I’ve been using this locker for 4 years with a 100% success rate—never lost a single package. Everything worked perfectly until I started buying on eBay and sellers shipped with USPS. Now it’s the second time in a row USPS has “lost” my package, marking it as delivered when it never reached me. This time I tried to prepare. The postal service does not deliver to home or business addresses in the mountain communities; one has to go to the post office to pick up ones mail. Canada Post isn't accepting anything for Israel at this time. Do you lovely folk know of a different way to send a card from here to there? I'd appreciate any suggestions! Edit to add: my mail got partway there before Canada closed service, which is how I know- they sent it back to me. And it appears USPS has also suspended service. However, stuff definitely IS going there; Stallion Express confirmed to me that they're still doing commercial delivery (but not lettermail).

Evidently after our last mailman retired (hi Larry, you're still awesome!), USPS didn't see the need to find someone to fill his route. So now our mail only arrives sporadically- meaning we'll sometimes go up to three days without pickup or delivery. Not a big problem- unless you're disabled and make a living selling stuff on eBay. -.- And evidently as a 'federal' service, there's nothing that we can do about it. Jack. spit.

I ordered this package on the 23rd which was a Friday. They got it to the facility on the 24th and of course they don’t ship on Sundays. I was expecting it to ship on Monday or even Tuesday. But it has taken basically 5 whole days to even move out of the facility. I listed something and picked USPS to ship. When the item was bought Mercari switched the method I chose to UPS without notifying me. It ships UPS, only for me to check the tracking today and lo and behold! UPS passed it off to USPS for delivery. THE METHOD I CHOSE ORIGINALLY! I would not be so upset if this hadn’t happened to me twice as a seller and once as a buyer. Can someone explain why this keeps happening? It’s honestly starting to put me off from using Mercari, especially since no one can help me understand why this is happening.

I’m a new seller and I’ve been watching one of my packages for the past week. USPS says that it’s been awaiting delivery for days now I so contacted the seller apologizing that it’s taking so long. They told me that they received the package already and it’s not missing. What do I do 😭

One of my biggest annoyances in my plastic-free journey is buying a product that says they're plastic-free, but they have a plastic cap. Even more annoying when I actually find a product that's 100% plastic-free and I double check that fact, but it gets shipped to me in a plastic mailer. It's the most annoying when I buy from a brand that is plastic free, I confirm that there's no plastic components, I confirm that there's no plastic packaging or mailers, and the SHIPPER decides to put plastic tape over the product. **** this ****. And I know if I report it to GF and they send another copy that I'll just get the first one the very next day and then have to deal with sending back two copies. There needs to be an option for us to be able to pay a couple extra dollars a month to ship these things out through FedEx/UPS/etc. The USPS is a ******* joke. I would happily pay just a little bit more to get tracked deliveries from a reputable source.

When I moved to US i lived at my family friends house and all my documents/addresses point to that when i moved out, I only updated my insurance address/job address/address on tax forms i have not recieved a single mail from USPS since last year at this new address i tried to sign up for infroemd delivery and it failed because "Your mailing address is failing the Delivery Point Validation. ". i couldnt even see my address on the list I went to the local post office to fix it, and they gave me a form to forward my mail is this the right one? the problem is not mail going to the original location, its that it doesnt go to the new location what should i do
