i shipped my haul 9 days ago and it’s been 5 days since my parcel hasen’t been updated. I used 17 track but now after these 5 days, suddenly, i lost some of the updates where china post says “airplane departed” and i only have the swiss post (my country post) updates and not china post updates anymore. Plus its been longer than the usual the waiting for this haul, and its not in my country’s customs already

We communicated entirely through Amazon Messages; they said they don’t use outside apps like WhatsApp. To their credit, they were super responsive and even customized my arrangements. I bought a guitar from a chinese seller on the 23 december 2025. The guitar would take 25-35 days to build. I receive shipping confirmation on 23rd of february. On the 17 of march tracking says it was delivered to my postal code. I have not received any packages I went to the local post office (Canada post) They cant see anything with the tracking.
