Shopee Express Tracking

When I saw phone from taobao Is insanely cheap (the price is cheaper than in shopee) but I always wonder is it even safe to buy plus what happens if something goes wrong

I've been using shopee throughout my life now, and nowadays I noticed they don't call before arriving and going straight INSIDE my property upon delivering. Thing is, i'm an 17 year old who secretly orders from my parents! So imagine their surprise when they hear about a parcel and the delivery man waiting outside their doorstep. (We have a gate that you'd have to come in.) They don't call, they don't text, they just appear!! Wtf?? This has happened to me in 4 deliveries now. Even if I texted them to call before arriving so I can go outside, they just don't! They still go inside without notifying me! So now I switched to Lazada which they actually call ...

Hi may naka-experience na po na ganto katagal ang item validation, nareturn na po ang defective item/unit sa seller since Dec 14. Till now for Item Validation process pa din, ilang beses ko na po naraise at naifollow up sa shopee customer service.

I just want to share my experience with flash express. Ik that flash express has a bad reputation when it comes to being a delivery partner. But in my area sa North Caloocan, I have never experienced anything bad sa flash express. Recently I just ordered a monitor sa shopee and intact naman yung packaging and the product is legit and also nadeliver din on time with no issues kahit malaki yung package ko (Kuya Rider handled my package well and very respectful, di tamad magdeliver and no delays, walang "pa pick up na lang po dito sa ____"). So i just want to share na per area talaga and maybe we can use this post as a way to inform yung quality of service ng flash express by area. So...

Hinihintay ko yung delivery ko today since nasa bahay lang naman ako buong mag hapon, pag check ko ng tracking attempted deliver daw pero wala naman ako na receive na kahit anong text?? Ang malala pa nito may fake text pa na nag papanggap na text ko with matching full name ko pa sa pag kacheck ko ng proof of attempt to deliver? Normal ba to or pwede ko report sa shopee?

What the **** is happening, one was supposed to arrive a week ago, and the other one was supposed to be today. They’re already in the delivery hub since like the 24th of December?! What is happening. Also customer service is EXTREMELY useless, this is frustrating.

As you can see, there’s been no movement or update since December 13. I’ve been contacting customer service since December 22, which was the supposed delivery date, but they keep giving me the same empty promises and reassurances with no real action taken. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it’s already December 26. Is there still any chance that I’ll receive this parcel, or should I just abandon hope...

So, I have two SPX parcels which I ordered yesterday (Dec.25), but we had sudden change of plans and will be out of town Dec.28 - 30, walang tao sa bahay to accept the delivery. Possible kaya sabihin in advance sa SPX na Dec.31 na lang i deliver ang mga parcels ko? I live in Iloilo, and parcels from NCR usually take average of 4-5 days before being delivered sa bahay. I was kinda expecting madedelay sila, but it seems ang bilis ngayon ng Shopee deliveries sa probinsya, minsan 3 days nandito na.

I'm sorry but I feel like the season of giving has now transitioned to more begging. Hindi ba't supposedly it should be at the discretion of the person to feel generous at maging thankful nalang na nabigyan this holiday season? Lahat nanghihingi na! Separate teams ng basurero for nabubulok at 'di nabububulok, shopee delivery riders at grab drivers namimigay na rin ng sobre, mga guard ng village na halos 3 months palang employed, mga way-way distant relatives na for sure kapag nagkasalubong kayo sa daan hindi kayo magkakakilala and so on. I know everyone has a struggle, but christmas should still be about giving rather than forcing people to give, then kapag hindi ka nagbiga...

5 times na “out for delivery” but no one ever comes. Laging may tao dito sa bahay & narecieve lahat ng ibang orders from shopee except sa parcels namin na flash yung courier. And di rin ako nagrequest for resched ng delivery pero biglang yun yung status. pala-desisyon! Since yung rule is 3x mag-aattempt for delivery, and 5x na nila ginawa, I think they’re very aware na they are at fault 😐

So we ordered a CCTV camera from Shopee. The rider tagged it as delivered and took a picture of it IN FRONT of our gate however he never called me about a delivery and just left the item in front of our gate, I even have a conversation with the rider mentioning he left it IN FRONT of our gate. This item was tagged as delivered on October 30 2025, during the return window we tried to get a refund for it but they kept denying it. Until now when I talk to the customer service agents are confusing to talk to. When I talk to them, one agent said that the rider provided a fake delivery and the item is still in the hub. Nakakaloko naman itong shopee. Ilang sorting facility ba dadaanan ng parcel bago makarating saken? Nakaka 3 sorting facility/delivery center na yung order ko sa Laguna pa lang yan, base sa tracking. Jusko naman baka mamaya sasabihin nila nawawala na naman parcel dahil sa pagkadami-daming sorting facility na humawak

Alam ko madami na nakaexperience nito, ask ko lang po kung sino nakakaalam pano ko macocontact directly itong Flash express at hindi na dumaan sa shopee cs or sa cs ng FEx app. Ordered from shopee a week ago, 3 parcels na in total. Expected delivery date is Dec. 22-23. Dumating sa delivery hub yung 2 nung December 22 pa pero di nag out for delivery, until 24 nandon pa din. Then biglang in transit to another location kahit dapat for delivery na yun after dumating sa delivery hub diba? Ngayon biglang nagbago, naging December 24-25 na ang EDD. Yung isa naman, december 22 departed from sorting center, until now, di pa nakarating sa next location. Dadalhin yata nila abroad? QC to QC ...

So far, based on what I've searched in Shopee, I only found reputable/legit sellers for: 1. Sofirn 2. Wurkkos 3. Acebeam 4. Convoy 5. Nitecore I already have Sofirn SC33, Sofirn SR12, and Nitecore EDC37. Not gonna buy another Nitecore since Sofirn offers better value for the money. Just ordered Convoy S21E (XHP 50.3 R70) and waiting for delivery.

2am papuntang delivery hub na raw tapos 4am biglang napunta sa soc 4. Tas 3:48pm umalis ng soc 4. Madedeliver pa ba to mamaya? Or bukas na if nagdedeliver sila sa 25?
