what do yall think happened to this package lol. it hasnt had any updates and they keep telling me to be patient. they already gave me the delayed compensation so thats okay, but its still a little annoying. ive shipped hauls after this and got them before this one.

I shipped through E-EMS to Doha, Qatar - (Estimated delivery 7-10 days) 8 Days later, it's still stuck at this, no tracking, no updates, I'm not sure where the ****** parcel is. I contacted support on the parcel messages few times already in the past few days and I get the same generic message saying "We are following up with the logistics supplier".
