Hello! Ask ko lang po if ganito ba talaga katagal bago nila ma-ship ung order? Inaalala ko baka ma-cancel na ni shopee huhu. Mga pangregalo ko pa naman sana sa pasko.

Ordered the Macbook Air M2 last 11.11 (umabot sa 40k na sale) and it arrived today. Sobrang kabado ko since first time kong umorder ng high value item from Shopee. Timeline: Nov. 11 - order placed Nov. 12 - order is being packed Nov. 13 - package arrived at Batino warehouse. Then arrived at MFM Laguna sorting center Nov. 14 - departed the warehouse, arrived in SOC 6, left SOC 6 and got delivered to the hub nearest to me (Manila). The courier called me around 4 pm tapos nakisuyo nalang ako to take a video of me unboxing the package. Binantayan ko talaga since yesterday yung status ng order ko. It's my first time buying a phone thru online and I'm really nervous. I've done a whole month of searching on which phone to buy and I decided on Poco X7 pro. Has anyone bought from this store before and if so, does it have greater discount during payday (15th of the month)? What's your experience? And also, is it better to pay this through cash on delivery?

11.11 has just passed and delivery are happening. My experience with the first SPX delivery was extremely disappointing. Not only did the item. My order came in a damage box but part of it was soaked wet. It was passed to me deliberately with the wet section non visible to me and the delivery driver left quickly. When I noticed the wetness and called out for him, he did not return and quickly close the lift door to escape. He did not response to my messages too. Despite reaching out to Shopee, I was repeatedly offered a full refund and return the item, nothing else. Hello, guys. From what I've read dito sa sub, notorious talaga ang SOC6 when it comes to delayed delivery and such. Pero normal pa ba 'to? Twice bunalik sa soc 6? Like for what reason? p.s. kinda anxious coz it's my first big purchase sa shopee.

Hello, first time ko magtry ng shopee self-pickup. Pinuntahan ko din muna yung mismong collection point bago mag-check out para itanong kung paano yung process ng claim parcel as buyer. Pls mind yung timestamps ng parcel updates; 12:54pm sabi daw na collection point closed at binalik sa delivery hub. Pero nung chineck ko sa official site ng spx ph, nakasulat naman sila as open now. Paano po mangyayari kapag ganito? Mag aattempt po ba ulit sila until maging ready for collection na? Bayad na din kasi yung parcel ko e 🥲

So for context I bought a pre-ordereded product from a seller online before malagay ung product sa online shops like laz and shopee. So nag pre-order ako kasi parang need ko narin (new product nga pala), I paid 1.6k then sabi lbc daw shipment nila so ok namn ako. Then diko alam na ganto kamahal haha. Within Metro-Manila then ung seller And Mind u na yung global release nextweek will be at 1.8k+ srp on shopee compare to preordered 1.6k + lbc fee hahah.

First time kong bumili ng PC, andami palang gagawin, kala ko oks na yung PC set na binili ko kasi may Nvision monitor na. Then saksakan ko nalang ng GPU. Need din pala na maayos yung PSU, ayan tuloy napa-research ako. First time ko po kasing magpost dito kaya di ko sure anong ilalagay na flair, but anyways, ngayon lang din toh nangyari sakin. I ordered something then supposedly out for delivery na sha today, so I waited the message/call nung rider, pero wala (may usual time din kasi sila ng delivery dito sa building namin). Tas pagtingin ko sa messages ko biglang may nagtext ng ok kahit wala naman akong text. Then I checked my shopee status biglang nakalagay na I "requested rescheduling of the delivery", tas may screenshot pa sha na nagreply ako kahit di naman talaga ako yon saka ung pic din nya is parang asa bahay na nila ung parcel ko, which is weird kasi usually din ung lobby ng building nami...
