Hi! I’ve been waiting on a couple of packages from a reputable seller that I ordered between 12/26 and 1/1 - 6 packages total. They show as delivered (no tracking) and I figured I’d wait a couple weeks after the “delivered” notification incase they got jammed up somewhere but no dice. I have since received later packages that I ordered after these from the same seller. I talked with my mail guy and USPS who were, as you can imagine, less than helpful. Hello, I'm kind of surprised what happened with this item. I sold it a couple weeks ago, and delivery says it was delivered in the mailbox...well, 2 days later I get an angry message and an item not received request. Buyer says he never got the item, it was a gift for someone, was supposed to go to a different address, and wants a refund, etc. etc. I told the buyer "look, sorry there's a problem, but all I see is that it was delivered to your mailbox." Ally is saying they just need to make a call and talk to someone that can verify the check is real. But I’m just confused since 3 of the people at the fraud department gave different but simultaneously similar details as far as what will resolve this hold and account restriction. One said they needed to call the treasury to verify the check is real. The second one said they need to call whoever sent me the check to verify it’s real. Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from sellers who might have dealt with a similar situation. I sold a sticker set on Mercari and shipped it using USPS First Class Mail in an envelope about 2 weeks ago, I clicked “confirm sent” the moment I dropped it off, however the tracking has not been updated. The issue is that the buyer has now requested to cancel the order after I already mailed the item. The item is no longer in my possession. I’ve reached out to the buyer (before the cancel request) to explain, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve also contacted Mercari support to let them know the item was already shipped, but I’m concerned about how seller protection works...

Ordered something from Etsy - so far, the seller has been fairly helpful about trying to keep track of the order, but apparently USPS is refusing to let her file a missing mail search because the package is "still in transit" and isn't considered to be outside of the carrier's transit window (her words). My package was supposed to get delivered on the 17th, but my school was closed. They say they'll deliver it on the next business day, but that was today, and they didn't deliver. Never again. Shipped a priority mail box last month with USPS for Christmas. I made a mistake and was one digit off on my family members address. Realized it same day I shipped it. Submitted package intercept to hold at the end destination local post office for pick up. PI failed. Went out for delivery but could not be delivered due to incorrect address. Can someone help me understand what’s going on with my package? My package arrived at my local post office at 5 am on Friday 1/16. Then few hours later it shows it arrived at a post office a few hours away. Then during that same time, it says out for delivery in my local city. My small town has one postal delivery person, and we have had minimal issues since he started over the summer. Today, a small plastic package with a clothing item was delivered to my door inside a bag with a printed apology from USPS for a "damaged package". The package was covered in what smelled and looked like feces. The original bag was placed inside the printed bag and sealed but you can see and smell the feces.
