Hi guys, I want to send gifts to my friends in hong kong. So I have to ship from malaysia to hk. However, I used jnt before and it doesn't even make out of the city and my parcel was marked as lost. All for nothing. So can u guys suggest me any courier that is reliable and trustworthy, it's a gift box containing chocolates and clothes, 30x30x8 cm box so not really big. I tried to search for dhl but it would be so expensive. Fedex and pos laju im not sure yet how much it will cost me. Really appreciate any comments and help.

Im also considering Anmos Malaysia / Anmos Official Store, but I cant find much information about them online. Some fb comments and even their carousell page says that they have a shop in Lowyat Plaza, but Im unable to find the exact address of their shop. Ive searched Lowyat Plaza directory but they are not in the directory. Has anyone had experience with this store, and are they legit?

Hey guys, wondering you guys can share your experience if you’ve done this. Which courier is the most trustworthy to post a mobile phone? Tried Pos Laju and they refused to send. In hindsight might have been a good thing.

HI! Has Anyone ever received a postcard from Australia, and if so, what's the process like? I have a penpal, and they'd like to send me a postcard. Problem is, ive never received one and I can't give them my home address either? Should I give them my uni address and get it from the office or give them the address of the nearest Pos Laju? [Also do I need to buy a PO box..?] Sorry if these seem like simple questions. I can't trust myself with googling things cause I dont know how reliable they are, and id rather hear it from someone with experience

Hi. Nak tanya. Saya ada beli barang online website. Barang mahal jugak beratus2. Poslaju hantar kat mailbox flat je which is unlocked. By the time I read the ws already 1 hours after pic sent. Usuakly kalau barang mahal, saya akan suruh naik atas letak depan pintu rumah. But since dah sejam lebih, saya hanha berharap barang tu baik2 sahaja. Item arrive from Jp at 6 October now its 20 October. When asked to pay tax laju pulak ya tapi bila bab menghantar "Sorry ya item process 3-5 days, not include delivery. Delivery maybe 5-7 days wait." Ha?? Tax handling fee 80 ringgit aku bayar keesokan harinya siap process. Ni nak hantar barang dekat 2 minggu aku tunggu belum sampai lagi?? Masih stuck dekat "Transfer in progress" maksudnya sampai dekat sorting centre pun belum. Pos laju buat apa ya, tukar nama rebrand jadi pos lambat lagi laju dari parcel aku sampai. Bayar tax mahal but the money go where?? Sepatutnya expensive tax = good service. Barang aku tu tak sampai pun 1 kg, 500 grams pun tidak. Aku beli satu bara...

I just want to share my experience in case it helps someone else who ships internationally. I’ve shipped to the US many times before using PosLaju (Malaysia national post), UPS direct and Redly Express. Never once had a customs issue. This time was actually my first time using Aramex Express ,I thought using an express courier would make it faster. Big mistake. The parcel cleared Malaysia with no problem, but once it reached the US, UPS (who handles Aramex deliveries there) suddenly flagged it for clearance and asked for: ✅ A revised invoice ❌ And then — my buyer’s Tax ID (EIN/SSN) I sent Aramex the updated invoice. I'm trying to clear my parcel that is stuck in custom, based on pos malaysia FAQ i'm supposed to be able to pay the required tax via the chatbot. But there is no longer such option, i just get directed to live agent that ask me to email [email protected] with the required details. anyone has similar experience and if so, how fast does it take for poslaju to process your request? thanks guys

I had realized at least since beginning of this year pretty much all of the parcels I received are sent through couriers other than PosLaju Shopee through their own SPX, boutiques and online retailers might be either Ninja Van or GDEX, China stuff would usually be Best Express, other international items through DHL, and of course the wildcard J&T for anything else Did Pos Malaysia had a policy shift or something I hadn’t noticed? I saw their website seemed to also had shedded the PosLaju branding as well disclaimer I live in Sarawak, just in case that might be a factor

I guess this post is more like how does tracking.my work? How do they know where the parcel is, but PosLaju doesnt?

I bought something recently, and I'm scared I won't be home to receive the package. It's decently pricey, and I'm trying to avoid my family from receiving it if possible (if they also happen to be out). If PosLaju is unable to deliver it, will they just leave it outside my house gate like couriers usually do, or will I have to visit PosLaju? If it helps, the package is delivered from JP via AVIA

Hi fellas, so I'm an artist for boardgames and I usually receive a complimentary copy of the game upon project completion. I've received many copies of different game in the past since decades ago however this is the first time I received this letter of custom holdup and I'm not familiar with it. 1) is this normal? 2) do I need to pay some sort of fee? I never had to in the past. 3) how do I even declare the invoice if it's a gift / free?

I would like to know if anyone here knows or works with pos laju I have a question about unclaimed mail in the pos laju system. my question is after it sits there fo sometime and no further action cuz sender and recipient can't be located ... does it get disposed off or do they auction it off? what about similar situation but for J&t express?

So, popbox stopped operations in Malaysia. Some of the lockers are still around but not operating any more. Does anyone know any alternatives that haven't gone out of business? Preferably somewhere in public places like malls, etc, that are not just limited to condo residents. Even if its in a condo, do you guys know any outside the guardhouse? These are all the ones I heard of: -popbox (stopped 2025) -pos laju ezibox (stopped 2021) -boxplus (became parcel365) -parcel 365 (every locker i seen is black screen, not operating, I'm not sure if they're even in business any more) -gowise (only in certain condo as I know)

Hi peeps! I’m living in Malaysia, struggling about the shipping fee for international. I tried to search Pos Laju shipping to US with 0.3 kg and it costs almost $23 USD. I keep searching for sea shipping but I didn’t see it. Anyone of you in Malaysia figured out a cheaper alternatives? Or do you have any shipping experience as a Etsy business owner? 🙂‍↕️
