I'm so sick of NinjaVan PH ...8d agoAt first, I thought that maybe I live in a difficult area, and that's why ALL of my Amazon packages are getting lost. I'm literally talking about over 15-20 packages by now. I live at the Dheights Country Club in Clark, and sometimes certain drivers/companies have a hard time finding my place. So, I then switched to TWO different addresses in Angeles City, and I'm having the same problem. All of my packages with NinjaVan PH are still getting lost. To make matters worse, they have NO PHONE NUMBER, and they don't respond to f\*\*king emails. I **** this company. I'm going to try one last address in Angeles City, but if this doesn't work, I think I have to stop us... Warning to Shoppers: Lazada Cancellation and Refund Difficulties16d agoI would like to share my recent experience with Lazada as a caution to other online shoppers. Lazada advertises a “15-day refund” policy. However, in my case, the platform appeared to have disabled order cancellation entirely, even when the cancellation was attempted on the same day of purchase. **Timeline of events:** * **Day 1:** I made an incorrect order and immediately attempted to cancel it on the same day. To my surprise, the cancellation option was unavailable on the platform. I contacted Lazada customer service and was asked to provide screenshots, after which the agent said they would proceed with the cancellation and reassured me that the issue was handled. * **Day 2:** The ... Although, if your bank uses Ninjavan, better request for another courier because you will only frustrate yourself. I have such a horrible experience with them, worst, I have not yet received my upgraded card as of this writing. Story time~ To start, I requested an upgrade last Jan. 11. By tuesday, I already noticed a new card number in my EW Pay app, so I rightfully assumed my application was approved. By sunday, I received a text from Ninjavan that they're delivering, soon after I received another message stating there was no one who was available, and they would reattempt delivery tomorrow. Reordered with a gift card—arrived yesterday, same issue. Tweaked my tracking ID; others are in Ninja Van PH hub. Anyone experienced this? NinjaVan and all the negative publicity they have is true. So last january 8, i ordered a CC from maya, and had no idea NV was the courier. anyway, i still cant comprehend why its gettinf returned to the sender EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT???? like it didnt even leave the warehouse and suddenly they decide yo return it?? why? is it because my address is too inconvenient to deliver to? or is it because its an item they cant steal?? im just so annoyed. i already contacted them through email but im getting no response whatsoever. I ordered kase through their website last January 2, 2026 and paid for it already. I got an email the next day, January 3 from Ninja Van Logistics stating that “Zalora is preparing to ship your parcel” Is this from London Rag? I tried to track the link they gave but until now “Pending Pickup” parin yung order ko. And many days ba is the delivery time of London Rag? Thank you! NINJAVAN DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER32d agoHello! I just got a notification 10 minutes ago that my parcel was rejected at doorstep. I live in a condominium and the guards told me that no ninjavan driver appeared. Customer service has not been responding can someone please advice me on what to do next? Ive read multiple cases of their riders doing this but I wasn't expecting it because I've had family members who live in the same area sucessfully receive their parcel from ninjavan with no issue EDIT: UPDATE: I contacted flash express customer service and they gave me an updated tracking number. They we're also able to explain the unsucessful delivery, apparently my parcel's delivery location was mislabeled and ... Return to Seller (NinjaVan)35d agoordered something on tiktok shop but ni-return to seller ng rider kahit hindi naman ako nag refuse 😢 january 2: out for delivery na yung parcel so i waited the whole day para ma deliver pero wala. then it started to rain na sobrang lakas kaya i assumed baka bukas pa madedeliver ulet. pero tumawag pala yung rider at 10:17 PM. I WAS ALREADY ASLEEP BY THAT TIME NA kaya hindi ko nasagot. january 3: by the time i woke up, saka ko lang napansin na nag missed call pala, they only called ONCE HA. so i texted agad if pwede ma redeliver that day pero walang reply. but then i checked tiktok just to see na return to seller pala yung parcel so i was like wtf?? i reported it sa ninjavan support kine... Yall had any problems with Flash Express?36d agoAround early december i had placed an order for a lens cover for my Meta Quest 3s through Lazada. Nothing special. Packaged arrived at port (from china) and then Flash Express was assigned. Up until they attempted to deliver my package a week ago. All three attempts failed and somehow they uploaded pictures (via proof of delivery) that they "did" attempted to contact me but from my end, i did not receive any unknown calls during those 3 day period (not even a text from the assigned riders). I asked other family members if they had any interaction with Flash Express and most of them said they had bad experiences with them. Other carriers like J&T, SPX (if ordering from sh... Unknown parcel??36d agoI received an email about a ninja van parcel that was created at 12am, I checked the tracking code and it wasn’t consistent with the order and tracking numbers of the ones in the app. I didn’t order anything at 12am and I can’t even view what item it is and I definitely can’t cancel it. Akin kasi I ordered December 7, estimated delivery date is December 11. Wala pa hanggang ngaun... edit. nakalimutan ko lagay, Flash Express. note Shopee to ha. sa Zalora JNT, estimated delivery date was December 18. sa Amazon NinjaVan, estimated delivery December 19. NinjaVan is the worst. I can't order anything from Amazon anymore. And forget about trying to reach them ...52d agoFinally I got my Gcash x Klook Card delivered today!52d agoTimeline: • 11/7 - Joined Klook Gcash Card waitlist through Klook app (wala naman bayad pero naisip ko naman na may gcash na ako talaga 2029 pa expiry) • 12/11 - Saw Instagram post na 12.12 mag start ng order for Klook Gcash card. Same day nagdeactivate ako ng existing Gcash card ko • 12/12 10:02am - placed order for the GCash Klook Travel Card pero skeptical padin kasi sabi "This launch is exclusive to the first 10,000 users who don't bave a GCash Visa Card yet" eh meron na ako dine-activate ko lang the previous day. • 12/16 - got a text message that Gcash card will arrive in 15days. Unfortunately, looks like I am one of the unlucky recipients since out for delivery na siya pero sa Rizal nga lang hindi sa tamang address 😅 and I don’t think the RCBC CS can help regarding this not unless na RTS na yung CC. Hays need your help please on how to resolve this. Ninja Van keeps failing delivery54d agoI never had this problem in the past. I keep getting this notice from Ninja Van and no response from their support team: "Delivery is unsuccessful - Our Ninja was at location, but could not reach the recipient." Have you had this issue?
