I've been using aliexpress for almost 1 yeer and all the parcels were delivered to my home whenever i wasn't there. This is my first time getting the message and i dont know what to do. This tracking update says “Delivery failed-your package couldn't be delivered because the recipient wasn't at home” on Feb 16 at 16:45 PM (local time). Im living in Malaysia I was completely at home the whole day, and i didnt receive any calls or SMS or whatever else... I'm really confused and i don't know how to get my parcel. Please help me

So 2 weeks ago I saw some pre-owned Tougetsu Matsuri figures(Version 1 and 2) on sale on AmiAmi and decided to gave it a go. Total costed me around 27000 yen including shipping. Did a fair bit of research regarding custom detaining figures over Rm500, and was prepared to head to the customs office when I received this letter in the mail. Judging from the contents it seems I won't be receiving my figurines any time soon. Is there anyway i can salvage this situation.

Im from malaysia. i didnt put my passport name in the shipping address, i used a fake name. the product is already shipping to HUB so i cant change it. what do i do? im afraid that my product would be sent back or customs dont allow. i tried asking weverse help but im afraid that they might reply too late. i dont want to lose my parcel 😭

Hi guys, I want to send gifts to my friends in hong kong. So I have to ship from malaysia to hk. However, I used jnt before and it doesn't even make out of the city and my parcel was marked as lost. All for nothing. So can u guys suggest me any courier that is reliable and trustworthy, it's a gift box containing chocolates and clothes, 30x30x8 cm box so not really big. Hey good people, Going to visit Malaysia for the first time and have larger luggage with me. I want to leave my luggage with my friend in the city before catching another domestic flight from KUL. The luggage storage is expensive at the airport, is there any way that's not super expensive to deliver the luggages with my friend like grab parcel? I see that if my friend has to come and pick them up, it'll cost him near 150 MR. Looking for alternatives. Thanks

Looking to purchase a few clothing items (country of origin is UK) things on the outnet. I have confirmed that they have a warehouse in the USA and Italy. The items I want are only available in non usa/canada countries so they are based in Italy right now. Looks like I can order them in any country for a $30 shipping fee (or free in Italy) then would need to have a parcel forwarding service send them to the USA. Hi. Is it normal for item stuck without update for days? First time buying large item to Malaysia. Before this no problem buying small items so many times from Ali Express and Taobao. Ive reached the seller and last record they have is the parcel already arrived the warehouse on 7th January. They even showed the picture of the item and its delivery form. I tried contacting the customer agent and they suggested for refund. I don't want to request for refund immediately as I want the item.

Recently Corsair reached back for my RAM RMA, however the shipping details they have provided is lacking Receiver's Name and also Phone number, i know they mentioned Attn: RMA Department, but then my courier suggest that I should at least put a name and phone number to it, if not there might be chance that the parcel get stuck at Malaysia's customs.
