this is the second time I have ordered a ps vita off Poshmark, and both times the seller ships it out, the after the second tracking update the usps says nothing and says the package is “in transit”

I first received my digital diploma on November 21st 2025, and the physical diploma was mailed shortly after. According to USPS tracking, the diploma has been in transit since early December. The tracking shows multiple scans in late December, then the last scan occurred on January 7th, and there have been no updates or delivery since, though I’ve noticed I get scan updates pretty slowly.
