For context, this buyer purchased something for a friend for their birthday. After I saw the update from usps (the attached photo), I messaged them, asking if they had input the wrong address, and they said that they double checked with the friend, and the address is current and correct. My green card (newly approved I-485) was shipped on Jan 14th, I have informed delivery service, so I saw the tracking number and it was expected to be delivered on Jan 17th. The package arrived at my city’s USPS distribution center on Jan 15th (I live in Missouri) and has been stuck there since then. I submitted a help request and tried asking at the post office, they keep saying it will be delivered tomorrow, but it doesn’t arrive. Has anybody faced a similar problem? I bought a case for my wife's keyboard from NuPhy back in November, and it's been stuck in Chicago's customs center since December 8th. I emailed NuPhy's support a couple of weeks ago to see if this was normal or if there was anything they could do, and they said it's out of their control. Unfortunately, USPS isn't helping because they haven't received the package yet. Has anyone else encountered something like this? Is this normal? Any help is appreciated.

i have a package shipped with priority mail thats going in the opposite direction. This package is from kentucky to california and now its in new hampshire, is there any possible reason as to why this is happening? The delivery date is supposed to be tomorrow. Also just to mention, this was shipped out on the 17th and it is now the 22nd, isnt priority mail supposed to be 2-3 days...?

It looks like they’re now using a last-mile delivery service called Yanwen. I placed an order on Jan 4 and didn’t get any tracking info for weeks. A few days ago, tracking finally updated and showed the package had been handed off to Yanwen. I’d already tried reaching out to Notebook Therapy and got no response. Today, they finally replied and told me the package was “delivered”, even though the tracking still said out for delivery at the time. Not long after that, Yanwen marked it as deliver...

Called Lenovo the next day and it had already been returned to the warehouse. Said they would refund me (two weeks later nothing) and that I could order another one but refused to honor the sale price on a reorder. Now the same laptop is $500+ more. Customer service and sales kept bouncing me back and forth both telling me the other would be able to help me, and I got hung up on twice. Went from planning to be a lifelong customer to considering never buying from them again. Am I in the wrong? What should I do? ...
