Hi, I'm not sure whats going on with my USPS parcel. I have had the tracking message that my parcel is moving through the network for almost 2 weeks along with the following: Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility. I have bought from this seller a couple weeks before this was sent and it went to the next facility in 2 days. We're now approaching working day 8 (day 12 including weekends). I'm worried why its taking so long, I spoke to USPS help on Twitter as its the only way I can contact them and they said to wait longer.. but I'm worried my parcel is lost...

Mercari support trying to gaslight me 😂 I put in a customer support inquiry for an item that I shipped two weeks ago and has stopped movement. It had a UPS ground advantage label, was dropped at UPS and once it arrived to USPS they stated it had insufficient postage? Now Mercari is trying to state I dropped the package off at USPS so it’s not protected under their shipping protection. In the tracking it clearly states it was dropped off at UPS and I have the UPS drop off receipt. What’s the chances I’m protected as the seller in this situation?

This is the first time one my packages does this, but since I seen a lot you guys suffer and wait crazy long times when this comes up, should be worry my package will take months or be lost ? Little bit of context: this was sent to me Friday there was two packages sent at the same time send location one of them is already in my town ready to be deliver this one just said this. I am waiting for an international parcel from the US to the UK. USPS scanned that it had reached the UK on the 5th April, given the weekend and bank holidays, I didn't think too much when it didn't move for a couple days. Fast forward a week, and theres been no tracking update, no movement, nothing. I thought maybe it's in Customs and then on the 14th April, it suddenly updates to arrived in the UK. Ok, so I have a problem I really don't know how to solve. I was expecting delivery of a Ground Saver / SurePost package. Somehow it got on the truck for the UPS driver to deliver instead of making its way to USPS. Looks like from my video system, the UPS driver placed it/scanned it/marked as delivered but then realized there was an issue and picked it back up, and took it back to his truck. The UPS tracking number now states as delivered. Claims seem to be not allowed. eBay shipper insisting it was delivered.
