I bought a car 12v battery. It's faulty. Seller ask send to toyota to check. After Toyota check, seller said cannot believe them. I'll send my guy to toyota and check for you. I waited. Next day suddenly he want to come and collect. I don't allow bcos u collect, my money stuck with shopee and i have no proof item was return. Shopee app ask me to return with shopee and he macam threaten me. I am a banana , so I google, it's something like he will return faulty item to me if poslaju spoilt it. I just want to share my experience in case it helps someone else who ships internationally. I’ve shipped to the US many times before using PosLaju (Malaysia national post), UPS direct and Redly Express. Never once had a customs issue. This time was actually my first time using Aramex Express ,I thought using an express courier would make it faster. Big mistake. The parcel cleared Malaysia with no problem, but once it reached the US, UPS (who handles Aramex deliveries there) suddenly flagged it for clearance and asked for: ✅ A revised invoice ❌ And then — my buyer’s Tax ID (EIN/SSN) I sent Aramex the updated invoice. I'm trying to clear my parcel that is stuck in custom, based on pos malaysia FAQ i'm supposed to be able to pay the required tax via the chatbot. But there is no longer such option, i just get directed to live agent that ask me to email [email protected] with the required details. anyone has similar experience and if so, how fast does it take for poslaju to process your request? thanks guys

I had realized at least since beginning of this year pretty much all of the parcels I received are sent through couriers other than PosLaju Shopee through their own SPX, boutiques and online retailers might be either Ninja Van or GDEX, China stuff would usually be Best Express, other international items through DHL, and of course the wildcard J&T for anything else Did Pos Malaysia had a policy shift or something I hadn’t noticed? I saw their website seemed to also had shedded the PosLaju branding as well disclaimer I live in Sarawak, just in case that might be a factor

I recently bought a ryzen cpu chip from aliexpress for 800 ringgit and the parcel got withheld by custom. My motherboard i bought went through and if not mistaken pc components are duty free so im a little confused. Does anyone know whats the best process to resolve this? And what to expect in terms of additional cost if using a poslaju agent?

I guess this post is more like how does tracking.my work? How do they know where the parcel is, but PosLaju doesnt?

I bought something recently, and I'm scared I won't be home to receive the package. It's decently pricey, and I'm trying to avoid my family from receiving it if possible (if they also happen to be out). If PosLaju is unable to deliver it, will they just leave it outside my house gate like couriers usually do, or will I have to visit PosLaju? If it helps, the package is delivered from JP via AVIA

Hi fellas, so I'm an artist for boardgames and I usually receive a complimentary copy of the game upon project completion. I've received many copies of different game in the past since decades ago however this is the first time I received this letter of custom holdup and I'm not familiar with it. 1) is this normal? 2) do I need to pay some sort of fee? I never had to in the past. 3) how do I even declare the invoice if it's a gift / free?

Hi I'm just curious about how the process is to post an item through these couriers. Currently I have a Mail Boxes Etc. that is nearest to me and would like to post items through them. I want to start selling my clothes through Carousell, but I also don't want to limit myself to only meetups. Do I have to pack my shirt in anything, a plastic or box or do they provide those also? Hello Sabahan, Last week I purchased a gaming headset for RM 170, is like a birthday gift for myself. It turns out that my wife also bought a gaming headset (Corsair HS55) for my birthday. So now, I want to sell the one I bought for myself, because no use having too many headsets around, it only used for three days, selling for RM 120. Is Ad-hoc cancellation by seller normal on Shopee? Got an extremely good (too good to be true) kind of deal from Apple Flagship Store (looking legit in every way) in Shopee Mall. Turns out they will just cancel the whole deal when shipping without notifying you or giving an explanation at all. It seems like I’m not the only one affected too. Is this lawful? What would they do that and what’s the business tactic behind?

Anyone knows why my figma mikus are getting confiscated? They don't have weapon like part and yet somehow gets flagged by local custom authorities. These are 2 shipments arriving together at local port, the first is amounted 5900yen, second is 5000 yen. My order is Figma Miku 2.0 plus a gundam exceed model gashapon head. Another is Figma Racing Miku 2013 EV: Mirai. Is it because LVG? I am not sure as before my shipments only get detained because they contain weapon like parts, maybe Kantai collection figma, Little witch figma, Little armory 1/12 models... I'm planning on opening Etsy shop next year. But I worried about shipping. Is it same like Shopee where we print out the mailing address, go to poslaju or other post service and that's all? Cuz I check for international shipping on Poslaju and FedEx it is soooo expensive! Help me out :')
