SPX Express Tracking

Ordered and paid for an item worth 18k last 21st for a trip on the 27th. I was so sure I'll receive it by the 23rd (Guaranteed Dec. 23-26) but then SPX activity just stopped for an entire day. **Every single** **order I made**, courier activity always ends with *Makati-Magallanes Hub > Delivery driver has been assigned > Parcel is out for delivery > Delivered.* Not so sure what happened here and I'm unable to cancel. My flight is tomorrow night (27th @ 11PM), do you think SPX will be able to deliver tomorrow afternoon?

Ordered 8 items last Dec. 9, 2025. And out of 8 items, 4 are delivered on schedule and the remaining 4 are still at SOC 8 Laguna as of the creation of this post. I’ve already expedited the deliveries for these items maybe thrice now. I’m a bit worried since two of those items are edible and a box load of catfood. I know it’s holiday season hence probably the delay. Only hoping that nothing went wrong especially to the catfood since it’s a bulk order huhu.

Hi the delivery driver just messaged me that my order is on the way, can I tell them to delivery my order at a specific time or is it just too rude?

As you can see, there’s been no movement or update since December 13. I’ve been contacting customer service since December 22, which was the supposed delivery date, but they keep giving me the same empty promises and reassurances with no real action taken. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it’s already December 26. Is there still any chance that I’ll receive this parcel, or should I just abandon hope...

Was supposed to gift this one to my colleague last Dec 17 so I ordered in advance. Pero teh, tapos na December 17 pati pasko, wala ka pa rin?? Awa nalang

So, I have two SPX parcels which I ordered yesterday (Dec.25), but we had sudden change of plans and will be out of town Dec.28 - 30, walang tao sa bahay to accept the delivery. Possible kaya sabihin in advance sa SPX na Dec.31 na lang i deliver ang mga parcels ko? I live in Iloilo, and parcels from NCR usually take average of 4-5 days before being delivered sa bahay. I was kinda expecting madedelay sila, but it seems ang bilis ngayon ng Shopee deliveries sa probinsya, minsan 3 days nandito na.

Sino po may nakaka alam ng warehouse na ito kase parang tinamad ang mga riders since its the 25th day ng december ako na lang kukuha ng parcel

guys may idea kamo if open ila hub sa banago? kay since 21 pa akon parcel but wala gagiho ara lang to na stuck so ok lang na kung kadtoan ko lang to or may idea kamo kung ano maubra? Thanks

I’m so annoyed. December pa last update g shipment, pasko na ngayon. Ayaw ko rin namang i-cancel since I waited months for this pre-order item at mahal na siya binebenta ngayon. Puro expedite delivery na rin ako jusko spx anuena

Nakakaloko naman itong shopee. Ilang sorting facility ba dadaanan ng parcel bago makarating saken? Nakaka 3 sorting facility/delivery center na yung order ko sa Laguna pa lang yan, base sa tracking. Jusko naman baka mamaya sasabihin nila nawawala na naman parcel dahil sa pagkadami-daming sorting facility na humawak

I wanted to know if it's possible for my order to be delivered exactly today, nagdedeliver ba sila even during on holidays? Kasi pag may "delivery driver has been assigned" na eh it usually means na may chance ma dedeliver yung order mo on the exact same day. And never pa ako naka encounter ng naka assign na yung driver pero bukas pa ma dedeliver. I really need to know, so please tell me kung anong naiintindihan nyo dito or share your experience, kase almost 2 weeks na akong naghihintay sa order ko ang ang bagal ng spx

Kamusta orders nyo dimating naba? Kainis lng tatlo to sila orders ko sabay2 nasa soc8 parin nakaka umay na sarap i cancel mukhang wla natong mararating

Ano pwede gawin dito? Lagi nalang ganito ang nangyayare kapag spx courier. Out for delivery tapos 7 mins lang time interval biglang unsuccessful delivery tapos Yung picture na proof nasa warehouse. Dont come at me with "pwede baguhin courier" kasi walang option na mag change ng courier. Pag nag out for delivery to bukas panigurado walang mag rerecieve at babalik na to sa seller

So ng check asko sa status ng parcel ko kase based sa estimated date of delivery eh 21 daw ma deliver. Pero lumipas na ng 3 days, wala pa din yung parcel ko huhu 😭😭. Last update nya is December 18 at wala nang movement yung status. Ano bang ibig sabihin nito?

Meron po akong inorder na ang estimated delivery date ay December 16-20, until now, wala pa ring movement from the courier (SPX) kaya nung 21 nagrequest ako ng return/refund kaso nireject ng shopee yung request ko. Pwede ko bang hindi tanggapin ang parcel kung sakaling dumating ito next or next next week since sobrang lagpas na sa estimated delivery date na tsaka December 15 pa ang last update ng delivery? Salamat po sa sasagot.
