Malaysia Post Hi all, I have signed an employment contract include a 2 year bonding, the training cost provided is around RM1k only, however upon resignation before 2 year, i need to pay up the remaining unserved bond period, let say i served for 1 year i need to pay around 1 year salary. Is this even enforceable? I need an labor lawyer as current company is pushing me.
