Hi all! I sent a fairly important letter from the UK to Chicago via Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service. I haven’t received a time-stamped scan since May 3, and I stopped receiving the auto-generated updates on May 7. I initiated a Missing Mail search yesterday, but my tracking hasn’t updated to reflect that. FWIW, USPS has never displayed an estimated delivery date on this. I get super anxious when i order something in the mail and i get lied to about delivery estimates. i ******* **** it. so context: i order stuff from across the country (US) every month. Hi, I know that this process can time, but it is odd that my packages has been sitting at ISC New York for this long. I’ve seen other peoples packages arrive after mine and get through same day. I know there are a couple reasons for this, missed scan, high volume at ISC New York, it being a few days before Mother’s Day. But are there any other reasons it would just be sitting wanting to go into customs. Next when would be a good time to reach out about this. Some sources say after 7-10 days with no movement and others say wait 2+ weeks before calling. Appreciate the help!

I’m trying to figure out if I’m overreacting or if I have an issue. I have an item being shipped to me that I can’t really “replace” if it’s lost. It’s being shipped from Dallas to Michigan. It was dropped off on May 7 late afternoon. What's going on with Amazon Prime? I placed and order on May 7th for four items. The delivery date was May 10th. I just checked my account, and the delivery date is now June 13th! I added the same items into my card and the delivery date was May 11th. I was about to cancel the first order but it won't let me. It gave no option for cancelling. The June delivery was via USPS for some reason. What gives Amazon?

Should I give it more time or should I contact the seller and ask for them to resend it or give me a refund. I feel like I’m screwed because I went to something similar like this in the past but what are your thoughts?
