Ninja Van Tracking

I'm planning on giving my partner some gifts since he gave me one last year. It was very sweet. But I've been facing problems on the shipping courier. Last time I went to Ninja Van they rejected everything except the mangas (Wolf Children). I was pretty sad considering ive read the things that it allowed to ship. I think soft toys is okay, along with the t shirt too. Everything is drawn/made by hand as well. I EVEN DRAW SMTH FOR HIM ;; . I'm really sad. And I wanted to try again but im too scared I'll get the same result like last time. FYI I'm trying to ship a parcel from malaysia to Philippines

The tracking said, delivered but the tracking says the delivery is on their warehouse. This is alarming because i got no calls or text i only got a viber message saying the tracking id, i never have problems with shopee or lazada delivery naman. Our house is in a nearby cafe, like literally just a house next to us so may very near landmark naman sa gmaps. I already submitted an inquiry to ninjavan But i am not sure if i should block the card...i havent even activated it yet...first CC ko they decided pa is to use the courier na known for theft (based on what i read from posts here)

I recently purchased a Maya Card last 13th. I was sent this text today but my Maya doesn't reflect anything about delivery. They texted that they couldn't deliver one minute after texting the initial message and they cannot be contacted na. Puro "this line is busy". I tried contacting support but hanggang sa AI agent lang ako and I can't get through with a real person to help. Is this normal?

Bought wireless earbud that came with 2 free gifts(power bank and case for the earbud), mousepad and a 100w type c to type c cable on March 13. But the seller cancelled my order citing incorrect delivery address on March 17 after it was picked up by ninja van. Problem is even the tracking number ( NLMYA71551315 ) is fishy. ~~With the tracking number stated it completed the delivery on March 1~~.( regarding the tracking number shown is incorrect, I'm sorry) Chat with the seller and gotten no reply at all. I'm in Cebu City, ordered from amazon. It arrived in less than 10 days in Cebu but Ninja Van fake delivered it 3 times and now has "sent it back to sender." They did call me on the first day and demanded 100 pesos to deliver it as it was "so far" for the driver. I refused thinking this was a scam and he said it would be delivered the next day by the correct rider from a different delivery hub which was closer. 10 days later and 3 fake delivery attempts, I see they closed my tracking package and sent it back to amazon. It’s been 3 months and this situation has been really stressful. My Amazon order was never delivered (handled locally by Ninja Van). So i requested a refund from Amazon. They told me the refund was issued last February. However, after 3 weeks of back and forth with GCash, which i even had to escalate to BSP just to get their attention, gcash is now saying that no refund has been received on their system. The complication is that i paid through QR Ph via GCash, so im not sure if that makes the refund process more complicated. Has anyone experienced something similar? Hello, this is my first time posting in this sub so excuse me if I make any mistakes. I ordered a package off shoppee a while ago (it was supposed to arrive on Monday)but it got delivered to the wrong house. I filed a refund request and contacted ninja van about it too. The delivery man reached out to me and said he would look into it. After some complications, we were still unable to locate the package. He offered to pay me back for my losses instead of marking the parcel as lost, however I was wondering if this was the right option instead of just waiting for shoppee to refund me. I just wanted to share my ongoing nightmare with GCash and my experience with their escalation process. I ordered a GCash Klook card on Dec 13, 2025. It was never delivered. It has been out for delivery since Dec 16, 2025. According sa tracker ni NinjaVan, na-RTS na ito sa kanila nung Jan 8, 2026. I understand the holiday season when I ordered the card, so baka nag-fail na yung delivery because sobrang tagal na nito sa hub nila NinjaVan. I have been buying bulky items (>16kg) and been slowly shipping hem over with ecms, so far everything arrived without trouble. I'm aware that anything >SGD400 requires me to pay gst and agent fees to ecms before they hand over to ninja van, which happened the first time I used their service which went fast and perfectly. However since then I shipped a total of 2 times slightly before Cny and after cny period, both items without shipping is >SGD400 yet there's no invoice for gst from ecms side or buyee side. Ordered some vinyl records on Amazon last Sunday and to my surprise they already arrived at 5am this morning in Manila and, according to Amazon, have been handed over to the local courier, which is Ninja Van. Let‘s see how many days it will take to get them from the airport to the final destination which is less than 20km away from the airport. Ninja Van tracking has the tracking number but zero information about the status of the shipment… So how quick is Ninja Van?

Hi po!!! I ordered my Gcash Card last Tuesday pero hindi ko po alam kung ito na po ba yun or baka scam 'to? First time ko lang po kasing magkaparcel sa Ninja Van, and hindi ko po alam kung nagtetext po sila ng ganito lalo na't ang text po ng Gcash ay magsesend sila ng tracking number na up until now ay wala pa po.

At first, I thought that maybe I live in a difficult area, and that's why ALL of my Amazon packages are getting lost. I'm literally talking about over 15-20 packages by now. I live at the Dheights Country Club in Clark, and sometimes certain drivers/companies have a hard time finding my place.
