Ninja Van Tracking

Ordered a KODAK PIXPRO AZ405 Dec 23. Cleared PH Customs but got stuck; Amazon refunded me. Reordered with a gift card—arrived yesterday, same issue. Tweaked my tracking ID; others are in Ninja Van PH hub. Anyone experienced this? Any Advice?

I dont even know what to say anymore. NinjaVan and all the negative publicity they have is true. So last january 8, i ordered a CC from maya, and had no idea NV was the courier. anyway, i still cant comprehend why its gettinf returned to the sender EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT???? like it didnt even leave the warehouse and suddenly they decide yo return it?? why? is it because my address is too inconvenient to deliver to? or is it because its an item they cant steal?? im just so annoyed. i already contacted them through email but im getting no response whatsoever.

Hi everyone! I would just like to ask if may nakapag order na dito sa London Rag? I ordered kase through their website last January 2, 2026 and paid for it already. I got an email the next day, January 3 from Ninja Van Logistics stating that “Zalora is preparing to ship your parcel” Is this from London Rag? I tried to track the link they gave but until now “Pending Pickup” parin yung order ko. And many days ba is the delivery time of London Rag? Thank you!

Hello! I just got a notification 10 minutes ago that my parcel was rejected at doorstep. I live in a condominium and the guards told me that no ninjavan driver appeared. Customer service has not been responding can someone please advice me on what to do next? Ive read multiple cases of their riders doing this but I wasn't expecting it because I've had family members who live in the same area sucessfully receive their parcel from ninjavan with no issue EDIT: UPDATE: I contacted flash express customer service and they gave me an updated tracking number. Around early december i had placed an order for a lens cover for my Meta Quest 3s through Lazada. Nothing special. Packaged arrived at port (from china) and then Flash Express was assigned. Up until they attempted to deliver my package a week ago. All three attempts failed and somehow they uploaded pictures (via proof of delivery) that they "did" attempted to contact me but from my end, i did not receive any unknown calls during those 3 day period (not even a text from the assigned riders). I received an email about a ninja van parcel that was created at 12am, I checked the tracking code and it wasn’t consistent with the order and tracking numbers of the ones in the app. I didn’t order anything at 12am and I can’t even view what item it is and I definitely can’t cancel it. Sino may pinakalumang order na di pa dumarating hanggang ngaun at sino ang courier? Akin kasi I ordered December 7, estimated delivery date is December 11. Wala pa hanggang ngaun... edit. nakalimutan ko lagay, Flash Express. note Shopee to ha. sa Zalora JNT, estimated delivery date was December 18. sa Amazon NinjaVan, estimated delivery December 19.

Timeline: • 11/7 - Joined Klook Gcash Card waitlist through Klook app (wala naman bayad pero naisip ko naman na may gcash na ako talaga 2029 pa expiry) • 12/11 - Saw Instagram post na 12.12 mag start ng order for Klook Gcash card. Same day nagdeactivate ako ng existing Gcash card ko • 12/12 10:02am - placed order for the GCash Klook Travel Card pero skeptical padin kasi sabi "This launch is exclusive to the first 10,000 users who don't bave a GCash Visa Card yet" eh meron na ako dine-activate ko lang the previous day. • 12/16 - got a text message that Gcash card will arrive in 15days. Anyone here has contact number to Ninja Van? Unfortunately, looks like I am one of the unlucky recipients since out for delivery na siya pero sa Rizal nga lang hindi sa tamang address 😅 and I don’t think the RCBC CS can help regarding this not unless na RTS na yung CC. Hays need your help please on how to resolve this.

I never had this problem in the past. I keep getting this notice from Ninja Van and no response from their support team: "Delivery is unsuccessful - Our Ninja was at location, but could not reach the recipient." Have you had this issue?

Case in a nutshell -sender from Malaysia never include unit number -ninja van called and as usual Singaporeans dont answered weird numbers hahahah hahaha - anyway saw status in email and so went in to ninja website to update unit number -however ninja claimed the below "your seller needs to reach out our shipper care team for the next course of action." -I asked why so when I already update unit number ,the item is still in spore and they quoted me "As Ninja Van is a courier service, we are unable to change the status once tagged return to sender blah blah I am simply speechless by the whole rigid process . I asked for what's the actual problem and how I can assist...

It arrived in the Philippines after 9 days however the one delivering it isn't the best delivery app platform, it's the worst that will steal spare change from cash on delivery payments, lose your package, or worse they will just steal my package on the spot and I don't know how to appeal if they lost my package. That message that I made was from 2019 ago reporting a rider who stole 8 dollars from me on a 20 dollar bill, after that I just stopped using apps that uses Ninjavan and moved to Shopee. I have to visit the tracking page every few hours if it moves or not.

Since last year, ninjavan na nagsh-ship ng items ko as 3PL fron china. Yung mga live selling sa tiktok. They're private sellers kaya ang macocontact ko lang tala isa sila ang yung courier. I tried complaining to ninjavan pero it took me 100+ submission before pa sila sumagot ng very vague. Ano ba nangyayari sa ninja van these days? from on hold, na cancel pero ang sabi ng parang primary shipper di pa naman lost daw. Nakakairita! inaabangan ko pq naman yung parcel na yun.
