Lagi ako nag oorder sa shopee at everytime YTO maghahandle ng parcel ko laging sa guardhouse iniiwan kasi daw naiwan nya yung ID nya kaya di pinapapasok. Same rider at 3x na ginawa. Ang hassle lang kasi need ko pa pumunta ng guard house para kunin yung delivery ko. Worth it ba ireklamo to? Baka balikan ako alam address ko lol

I received a delivery text notification around 5AM. Naghintay ako around 12NN para sa call or text ng rider, so naisipan ko icheck yung Shopee App tas mga 10AM pa pala nilagyan na ng ganyang status yung delivery ko. Ni call or text wala ako natanggap, so nagtext ako sa rider hndi sinasagot at sa text di nagrereply. Ayun report ko agad sa CS. May ganito pa din pla silang modus. Secured parin ata incentive nila if sa receiver ang sisi pag unsuccessful delivery.

Thoughts nyo sa mga wheelset na eto? Also, ano best wheelset under 10k na meron sa shopee?

Problem/Goal: I want to purchase an iPhone from the Apple Store but I'm not certain about the process yet or in case there had been issues with it, just to make sure before I order. Context: So, I couldn't go to the Power Mac Center branch near my location because of schedule constraints (won't elaborate much haha), so I can only order online without having to leave the house and just have to wait for the phone to arrive. I just need to vent about my situation. I have 3 parcels that have been stuck at the delivery hub: OP Piapi Davao City Hub. I placed my orders on May 1 and they are still stuck there. At one point, the status indicated that a driver had been assigned for delivery, but they just took a picture and put my parcels on hold. Now, they are still at the hub, and it's really frustrating. I click the return/refund button and now I'm just waiting for the refund, which will likely take even longer. I really hope Shopee reconsiders their delivery service. I'm out of patience!

Ang lala ng delivery ng Shopee, how they handle appliances lalo na Flash Express pero looks like pati SPX nagmimishandle din ng items, as the seller complained about more dents from the returned item. And ang mas malala ang bagal ng return and refund process ng Shopee even if you have proof and even if you have returned the item right away, within a day after it was delivered. Nakaka-turn off tuloy umorder ulit pag ganito ang service. Anybody knows the customer service email ni Shopee para ma-cc sila pag magcomplain sa DTI thru email? Thanks in advance.

Paano po kaya makukuha yung coins cashback dito? Sabi kasi makakakuha daw ako ng 205 coins after ko mag checkout using this voucher, pero wala naman ako nakuha. Sya kasi yung recommended voucher na gamitin ko nung checkout kahit may voucher ako na may less, mas malaki kasi yung 205 na Coins kesa dun sa makukuha kong discount sa isang voucher.
