Hi I have shipped 5 packages by china post sea since February/ March but until now it didn't reach my country UAE. I need a Chinese local based in china to go personally to the post office and ask them directly about these shipments and raise official inquiry about them. I am willing to pay for this service. I talked to customer service and they just read me the same script every time.

(It would really be nice if we could correct spelling errors in our posting topics lol. Of course I know it's my fault for not checking before posting.) I was literally in the process of typing an email to RR customer service, when I clicked on the track shipment button to see where it showed my scrubs were. The second time I clicked on it, it showed delivered, and now I can review it. It took about 30 hours after delivery for it to be marked as delivered. Just wanted to share. My original screenshot: ​

I ordered some golf clubs from china, and the package has been stuck. After it cleared customs I’ve had no update for 9 days. Not sure if I should be worried, I contacted the seller and they said the post office told them it’s still on its way to my country and to wait another week. Technically Canada post doesn’t have it yet but I’m just concerned and confused on what could be happening as what the post office said doesn’t line up with what my update says.

My package says that it has been out for delivery since last Friday, but I have not gotten anything delivered and nothing has updated.
