Selling on Ebay for two years, finally got my first scammer. Chargeback for "Item Not Received" but the item is still with USPS (shipped on time and still in the delivery window). I've disputed and the buyer has zero feedback with a 10 day old account so it should be an open and shut case? It was a $275 item, I called Ebay and asked if I should attempt a package intercept and the agent said just leave it be. Anyone have a similar experience?

So I made an order on the 27th, had to deal with back order issues, and now I’m getting this message with no other updates. My delivery date was supposed to be today. I called an agent (after being on hold for 30 mins on top of other hoops to even speak to an agent) and she said that everything was on track to be delivered today or possibly tomorrow (im being impatient i know). She said she had no idea why I was getting this message and its not possible to file a report through USPS till next week, same with the Route app. I can’t file a claim through route until the 15th. I'm still waiting for my car tabs that were mailed last week. They showed up in Friday's informed delivery, but they are still not delivered. This is in 98109. Anyone else experiencing issues like this?

I can't find a setting for all electronic delivery of all documents. Is it possible to stop physical pieces of mail like the "Medicare Billing Notice" by USPS? I've already had 2 of the billing notices stolen from my USPS cluster mail box and I don't really want any paper anymore.

I live in a large building with over 100 units in NYC. No doorman, but a mailroom in the basement. I’ve been having a schedule II medication delivered here monthly for two years now via USPS. Not once has a delivery been attempted. (I cannot waive the signature requirement). It’s always marked No Authorized Recipient and I have to go to the post office to pick it up. Old senior citizen USPS worker who probably hates her job, life and others. Hello! I know that there are threads about this, but I am still running into issues. I am ready to ship my documents, and just need to get them on their way. But have been to various shipping offices without a clear path yet… USPS: said that they will ship to the PO Box, but that they cannot track it beyond the international border because then it is outside their system.
