USPS Tracking

Hello! I order this about a week ago, I live in TX. We did just have a winter storm and I know that could’ve affected the delivery for my package. I’m just concern because SHEIN has sent me around 3-4 messages telling me my package delivery failed and that I should contact my local carrier. That means UPS/USPS right? I’ve already tried contacting SpeedX too but there’s no one to talk to, it’s just a website with possible problems and what to do but not actual agents. I’m just scared they might send the package back to the seller and I won’t get a refund (is that even possible?). I did write my address correctly so that’s not the problem either. Does anyone in same case with me, my package keep delaying since the Monday the 1/26/2026 as the estimated day. Now they said that no access to delivery. Ik that everything is delayed bc of the storm but i order sth else later but it still come on time. What should i do now 😭?

This may be a shock to so many people here, but apparently there is 0 work for me as of right now and even surrounding offices don't have work. I was hired in the busy season last winter and trained during the Christmas rush as a result of some national hiring binge by what my supervisor has told me. I buy from this seller frequently and packages get here on time all the time but this time the package has been just stuck in transit to the next facility since 12am Monday the 26th and Im guessing its due to the weather. Is my package lost or should I just wait a few days ? I don’t think it’s gunna get delivered today.

I ordered a couple things from hot topic and it said it was supposed to be here the 28th it’s now the 30th and has said processing through facility for the past 3 days. Anyone know what’s happening and am I going to get my package?

So my package went out for delivery 2 days ago, but was returned to the station before 8pm deadline. It went out for delivery again yesterday, but was never delivered and the tracking hasn’t updated at all. Should I be calling the post office at this point??

I should have screenshot the whole article I think it was Sun-Times or something like that, but it explains everything that's going on. Basically unless you drop it off in person and request a scan, they will not scan it. Not even a guarantee for regular paper mail to be date stamped same day as pick up. So when you file taxes through mail, drop it off in person and request the stamp before leaving.

So, I ordered a pretty important package and of course for some reason, the company used OnTrac as the carrier. At first I decided to do some research, but after hearing all about the horror stories, I honestly grew pretty anxious. The scans the company has are atrocious. The package was sitting in LA for God knows how long. The weather delay at Chandler, AZ isn't even evidence that the package moved because its just the system hub. I haven't received any snail mail this entire week, but have still been receiving non-USPS deliveries without issue. I checked with my neighbors and they said they experienced the same. Anyone else having this issue? ETA: Yes, I have informed delivery - nothing scanned in from Monday on has arrived. ETA2: Turns out my specific route is currently without an assigned carrier. We all live in townhomes and have largely identical exteriors.
