So ever since my item was recieved by customs it's taking like so so long. None of my china posts take so much time as my royal mail is taking :/ it did arrive safe no much updates on india post or royal mail ever since its in customs. It kinda scares me Today tracked it with track24 and it shows this:- Does it look positive? My parcel will reach me?!

Is it stuck there because I need to pay import tax ? If so, will china post contact me with instructions on how to pay or do I need to reach out to them. How ? Thank you so much for your valuable inputs

I placed an order with them at the beginning of the month. It said it was shipped almost immediately and I given a (ChinaPost) tracking number, which was tracking just fine until it landed in the US. Then it stopped really updating. I reached out to customer service and was initially told that "it's fine, it's on it's way, here's the USPS tracking number" but that number was someone else's tracking, not mine. I told them this and then was given basically an "oops, my bad, here's the right number", but that one doesn't work either. It comes up as counterfeit postage when you put it in on USPS website. I have yet to receive another respons...

I ordered a haul and using the tracking link it said delivery unsuccessful on (4/23) so I messaged them and they sent me a new tracking link. The new tracking link said that the package was delivered to my mailbox on (4/20) 4 days ago but i havent seen it. this is confusing because on this tracking link it said that 4 days ago my package was detailed by custom so how could it be delivered. What should I do at this point I don’t know which tracking link to trust. Do I wait it out im honest just really worried and need some help on this matter.

My itinerary is planned as followed: **May 12:** JFK → Chongqing (5:35 PM departure) **May 14:** Arrive Chongqing at 5:00 AM **May 14–17:** Chongqing (\~3 days) **May 17:** Chongqing → Shanghai (8:55 AM – 11:25 AM) **May 17–20:** Shanghai (\~2.5 days) **May 20:** Shanghai → Beijing (8:00 AM – 12:26 PM) **May 20–24:** Beijing (\~4.5 days) **May 24:** Beijing → 3rd country (5:10 PM departure) Should I change any of this?
