So I sell a little on eBay. I had a package not get scanned on receipt by USPS. I updated the buyer I day I dropped it off that the scan didn’t appear to happen but assured him it was dropped off. Buyer (+$150 <$200 package) flipped his lid on me, I asked for patience because I knew it was dropped off and would show in transit soon. He started to threaten me with legal action etc because of a missed scan. He was acting like a lunatic. Anyways, his threats continued and he left me my first ever bad feedback. So I ordered a new S25 Ultra with the black friday deal and incorrectly input my address. I just moved here so I scrambled 2 digits without realizing. Example, I put 475 and it should have been 745 for the house number. A couple issues here besides the obvious, I'm in a more rural area, and 475 isn't even a house number. There is a 485, 494, 450. I've tried calling both Samsung and Fedex to fix it and they package isn't even shipped yet. Fedex is saying Samsung is restricting any modifications or comments on the order. Looks like my CBM package was pirated. Usps was tracking to deliver Monday but of course last night tracked to be delivered today. I would have been at the location on Monday but couldn't get there today for delivery 🫩

I sell some plant seedlings on Etsy. Some of them are more than 2 feet long even after I trim off some leaves and branches. So I use a long box to pack it. USPS charges a 4 dollar length fee it bumped up shipping cost. Etsy has some weird reasons for not having UPS( I forgot about) so I use Shippo to get my UPS ground labels if the shipping destination is close to me since the delivery time will be about the same as USPS priority. Just curious how you get shipping labels?

Package has been going in and out of out for delivery for 10 business days now. Was estimated for Monday of \*last week\*. Indian support reps have told me everything from the contractors quit at my local FedEx, mechanical delivery truck issues, to they don’t even know where the package is for me to just pick up at a regional facility. Can someone help? I recently sold an item on eBay and after it sold, I got a notification saying my funds would be available 24 hours after the item is confirmed delivered. I shipped the item the next business day using the exact address the buyer provided. I went to USPS, shipped it out, and even took a picture of the label after the employee put it on the box. I just got a update to my delivery that it failed at delivery because no one was home. I literally work from home and there was no attempt done. It’s been out for delivery for 3 days. When I called FedEx I got the most unhelpful person who said they can’t do a same day re-delivery attempt but you literally did not even try once. Would not allow me to talk to anyone else too which is very suspicious because the FedEx driver provided photo evidence of them not even trying to deliver. I am just so done with this company blatantly not caring about their customers, would much rather have USPS or UPS.
