USPS Tracking

I run a seasonal business that revolves around providing fresh palm products to church distributors, churches and parishs ect. Every time I use USPS my customers don't get their delivery or it's days late. It's insane how many times I've had this issue. Has anyone else had this issue shipping their customer orders through USPS? I've tried to not use them at all but some customers I have to. I'm sick of my customers getting shafted on their orders and then they are mad at me when in fact it's USPS!

Hey guys, I completely messed up by mixing up packages so I shipped one item with the wrong label but thankfully caught my mistake before shipping the second item (was using a USPS self service kiosk after hours). I’m wondering whether it would be better to try to contact USPS or contact Depop to switch the delivery address? Also, now that I don’t have access to the other person’s label because the system thinks I shipped it, how do I ship their’s to the correct address?

I live in Portland. USPS got possession of the package on 5/5. On 5/9 it arrived at my local hub. Expected delivery on 5/11 with no updates. Status changed to the cursed “arriving late” and then no update for 9 days. Filed a missing package claim, rep assured me it would begin moving soon. Got a scan on 5/18 in ALASKA (which justifies the 9 days without tracking). I contacted the rep who said she would change the barcode to reroute back to Portland. How does this end up happening?!

I live near Tampa so I constantly fall victim to Ybor. This time it’s not even a small package which pisses me off even more. It got to Ybor on Friday the 17th and my estimated delivery date was Monday the 18th. It sat at Ybor all weekend and Monday. On Tuesday the delivery estimate went away. Then Tuesday night I got a delivery estimate for the 20th but it was still sitting Ybor with no tracking update. Then I got another text this morning (the 20th) that the new date is the 21st. Still sitting in Ybor. I have another package on the way that passed through it with no problems today. (2nd image) it drives me insane that they lose packages like this. It needs to be fixed!!!

My experience has honestly been exhausting. First, I waited weeks for the order to arrive. Then when it finally came, some of the items sent were incorrect. I initiated a return immediately and shipped the items back the very next day using the prepaid USPS return label provided through their system. I returned two orders together in one package. Hi guys- My question is this: I sold to a buyer in UK. I charged $14.99 to ship domestically and $36 to ship international. So over at the shipping invoice page i see where i am supposed to ship to their hub - ok all good there, but suddenly the cost to ship has gone from my domestic charge of $14.99 to $17.00 - why?? For the record, the actual shipping cost to ship to their hub was $12.00 so what happens to the $3.00 left from the domestic shipping - or actually $5.00 left, because ebay has decided to charge the $17.00 for domestic? TL;DR is that the Waltham Post Office scanned a Priority Mail package as delivered because they "ran out of time" to deliver on Monday. I was PROMISED it would be delivered Tuesday. As of this evening on Wednesday, no package. Suggestions? Tracking shows this Priority Mail package took 10 days to travel from Texas to Waltham. So we ordered my son an item that shipped from Texas to Vermont. it made it within 100 miles of my house, not even to my town, before they apparently shipped it back. I have confirmed the address is correct. I get mail delivered here 6 days a week. There is no excuse for this. They do not care, It's time to dissolve USPS and let private companies ship stuff. I had a buyer purchase 2 items from me, shipped together ground advantage to Miami. Items arrived in Miami 5/10 (eta on delivery is by 5/14) and haven't moved since. Noticed this on the 16th and opened a missing mail case because I thought it was unusual. Buyer messages me saying he hadn't received the item on 5/17. Reached out to ebay and ebay says to reach out to USPS and see if they can look into it. USPS tells me the address is a freight forwarding address, and to this specific location delays of 1-2 weeks are typical and they ask me to find out which company the buyer used to freight forward and where they would be sent to as their final destination to help their investigation...
