Will I regret this purchase? I bought it online without knowing much about this brand

10 days na po stuck yung parcel ko sa status na ito. I tried expediting it sa app pero wait lang daw. Perishable yung item and nag-ask ako sa seller if ok lang ba i-ship yon internationally and sabi niya no worries naman daw. Kaso 2 weeks na, pang ingredient sana sa pasko yung item pero wala parin. If i-click ko ba yung return/refund ano dapat reason?

The last parcel shipped to Malaysia that I received the other day (tho I am planning for more to come) All of my akane merch arrived safely without problem. So almost 7 days thank u lord talaga nag update na ung unforeseen circumstances sht na nangyayari sa spx 2 weeks ago. Need patience lang talaga this holiday season mej na spoil kase ako na 5 days lang parcel from overseas especially china. Ung japan, malaysia and indonesia is 7 days lang. Hopefully magtuloy tuloy na and ma out for delivery na by tomorrow or the next day! Hoping din sa “batch dec 3” (pure of panic and chaos 😂) na may update na kayo and makuha niyo na parcel niyo. PostNL says it arrived in Malaysia on 25 Nov and is already with Malaysian customs. I bought a jacket valued at rm400 last year from an UK merchant . I wasn’t charged any Malaysian custom fees upon arrival of my parcel to Malaysia. So with that , if I order another jacket valued at Rm900- Rm1000 , will I get charged for this one ? I heard some people say goods below Rm500 won’t get charged but goods above Rm500 will get charged 5% - 10 %
