It arrived in the Philippines after 9 days however the one delivering it isn't the best delivery app platform, it's the worst that will steal spare change from cash on delivery payments, lose your package, or worse they will just steal my package on the spot and I don't know how to appeal if they lost my package. That message that I made was from 2019 ago reporting a rider who stole 8 dollars from me on a 20 dollar bill, after that I just stopped using apps that uses Ninjavan and moved to Shopee. I have to visit the tracking page every few hours if it moves or not.

Since last year, ninjavan na nagsh-ship ng items ko as 3PL fron china. Yung mga live selling sa tiktok. They're private sellers kaya ang macocontact ko lang tala isa sila ang yung courier. I tried complaining to ninjavan pero it took me 100+ submission before pa sila sumagot ng very vague. Ano ba nangyayari sa ninja van these days? from on hold, na cancel pero ang sabi ng parang primary shipper di pa naman lost daw. Nakakairita! inaabangan ko pq naman yung parcel na yun.

Edit 1: btw ATL is authorise to leave(parcel) TL;DR at the bottom, but this is mainly a PSA for people in SG who buy higher-value stuff online that gets assigned to be delivered by Ninja Van.   Just wanted to put this out there for anyone in Singapore who buys more expensive items online (electronics, watches, etc.) and gets them delivered by Ninja Van. And also partially to see if Im the only one experiencing this. SPX, lalamove have been good to me, J&T is also decent except for pickups in my experience. I used to be quite chill about deliveries. Most of my stuff came via Shopee’s own courier or other services that actually ring the doorbell and/or take a proof-of-delivery ...

Didn't receive my refund but they said they already sent it

I am from the Philippines and I bought a ninja BL660 using QRPH in GCASH and for some reason ninja van wasn't able to deliver it so it's been flagged for return to seller. The amazon said that they will refund me so I said that's fine but, it's been a whole fckng 90 days since they said it and when I contacted them they said that they refunded it already. I show them my transaction history only for them to say that I should contact my wallet provider which is GCASH and it's so frustrating. PLEASE HELP :((

Hi, Good morning. Is anybody here experiencing issues with checking the delivery status for the Maya Black Credit Card with the courier of Ninja Van? Almost one week na kase siya stuck with Arrived at Sorting Center if viewed through Maya, but if mag track package ka over chrome, nasa warehouse pa daw. Tapos 5 business days na walang update. Called Maya and was advised that the monitoring stage daw which I find sketchy, and kaduda kasi, how come na sa warehouse pa for 5 days na? Tapos, when tracked through the app, arrived at the Sorting Center. I am from Cebu by the way, and elapsed na po siya for 10 days. I might consider cancelling nalang. Hi! I just want to ask for help or advice. I recently ordered a GCash Card and I checked the tracking today. It says “Delivery Successful / Completed”, but I didn’t receive any package at all. No rider contacted me, and no one in my house received anything. The courier is Ninja Van. I already reached out to them for verification, but I also want to ask here: • Has this happened to anyone before? • How long does it usually take for GCash to respond for issues like this? • Will they replace the card if it was misdelivered? It’s worrying because it's a financial card, so I hope this gets resolved soon. Any advice or similar experiences would really help. Thank you!

Hello, sorry for my english grammar. I bought a blender (bl660 professional) on September 5, 2025. My courier (ninja van) wasn’t able to deliver it, they said that no one’s receiving the item, so they said that I will get a refund and the item will be returned to the seller. The amazon said that it will take 3-5 business days after they receive the item. I contacted them several times and they said that the refund was already processed, I also got an email verifying it but after 2-3 weeks I still haven’t receive anything. I tried to contact my way of payment (GCASH via QRPH) they said they didn’t receive anything. I was like wtf then where’s my money? I tried to chat with a custom...

I’m desperate here 😞 Does anyone here know anyone who works in Ninjavan who can help? I’ve been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for over two weeks now as Ninjavan has misrouted my package to Negros and I am located in Manila. This package is part of my livelihood. I have reached out and followed up on their email but they never replied to me with a delivery date and just kept telling that “they are doing their best”. TIA

May way ba to send executive escalations to Lazada, shopee and ninja van regarding flash express? Two orders in a row na kame nabwisit sa flash. Sasabihin unavail/unreachable ka daw. Ung Pinaka recent order, nag auto cancel na lang. I really needed those items and flash express is ruining the experience for sellers and buyers alike!!!

Last oct. 6, l received an SMS that it's already in process and the delivery is within 4-10 business days. I haven't received any update since. Days passed wala pa rin akong tracking number na nareceive so I tried submitting a ticket through GCash app twice kasi yung unang ticket, walang reply… then a couple of days ago nagreply sila na nagtry na raw ideliver samin pero wala raw ako. I wasn’t notified na may darating na parcel sakin and I didn’t even receive any tracking number from the courier so I don’t know how to track it. ...

I may be overreacting and full disclosure, my experience with Ninja Van is limited but I think the fact that it is limited simply punctuates the inconsistency of their service. Without going into too much detail, based on my ongoing horrible experience with delayed and unsuccessful deliveries and unresponsive customer service, I think their systems are dated, possibly broken, and their idea of customer support is anchored solely on automated email templates. Obviously, as consumers, we should be inclined to support businesses really good at what they do. And the inverse should also hold true. Ninja Van doesn’t seem to be good at what they do and I don’t think they even care about bei...

NinjaVan Rider Refused to deliver my Gcash Card. On 2nd attempt tinawagan ko ung rider kung madedeliver daw nya ung card ko, sabi nya negative daw kasi wala sa route nya and need daw ng kasama since mag-isa lang ako sa area na dadalhan nya.
