Ganto ba talaga 'to, after sa sorting facility, out of delivery agad? Eh Pangasinan pa ako. Btw, 5 days na after ko iorder. Nakakakaba madami pa naman ako nababasang negative comments about this courier, may mga nawawalan daw ng parcel.

First time ko mag-order sa PixelPlay Shopee knowing I'm a loyal DataBlitz buyer sa personal. Pero first time ko rin makaranas nito. Naka ilang follow up na ako. I ordered during weekdays and early midnight. Bayad pa naman ng PayLater. It's the 3rd day na at wala pa rin?

I already paid for an item on Shopee via Gcash, then the seller suddenly told me it’s out of stock and asked ME to cancel the order. What’s the proper way to handle this? Since payment was already made, should I be the one cancelling, or should the seller do it? Has anyone experienced this and how did the refund process go?

Seller didn’t ship, so Shopee auto-cancelled the order on Jan 12 around 1AM due to failed shipment. Status says Refund Completed and amount was refunded to Maya Bank Inc. Pero hanggang ngayon Jan 15 na, wala pa rin nagre-reflect sa Maya account ko. First time ko ‘to na hindi agad pumasok—usually pag cancelled/refunded, same day or next day pumapasok na. Nag try na ako gumamit ng ibang phones pero Error parin, stable naman wifi connection at updated ang shopee app. Since jan 9 pako nag try umorder pero ganun parin. Any solutions or fixes?

Nag order ako ng make up and I was expecting it to be delivered that day. Nagulat na lang ako na tagged as delivered na eh wala namang kumo contact sa akin. Pagkacheck ko sa proof of delivery ang layo ng location. Etong pesteng shopee na to wala pa ring aksyon. May same case din ba dito?

I have a package (Garnier facial wash) that hadn't come yet even after 2 weeks of waiting. I've ordered it on Jan 1, and it's now Jan 14 and still no updates. The last update was on January 8, where the status was already shipped, but the system stated "this package may need more time to be delivered blablabla." Legit pala na binubuksan sa delivery hubs yung mga parcel. I received mine na ganito na siya.. hindi na sticky yung waybill and tanggal na rin yung half ng fragile tape. I reported it to Shopee CS agad. Sorry to disappoint the rider, but shampoo lang ang order ko! 😂
