USPS Tracking

I sold a jacket on May 5th and it is May 11th and the buyer is messaging me about shipping delays. I know that buyers can see what shipping provider I use before purchasing, so I'm not sure why they didn't contact me beforehand. This is out of my control, the only thing I can do is drop it off. Now they are asking me to contact USPS. I checked the tracking and there is no delivery date, just says latest update. What can I do? Thanks in advanced.

So my packages get delivered to my parents in the suburbs of Chicago because people steal mail like crazy in my building. Well me and my girlfriend ordered 3 separate packages last week, and all of them were supposed to come Monday the 11th. All 3 packages tracking said out for delivery at the same time, and when the mail was delivered today, my girlfriend told me both of her packages were delivered and I checked my tracking and it was still out for delivery. I drove 30 mins to the post office since it’s a smaller suburb and i talked to the supervisor who got ahold of the carrier and said that he missed the package because it’s small but it will get delivered today. Hey I was wondering if anyone had any experience shipping expensive cards to eBay authenticator. Just sold a 15k card and see that usps only insures to 5k but the ship cover will cover the full price. I have it set for usps priority express with signature upon delivery. Is there another option that would be better or am I pretty secure with the option I chose?

I shipped out a package a couple of days ago and it said it was out for delivery today but then it says pre shipment info sent?? Im super confused about this because i put the item weight correct, and i did everything correctly can someone help me out on what this means??

Not sure how to flair this as it’s essentially just a rant. After a lot of deliberation I finally decided to pull the trigger and get the Platinum card last week. I live in an apartment building that only takes mail from USPS - any packages are rejected. To receive packages, I have to use Fetch, a warehouse that receives my packages and brings them to my door when I request them through their app. Only USPS can get into my building/mailbox. AMEX used UPS to deliver the card and used my billing/mailing address as the delivery address.
