. But just like last time, parcel is lost or in usps mystery land. After trying to call during business hours and then told they are closed and to call nah during business hours I sent an email through the web form, to which no reply. Had to suffer through their ai on WhatsApp before reaching someone and summary is to just **** it and keep waiting until this package shows or wait another till next week to reach out to start the refund process. Hey all, looking for some advice. I made a sale and shipped it 2 weeks ago, and it showed as estimated delivery of a few days ago, but never delivered to the buyer according to the USPS tracker. It seems like it made its way across the country and then started tracking on its way back to my area. The sale was delivered back to me in a brand new box with a brand new shipping label with my name and address as the delivery destination, yet it was never marked as “delivered” to the buyer, “delivery attempt made”, or “return to sender” in USPS tracking. Been stuck in indianapolis for almost a week, filed a missing mail claim and still nothing yet

So I'm waiting on some very nice coffee I've waited years for to finally try from Sweden (Morgon roastery) and it's about to be stuck in this status for a week. I checked the missing mail function and it says they aren't allowed to search for food products for their safety. 🙄 I often order nice beans from around the world to try, does this means I'm just out of luck when this happens, or is there anything else I can do about it?

It made a brief scan in San Francisco then an hour and a half later scanned in SoCal again which is odd because it's 7 hours away... most recently scan shows SF again, do we think its ACTUALLY in SF this time? What is going on??

I was in the middle of an online meeting this morning and two text messages came in, one after another. I didn't check them right away because i was in a meeting. Ten minutes later, boom, no internet, and i get another text saying I've been shut off for late payment - PAY NOW to reinstate. I didn't even know my payment was late, let alone due for shut off - neither text said anything about syspension or shut off. My son got dumped out of his online classroom too. New gal here. Had my prescription (Wegovy pill) placed on 4/21. The care person said the meds would arrive in 2-5 days. It’s been in transit for over a week. Tracking shows it literally hasn’t moved locally. It started w/UPS and transferred to USPS “by sender.” Weird. I messaged them concerned since I have travel coming up. Ro support told me to wait until 5/5 before they’ll even consider helping. Except that’s not supportive. I get that I’m a new patient, but this feels like a preview of a monthly problem which can impact continuity and efficacy. The buyer is from California and I’m in NY so when I got the shipping label to print, it asked me to drop it off at the nearest location because it’s SpeedX which I guess usually is for European deliveries? I just thought this was odd. It wasn’t something on my end. Just curious if it’s because the buyer selected it or is it something that’s automated? Why wouldn’t it just go for USPS?

I wanted to provide my shipping history for my silver Time 2 that arrived today for anyone looking for an example of what their shipping history could look like. When I was watching my progress I wasn't sure what all the steps were and I could only find people's general timeline without anything specific. I'm in a state around Chicago for reference as I don't know how much your location effects the total ship time. Like my title says. I was approved my GC and the card was sent. Never got a tracking number from USCIS but found tracking information using informed delivery from usps. I’ve been checking the mail every single day but usps says it got delivered April 15, so either that’s a lie or someone stole it. Either way, that’s a personal meltdown I’m having right now. But I need to travel at the end of may, would an EAD from DACA and passport be enough to travel out of EWR? Edit: Traveling domestically.

I bought something from Macy's and they sent it out from Miami and it went to Nashville just for it to get delivered at my house in Miami 3 business days later. Is it normal for USPS to just send to a main hub far away just to go back?
