USPS Tracking

My status has been like this for 4 days now. Does USPS actually have my item or did I get scammed by a Depop seller?

Hi! So I’ve started using ups to ship my orders using pirate ship after using mainly usps for most orders. I went today to checking the tracking on orders I had shipped out yesterday and got an update on 3 of them saying “unable to deliver”due the package not clearing customs and it’s been removed from the ups network and disposed of. These orders were going from PA and to California, New York, and Maryland so idk why customs would be dealing with them plus only five hours after I dropped them off and less than 10 minutes after they said they have it/it’s on its way. I ordered an item which was supposed to arrive yesterday, however the item was never even received by USPS. I reported this to the seller through the site, but specified I still wanted the item. I got a full refund shortly after, which is alright, but I still wanted the item, and I doubt they'd part with it for free. The delivery info and tracking details are still available on the order page. Would the more experienced ebay shoppers on this forum let me know if my package will still arrive?

What kind of scammng pos is this? This buyer purchased an $80 item and tracking shows that the individual picked up the package at their local post office and he is now claiming that he doesnt recognize this transaction?? What a pos this guy is. I uploaded the tracking number and also the image of the successful delivery (pick-up) from the usps website.
