China Post Tracking

Hello, I ordered from a private seller in China, and this is my second time ordering from her. I received the first order, but the second one was shipped via China Post. The tracking already shows delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. Has anyone experienced this before? tyyy

Anyway, I was communicating via email quite regularly; responses within hours, which is impressive for a relatively small company. Then, when I sent through the tracking info and which address I was returning to - I was given two and based on being from the UK was told to send to to Canadian PO Box - communication died. I ordered a purse over a month ago. There was no tracking updates for over 2 weeks after, "US, customs clearance in destination country completed \[US\]." I messaged Sugargoo and was assured it was coming and sent me a USPS tracking number. Here's the issue - While it is the correct purse - It has been repackaged into a tiny box and damaged. The original package Sugargoo sent me a photo of was 28cmx21cmx18cm. The package I received is 26cmx16cmx15cm. It had to literally be crushed into the box because the purse is approximately 28cmx21cmx16cm. Hi, i don't know if someone else had this same issue but the my Ayn thor was shipped around jan 23. Then the shipping didn't updated for like a month and this past feb 28 the tracking service said that it was succesfully returned to the original sender. I'm very sad cause the whole month i saw how people were happy with their thors arriving but mine not a single thing...
