Hello, I've recently started listing my sports cards on eBay. Based on comp the cards can be anywhere from $1-$50. I am doing auctions starting at $.99. I want to offer 2 different shipping options Ground Advantage and Standard Envelope because someone winning a $1 card auction doesn't want to or shouldn't pay $5 for shipping. I just have a question regarding my shipping setup. So this is how it shows under details for my listings. When the buyer wins the auction they have a choice of Standard envelope or Ground Advantage correct? Does it automatically revert to ground advantage if the item sells for over $20 or can they still select the Standard envelope and I have to ...

I noticed a package from Capacity was on the move today in my informed delivery! I've ordered enough to know that a box from Capacity that starts in Avenel is usually a rhode package, so I've got my fingers crossed! I haven't gotten the "your order is on the rhode" email yet but something is on track to be delivered tomorrow.

Any idea why tracking hasn't updated in three days? It says the package cleared customs so I don't think it's stuck there. I don't understand why it's not moving or tracking.

Please help me as I am in a bit of a pickle. I'm from the UK and was suppose to receive a USPS parcel from US. However, USPS returned the parcel to the sender (it never left USA at all) and when the sender went to the post office, they told him they will resend the package and to use the same tracking number. The issue is, entering the same tracking number simply shows that they have completed the delivery when they returned the parcel to the sender. I now have no way of tracking where the parcel is, and it's giving me a headache. Any idea what I can do?

My parcel was sent from the US and is supposed to come to Austria EUROPE,but USPS gave it to Australia post and they've changed the delivery date twice ,now it's just stuck in Darwin with no updates since last week and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday.is it on its Way or should I do something, I tried complaining but it won't let me without an Australian number can someone help fix this?,or is my parcel lost? Update: thank you so much for all the thoughtful responses. I probably did jump to conclusions. I will check all the circulars and perhaps introduce myself to my neighbors in case they do get something by accident. I guess I was pretty bummed bc the sender obviously put a lot of consideration into the postcard and I was genuinely disappointed it so far never arrived. Hello everyone. I thought I would give everyone a timeline for my passport renewal. Timeline for passport: 4/8: submitted application online 4/15: passport in mailbox I did not receive any email updates. The only email I received was from submitting the application. The way I knew I was getting my passport was because of USPS informed delivery. Overall, it took 1 week to get my passport. The application process was pretty simple to get a renewal.

I paid for two day shipping. It says it’s supposed to be delivered today but it’s apparently still in Memphis and hasn’t moved since yesterday morning. I have more than 10 packages marked as delivered, but forwarder never received them. These are medium-sized boxes, so it would be difficult to be lost at usps warehouse. In Miami is very common that USPS mark packages asdelivered but physidal deliver them one or two weeks later. But this time it has been over two months so they will probable never deliver them. The seller has not been helpful and insists that the packages are marked as delivered but don’t provide any proof of deliver. Hi all, Today I got a message from delivery through USPS that someones order came in damaged. Naturally, I already knew there would be a light issue. Fast forward, basically he was saying the bubble mailer was torn open and it was a "weird brown bubble mailer". Which, I didn't think was that weird? But, I digress. So, I got a INR a week ago from someone claiming that they looked everywhere for their package and they think the USPS delivery person stole it. I respond asking them to confirm the shipping address on the order, tell them to ask neighbors, and to contact their post office. I then reuploaded the tracking number that confirms delivery. The INR then said it's waiting for a response from the buyer. It's been a week since then with no response from the buyer, so I'm wondering how long it takes for eBay to step into resolve the INR? Do I just wait?
