I had a package come through the KCK distribution center, get stuck for about 4 days, they did a search after a phone call got it unstuck, sent it to KC MO the destinatio center about 30 min away from my local post office then decided to send the package half way across the country to PA. I'm avoiding g USPS in the future if possible.
