Pinicturan lang yung parcel in front of our gate as “proof of delivery” then hinagis na lang sa gate without calling or texting us. Ending, nanakaw yung parcel. Shopee won’t take accountability kasi may proof of delivery daw.

Kadalasan ba dito umaga pa lang out for delivery na tapos aabutin na lahat lahat ng gabi wala pa rin ‘yung parcel? I-tetext mo tapos i-rereply sa’yo malapit na, pero aabutin pa rin ng ilang oras. Nakaka frustrate. Grabe changes nung nawala ‘yung J&T sa Shopee.

Ask ko lang sa may mga naging order na item galing from davao usually ilang days tinatagal bago dumating? Gulat lang kasi ako Shopee Mall store siya sa metro manila pero shipped nila from Davao yung item. Expected ko dadating agad since malapit lang. Sa shopee 7days estimated baka meron dyan naka experience na mas maaga dumating yung parcel kesa sa estimated delivery date. And sa fragile orders safe naman dumating orders kahit anlayo ng pinang galingan?

Kako hindi daga ang may gawa niya. Deliberate na binutas at sinilip ung packaging. Titignan kung mag makukuha sa loob. Ang sabi ba naman eh yung rider daw ang marereport. Kilala ko na ung rider at in fairness naman ay okay so far. Ung mga nasa hub or naghahandle in between ang suspetsa ko na gumagawa neto. Refund ko daw. Sabi ko Im not asking for a refund. At gusto ko ay ma sanction at maimbestigahan ung mga naghahandle ng parcels.

Na-restrict yung ShopeePay wallet ko due to duplication of account. May main (personal) account ako and may isa pa akong account na ginagamit ko for small business or raket-raket pang sideline lang. Sobrang problematic ng Bonny Serrano warehouse/hub sa amin. Una, last 2024 hindi dinedeliver yung parcel ko mag tthird delivery attempt na pero wala pa din nagcocontact sakin. Dun ko nadiscover na nag fafake tagging ang warehouse para hindi sila mapenalty dahil pinuntahan ko mismo yung warehouse at nakatengga lang dun ang parcel ko kahit naka out for delivery sa app. Pangalawa, recently lang bagong modus nila naka auto reply sila. Within seconds may templated reply agad na hindi makakadeliver ang rider dahil di sya nakaduty. Just this month alone I have 2 orders that are like this bouncing around the same hubs, in 2025 more than 10 orders have been effected. It does no matter if the item is small, costs P100 or P2000. Shopee CSR is pretty much useless and they are giving me the same copy pasted scripts from the previous agent. Yung ibang orders ko this month dumadaming naman ng maayos. I've been monitoring this reddit to get updates and to gain hope na dumating sakin ang Japan order ko. Nareceive ko na ang parcel ko na na-stuck sa departed from sorting center - Feb 12. yung isa ko namang parcel na feb 13 na-stuck wala padin updates. I have filed a ticket through "expedite delivery" and araw-araw ako nagmemessage through that ticket to get a decent answer from their agents. AYAN!!! on top of the 50 peso late delivery voucher, nabigyan din ako ng 150 peso voucher as their apology. LOL. sana dumting na bukas 🙏
