USPS Tracking

A couple of months ago I bought a Geissele SPR 11.5", full rifle from factory (excellent price and ultra-fast delivery from the boys at Rooftop Defense). This is my 3rd AR. The first is a BCM upper that I put the lower together and it has a ton of upgrades. The second is an SPR 18" SOLGW that is awesome, but not part of today's test. First time I had the Geissele in the 100-yard range, I had it in its typical configuration, which is the reason I bought it for. It had a Holosun 510C with a HM3X magnifier. I ordered a package on Depop, and the seller sent the item and then on the day of delivery, the USPS page said “Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)”, so I would think that the carrier would take the package to the post office. Literally the day after, I went to the post office and they couldn’t find my package. I scheduled a redelivery and they didn’t redeliver. I went to the post office again after and they still didn’t find nothing. I did redelivery two more times and still nothing. I decided to call the USPS number and they told me that the tracking number is not showing up in their system but they could see that it’s on the USPS website so I’m just ultimately confuse...

Not sure how to go about this . I almost always never get my amazon Sunday deliveries from USPS. I always have to wait until Monday. The tracking message is always the same. They had no access. Our manager locks the lobby doors after a certain time, but there’s the gate which usps has the code to . The delivery person doesn’t bother to use the gate and instead finds the lobby door locked so they hold the package until the next business day. Once again I don’t have my package. Hello all, i am looking for some timelines and further instructions to follow to track my package and push thru final steps. Back story, i shipped some important documents to India thru USPS priority express mail and estimated delivery to happen in 5-7 days. It's been more than 2 weeks (12 working days) and still shows "Arrived at USPS Regional Facility JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER  January 31, 2026, 3:58 pm" on usps tracking site. "In transit and OTB" in India post. Meamo told me my package cleared customs, delivery was attempted, and it’s at my local post office. USPS confirmed all that’s false. Tracking shows last scan = **Los Angeles USPS facility**, not my city im in SF lol. USPS told me that scan only means it reached the U.S. intake hub and was handed to **Customs**, where it’s currently detained. It has **never** gone out for delivery and is not at any local post office. **Important:** when a package is held by customs, that is **not the buyer’s responsibility**. I have a question about how this affects my eBay account standing? Will it negatively effect my account? The item I sold is being returned for "no such number." (This is a Miami freight forwarder which is using zip 33195 but apparently delivery is to zip 33166. I assume USPS doesn't want to pay for delivering to the wrong zip so it's being returned. From what I understand this is ongoing issue.) I don't have a lot of feedback but I really don't want to get dinged. I paid $12.89 for shipping, signature confirmation & insurance on a $140.50 sale. My package got delayed this past Thursday. Friday it was supposed to be delivered but the driver stated “no access to delivery location” which is pure bullshit. Nothing was obstructing the mail box area. Tried calling customer service yesterday. Scheduled a call back, never got one. The people at the post office just don’t pick up the phone.
