Just put another 30 hours or so into EU5 after the V1.2 update. I'm super pleased with the updates since release. Customs cleared on the 5th, and haven’t heard anything since. Does anyone know what could cause this? The package is pretty large as it is golf clubs, so maybe that has something to do with it?

Hi! Not sure if this is an appropriate subreddit for this, but I need help. So, I have preordered a costume from DokiDoki website back in February. I was ok with production time and waited till it was shipped to me. An order was finally updated on 13th of April and I have received my tracking number. But it never worked. All I got was mistake on the parcel tracking website. I have contacted their support and they told me to wait a bit first. After a week there were still no tracking updates and they have offered a refund or they will resend the costume. As I really want this costume I have agreed it to be resent and I have received a new tracking code after a few days. And… still ...

Idk man,,, I’ve been patient,,, I don’t know what to do anymore. The tracking number for 17track doesn’t work with USPS but it’s been a whole month of no activity… I don’t even have locations to call USPS at… customer service was no help either,,,

In January 2026, I ordered a Voron 2.4 LDO Motor Kit, an E3D Revo Hotend, and an EBB SB2209. Because Turkish customs laws were changing strictly on February 6, I asked them to split the order. To their credit, they did try. They split it into two packages and attempted to ship them multiple times (even facing weight limit rejections from the carrier).
