I sold a Switch OLED on the 18th of November and it updated on the 20th it was shipped. The original delivery date was the day before Thanksgiving and it was delayed and no new delivery date has been set since. The buyer contacted me saying his stuff still hasn’t arrived and I checked the tracking and it’s literally going through circles in the USPS system. I ordered a pattern from Simplicity on November 25. On the 29th, it said it was shipped. Trying to get a delivery date. USPS said they know about the shipment, but it hasn’t been shipped yet. So, 4 days since it “shipped.” I emailed Simplicity a couple of days ago, because there’s no way to call them. No response. Back in the day, I could have just gotten them from Joann. I just started sewing clothes, so I have no experience with this. Is this typical with ordering from them? I’m trying to make some pj bottoms.

It’s supposed to be delivered in California and keeps going back to it’s origin 😭

I am very new to USPU. My friend is leaving the US next week and I had ordered a package to be sent to my friend so he could get it before he leaves the States. The estimated delivery time was around 2 days but once the label had been created , it hasn't updated anything for the last 4 days. What could be the reason? Is this usual? Thanks for the help!

I simply needed to change my billing address as I moved. Doing it online throws an error message as PayPal doesn't recognize my new address as valid. Have had no issues with USPS, Fedex, UPS, and Prime deliveries or issues changing addresses at every other website I've updated. Chat/email/"AI" support completely failed me for over a week. I tried one last attempt to resolve via phone speaking to someone completely incompetent and they just hung up on me 40 minutes into the call. Amazing to think there's over 20K employees working at PayPal and nobody can seem to change my billing address so I can use their platform on what was the busiest shopping week of the year....

I read somewhere they stopped this but has anyone received there package from USPS that was originally sent with FedEx smart post recently?

This is less of a complaint and more of a heads up and obviously there might be some folks that have had great experiences. I would highly suggest not using the express service. It was shipped on the 25th, stopped updating on the 26th and landed today without any updates to the expected delivery either. After speaking to a rep, they said it skips scans in order to be expedited but I've had other packages from the west coast (I reside on the east coast) shipped using their priority service and land within 3 days. Again, others must have had better experiences though. The holidays might also be a factor as well

Hello, This sub was helpful for me so thought I’d give my recent timeline. I only paid for routine service (no expedite). 11/15 Mailed in my renewal / name change documentation with personal check 11/19 Check was processed and received an email that my application was received and in process 12/3 No email notification but decided to randomly check the status and now approved! Says I should receive it by 12/10! Edit: My USPS Informed Delivery says Dec 8 delivery with tracking information. So basically 2 weeks for processing and another week for delivery.

My package was supposed to arrive between Dec 2nd or 3rd and still no updates. Ordered from H&M who said the package is at DHL. DHL was then supposed to send it to USPS for delivery but it’s been stuck like this since. Is this just backed up from Black Friday or should I assume my package is lost?
