My parcel is stuck in Malaysia coming to Australia and it says on AliExpress that I should get it tomorrow. If my parcel is delayed would I get a refund or a new product sent to me. This has never happened to me before so I'm not sure. If I do get a refund or replacement what do I have to do.

From my last research I've gathered some new information: The Collab is now available within Thailand and Malaysia, however it can be pruchased only in a bundle with a ROG 9FE, or a ROG 9 PRO (Malaysian Exclusive), which are not really cheap Still no availability within Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe, US etc. To note: this was probably the 1st batch of products that needed to be delivered, wherelse will be the next batch of parcels we'll never know (for now) ..sorry for bothering everybody, I still want to buy this :/ and trying to keep you updated

I’ve sent a doll (RM30) from Malaysia to Thailand using EasyParcel via UPS. On 16th September I received email saying I have to pay custom clearance of about 4100 thb. I thought it was too expensive so I ordered the good to be destroyed. It did mention if I fail to provide info to clear the item then I have to pay a certain amount. But nobody ever came and asked me or the receiver to pay anything so I ignored it. Now two months later I received another email saying I have to pay USD 326 (RM1670) for custom charges/abandonment fee! What’s the point of me destroying it then. My parcel is shipped from US to Malaysia. But it went to Germany for processing instead, I have emailed them and send for inquiries multiple times and was ignored. NEVER OPT FOR DHL E-commerce. I was unaware my EBay Buyer use DHL E-commerce.

Doorzo air reached in 9 days. Items are correct and in good condition. When reached malaysia, FMX will handle shipment.
