So I bought a coin from JM Bullion a while ago and due to my work schedule, wasn't available to sign for the package when UPS came to deliver. After checking with UPS to reschedule delivery for another day, I was told that rescheduling wasn't allowed by the sender. I called JM to see if this was the case and if a change could be made, and I was told that JM's insurance only covers the item when it isn't rescheduled for a later date, apparently it has to remain in transit or decrease time in a holding location or something. Was supposed to get here today but now it has no expected delivery date; this route usually takes 2 days but was “in transit to next facility” for 4, only to end up in Philly again. Also what is the difference between regional facility and regional destination facility since they’re both the Philly distribution center? Any help is appreciated

I received a survey in the mail supposedly from the USPS Vice President of Customer Service. It was addressed to my address, but not my name ... only "Current Resident". It asks me to complete a survey about "the delivery service you recently received" but it does not specify a date of service. The options to complete the survey are a website (not usps) and then input a login ID and password provided on the survey. Or alternatively, scan a QR code or call an 866 number. Does anyone know if these surveys are legit?

I dropped it off at my usps store on April 1st. But it has been delayed and it's passed the 15th. Has anyone had this issue? Should I contact USPS?

I ordered small item from Etsy way back at the start of the year. USPS lost it and never scanned it in at pick up. It was finally found this month all the way in MS and finally started to make it's way towards me. I want to order some stuff but I don’t currently have an address and I don’t know anyone who’s house I could ship it to. I’ve done general delivery with UPS and USPS before and that worked great but when I tried to put “GENERAL DELIVERY” on aliexpress the product couldn’t be delivered and was returned to the seller. what can I do to get around this? Also PO Boxes are really expensive near me so those aren’t an option
