I run Amazon FBM and receive a lot of inventory daily (usually 15-20 from UPS/FedEx/USPS/Amazon). I’m not looking for a tiny mailbox shop or retail counter. I need a place in/near OC where high parcel volume is normal Looking for recommendations like: • Business mailrooms / CMRA that handle volume • Virtual office mail receiving • Storage facilities that accept packages at the office • Any commercial spot that already receives lots of deliveries and allows pickup Happy to pay a monthly fee. I accidentally had a package delivered to my apartment (away for military and meant to have it shipped to my current location). When I realized that had happened, I made my apartment complex aware and they were going to retrieve it from the Amazon package locker for me and hold it until I arrived home (or if it got delivered to my mailbox, it could stay in there). This was a $300 item. It was delivered and marked as delivery on the tracker. I never received a notification for the Amazon locker so assumed it was in my locked mailbox. Sent a friend over to retrieve it and it was not in the mailbox (no mail was in there). Management cleaned out the Amazon locker and it was not in there either...

Anyone else switching to the new card have only a PO Box address for mail delivery? The application requires a physical address, and I live someplace that doesn’t receive mail delivery. I reached out to customer service and they took several days to respond, told me I should have used the right address (it won’t let you input a PO Box, and like I said, my legal address isn’t serviced by the USPS) then they closed the ticket due to no response (I reached out earlier this week, they responded today while I was snowboarding and closed it when I hadn’t responded between getting on the lift at 10, and lunch at 12.) I didn’t want to ask this on the main USPS subreddit because it’s informed delivery related. I’m a new RCA and one of my customers asked about a package that informed delivery claimed was delivered in/at their mailbox today at 10:59AM. I didn’t have a package for them, and if I did it certainly wouldn’t be delivered that early since they’re at the end of the route. I know informed delivery has issues but I couldn’t find anyone talking about it saying something was delivered when it actually wasn’t.

I accepted on 25th Jan. I haven't received any kind of notification. Also dont see any usps informed delivery. Online chat is useless as usual.
