Had this caller earlier, unang tawag nya shopee delivery raw. Second time calling, inquired about the credit card delivered previously then suddenly mentioned expiring cashback rewards around 100k raw.

Hi, need an advice here. I am returning / refunding an item I ordered because of wrong item. Can I trust the seller to cancel my request and talk to them directly? Or should I proceed with the Shopee process? TIA

Title. Hellooo. Mag ask lang ko if naa diri nag order kadtong 2.2 sale tapos gikan ra sa Davao Warehouse ang ilang order (i.e., Samsung, apple, other brands... in my case Samsung)? Tingala lang ko dili pa nag adto dayon sa delivery hub ang akoa. Naka praning lang kay syempre gadget man ang order. Yun langgg I hope naay naka tubag ani from experience pag nag order on double digit sale days. Salamat sa makatubag!!

Ganito ba talaga delivery sa Lazada, uubusin nung courier ung 3 failed delivery attempts bago ideliver, o sign ito na wala na ung item ko. Sa shopee talaga ako for years kasi mabilis, maganda ang ui ng app, at transparent ung delivery. Pero napadpad ako sa lazada for this tumbler. Kako baka ok naman Lazada, kaso ramdam ko ung baba ng standard talaga. Ngayon lang ako nagsisi sa gawi ko na paid na ung item. Ganon kaso gawain ko sa shopee para di ako maurat saan kukuha ng pambayad pag cod. Useless ung customer support, ako daw dapat kumontak sa driver. Pero di naman mareach ung number na nakalagay. Ang aga sakit ng ulo nito haha

I recently had an order get returned to sender because my mother accidentally had my order returned while I was out of the house (she forgot that I had ordered something and thought it was a scam delivery). I was able to reorder the product again just fine, but the intial order just got registered on Shopee's system and I received a notification saying that I'd have my COD option disabled if I had 3 missed deliveries. The problem is, I haven't had a missed delivery since mid 2023, and that was due to no attempt being made at all and the rider saying I refused the delivery (which I'd already reported). A delivery attempt for my parcel was unsuccessful because I apparently requested a reschedule with the delivery; I didn't. Tried contacting a live agent (2nd photo) and they said they will get into it. Just curious if yall had a similar experience with SPX or is this rare? If so, what happened after? Heard that Shopee would be removing J&T as well, they removed gogoxpress na nga before. They keep on removing/losing reliable couriers. When they had gogoxpress all my orders arrive on time. Hay. Hi bolehland, Today I just realised something about Shopee affiliate. Apparently, even if someone clicks your link but doesn’t buy that specific item, and ends up buying something else instead, the person who shared the link can still get indirect commission. Now it makes sense why on FB and Threads, people keep sharing links and chasing clicks 😅
