I ordered about a month ago and the shipment hasn't even left Malaysia yet.

Anyone else in Australia that has had a missing parcel from Malaysia post eventually turn up? The last tracking I have is Cleared and awaiting international departure KUALA LUMP C, MALAYSIA Fri 14 Nov 10:08 Contacted Malaysia post and they said it's not their problem as they are just a transit hub and have no data on anything that come through their hub

Hi everyone Ordered an item from AliExpress to Australia, never had issue before but this time parcel is stuck in Malaysia post. Destination is Australia. Contacted Malaysia post and they said parcel is just transiting contact seller. Contacted seller, seller says contact shipping. Is this delay normal. Can someone please point out. I had other four parcel using same route ordered after this and transitioning through Malaysia post, came just fine. Not sure what's the delay with this Too stressed as the item is phone Cheers
