USPS Tracking

Any advice for this? I shipped through USPS First-Class Package International Service and unfortunately did not get insurance. It is stuck at this point and USPS says someone had to scan it in Ukraine for it to show up like this. Ukrposhta says it hasn't made it to them in Ukraine or even customs yet. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I’m having trouble understanding how shipping charges work on TikTok Shop and where FedEx costs are shown. I use TikTok’s shipping (labels generated by TikTok) and I offer free shipping to customers. Now, in the Finance and Order sections, I don’t see any FedEx shipping charges deducted, yet the earnings shown don’t seem to be the final amount I receive in my bank. If I gave free shipping but used TikTok’s shipping, where exactly are the FedEx charges paid from? I’m trying to calculate my real net earnings per order but can’t find a clear breakdown of shipping costs.

I sent my tax returns to IRS from atlanta on 3rd. It reached Atlanta distribution center and since then it's showing "moving through network" with no update. It was supposed to reach texas today. I called USPS a couple of times and they told me returns going to IRS don't usually get delivery scanned, but I should atleast see a movement out of atlanta. Where do you live (can be vague if you're not comfortable sharing specifics) and are you getting your UPS deliveries in a relatively timely manner? Filed my return with a single practice private accountant on 1/26. Both the where's my refund and IRS online account showed refund received for a few days, no movement. Then on Monday, I had an 'action required notification'. It said to wait to receive a letter, etc. I figured it was just identification verification or something. Ordered an item from ebay and usps website said "waiting to receive item" for 2 days now and still says this. I did receive a tracking number on the 4th and seller says they shipped it on the 4th but usps still says they are waiting on the item. What is going on here?
