Ask ko lang po kung normal status ng parcel ko. Nov 14 po 3:00 am ang status ay "Parcel has arrived and to be received by the delivery hub" ung parcel ko pero hanggang ngayon Nov 15. 12: 00 am. Usually po kasi kapag ganyan after one hour, matatanggap na ng delivery hub sa mga previous parcel ko. Paid na po yan at may kamahalan eh. Worry lang po ako salamat sa tutugon.

Hello may naka experience na ba ng ganto? Bale, kahapon I received my parcel at tanda ko isa lang yun, kasi binuksan ko kagad kasi pang Christmas sya na pantaklob sa upuan. Then pagtingin ko kanina yung inorder kong Christmas decor ay na delivered na at may proof of delivery pero wala naman akong na receive. 11.11 has just passed and delivery are happening. My experience with the first SPX delivery was extremely disappointing. Not only did the item. My order came in a damage box but part of it was soaked wet. It was passed to me deliberately with the wet section non visible to me and the delivery driver left quickly. When I noticed the wetness and called out for him, he did not return and quickly close the lift door to escape. He did not response to my messages too. Despite reaching out to Shopee, I was repeatedly offered a full refund and return the item, nothing else. Hello, first time ko magtry ng shopee self-pickup. Pinuntahan ko din muna yung mismong collection point bago mag-check out para itanong kung paano yung process ng claim parcel as buyer. Pls mind yung timestamps ng parcel updates; 12:54pm sabi daw na collection point closed at binalik sa delivery hub. Pero nung chineck ko sa official site ng spx ph, nakasulat naman sila as open now. Paano po mangyayari kapag ganito? Mag aattempt po ba ulit sila until maging ready for collection na? Bayad na din kasi yung parcel ko e 🥲

For context, I ordered this back in November 3. Ever since November 6, on the map it showed that the delivery truck has been stuck in the same area for days until now. (Still in Luzon since Nov 6, I’m located in Mindanao) I tried to check the SPX tracking site but it’s the same case.
