i’ve used cssbuy multiple times already, but this time around it’s been a disappointment. it’s now seven weeks since i shipped and paid for my 17kg haul, paying ¥1408.50, around £150, via china post big air mail. all i’m getting from customer service is that it’s busy. the package status has been “airline received” since the 26th of november, and there’s been no movement since then.

My haul has been stuck here for a few days what’s going on?

Contacted Canada post, they said they couldn’t help am I cooked
