USPS Tracking

Hello all, I just got back from vacation and decided to work on my ruck a bit. I went to replace the tail lights but something odd happened, I first did the right rear, the colors wired matched Right side solid, left side(old) blinked, Replaced left rear Right side blinkers solid front and back Left side front solid, left side back doesn't even turn on either blue on green or blue on orange since the new ones are same color.... Also the e start didn't work lol not sure what's happening here lol

What can I do about this? I pre ordered a hoodie in September supposed to be shipped out at the end of November, after I emailed about it not being shipped at the time it was said I finally got a response from them and a tracking number. Now this is all I have. I kind of forgot about it until now but I’m wondering if it’s lost? If the seller never dropped off the package? I just want my hoodie, what can I do?

To the seller that blocked me after I gave 4 stars: The basic rule of packing something to ship is to make sure nothing is shaking inside, especially when the contents are liquid. The oil leaked into the box and I had to clean up the gelled parts at the rim. That is why I took a star off. For context I have been a mailman at the USPS for 2 years and before that a delivery guy at FedEx for about 3 years. I took a real estate course and aced my test first try and I really understand and love the space.
