I was ok with production time and waited till it was shipped to me. An order was finally updated on 13th of April and I have received my tracking number. But it never worked. All I got was mistake on the parcel tracking website. I have contacted their support and they told me to wait a bit first. After a week there were still no tracking updates and they have offered a refund or they will resend the costume. As I really want this costume I have agreed it to be resent and I have received a new tracking code after a few days. And… still ...

I bought a purse from a website that I hadn't heard of before. The website said it was based out of Seattle, WA and accepts payments through PayPal so I wasn't too concerned about it being a scam. When I got the shipping confirmation from the site, the tracking number showed it was coming from China. No ETA either. It was shipped through China Post and has been in transit for 22 days. It has gone through customs in the US and says it has been out for two days now. Has anyone else experienced this? I took screenshots from the China Post website and 17Track.
