Anyone experiencing the same thing especially around Cebu? 15 days na delay yung parcel ko and yes I have contacted shopee's live agent couple of times but still no progress.

Hello, hoping someone could guide me on what to do next. I ordered Creatine from Pureform on April 4 at 3:17 PM - it was shipped out the same day before 5 PM. Today at 2:33 PM, it was tagged delivered with a proof of delivery but according to the management of the Condo I live in, no parcels were delivered today. I've been ordering from Shopee regularly over the past year and this is the first time this happened. I contacted the person who allegedly delivered the parcel asking him to clarify things by tomorrow. If no explanation will be given by the rider, what step should I take? Pambihira yung expected delivery, kahapon pa. Hanggang ngayon, hindi pa rin dumating. Nawawalan na din akong pasensya sa process ng pagdeliver. Minsan, sila pa yung magagalit kung wala yung nag order na parcel. Photo for reference. And, yes. SPX Express yung courier 🙂.

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced ordering from the Apple Flagship Store on Shopee and having issues with SPX delivery. My order was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, but the tracking has been really confusing. It went from Laguna to SOC 6, then to Pangasinan (which is actually farther from me), then back to Bulacan (even farther again), and now it’s back to SOC 6. At this point, I have no idea when this will actually be delivered. Has anyone experienced something like this? Did you still receive your order, or did you end up canceling? I’m honestly thinking of just canceling it already.

I ordered something very valuable for my career and chineck out ko na kasi nakasale siya, at nakalagay dun sa ETD is April 5-9 which is good kasi april 5 pa talaga ako makakabalik.
