Hi mabagal po ba talaga SPX Express, my parcel departed SOC 5 last December 1 and up to until now walang movement 🥲, naka ilang expedite order and follow-up na ako sa CS 🥲🥲 nakakaba lang kase baka maging bato yung order ko 😂🥲

SPX RIDERS WITH VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE ATTITUDE Spx driver got super mad after I respectfully asked him to reschedule the parcel dec 5th which he was supposed to deliver dec 3, take note parcel arrived late to the hub and I already requested so many times for expedited delivery. Now, the rider was very rude and even told me to stop ordering or using shopee if I don’t have money to pay for the item. He even told me that I can’t demand to have it rescheduled because he have qoutA to reach. I worked with j&t and flash express logistics as admin before and never have i ever heard of having qouta. I already reported him but still can’t move on. Other ways though to take revenge...

Edit: received today. Serial number - not activated. Seal is also intact. Never gonna do this again though the anxiety isn't worth it I ordered an iPhone from The Loop and the parcel arrived two days ago. It was out for delivery yesterday and normally I get a text notification when a driver is assigned but it didn't happen. Parcel wasn't shipped yesterday. Usually when this happens parcel is returned to warehouse but this notification never appeared on the app. Today it is out for delivery again but still no texts from the rider (I did get a text for a different order, same courier SPX). Is any of this cause for concern? I've personally never had any issues with my p...

Normal pa po ba to? wala nang movement and nag expedite na din ako sa mga live agents ang sagot nila estimated delivery is December 1 eh 12/3 na.

Ordered a chair on 11.11, last update was on 11-13. To this day, there is still no updates. Already contacted customer support and they said nothing they could do, suggested I should request for refund. Is there a chance that this will still be delivered? Logistics provider is spx btw

Excitement turned to nightmare as I received my iPhone 15 from the Apple Flagship Store delivered by SPX. From the time I held the package, I knew it was empty kasi ang gaan. The driver also told me na magaan nga yung package and that alam nilang high value pero parang walang laman. Checked the box and yung nga! Tampered yung seal. Opened yung pwet ng box at nireseal lang gamit ang clear tape. Nakakapanghina talaga! Edit: Suki ko yung rider from SPX at siya talaga nakatoka na magdeliver samin. December na ngayon at last update nung November 15 pa tas di pa dumating sakin hanggang ngayon(SPX sainyo na yan kakairita mag antay). Umay sa SPX apaka bagal mas nauna pa tiktok item ko na JnT at partida mas nauna pa yang SPX kong inorder ng isang linggo. Im in bohol but usually sa ibang courier isang linggo lang pag locallly dadating na item ko pero itong SPX apaka boset.
