Hi everyone, I’m a growing Shopee merchant and I’ve been heavily relying on dropping off my Ninja Van parcels at 7-Eleven because of the sheer convenience. However, it seems that option is no longer available, and the remaining drop-off options are now very limited. I also cant meet the 5 orders daily for a month to get SPX pick up option. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing delays in their orders being shipped out by NinjaVan. I had made a purchase online on Shopee and the seller had dropped off the parcel at the dropoff point last Saturday. However, there was no collection by NinjaVan so far as of today (Thursday).

I wanna know about the salary, working time, what allowances do they give, vibe, and just overall rating if you guys have worked in this field or just know about it. My ultimate goal is to achieve at least rm4000 per month as I heard people say those guys make 4k pretty easily (with some hardwork of course). I also wanna work until 5-7 pm only, not more than that. I'm a morning person so the earlier I get to go to work, the better. I want to come home early for family and my projects. Plus I want to take a mandarin class. I work in fnb now and I get home at 11pm, I get sad because I can't spend much time with my family and do my projects.

Sa mga may maya black card sa Metro Manila, ganito ba talaga itinatagal? Bakit 'di pa rin sila nagpapalit ng courrier, dami ko nang nakikitang complaints about them. \* 'di ko alam which flair to use.

I was lucky to snag a AH mini tin from Lazada’s random restock, Ninja Van picked it and was held for days till I reached out. They said it was some sorting issue and it will be delivered in 1-3days. Then mysteriously 2 days later it was “delivered” with a wrong delivery proof with the wrong address and obviously the wrong parcel cos the packaging was flat as a poly mail. Hearsay Ninja Van got internal thefts, I’m still waiting to hear back from Ninja Van, Pokemon Center says this issue is with them and there’s nothing they can help with. Anyone with similar experiences?

Hello, I have a missing package from Amazon that says it was delivered, but it actually was not received. I need to contact Ninja Van because they were the one contracted to complete the package delivery for Amazon. Usually Amazon drivers take a picture of the package when it was delivered so I need to ask Ninja Van if they have this picture. The problem is that Amazon only says it was delivered by Ninja Van, but I don't know if it is from the Tagbilaran branch or the Jagna branch because there are different locations in Bohol. Is there a main number that I can contact? I'm trying to find them on Facebook, but I haven't found anything yet. Thanks.

Ninja Van is the worst delivery service. No accountability at all. They'll say they attempted to deliver when they never even show up. The drivers won't answer calls or texts. Customer service will only apologies and say there is nothing they can do then cancel your delivery. DO NOT use them

those who bought a physical gcash card, how long does the sms tracking number take to send? i haven't received one in 12hours. also how long does it usually take to deliver? i live in balayan, batangas btw
