Context: I placed my order about two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I don't know if this is normal or if I should start to worry

I recently made two orders back in January from KitJJ, one made it through no issues whatsoever and arrived in about 3 weeks, but the second order, placed on the 26th of January is yet to arrive and hasn’t been updated since the 7th of this month. I’ve tried contacting Cindy but after the second attempt at getting more information i got the same reply. Any help on what I can do in this situation?

Not sure why this order is taking so long. Original order was placed on January 8th, and with my last experience with PK (ordered and delivered in about 3 weeks) I thought ordering a Team Canada jersey early in January that it’d arrive in time for the gold medal match. Hello everyone, I recently ordered a pair of boots from a Germany-based seller on eBay to be shipped to my address in China. The seller shipped out and provided tracking, the DHL Paket International tracking displays "Destination country: China" as normal. Where things got a bit weird was when the DHL Germany tracking website stopped updating after the parcel got processed in Rodgau, Germany - the tracking on eBay began showing additional updates (mostly about customs clearance) which included links to the USPS website? Out of curiosity, I searched the tracking number on the USPS system and indeed the parcel was going through processing and customs in the USA, Bell Gardens CA.....

what's going on with my package? it says customs clearance has been accepted. Now the tracking number updated to uniuni tracking but it's stuck on "order received". I contacted customer service for uniuni and they told me this means they haven't gotten their hands on the package yet, just that they received the order.
