I’m moving to Oregon and shipping a few large boxes of random things, some clothes, cords for my computer, sentimental stuff to my new place. I didn’t really think about it but I threw a few packs of cigs and a weed pen in one box. I’ve sent three of them but one box got intercepted, I’ve never had that happen. One box did have to be re-taped at the post office cause it was heavy and the top of the box opened. So I am wondering if maybe that box was intercepted cause it was busting open? Original arrival date was supposed to be Friday the 22nd, but it’s been stuck at the Harrisburg facility since the 20th with no further updates. Part of me is thinking it’s been lost in transit but Im also hoping that since it’s a holiday weekend things have just been slow and I’ll see it sometime next week. Should I be worried?

Someone bought something (with shipping) from me via marketplace. She had the wrong address and it was sent back to me. I’ve already been paid. She paid $25 total including shipping and I was paid $17 otherwise I’d just PayPal her the money but there’s literally no option to refund her. I’ve looked everywhere. She said she can open a claim on her end but we’re both worried it’ll affect me as a seller. I’m not sure if this is the issue for no refund option but the status page on fb still says out for delivery. When clicking the tracking that takes you to USPS page it says delivered but I’m wondering if the out for delivery status on the marketplace page is messing it up?
