These prices are not good. Most of the 20 percent coupons either don't work anymore or if they do, it's only on a limited selection of items. I suspect 20% codes such as "AEUS32" for $32 off 160 that still work are because of either cancelled orders or returns that freed up funds. Long story short, I got two packages in the mail today but the Amazon lockers only gave me one which usually isn’t the case. 😒 I ordered one on eBay and the other on Depop so they weren’t Amazon packages. I called customer care and they said they couldn’t assist me because the packages weren’t delivered by Amazon themselves. So who do I contact then if it’s for a USPS package? How can I even get my package?

Hello!! I am trying to see if I'm alone in this. With holiday season apon us I know the USPS is having tons of mix ups and issues (as to be expected). My friend is also having issues Recently I've lost 2 packages where they appear a state away and then end up in places states away! Currently waiting on something supposed to arrive today (WA) but ended up in NC? I had a package supposed to arrive the 18th but still hasn't moved past being at a distribution center after being moved from OR>NC.. once again supposed to arrive in WA. How long has packages ended up in limbo after this before?

Is this lost? I have had other mail that shipped out 8 days after arrive, but this has been on the way from Chicago for 15 days with no update.

I guess this is somewhat of a complaint since we’ve tried to fix this before. But my partner and I recently moved into a new apartment and have gotten an onslaught of mail from a completely different address - that just so happens to be a hospital! We have received multiple full on packages with (what we assume to be) personal medical records, test results, x-rays, etc. We have walked them back to the hospital each time as well because we assume they’re urgent? The silliest part is, it’s not even the same address? We have the same building number, but completely different street. And our apartment # is the same as their floor #. Anyone know how long I should expected to wait for an order of a poster and hoodie? I ordered on the 5th of December. The 18th of December I got a message saying they created the label and USPS tracker says they are still waiting to receive the item.... its 22DEC..
