China Post Tracking

I ordered one of their costumes and I'm wondering if the eBay seller is legit because they act oddly. The seller doesn't respond often and they don't give you updates about when its arriving, plus it said the seller was shipping it using China post even though its made in Australia. Ok so I’ve ordered off Hobby model store when they had Moro in stock. Fast forward a week later and I get the tracking info (usually db figures get sent to me with yunexpress but this one was sent using China post) cool. goes through the regular week to arrive in the US, but has been there for almost a week. All my other orders have never taken this long to move from what I assume is customs, but I’m checking subreddits about China post losing their packages after it reaches US or that it never progresses past this stage for up to months. Hi, I have shipped many packages by sea from china post before the middle east conflict. I understand there will be a severe delays because of this. Tracking shows arrival at destination hong kong since 12 feb only, until now its not recorded or arrived in UAE. I tried to contact the chinese warehouse and they said its in UAE but, its not. I asked them for a screen shot that proof its in my country and just provided the last tracking of 12 feb. Is there a way I can contact the china post and inquire about the packages ? Or is there someone who can contact them on behalf of me?

So my family ordered the Nova Lite 2 in the 2nd week of March from the official Gamesir website for my birthday which was nearly a month ago. They used my card for payment and currently I am in the process of paying that bill but the item has still not arrived in the country.
