Hi, lagi akong naka COD pero nag iisip ako magbayad using card sa shopee kaso worried ako baka di dito i deliver. Naka compound ksi kami kaya nasa looban ang bahay. Di kami tinatawag ng may ari kapag may tao sa labas at hindi rin nila pinapapasok ang delivery dito sa loob ng compound kaya naglagay ako ng tarp sa labas na tumawag or text kapag may delivery para makalabas ako. Nadedeliver ba mga parcel nyo kahit paid na? or na RRTS na kapag di ma ideliver?

the seller sent the correct size but i saw the product in person and it's too big. is it still possible to request for return/refund? i already opened the package and realized the product is too big, what would be the tagging? if i request for a return/refund and used cash on delivery as payment method will it be refunded to my shopee account? when can i receive the refund is it when the delivery driver picked up my return package or when it has reached the seller?
